APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY

Appearance:

Kagami had been born with black hair, but had it dyed to a lighter brown in order to better appeal to a wider audience for their streams. Kagami likes to keep it up in a ponytail because its cute and keeps their hair out of their eyes when they're gaming.

They prefer to stick to blue skirts with white stockings and black ankle boots, along with a white shirt whenever they're not in their school uniform. Whenever in school uniform, they wear those over-sized loose socks found in the kogal culture but otherwise sticks to the uniforms code.

Whenever they're streaming Kagami wears a blue ascot type of necktie as well as a large single black and white finger less glove on their left arm, as part of their "Omni-Screener" persona.

Personality:

Due to them having been using her Quirk since they were a child on a regular basis, they have a bit of a disregard towards governmental policies which police the use of Quirks. They're not hurting anyone or anything, so why not use their abilities? That's not to say they'd go out of their way to deliberately break the law or rules, but they do like to nudge and poke at them. 

Kagami is very much a child of technology, and would get lost very easily if they didn't have GPS. Take them camping for the purpose of reconnecting with nature and they will try to sneak along several devices, including a wifi booster or three.

Because of their time streaming, they've gotten used to making schedules and following them in order to maintain a semblance of normality and control... Woe betide any who disrupt the holy schedules for they unleash a beast of pure panic that only a swift return to the pattern can appease.

That's not to say they don't enjoy spontaneous events like friends inviting them out to do stuff with them... They have designated timeslots for random events to take place in, and if nothing occurs Kagami uses those slots to get in a nap.

HISTORY

Born and raised in Japan, when they discovered their Quirk at the age of six, it was all their parents could do to stop them from covering the house in all the screens from every single device they could get their hands on. They tried to accomodate their new abilities by giving her a singular TV in her room, that was hooked up to all the console and computer devices available at the time.

And it worked, almost a little too well.

When they weren't at school or doing their homework or spending time with their family, they were in their room with her multiple Quirk generated screens and gaming away on multiple devices at once.

As the years went on, they even began to build up a subscriber base as the Quirker Gamer "Omni-Screener", and held regular charity streams at their parents suggestion in order to placate the government types who might have taken notice of their activities and suspected them of using a Quirk without "legal permission".

They could never find hard proof of course because they never showed their Quirk off on the streams themselves, and it could be presumed that they were simply using multiple regular monitors like a normal person. Especially when Kagami and their parents used their earnings to purchase a few extra monitors to act as proof of no wrong-doings.

It was around this time that they began to experiment with wearing girls outfits. At first it was just to try and grab more views and subscribers, but over time began to wear them even when they weren't streaming... Kagami found that girls clothes were more physically comfortable for some reason than boys clothes...

Thanks to all their time spent gaming and streaming they've become fluent in English and Russian in combination with their native Japanese.

When the undead legions of this Loki guy appeared in the summer of 2074, Kagami set about "borrowing" the various law enforcement agencies signals in order to help better co-ordinate anyone and everyone they could get in contact with that maybe didn't have any kind of network available to them. 

This incident was what helped them to finally decide where they wanted to go after middle school... They may not be a front line type of person, but they could sure as hell gather intel and co-ordinate people who were that kind of force.

They would work to try and attend UA and become a support hero... At least then they'd be able to "borrow" law enforcement signals without getting into too much legal bother. Right?
