APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Willow is a lithe girl with a well kept short head of ebon toned hair and onyx colored eyes. With a smooth English-featured face, her genetic heritage is apparent and upfront. She has relatively pale skin, save for one elongated red scar making its way up the side of her right calf. This scar is tapered, narrow toward her ankle and widening up toward her knee where it stops just before the joint itself.
She has a lithe frame with no apparent muscle showing on her body even when flexing or exerting extraneous force, having come from a lap of privilege, she never had to do much herself.
She tends to wear multi-piece outfits, usually topping them off with a hooded jacket with some sort of animal theme to it. She also wears face masks for fashion and to keep her face hidden to avoid judgment or stereotyping for being foreign.

Personality:
Willow Meadows if first and foremost, someone who can be described by everyone as eager to get out in to the world to see as much as she can, she'll always be ready to head out on a field trip or a vacation to a new place every time, putting up a bit of a fuss if she ever visits the same location, because she wishes to visit every place in the world once to make a scrapbook of photos.
Despite all of this however, she is self-conscious about her own personal looks and standing out like a tourist or foreigner, as such, she will study about the culture and language of many places before visiting them, rely on translation programs, and tends to dress up in costumes more than going around in normal clothes.
She is prone to changing her mind and attitude on plenty of things, being a capricious personality from having ADHD, she tends to lose focus on something that doesn't garner her interest, or will change her focus on to anything else that is more gratifying in the moment.
Because of this trait, she is also prone to having small outbursts of emotion and acting on impulse rather than thinking things out.
However, she tends to compartmentalize many of the things that bother her, not wishing to bother others with her problems, this results in having emotional breakdowns at times, which she shuts herself away from the world to deal with while seeking out the comfort in any game she can play on her phone.

HISTORY
Born to the Meadows family in England, she was the fourth born child among five children total. Between her extended family, her parents, and all of her siblings, Willow was one of the only three people to develop a quirk, the other two being her aunt and her uncle. Despite having a family history of a few Quirks spawning, they were not looked upon favorably, even less so due to Willow's mother running a company that endorses avoiding Quirks.
As a result, Willow spent most of her young life in boarding school, learning to cope with her quirk, being around others with and without quirks, the social setting was very divisive, warranting an early onset of cliques through primary school, even through all of this, Willow managed to make friends from both sides of the pool so to speak, granting her an in with upper classmen as she was getting to be the age of secondary school. It was during this time she met her girlfriend, two years her senior.
However, as boarding school became less viable, and private school became the only choice, her parents sought out something to deal with her. Of course, she could be around her siblings finally, Willow was slowly being worked out of her family's life. It was thanks to the UA high school's existence that they were able to do away with the quirker of the family. Shipping her off to Japan, Willow was enrolled at UA to learn about heroism, while assuming it was for the sake of an exchange student program.
Little does Willow know that she's about to experience quite an upheaval from her family and soon to be rocky relationship. However, she's eager to see the new sights and meet new people, she even gets to fulfill a part of her dream in photographing historical sights in every city on the globe!
