Leaked from a Breddit Post:
You know, since we’re out here having such a good time putting the spotlight on all the hard work my fellow villains and I are putting forward, especially the very generous nod from the Japanese Government to my own person, kind of you, really. I thought I would shed some light on a few people people in Japan that I consider to be most special.
I want them alive and in a ‘conversational’ condition.
Accompanied with the brief blurbs; each name on the list has a photo (if any) of their hero identity from the Sports Festival or News.
Sea Emperor - (C Rank Wealth) ¥ reward. (SF Photo)
This young man will be the very first to learn the hard lesson of what it means to cross the Goddess of Victory. Of all those present, I don’t mind if he is a little roughed up upon delivery, but I will personally kill whoever harms him beyond mending.
Red Horn - (C Rank Wealth) ¥ reward. (News Photo)
The Current Number One Hero, there shouldn’t be much question as to why I would very much like to introduce myself properly to the raging beast that’s done just as much damage to Tokyo as I have. We’re birds of a feather after all.
Curved Lightning - (C Rank Wealth) ¥ reward. (SF Photo)
A real up and comer this one, talented to say the least, she and three of her little friends lead me on a merry little game of cat and mouse on the night of the breakout. I’m looking forward to a proper conversation next time we meet.
Red - (C Rank Wealth) ¥ reward. (SF Photo)
Another one of my little mice, quick on his feet, he was quite a joy to watch at the sports festival. It’s about time he and I meet to talk about the future of our society, I would just love to pick his brain.
Typhoon Dragoon - (C Rank Wealth) ¥ reward. (SF Photo)
A real hero, risked her life to save an injured pro from me. It was a shame his wound was fatal, but I can’t say I am not impressed. Run little mouse, you have my attention now.
Nanknight - (C Rank Wealth) ¥ reward. (SF Photo)
The fourth of my little mice, fleeing into the fires of the night, you survived, you lived on, you grew stronger from that experience too I take it? I very much want to see just how strong you have become dear.
Fix (C Rank Wealth) ¥ reward. (No Photo)
A curious and potentially dangerous lurker in the underworld, this young person has proven to be a wellspring of talent and intelligence. He is not to be underestimated. Find out who he is and bring him to me, its time we had a conversation about boundaries young man.
Yellow Jacket (C Rank Wealth) ¥ reward. (News Photo)
This one is a bit personal. I consider Thunder Shock to be a dear friend and while I am not entirely privy to the circumstances of their clash I think it’s only right they get to finish their conversation. I’m sure not only myself but Thunder Shock will appreciate the gesture from whomever delivers them to me.

自由自在 Yojin's never felt so wanted.
Hip-hop blasted through Damage Control, drowning out the sounds of heat-dryer, a drill, and most notably, four humming, jerry-rigged computers stacked precariously around the battered desk in the corner, the beating heart of Yojin’s illegal chop shop. One screen was filled with several chat rooms, the second ran a 3D modeling program, and the third churned at an audio-analysis program, comparing two speeches--one, Soyna Chernov’s address to the Diet, and the second, Ishtar’s speech to Tokyo, finally, the last computer was flickering through web pages at a blurringly-fast pace. Then, abruptly, the music cut out, an ominous faux-german villainess’s theme blaring through the speakers in the shop for a couple second before the m Yojin looked up from his work, setting down the drill next to the gutted washing machine he was ripping apart, lifting his safety goggles, and wiping the beads of sweat off his forehead with a rag from his belt. Let’s see the catch of the day. He trudged over to his computer station, grabbing an energy drink from the fridge as he passed and taking an graceless chug. It was fucking late. Almost time to head back to frat house, even he barely felt tired this late anymore. Frankly, if it’d been any other alert, he’d probably have saved it for morning. But that song meant “Ishtar." Yojin grabbed the webtrawler computer’s keyboard, flicking it open to see what had flagged the bot. Probably a false flag, but…His eyes went wide as he saw the post that had tripped the bot. If it was fake, it was still damn alarming. It's a fucking hit-list.Yojin suddenly felt clammy as he scanned down the post the bot had found, stomach tightening with each name he recognized. Yuuto. Yumi. Red. Mia. Hachi...And finally, Fix. The small comfort that it was “Fix,” rather than “Yojin” barely registered, through the ice-cold shock of panic he felt. Even if this was fake, it was still fucking dangerous. Damage Control’s security suddenly felt inadequate, as though someone might break through the armored garage door at any moment. Yojin regretted sending Chimera home early. Yojin shook his head, forcing himself not to freeze in panic. With a few keystrokes, he forwarded it to Red, and with a couple more, he took a screenshot of the list and printed a copy off his work computer, leaving the URL intact. Yojin stared at the paper copy of the list, his hands trembling, irrationally tempted to rip off the line that mentioned “Fix.” But if anyone found the original--and he’d left the link up--that would just tip his hand. He shoved the list in his pocket, texting a quick note to Red--a simple line of “I’ll handle the teachers,” and started to close up shop, his back itching like he was sitting in a sniper’s crosshairs. Yojin kicked up his moped, and raced home to Mustafa. Every shadow held a glowing-eyed villain. Every streetlight was an ambush in the waiting, and each car he passed held an assassin. He wasn’t going to get a wink of fucking sleep, that was for sure. ---
In the morning, a crumpled screenshot of the list arrived was waiting under the door of the staff lounge when morning came, an anonymous scrap of paper to be dissected and reviewed by UA’s pros.

Red had been having a pretty good day, in all honesty. Sure, his wounds from the Ishtar thing had been acting up for some reason today, slowly healing thanks to him swiping a couple extra candies from the infirmery, but it was looking like the best he was gonna get was some faded burn scars.....and thats if he was lucky. He had no idea what the fuck she'd done to him, but it was looking like he was in the clear.....the recording, however, was not. The only part he could salvage had her quirk covering the one part of his face he needed to prove who she was, that his theory was correct and he wasnt fucking crazy.
Alas, it seemed that chance had escaped him. Even if he'd seen her face, he had no proof of it, so it didnt matter to anyone, really. Yumi atleast seemed to listen to him when he told her to be careful around Sonya, Feng too, but he doubted they actually believed him. Probably just humouring him so he shut the fuck up about it.....which, to be fair, he could understand. He was basing his belief on a lone eyewitness account and his own gut......Atleast Yojin seemed to have the same feeling he did about the woman.
Still, it looked like their efforts were going nowhere at the moment. Discretely looking into things on his own hadnt turned up much, and he hadnt heard anything from Yojin since the break out.....Either Ishtar was very good at not leaving a paper trial or they'd come up across a dead end. Red was honestly starting to doubt it himself. All he had was Yuuto and her eyes, and considering Sonya had talked to the Diet about improving the hero program, he honestly was starting to have a hard time seeing it. It still nagged at him but.....maybe he was just being a paranoid fuck about all this.
"....Huh? The fuck is this?" He'd tiredly ask himself. He was still avoiding sleep like the plague, having been up for.....he had lost count of what time it was, it was dark outside....like it had been when he woke up last.....So atleast a day, probably. Lazily opening UA chat, he'd find a DM from Yojin, with a link to some Breddit post. He wondered why he'd felt the need to let his barely awake arse in on it.....Then he read the title: Ishtars Most Wanted. Fancy.
"......What, did someone makin a really convincing troll account or something? Or was this a fan?" He'd mutter to himself, lazily rolling his chair over to his garage computer. Rubbing his head and loosening some maintainence dust from his eyes, he'd blearliy look at the very, very bright screen, slowly focusing in on the names on the list. He was honestly glancing over it, skim reading the glosseries and yawning. It was just hero names, anyone could have gotten those and made some shit up.....even if it was very close to the tru-----
Then he saw his name. His name was on the list. His eyes would go wide, slowly waking up and realizing what this list was.
It was a goddamn kill list. Sure, it said that she wanted them alive.....but once she had her hands on them? Odds were they would be found at the bottom of Tokyo river irradiated to a crisp.
Quickly, he'd start to actually read what was on the list. He'd quickly read his own descriptions again and realise.....this wasnt a troll. This couldnt have been a troll. How would a troll have known he'd been anywhere near Ishtar at the breakout? Not even Yumi and Feng knew....He kinda hoped.
So.....this was the real deal. This was her. She knew who he was now, and wanted to see him.....He was almost tempted to try and scam her to jack her money cause.....hoo boy that was a lot......plus she could have picked a better picture for him.....though honestly the fact he looked real dumb, throwing up after the train race, might helt keep people off of his arse.
Still, that did pose a problem, he wasnt sure how much she knew but....odds were it was just sports fest stuff. He didnt have any social crap, so she couldnt get anything concrete on him probably. He thought he was pretty in the clear.....and then she saw the rest of the list. He'd been under the impression that it was just heroes on this list, considering he saw Mia and Hachis names on it but.....The majority were students. There was some guy named Fix too, but Red didnt care. His blood had gone cold, reading a name.
Yumis name. Well, her hero name, but still. Feng was on her too, same deal. Yuuto was on here too, and Meara....basically every student who'd met Ishtar.............
[smear:#1979e6].....No......Nononononononononononononononononononononononono......NO![/smear:#ff0000:1] Red would start to repeat in his mind, the world blurring around him. It was happening again. He was going to lose more people he cared about again. He thought he'd moved past this. He thought he'd been careful. He didnt want this to happen. It had all been for.........nothing.
He could see UA chat exploding with the news. He didnt even hear Yumi leave to go talk to Serpy. He barely processed the fact that they were gonna get cop and hero security details......cause it didnt matter.
Considering the amount of money she was anteing up, she could very easily just call the cops off. Hell, she could probably pay someone off to distract everyone while some fuckin secret spec ops unit of hers rolled in to grab em. Plus, any protection would make it easy to spot them in a crowd, or know where they are......Which meant that really, they only had one shot of being safe again.
".......Not Again". He'd whisper to himself, over and over again, his tone getting deeper and deeper. There was a cold, distant fire in his eyes, as he grabbed a spare, darker coat of his and booked it out of the house, his goal clear now. He didnt care how, he had to find out who the hell Ishtar was. He figured that anyone after them would wait til summer break to strike, which meant he had about a month to figure it out....if that.
All he knew right now, was that he finally had another lead. He wasnt sure how she knew the guy, but the only person he didnt know on that list was Fix. Which meant that there was probably a connection there. Something he could use. So, while he was running, he'd tell Yojin exactly what he was going to do.
He was going to find Fix, get any information he could out of him, and use it to figure out her identity. Sure, he was aware that what he was planning on doing right now was probably illegal, but he didnt care. He knew was probably walking into hell with this, but he figured his chances of graduating were slim at this point anyway, considering what the list meant.
He'd already lost his parents, his sister, his best friend......he wasnt about to lose the last two people keeping him from breaking down. No matter what it took. He had to hold on this time......cause they were all he had left.
..........He'd need to make Feng a Red Alert necklace.....just in case.

can't i have just one night off? please? WHEN A CERTAIN BREDDIT POST WENT VIRAL, the crimson gentleman was reclined on his couch, a soft, woven blanket draped over his legs as he poured over a thick hardback novel. One hand pinched the book by its spine, while the other hand meandered idly over the back of a white, long-haired cat, apparently asleep but resonating with a deep purr. Another cat, a short-haired tabby, was curled-up on his feet.
His glasses had been removed and folded neatly, placed lenses-up upon a nearby coffee table. Next to it, his cell phone, face-down.
It was a rare, quiet moment that one scarcely experienced when it came to working two, more-than-full-time jobs. And Tobias would relish every moment of it.
The cell-phone buzzed once, signifying an email. The alert earned a disinterested side-eye from the redhead, and little more—he was in the middle of a chapter, damn it. The white cat lifted its head, ever vigilant—but when her owner didn’t budge, she laid her head back down.
Time stretched on. A clock ticked over the mantle of the fireplace. The air-conditioner kicked-on. If one listened closely enough, they could even hear the appliances whirring softly in the kitchen.
Tobias had finished one chapter and begun the next when the phone began to buzz again—this time a call—and it danced incessantly over the top of the coffee-table.
“Urgh, what now?” Tobias grunted, sitting up to place a bookmark between his two current pages.
The white cat upon his chest let-out a discontent, “Meeewww,” of protest.
“Yes, apologies, Alice,” the redhead said in resignation, “But it might be important.”
Alice gave a withering glance, and jumped to the floor as Tobias strained to reach the cell phone.
“Not Nezumi,” Tobias groaned, upon sighting the screen. If he ignored it, his companion would simply call back, continuously, until he picked-up. He swiped his thumb across the screen and raised the device to his ear, clearing his throat, “Talk to me.”
“Heeeyyy, Toby-chan~” a lilting, masculine voice came through the receiver, “Didja get my email~?”
“Hadn’t had a chance to look at it,” Tobias replied, “Was enjoying some down-time.”
“What? The Informant, relaxing?!”
“Get to the point, please, Kyou.”
“Ow, I’m hurt. I saw a Breddit post that might interest you… it’s about that Ishtar chick you’re so fascinated in.”
Tobias propped the phone up between his shoulder and his ear, leaning over to pet the tabby cat still curled-up on the far cushion.
“Kyou… you emailed me… about a Breddit post?” Tobias sighed, “There are plenty of fanatics on the internet, Kyou. Most of them are harmless, perhaps a touch mentally-ill.”
“Okay okay, but this one might actually be her.”
Tobias’s hand paused, his head lifting marginally. He gripped the phone in his hand again, rotating his body towards the coffee table, where a sleeping laptop also resided.
“Yeah?”
“It’s a list. Of, uh, people she wants to talk to? Lots of U.A. kids on it.”
Tobias hit the power button on his laptop, clearing his throat.
“You emailed it to me?”
“Yep.”
“Thank you, Kyou. I’ll call you back.”
“Don’t mention it.”
Tobias hung-up the phone, his fingers flitting over the keyboard. Minutes later, he was opening the link in his professional email’s inbox, titled, “You Owe Me a Coffee~”. With a huff, and a click, Tobias was pushed to the Breddit post in-question. His left hand toggled the wheel of his mouse slowly, scrolling past a collection of photos from various sources and short descriptions.
A student… Red Horn… another student… another student… and another… It was certainly a post worthy of instilling fear in any—after all, they were targeting teenagers, the youth of their society, even if they were super-powered youths. A lot of the pictures were public-access, however—and a lot of the descriptions were either directly observable in the media, or difficult to refute. The list could easily be some internet troll with a sick sense of humor and far too much time on their hands. They could analyze the linguistic patterns to see if it matched Ishtar, sure—perhaps get Breddit to release the IP associated with the account and trace it—but on its own, the post wasn’t noteworthy enough to lose one’s mind over.
Tobias pushed the mouse upwards, sliding the cursor to the little red “x” at the top-right of his screen. He could print a copy later. He wanted to get back to his book.
Something drew his eye—a gap in the sea of photos—and one name that had become a particular interest for Toby in the past few months. A name written in a bold type-face.
Fix.
Oh.
While all other names present on the list had withstood very public encounters with the villainess (or those affiliated with her, at the very least), “Fix” was an enigma. Cell-phone videos and news-bytes alike recording interactions between everyone on the list except Fix. Fix and Ishtar were, to the best of Tobias’s knowledge, only involved with one another through the Tokyo Underground.
If this was not Ishtar herself, it was a very thorough, very dangerous, copy-cat. At the very least, it was someone who was paying as much attention to the Tokyo Underground as Tobias was. And that, on its own, was worthy of suspicion.
Tobias scrolled to the list just below the “Exit” Button, dropped the menu down, and clicked “Print”. Just his luck, the posting would get taken down. While the printer in his study whirred to life upstairs, Tobias reached for his cell-phone again, pecking at it with an urgent index finger. The screen went dark, the letters “PSC” illuminating the screen. Tobias brought the receiver to his ear.
“Hello, Public Safety Commission. How may I help you?”
“This is the Informant—get me Teshigawara, please—I’ve got a possible lead on Ishtar that requires looking-in to.”
