Starting Prompt: After Hachi the missing Shiloh Dubois, Toby takes-on the case of the Atkinson brothers, a missing younger- and older-brother duo who've been slumming around Tokyo.
Story Beats: Toby will locate the Atkinson brothers and (unfortunately) brawl it out with them before detaining them. At the behest of Shiloh (and Hachi) he will take them in as wards as an alternative to imprisonment. Shortly thereafter, he will also open his home to Hachi and Shiloh as well.
