APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Myrkul is a tall, 40 year-old man, roughly 5’9 or 1.75 meters. Even though Myrkul is 40 years old he looks as if he is in his mid to late twenties. He has long dark blue hair that often appears to be black due to poor lighting that is tied back in a loose pony tail that often has bits of his hair spilling out. His eyes are turquoise in color which can often appear cold because of the color but come to life as soon as he sees his daughter. His usual attire consists of a white loose fitting blouse with a deep v-neck that is stitched together using thin black thread; long dark pants, a black trench coat, knee high black boots, and a white scarf large enough to cover his mouth and nose. However his attire in public is completely different. He is clean and polished unlike his usual attire. His hair is slicked back into a tight pony tail, his shirt is a white button up, gray suspenders with a black pin strip, a gray belt, round glasses, black dress pants, a blue coat, and black dress shoes. His villain outfit unfortunately isn’t much different from his usual attire the only difference is he wears a top hat, the white scarf is replaced with a black facial mask, and black gloves.

Myrkul is a dull boring joe. He doesn’t stand out. He is meek and has no special characteristics when he is out in public. He easily blends into the crowd.
~Underground~
Myrkul is known as a petty drug dealer. He is known to transport the drugs on time every single time. But that is all that is really known about him.
~Personal~
For those who actually know Myrkul, knows he isn’t some boring joe or petty drug dealer instead he is a ruthless assassin that gets the job done no matter who it is. He has rarely failed a mission when it came to killing people. However; when it came to keeping them alive for information that is another story. He is a cold heartless killer that has no rhyme or reason on why he does what he does but he definitely enjoys it. Especially if he gets to torture the person for information. Of course he never really gets the information that is needed. Of course it would get him in trouble of the person that hired him. But obviously why hire him if they didn’t want the person dead? He had a special room dedicated in his house to torture people. Not even Yang knew about this room.

HISTORY
Who is the man known as the Death God? A myth? A legend no one knows for sure. Some say that he once was a petty criminal who wanted his chance in the spotlight but failed to secure it. Some say he was thrown out of the military for taking on assignments without the government’s permission. Whatever the story is, the Death God likes one thing- delivering death to those who he deems as unworthy.
His name is Myrkul. It was as if his parents wanted him to be a villain. Who in the hell names their child after an actual Death God? Myrkul the God is also known as the Lord of Bones, the Lord of the Dead, and the Reaper. He was originally a mortal man who developed a quirk that could raise the dead. He ascended to this status of godhood alongside a friend named Bhaal the God of Murder and Bane the God of Fear, Hatred, and Tyranny.
Myrkul was purposely named after this God like creature because his parents did want him to become a villain. That was their sole purpose of having children or adopting children. It wasn’t to love them but to mold them into becoming the next villain. They would purposely get children off the streets so that the child would feel like they owed his parents something and would do anything to please them. Even if that meant turning to a life of crime. Of course his parents would slowly train them into becoming top notch assassins and when they come of age that’s when they would be tested. Either the children would live past their first mission or they wouldn’t.
Myrkul obviously survived his first mission. In fact if anything this was the first time he ever truly felt alive. He was able to use his quirk unrestrained along with his training to become the exact thing that his parents wanted him to be. Actually he was more than that, he was a prodigy. Who would have known that he would flourish so well?
As time passed, his name became well known in the small city he grew up in. Er well the name he came up with. Since he was named after a God of Death he decided that his villain name would be Death God. But of course it would only be a matter of time before the home town he grew up in would put things together. He had to leave and he needed to do it discreetly. His parents knew that this day would come and had no regrets when he left.
Just like that he was gone. He became nobody and had to recreate his image. It was refreshing at first until he ran out of money. He wanted money but wasn’t sure how to make money without stealing it. But he didn’t want to have to result to stealing when he had so much talent. All he had to do is figure out is how to express his talent. He didn’t have long to figure it out because he needed to eat eventually.
Tick goes the clock. It was only a matter of time but he finally figured it out. He decided a cover would be the best way to make money. His cover that he decided was to be a drug dealer and the types of drugs he dealt weren’t actually drugs but bodies. In the underground he was re-imaged himself as D.G. a “drug dealer”. The person would choose the type of “drug” it was code for how they wanted the person to die. The easier drugs meant an easier death and of course the hard core drugs gave him enjoyment. Of course he would only take the deal if the person actually knew who he was, what he actually did, and if the price is right. The price was almost always right.
There was a job he was given. It was an address. An address that he hadn’t been to for almost 10 years now. He left at the tender age of 18 and he was now 28 years old. The address was to his birth city. It was a huge job and it would pay handsomely. But could he bring himself to do it? He couldn’t. This was probably one of the few jobs he rejected. It had disappointed the person who wanted the job done. But then Myrkul was offered something different. An information style job, it was less money but it wouldn’t dirty his hands.
He had accepted this job. He could collect the information but obviously leave out his parents as part of the information. That way they could escape if they wanted to. He went home in the mountainous area of Japan. It was a long journey. But after roughly 10 years why not visit his family?
However when he went to see them, they were shocked. They knew this meant one thing and only one thing. They were going to die. To their surprise he wasn’t there to kill them but warn them to leave? They looked at each other and told their son no but had asked him for a favor instead. He was a bit curious on why they refused to live until they showed him. A little girl, she had to be no other then three or four years old. They wanted that little girl to be saved? Wait she wasn’t alone, there was also a baby. Of course after all these years, old habits didn’t change did they? His parents took in these kids to train them as well. Or so he thought. They clarified to him that the little girl was his biological sister and the baby was adopted but loved as much as if she was their own.
This only confused Myrkul even further. Since when did her parents actually care about their children rather biological or adopted? He sighed, he only had a few days to return the information. There had to be a reason why his parent’s wanted to save these children. It wasn’t long until he figured it out. The little girl looked quirkless. He had to confirm to which his parents had informed him that if she had a quirk they weren’t sure what it was. Was this why? He gritted his teeth and couldn’t make promises since he wasn’t sure when the hired assassins would come.
This was all his parents could ask of him. However, they struck when Myrkul wasn’t in the home. He came back to a bloody scene. His parents were already slain and he could hear the young girl scream to leave her and the baby alone. He had to act in a way where he wouldn't get caught or recognized. This meant using his quirk on a child. Usually he wouldn't have an issue with it but since this child was his sister. He felt odd. However his choices were limited. He used his quirk on everyone that was in the area. The young girl fainted with the baby in her arms. The hired assassins were groggy and decided to retreat for the time being. Myrkul sighed and picked up the children.
He had to put them somewhere away from this area but he wasn’t sure where. However if he remembered correctly there was a cherry blossom tree on the hill right above the city. It over looked the house. The kids should be safe there…hopefully. He placed them there while he went to bury his parents. But he couldn’t because the assassins where still there. He cussed silently and left. He would return later. When he went to back to the place he hid the kids and they were gone.
Before he realized where they could have went, it was too late. He saw the look in her eyes. She wanted vengeance as she torched the house twice. It was as if she didn’t want to come back here ever. She then disappeared into mountainous area.
It wasn’t until several years later when he gotten a phone call. A doctor was calling him saying that his family member was in critical condition and they need consent to do major surgery as well as payment for treatment she had thus far. He was curious wondering if it was the young girl that his parents claimed to be his sister. When he came to the city in a famous hospital. There laid a little girl that looked to be about three years old now? He wasn’t sure who she was but recognized the older girl. The old girl had to be about seven or eight years old now.
She looked dirty and from what Myrkul could tell she had to be living off the streets until the little girl got sick. He sighed and inquired how much the medical bills were let along what the little girl’s condition is. The news wasn’t good and it looked like the surgery had a pretty decent chance of it failing. Of course without the surgery the little girl could also die. He agreed to it because it would be best if the little girl survived for the sake of his sister.
However; it happened so fast, the doctor came to him and said that the young girl didn't make it. His little sister heard and her piercing screams echoed throughout the hospital as she overheard the doctor. Before Myrkul could even console the young girl, she had dashed to the back to find her sister. He cursed there was no telling what she would do. He had called in a favor. A technological genius that owed him a favor. Thus the favor was returned. Myrkul had asked that all video evidence be destroyed. As he attempted to follow the young girl.
It was only a matter of time until he found her. She was in the operating room. The doctors didn't have enough time to clean up and move the body to the morgue yet. It was just covered under a sheet. A few people came in most of them were security as well as the doctor. The doctor was carrying a few things one of them looked like to be a body bag. Security had asked them to leave and Myrkul was getting ready to as soon as he could grab a hold of his sister.
But he was gobsmacked cause the young girl screamed again and the next few moments were surreal. The young girl's quirk activated and it was violent. He would have never expected that her quirk was blood. Apparently the opportunity never presented it self before. The only issue is that the quirk definitely ran off of the girl's emotions and she wasn't thinking rationally. Who would after losing a loved one?
She ended up hurting almost everyone in the room with her quirk. Myrkul sighed, more things to clean up. Thankfully he had a few minutes with the cameras were disabled. He had no choice to clean up, he had to use his quirk on everyone in this room including his sister. To which he did. He cleaned up everything and everyone. The only one that he left alive was his sister. They had left once he was done and he tossed the burner phone he used to call in the favor.
Thus began Myrkul's journey of raising his kid sister. He did the best that he could for her. He gave her a name, trained her, educated her, and kept her safe as long as he could. However after some time he felt it was best that she attend a school that would help her figure out her future and her quirk.
