Things at the prison had been volatile to say the least for some time since the actual outbreak some hours before. Violent criminals as well as a large portion of the housed quirked convicts had all escaped after the shit show from before when some had caused a scene that was still wrapped in quite a bit of chaos and confusion when it came to the law putting it all together. While the majority of the prison was still standing there was several areas that seemed to show destruction and break down of walls and fencing that were crushed ot destroyed in the wake of those fleeing and the erupting prison riots and battles with guards before many had finally fled the scene. The smell of small ash from a few sparse fires here and there as well as blood hinted in the aroma upon the air. Things were no peaceful and secure as one might want the aura of the place to feel when it came to the prison.
The yard leading in towards hte prison was still a bit chaotic with a few late escape attempt criminals still holding skirmishes with various guards here and there. A few of the guards at this point outfitted in top end riot gear but given what all had went down and how fast it did only a portion of the law enforcement were actually outfitted to such a elite degree leaving most of them still in normal uniforms and armed with what they could get their hands on. Even with rubble and broken walls and areas as it was though this was still nothing compared to the problems brewing back in the city where many of the convicts had wormed off too.
There were several ways one could get back in via the main gates, a few crushed or explosive made holes in various walls. The fencing was crushed in several places still scarred on the earth around the place from various powers and quirks that had been used in the last while.
The guards were getting somewhat a handle in the chaos but there was still that haze of danger and combat one could slip through if they were careful. Meanwhile further within where some cornered convicts were still being recaptured and defeated once the security had somewhat began to work again. A pro that had seen some odd faces via his scope was keeping tab on things via a command and soon to move to another shooting position as he had been doing various times throughout the day. A crack shot sniper with keen eye sight and rarely ever missed armed with firearms and several types of special creative ammo. He'd watch the terminal computers looking for whatever most needed him where on the scene. The chaos of the prison after the escape lay before those that dare enter. What chaos befalls them will still yet to be see. The geared police for now and a few rambunctious criminals still stood between most coming new to the scene and the various plausible ways to find entrance.

A fleshy mess crawled across the ground, moving away from the chaos afflicting the city and towards the source of it all, the prison from which the most heinous of villains had been penned in were released. But while this whole thing started with a breakout from said prison, this organic lump of eyes and mouths sought to break in. Once up against the broken down wall, a tendril tipped with a small eyeball extended from the biomass. It slipped through a crack in the wall and surveyed the chaos within the building itself.
Concealed within the biomass, Jun considered the sight before him. It had been a while since the riots began so it wasn't odd for things to have calmed down by now. Thankfully though the guards were still struggling with some of the inmates. That would provide some amount of cover. If I'm to find this guy then I'll need a proper view of the place. Jun thought to himself, looking around for any indication of where he might find a control hub of sorts. From there he figured he could either use the cameras to locate the target or perhaps even find the target himself in there. Of course capturing and 'persuading' a guard to tell Jun what he knew, if anything, was also an option.
Regardless, not much would come from hanging around outside and so the rest of the biomass slipped in through the crack. Jun himself was of course far too big for such a small entrance but the insides of his biomass did not operate by the standard laws of physics. A certain amount of mass could be condensed within it, acting like a bag of holding in one of those fantasy games.
Perhaps staying outside would have been the more prudent option. Jun knew he was meant to work with someone else on this job. But he had no idea when that person might come along. Plus he was simply excited for this job. He had never undertaken a hit job on a hero before. The novelty of it and the scale of all the chaos surrounding this whole scenario just made him want to push on and see what happens. At any rate Jun assumed that he and his 'co-worker' would be the only ones trying to fight their way inside the prison and so they would surely be able to meet up later on.
Once inside, Jun kept as low a profile as something that grotesque could manage. It absorbed even pieces of itself much as it had him absorbed, to reduce its outward size and appear as a small sludge slithering across the floor, hiding behind pieces of rubble and anything else that might provide cover. While small eyes on stalks poked out to try and work out a way through the bedlam.

Breaking into a prison huh? God Niso loved his life sometimes!~ He wasn’t entirely sure how Narcissa had become involved in all of this but she owed the woman almost a dozen favors in his eyes for helping her find the old man who lead him back to his love Luzia. Taking up a job to kill some hero witness in the middle of a prison breakout was hardly a job he could turn down, and even less so was it one he WANTED to turn down! The chaos of this outbreak had brought him much delight already and with a wild smile and blood soaked shirt he was rushing further and further towards the Prison. He was no speedster, but thanks to his quirk he was able to ignore the acid build up in his legs that made his muscles feel tight. Instantly repair shredded muscle fibres, and wrap them around fracturing bone as it repaired itself in turn. He’d been running. Nay. Sprinting towards the prison for a good hour now, slaughtering anyone who seemed like a fun target along the way and turning his once white shirt into a mess of Red and even flecks of blue and green from mutants who got in his way.
Apparently he had someone he’d be working with on this mission, but he’d meet up with them later! For now he just needed to get his foot in the door. Spotting the abandoned police vehicles that had been delivering swat units as backup to the Prison, Niso leapt up, rushing over the front of one, kicking off the roof of another and vaulting himself with ease over the fence not once losing a drop of his crazed momentum, and eerie little giggle behind his teeth. He crashed into a heap of his own limbs, rolling like a tumbleweed caught by a horrific gust of wind before rising back up to his feet in a continued sprint. God he loved this. He barely even knew who he had to kill yet but he loved it!
He dipped and weeved under passing strikes of escaping criminals who, due to the fact he was running deeper into the prison, may have thought he was just some dark-themed hero of some sort. A few passing slashes to their thighs knocked them to their knees before putting the handle of his borrowed knife back in his mouth, his arms hanging loosely behind him in a more deranged form of the ‘naruto run’ as it was popularly referred to. A group of swat agents had their back to him, trying to just prevent any MORE criminals breaking through their ranks. There was a lone lookout at their back to make sure they weren’t struck from behind, but Niso’s wild face found him too and he had his target.
He seemed to try and shout from behind his mask, raise his riot shield, try to alert some other members of his team but Niso’s boundless momentum seemed to be a little too quick for him. He leaped up, pushing a foot down on the raised sheld, dragging the blade from his mouth and ramming it into the side of this guy’s neck while using his shield as a platform to vault over the line of guards, leaving his knife behind. A few goomba hops over the escaping prisoners, and Niso was rushing through one of the destroyed walls of the prison.

As one wormed their ways like a bio creature silently into the lightly crumbled walls of the facility. Making a stealthy clean entrance that would have left their bosses quite pleased. This one securing an entrance would have been perhaps a bit less loud then their ally. Niso had managed to worm his way in through one of the many breaches in the crumbled once powerful wall of this maximum security prison. Crushing what stood in his path but given the chaos even what he had done could quickly be enveloped in the remaining see of fleeing bodies. It was truly chaos in most all sense of the word. But as each of them worked their way in. Things would not be safe but not nearly as chaotic as the outside. Several cell blocks had been locked down and cops in strong gear were stopping small uprising as quickly and efficiently as they could. putting their training to good use in these moments.
Niso disarmed would quickly find himself in the halls of the prison and a few fleeing prisoners still trying to pass by as various guards could be heard in the distance quickly nearing the location. If he didn't want to fight he'd have to quickly find a way to evade these cops. Given there ware many halls and doors as well as broken cracks here and there it would be up to the deliciously creative villain how to act and react to this situation. If he was clever he could probably get some makeshift weaponry from his scenery or lost makeshift weapons left in the riots wake.
Meanwhile Jun moving as softly as they did would hear guards about here and there along in the chaos. Some mentioning needing to meet up with the pro near the central region of the prison helping put down the problems rising up there. They seemed to be heading towards one of the center blocks as well as they spoke moving about not far off. Perhaps the target they sought lay in the direction they were heading.

The amorphous blob in which Jun slid, skittered and slithered along the floor, compressed to a small sliver of flesh lined with shifting eyes, mouth and misshapen holes acting as ears and nostrils. It perked up at the sound of guards talking, implying they might be headed towards the pro. "How fortuitous." Jun thought, darting from between bricks and debris strewn over the concrete floor. It was hardly a sure thing but far better than going blind. At least it was some sort of lead.
Gently, so as to not alert his ride in blue, Jun extended a slim tendril to hook onto the guard's kevlar and pull himself up, hitching a ride. The goop that was Jun's biomass folded in on itself, absorbing itself to reduce its profile and nestled in the folds of the guard's kevlar. He remained cautious however, acutely aware he could be noticed at any time. So he stayed ready, with blades of bone ready to pop out and slice the guards' throats. There was a certain thrill to this sort of skulduggery. A sort of anticipation as one teetered on the edge between artful evasion and murderous mayhem. He might make it to his destination with none the wiser and the feeling of gleeful pride that came with such an achievement. Or, he might be spotted, perhaps because of his own failing or perhaps, just as likely, by chance. The guard might feel a sudden itch right where Jun stayed or inexplicably turn to reveal his back to his fellow guard. At which point there would be no other option than partaking a little of the ultra violent and the pure cathartic joy that entailed.
Life was full of different kinds of pleasures. It only depends on one's viewpoint.
Spotting another chance, Jun further risked detection by extending a thin thread of flesh tipped with a razor sharp claw of bone. It lowered to the guard's waist wrapping around what could either be a stun, or flash-, grenade or even a smoke grenade. Jun didn't know enough to figure out which it was but that too was exciting in its way. With the tendril wrapped around its prize the blade sliced the strap holding the device secured and began reeling it in. Currently the biomass was, outwardly at least, only a portion of the size of the grenade and yet, rather comically, had no issue pulling it into itself, absorbing the metal device without the biomass distorting its shape in the least. With the stun/smoke grenade safely stored as a fun little surprise for late, Jun reached for the one hanging by the other guard's belt. If one surprise was good, then two were surely better.
He didn't know what sort of quirk this hero had or what lay ahead at all. But he was sure that it wouldn't hurt to have a trick or two up his sleeve. He hoped his partner for the mission would make it. He would hate to miss the chance for a little networking while on the job. It was always good to build connections, particularly in the sort of shadow world he and his kind thrived in.

Inside the walls of the prison Niso continues his bull rush through the crowded mess. Some of the prisoners lingered behind, some fighting eachother, putting personal vendettas over their chance to escape while it was given to them and leaving Niso with just some annoying obstacles to move around. The guards spreading through the establishment were the real issue. Niso may not have been in prison garb but he didn't exactly look like a hero either, and the fact he was moving deeper into the prison was bound to be supicious. He needed to keep moving. he couldn't stop. The flow had to carry him.
Another collection of guards huddeled in a circle was his next barrier, clogging up the hallway he'd been charging through. Without a weapon it could easily become a beat down if one of them managed to grab him. He didn't let that stop his momentum however, his eyes quickly scanning his environment before locking into something with a grin. His body swiftly dove to the side and into one of the damaged prison cells, kicking off the bunk beds and scrambling up to a missing chunk in the ceiling. His body cracked and twisted, worming it's way through the fractured structure and into the cell on the next floor up. A quick run later and he was rushing along the floor above the blockade, tossing a loose chunk of rubble down onto one of their heads to mock them as he continued to run along.
He briefly recalled he was meant to be working with someone on all this... his eyes started to drift about, wondering if they'd be easy enough to spot. Ah well, the closer he got to this supposed hero in the center of the prison the easier it'd be to run into them if they were as effective as him.~

Things had gone from bad to worse as slowly things were began to be seen that more was brewing then just the prisoner situation they had been trying to get under control but had been reduced to little more then a snails pace. Guards and officers were disappearing as well as turning up dead. Guards were trying to prepare themselves and keep themselves defended wherever they could. IT kept feeling like things were stuck in going one step forward and two steps back.
The two villains sneaky as they were after some time may have eventually found their foe wondering the halls trying to find out what happened to some guards that had ceased in answering their calls. The rifle with the special ammunition of several kinds and the special sniper eyes of his were walking down one of the main halls. A guard at his side as they made small talk. The large military looking hero the two had been sent to come after. "I just don't understand how things could go this bad. This place was supposed to be far more secure then this... Whoever that woman was... I'm gonna find out what all this was all about. AS soon as this is settled I'll file a report for sure." He said in light small talk and conversation as they moved towards the next hall. Completely unaware fully of the dangers lurking in the halls, the walls, and the dark corners of the facility that was meant to house villains but had instead become their playground for the time. "We need to keep our eyes peeled... Call it crazy but something really doesn't feel right... It feels... cold." He'd say pausing in the halls as if something set him off. He raised his hand heading towards his shoulder as they neared one of the facilities near the center of this prison again. Pausing in the hall curious and calculated as he l listened hushing the guard briefly. ---

"Heroes sure do like sticking out." Jun thought to himself. It wasn't hard to identify the hero dressed up as he was. Of course it made sense. A good portion of hero work seemed to revolve around marketing oneself correctly and a distinct, striking look was key to that. But then villains too often sought the spotlight and went to much the same pains when designing their own unique look.
The guards Jun had hitched a ride with passed by the hero and the guard following him. As they did, Jun would extend and detach a piece of his biomass onto the guard accompanying the hero. He would do this quickly while the passing obscured his actions. Once the two groups were a couple of meters past each other he enacted his plan. The detached biomass would tear into the guard's uniform and, sprouting blades of bone, begin burrowing itself into the man's body around the lower back. The idea being that the man's screams of anguish would distract everyone present, bringing their attention squarely on the blue clad bait. With everyone's eyes on the squirming guard, Jun's main biomass clinging to the other guard would tear into the man's uniform as well. But instead of mutilating him, the biomass would release the bits of itself it had previously absorbed and folded into itself, spreading rapidly around the man's body underneath his heavy riot gear. The wriggling, viscous flesh would wrap around the guard's arms and legs and puppeteer him like a hapless marionette. With strength beyond that of the average human he would force the guard to raise his gun and open fire on the pro.
Jun doubted this would be all it took. If it did he'd be disappointed. But hopefully the maneuver would do some damage, be it physical or psychological.

Up on the second floor of the main cells, Niso kept low as he could. Knowing the main exits were on the ground floor most of the villains looking to escape had dropped down to the ground and so had the police forces doing battle with them so Niso was mostly in the clear. As much as he'd want to join in on the brawls, he still had a specific goal in mind here, making sure to keep as low as he could and watching cautiously for everyone going across the ground... eventually he managed to lock onto his target. Some hero in military get up or something... he expected back up but-
Oh! There it was!
Hearing the gunfire and seeing the thin strands that were forcing the man to use his gun, Niso kept low for now as he just observed the situation, wanting to see what the hero was made of first. If he got a good idea of their quirk he could better adapt his body to deal with them... besides, he had no idea how his supposed allies quirk worked either, so he best take his time learning both the strengths of his allies and his foes.~

It was all a bit of a surprise, When it came to a world of twisted and strange quirks in some cases one never really could be prepared for all the strange oddities you could encounter in this line of work. He would quickly ready his sidearm but not the rifle on his back. The speed of which on the draw would appear remarkable to the naked eye of most anyone looking upon its speed and grace in the draw. "Where did you come from? I was told most the bad quirkers had escaped already...." He said in a bit of a exasperated surprise. They'd rounded up most of the key awful figures that were still on grounds. What was happening. "What the hell even are you!" He said in anger as he couldn't recall any quirk like this on lock down since he'd been here? He had no idea what was happening here after all who would expect people to break IN to a prison during such major worries and riots to the public when freedom called to so many evil doers.
Right now he'd have to make do with himself as his ally was seemingly turned into a puppet. But he had the steel nerves of a soldier and before he'd get a answer if any answer from the puppeteer. Ducking and avoiding some of the incoming fire. A couple of shots grazing his arm and one piercing his shoulder but it didn't seem to slow him much. The uniform and body armor seemingly eating up some of the blow.
However even with the risk he couldn't just sit there as a sitting duck. He would begin to retreat running down the hall further away. Firing several shots in fast succession aiming for non vital areas but temporarily crippling blows all the same. The shots would spaced out enough to allow the barrage to be paced out but continuous long enough to hopefully allow him to round a corner and find some cover.

The confusion had been all Jun could hope for. Though the hero didn't seem at all bothered by the idea of shooting his comrades. A very practical sort then. Some hesitation would have been helpful but this was interesting as well. Particularly since it didn't matter to Jun whether the hapless puppet was shot to bits or not. His method of control was more based in brute force. "I suppose you could call me a monster of sorts. But you're awfully monstrous yourself aren't you? Not a moment's hesitation to shoot a fellow enforcer of the law. As for my purpose here. Well, I remembered I left some things in my cell so I decided to come back and pick them up. Sentimental things mostly."
As Jun puppeteered his living, yet battered, marionette he shot a tendril out to his side to dispatch the only remaining officer. He continued firing at the retreating hero. "Could you stand still? This is kinda hard to aim you know." As he said that, the biomass within the corpse of the officer that had accompanied the hero would shoot out and try to grab the hero by his ankle and prevent him from getting into cover. All the while Jun fired the last of the bullets in his puppet's clip.
