[attr=class,bulk] It really was a beautiful day to be burning in hell...the sky was so sunny and clear, Enda hoped that when the time came to say good by to this world and take his special seat in hell for all he'd done, that it would be just like this. Until then, he was going to do his best not only for people, but the animals as well...quirked and not. Crouching down in the alleyway, there was a quirked mouse who looked terrified and hurt...hiding behind the trashcans. "Hey hun, I'm not here to hurt you, yeah?" Slowly, he took out a sandwich that was slapped together with care, tucked away in a zip-lock baggie. Holding up his hands for a moment with a gentle smile while furrowing his brows...he always had to bite his tongue from saying ...if I wanted to hurt you, I wouldn't waste my breath on you...only sweet, delicious pain... [break][break] Enda wasn't that person anymore, he wasn't, right? Maybe not as bad...but he was trying and doing pretty well for himself. That was all he could do to try...it was the little victories that made it feel like the big one wasn't so impossible. Sometimes, though...he wondered if he was trying too hard to play keep away since he fumbled a bit with his last encounter regarding that not-so-evil ex of his, Akiva. The thought of him admitting to some extent or another that he missed the sound or someone's bones going pop made him sick to his stomach. [break][break] Another weird day where he was just so goddamn embarrassed by his first encounter with the kaiju girl next door...but at least today he had the courage to quickly swoop in there, get a bite to eat on the go and head on out. That felt like a step in the right direction but damn it, he needed to figure out how to do right by her! It was such an asshole move to fanboy and oh geeze... marry me next door was going to go with him to his freaking grave! Slowly taking out a bottle of water from his bag, he rolled it on over to the terrified animal quirker and slowly got up. Waving with care, almost like he might be living out a beauty pageant, the flamboyant fella picked up his back and spun on his heel with a soft sigh. "See ya, hun~"[break][break] Moment by moment, day by day...he'd make it through this. [break][break] Fussing a bit with his blond bangs a little, making it so it'd be easier to see with both eyes. The boy was wearing a black baseball cap, yellow hoodie and black skinny jeans finished up by a pair of blue sneakers. Normally, he didn't bump into animal quirkers...but it was worth carrying the just in case stuff for em'. If that Paw Might guy was trying to push a point is that they were still working on equal rights for those guys. Whether or not that animal quirker mouse was homeless or not...he could tell they mostly wanted to be left alone. [break][break] That was fine, he was on a mission to check on his usual strays which was always nice when they were around! Trying to walk with a little bounce in his step, he knew his little kitty cat friends would roam around so hopefully he'd see them! Desmoshi had heard the usual buzz about the bakery being run by... a kaiju? Dinosaur? He wasn't too sure about the details, but none of that matter when it came to food. He had finally gotten a free day to himself, and he was going to check the place out for himself. Mizuki and Yang were on a date... if you can call it that. They were still in that 'what is this' phase. Niji said she had to go to an important meeting with her benefactors today, so a date of his own was out of the question. Plus, it seemed like no one needed his help at the moment. Desmoshi had finally gotten a cleared schedule to just be... him.
Desmoshi walked with his usual beat of happiness until he spotted someone familiar coming out of the alleyway. "Hey, Edna-san!" he called out as he ran over to him. The last time he saw the excitable man was at the "Feed the Needy" program a couple of weeks ago. Desmoshi was not one for just walking up to strangers, but Edna seemed pretty cool in his opinion. Why not chat with him so more and find out more?

Fion decided he wanted to spend his day walking around the shopping district maybe find somewhere he's never been before or something maybe meet some new people he was really in the mood for something fun today. He walked around for abit and honestly was having alot of fun just doing that simple thing though he overheard some people mention what sounded like an interesting bakery perhaps he'd check it out he was starting to get hungry anyways.
He asked someone if they knew where to go and he began to make his way to this interesting sounding bakery so he could have fun and eat some bread. He was pretty lazy today though and was just wearing a hoodie over his uniform so hopefully nobody would realize that he's a student of a school some people might dislike.
He decided he'd pop on some headphones and listen to some music which was mostly anime music but it was good jams and he started to get really into the music and stopped paying full attention to where he was walking. Fion also remembered he brought a small snack a piece of toast with some butter and cheese on it he promptly began eating it in the most anime way possible just hanging from his mouth. It didn't take long for him to accidentally bump into someone however and his toast went flying into whoever it was so before even looking to see his mess he decided he needed to apologize.
"OH sorry about that I wasn't really looking where I was going!"
when he got a look of who it was it looked like an adult so he felt extra embarrassed and hoped this person wouldn't be mad about being walked into or having toast launched at them so randomly.

Reaching into his hoodie pocket, he pulled out a small bag of chips and figured he'd have a little snack on the way! When he heard a familiar voice, those long lashes of his fluttered into a series of blinks, his humming came to an end and he looked toward it and... "Oh snap! Hey, if it isn't the super star of helping the community! What's shakin' bacon?!" Popping open the bag of tortilla chips with a wide grin and a chuckle upon pivoting on his heel to face his cool kid of the closest thing he had to a friend right now.

"You been doin' okay, buddy?" Tilting his head slightly, his golden triangle earrings dangling off his ears accented it with a jingle and couldn't help but wonder how life's been treating this hero to be! The kid was definitely what heroes should aspire to be in his opinion. Helping the community, being there for the little guys, just a well-rounded and solid person, really! Too bad so few folks in the heroic circles lacked that aside from like a small handful. Hopefully he could help change that one day...

About to explain his agenda for the day, he felt something thwap in a body sized smack into his back and stumbled forward while accidentally ripping the chip bag in half! Stumbling forward to regain his footing, if felt like he was watching the chips fall in slow motion. As if some sort of over the top dramatic, moody music should play as his chips crashed onto the floor....the ripped bag as he watched in absolute horror. There wasn't a thing he could do, his reflexes weren't fast enough... "MY CHIPS! M...m...my chips...oh my god my chips, my poor chips....I had to punt a shithead rat for those chips..."

Desmoshi's smile grew wide. He did remember him. They had worked on several projects together, and it was thanks to him that it got off the ground so easily. He also protected Niji during the Riots once he gave her the description of the blonde hero. It was nice to have people around that wanted to do good. But who was this mysterious man? Was their more to him than a good attitude and a smile? Desmoshi was just too trusting in nature, but he believed that everyone had a little good in them. Sometimes.
"Nothing much," Desmoshi said to the blonde man. "Just finally got a day to myself and all. Things had been hectic and finally got the chance to just enjoy some peace while I have it. What about you?" As Desmoshi was talking to him another young man ran into Edna causing him to lose his chips. Ooh, Desmoshi knew that pain. The pain of food being lost. It was a sad day for the chips. They didn't see it coming.
When the chaos settled down, Desmoshi got a good look at the man. "Fion! What it do brother?" he said looking at the first year. The last time he saw him was at the study session. It was nice to see him out and about taking in the sites. "Well, no need to worry about the chips. I was going to the bakery that I been hearing about. You guys want to tag along?"

Fion felt bad for the poor chips when he realized what he did how could he knock someone's chip out of their hands such a cruel fate for the poor chips landing on the ground. Besides that though he was sad his toast fell but at least the birds had something too eat or some rats maybe...He was soon surprised by the man seemingly taking it okay but Fion still needed to say sorry he felt bad about it all. "I can buy you more chips if it helps I'm sorry."
it wasn't long when he heard a familiar voice call his name and saw Desmoshi he remembered him from that study session awhile back he had all that pizza. Fion did feel a little too bad to say hi back immediately since he ruined a poor mans chips. Though it felt like he was saved when a bakery was mentioned it'd be a perfect way to pay back ruining chips he could buy the blond man some nice baked goods to replace the chips. Fion felt the need to respond to the mention of a bakery in a somewhat cheery voice so he didn't sound sad about the chip incident. "Oh yea that works, I can replace the chips with some baked goods does that sound good to you uhhhh sorry sir my names Fion but whats yours?"

A flock of birds and squirrels all popped out of the woodwork like a bunch of kids who heard they were going to McDolands! Squinting a bit as those golden feline eyes of his darted around...these guys seemed organized, too organized....

The tall man's face went deadpan as he watched the critters screech at each other and...and...oh god! He felt his jaw drop from the scene unfolding before his very eyes. The squirrel punched out one of the birds and screeched at the top of its little itty bitty lungs! "...hhhhhhhoooooooooooooly shit." Disbelief, complete and utter disbelief that there was actually a tiny turf war going on between seemingly wild animals. When that squirrel who made its little paws rated E for everybody turned, the little guy was wearing a goddamn button eye patch!

Enda over here, this crazy tall coot, he was all about conspiracy theories and outlandish were the best, but this was something even he might struggle to believe if he didn't see it for himself! Blinking and shaking his head didn't make it go away or disappear, "Either someone slipped something in my drink earlier or--WAIT did you say bakery?!" Swiftly turning his head away from the dust cloud of flying fur and feathers, the great war of 2074 over chips and toast became out of sight, out of mind. Desmoshi caught Edna's gaze at the ground and followed his gaze to see an all out war between bird and squirrel over a pile of chips. Welp, he had seen it all. One of the more buffed of the squirrels was pile-driving birds left to right while on of the birds was pulling off jujitsu on some of the squirrels. "Yeah, let's go to the bakery. I think today is getting... weird." He watched as Edna chucked the bird down an alleyway, the war continuing elsewhere for now.
While the group continued and help Edna check on the rest of his animal companions, Desmoshi said to them both, "I do have some exciting news. My dad and I are going to New York to pick up some relatives to come live with us." This was indeed an exciting moment in the young man's life. He hadn't seen Selena nor RJ since he was ten. It would be nice for them to come to Japan to live with them. "My cousin and aunt was thinking about getting into the pro scene here. But I am not sure how the government will take to my aunt." Or aunts, in this case. RJ was two people in one and rarely liked to be separated. What if they attempted to force the two apart? It would not end to well for the official who would try. "Any advice Edna?" he asked the tall blonde man.

Fion wasn't sure what the hell he was looking at why were these small animals randomly fighting it seemed kind of unnatural he had to smack himself to make sure he was actually conscious at the moment. Just utter confusion was on Fion's face and even the blond man seemed to acknowledge it aswell what just happened exactly?
Fion felt the need to comment on it just to make fully sure it wasn't like a weird ass dream happening at the moment. "What the hell as that? Am I dreaming or something?"
it wasn't long till the animals ran away and Fion decided to just shrug it off whatever it was that just transpired and instead noticed the blond man introducing himself as well as mentioning a patrol. The name Enda of course meant nothing to Fion as he didn't recognize the name but maybe he was a hero of vigilante since he mentioned a patrol.
"Are you a hero or a vigilante or something Enda? I ask since you sound like your paroling or something." Fion wasn't sure what to expect but he could soon hear Desmoshi talking about some of his family from New York moving here and trying to be heroes it was pretty cool news could always use more heroes.
"That's Cool Desmoshi when are you bringing them over from New York?" Fion was curious if it'd be during summer vacation or not since he was always pretty curious when people brought up stories like that.

Looking over to the Desmoshi kid, it was clear that the golden eyed man was deeeeeefinitely not sure what the hell just happened...but he absolutely needed to check on the stray animals. YET...he was a little hesitant about going to the bakery cause...well...wasn't Teruko still pissed with him?! BAAAAAH hopefully not...suuuuuch a garbage situation.

However, he mustered a smile at the mention of how Desmoshi was gonna go to New York and pick up some family! Hey, that sounded nice at the very least, "I'unno much about America and how they do stuff, but I know they have like..a pro hero exam n' junk they can take here in Japan. Since you're a UA kid n' already part of the hero program, I'd say reach out to one of like...your teachers and ask them to help schedule a program for your aunt~" Slowly blinking a couple of times, he shifted his gaze to rest upon a boy who...he looked kinda familiar...? Though he popped a brow right up into an arch as he strolled along to an alleyway that thankfully wasn't chaotic...unless a few cats mewing for attention and food counted as chaotic. A small orange tabby tux cat, a straggly looking black cat missing an eye and a big ol chunky cream colored cat with a nubby tail and nicks on his ears. "Eh...? Checking on stray animals sounds like I'm doing crime fighting stuff? Like...that's a first if I'm being totally honest~!" Honestly, he couldn't help but laugh as he pulled out the paper bowls for the cats, dumping some food into a few and water into one.

Giving the trio of kitties a few pets, he cooed softly to them, "Don't worry, lil guys, I'll get you a nice home soon~" Maybe if Akicat stopped being all bitchy at him and Teruko too, they could all adopt a cat or something! Unless.....maybe...these two would wanna take in some cute kitties! "Oh~! Speaking of finding my lil' furry friends hoooomes. Hey guys, you two wanna adopt some cute cats on your way back home after the bakery~?" Looking over to them, he figured if they were gonna bite the bait, he could ask Teruko for a box or grab one from next door at his salon!

Plus, it would probably give the furbabies some time to finish their little meal...he definitely didn't like the idea of walking away while they were still nomming away! So he remained crouched down and petting the kitties.

Desmoshi smiled at the idea about his aunt trying out for the pros. "Yeah," Desmoshi said with a smile. "I'll probably have someone reach out to her when she gets to Japan." Desmoshi went into the alleyway, he thought about another person he wished he could bring back. His mind drifted to the riots.
Flashback
Desmoshi stopped his assault, the energy from his cloak fading away. He was still able to walk, but he was spent. He needed to get back to his friends before he passed out. "You think it is over?" The voice came from the smoke as a skinny version of Ikari walked out. "IT'S NOT OVER! I AM STRONGER THAN YOU FREAK! I AM-" Before he could finish he collapsed to the ground. coughing up blood. "What the heck?" Desmoshi limped over, standing over his demons. "The Wolf King Boxer technique isn't focused on power," Desmoshi said, heavily breathing. "It's focused on hitting points and causing internal damage. In boxing, the ribs and temple are the most dangerous spots to get hit. That's what I did to you. Plus, you wore out your quirk and feeling the exhaustion from it. It's over."
Ikari laughed madly, looking up at the young Haymaker. "I know who you are," he said. "I know your name. I know your sister. I'll tell everyone!" Desmoshi looked at his opponent feeling sorry for him. "So?" Desmoshi answered. "I never planned on hiding who I was anyway. I was only doing it for the UA program. I am not that important anyone would care anyway. My goal is to obtain among all. Not worry about who knows my identity."
Desmoshi turned around and started to limp off slowly. "The cops will come and get you. I didn't come to fight, but to help civilians like I was told to. Fighting shouldn't be used in means of violence or to cause pain. It should only be used to help others. I want to help you. But you need to help yourself first." Desmoshi turned around to Ikari, still seeing him on the ground. "If you want help, you can come to UA for it. When you want it. Other than that, I am not fighting anymore tonight. I am going home with my friends and that's that." Desmoshi climbed back through the hole he came through, the sounds of Ikari screaming at him echoing behind him.
End of Flashback
Desmoshi blinked at Edna's question, breaking out of his thought. He never really kept a pet before. And when would he have time to take care of it? However, his mom did love cats and she really did want another since he and his sister were out of the house. "I'll think about it. My mom had been looking for some more kittens," he responded to the cat question. "But I am still pumped about the bakery." From what he heard, the bakery had some of the best cakes in Japan. He would be crazy to miss out on some good food.

Fion for a second considered the area their in might have some really weird animal problems in it maybe he should ask Perry to look into this wild area at some point seeing as he is a quirked animal and all would be his specialty. Fion then stopped pondering that as he could hear the blond talking it looked like he was talking about america and some kind of hero exams. He wondered about that did they just let people take some exam be like okay you are a hero good luck sounded kind of ridiculous especially depending on how much they screened the person before hand could find a real bad person by mistake.
He soon got a response on his question on if he was a hero or vigilante but it was super vague something about him being confused on Fion's question he kind of ignored it but at least sounded like he was a good guy and that's all that matters tho he is Desmoshi's friend so him being a good guy should be super obvious. soon the situation drifted into being asked if they wanted to adopt some kittens Fion wasn't sure how it'd work but his mom has been super lonely lately so he might aswell take one since not like he cant visit often anyway.
Fion began to talk since he figured why not. "My mom's been pretty lonely lately might be nice to give her a cat my grandparents would also love the company so sure I'll take one."
Fion then crouched down to give the little kitties some pets he actually hadn't had a pet cat in a few years since his last one passed away so it would be really nice to have one since their always useful to keep yourself from feeling lonely.

PHEW! Dodging that bullet was fantastic, but something about the kid with salt n' pepper hair in his teens made him a bit on edge since it was like tip toeing around getting called out. The kid was damn sharp and ugh...shit, he really didn't want to get in trouble since there was a good chance that being ticketed for vigilantism was going to be a goddamn dumpster fire. The only time he wanted anyone to know where he was walking along his brand of justice is if they were on the same side, which was kinda tricky. More so since he had a unique brand of paranoia...so for now...until he was an actual pro hero, coming clean about that wasn't an option. Though he pulled his thoughts away from nearly getting called out like one of those wacky games were there were imposters to be called out, this was all thanks to the kittens.

Bless their sweet, precious, fluffy faces...they were tiny little guardian angels in disguise! Ones of which were...going to have homes...? The smile that played across his lips was like that of a person who found a single shred of hope after walking into an animal shelter, one of which that had older animals on death row...then just enough people came to save the day and adopt them in the nick of time. Admittedly, it was tough to take care of them routinely...especially since he had so much on his plate as is...namely with getting the business all in order. So you know what? This was like a huge weight lifted off his shoulders and bringing him a sense of relief during times of turmoil and uphill struggles.

"God, you two have no idea how happy that makes me...like, shit...I've been trying so hard to juggle things with my cursed as fuck business and...ugh...just so much shit..." With a heavy sigh of relief, he gently pet the little cluster of kitties and directed them over to a little hiding spot after caring for them. Some where safe and away from any sick folks that looked to harm little animals. They'd been surviving with his help for this long, the little ones would just have to hold out for a bit longer. "You know what? My treat...I'm getting you guys whatever the hell you want at the bakery, let's go."

Finding a sense of confidence and strength, his tone definitely dialed up a notch as he walked off to lead the small troupe on over toward the bakery. Even though Serizawa-san was still...not exactly on the best terms with him...he'd keep doing what he could to look forward and salvage things. In honor of these kittens who finally found furever homes, he was gonna do his best!

Desmoshi gave a wide smile, his stomach growling from the anticipation. "Food!" Desmoshi cheered. He bent down and petted one of the kittens. "I will be back later for you," he said to the kitten. Desmoshi straightened up and gave a smile. "That sounds great," he said to Edna. "I have been dying to try that place out for the longest. Let's do this!" Desmoshi needed a break from the riots, to be honest. There were a few people that had asked him about it. To be honest, he didn't want to think about it. Not after what almost happened to Mizuki.
Flashback.
Mizuki lied in the hospital bed as Desmoshi sat next to her. Yang stood in the corner, sadness in her eyes. The pacemaker beeped in the background, giving the room an eerie feeling of dread and disappointment. Desmoshi had his head in his hands. Why wasn't he a better leader? His sister could have died because of him. He could have lost her. And all because he wasn't a better leader.
Desmoshi looked at his sister. They managed to close the wound on her chest and was healing quite rapidly. But the shock of what happened was more than she could handle. She would be out for a while, but she would be fine. "I should have done better," Desmoshi said quietly. "No matter what, I will become number one. Not for glory. But to protect those who I don't want to see hurt. I want to protect you. I want peace for us and everyone. I won't let this happen to you again."
End of Flashback.
Desmoshi shook the thought away. No sense of dwelling in the past. Mizuki was fine and was healthy. But why did he feel the way he did? Why did he feel like it was his fault?

Fion was actually glad he would be getting a little kitty assuming they are still there when they get back pets were always nice to hang out with especially cats they tended to love cuddling. Besides the kittens though Fion got a weird vibe from the blond man he seemed to ignore the question which made Fion decide he must be a vigilante cause a hero would have had no problem saying what he was but to Fion it didn't matter he wanted to clearly help people and animals out so it didn't matter.
Fion then watched the cats get moved to a safe spot while Enda seemed to thank them for wanting to take a cat as if it would have made his life rough if they didn't adopt the cats. He felt like he may aswell give a response about the cat helping his business out thing. "Yea no problem always willing to help out where I can."
Fion gave the kitty's a nice look and a few pets they were very cute and he knew his family would love one of them and would take very good care of it. He soon heard a sentence that made him excited getting baked goods for free and it being whatever he liked which gave Fion a big stupid smile on his face. he decided to give a smile and tell him thanks for it since it sounded like a fantastic deal to him. "Thanks sounds like a good deal to me looking forward to that bakery also maybe getting the owners autograph..."
Fion was actually a fan of the bakery owner which for someone his age might seem weird but he really liked monster flicks especially if their about big monsters fighting each other even if some of them were hit and miss.
