A dream, such a peculiar dream... Ever since Titania had disappeared Primula felt there was something different, something that felt like it was missing. Rising up from underneath her blanket the girl yawned softly, her mismatched eyes gazing around the room. Ever since that day at the dormitory where Angelica had scolded her about the fact she used her Quirk in a way that didn't follow the rules, Primula felt agitated, not understanding why she was the bad girl for wanting to help someone, and in the wake of the event Primula had chosen to return to Sonya's penthouse, feeling she needed some distance from the hero academy. Not only was Hachi currently staying at the doctor, but the whole matter earlier had left her feeling pretty sour.
It didn't help that the night she returned, she had that weird dream again. That vivid dream of being trapped in that majestic castle, its beauty and grace being breathtaking, but the knowledge she couldn't leave it, making it nothing more than a gilded cage. Always she would descend along the staircase to the throne room to find 'her' seated on the throne: The fairy queen Titania.
Often they would spend time talking about recent events, and even today was no exception. Primula voiced her dislike of Angelica's attitude, the troubled feelings of being scolded at wanting to help people. It was at that point that Titania said something that stirred the girl's mind into pondering the meaning of those words:
Aren't the laws you are forced to obey, simply a gilded cage for Quirkers?
It did feel like that, even if one might say that the rules were there to protect people, when those very same rules and regulations forced you to hold back, to refrain from helping people, to prevent you from doing the right thing, were those laws just? Titania merely smiled at her, standing up as she raised a hand over the girl's head and ruffled it lightly, whispering softly.
"If you don't like it, then make your own rules, as Titania that is our privilege."
That morning when Primula woke up, those memories still lingered, those feelings were still as intense as before, and so the child decided to do what seemed to make the most sense to her: To seek counsel from one of her mothers. Dressed still in her panda-shaped pajama the girl descended to the first floor of the loft their 'family' stayed at. She knew all too well that it was just a matter of time before her mother would wake up, so for the time being she simply wandered into the kitchen, musing softly.
"Sonya-mama said the milk was kept in the fridge~ Milk makes me grow into a big girl~"
As Primula reached with a hand for the fridge and opened it, she pulled out the bottle of milk and wandered to a cabinet to withdraw two glasses and declared with a smile.
"Amaterasu~"
The call suddenly made the purple-haired girl manifest next to her side, smiling kindly at her. Even if it was a silly morning ritual, it was an innocent side to her master that she had been instinctively sworn to defend, to protect the young girl as both her shield and sword. And so they stood side by side, one girl in a panda-styled pajama and the armor-clad servant who gulped down the glass side by side.
"I wonder where Sonya-mama went so late yesterday, maybe work?"
Primula inquired out loud, still blissfully oblivious to the fact she had some unexpected company!
