APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Ornella is a short and slender young woman, who doesn't really have a lot of meat on her bones. Her skin is pale and almost perfectly spotless, save for some disfiguration under her left eye socket and scarring on her legs. These scars are on the stumps of her legs where her legs up to knees used to be, lost in an incident a long time ago. Instead of your standard leg prosthesis (i.e. metal with plastic feet / calves), she instead has a pair of running blades, like those of an athlete, with spiked studs on the underside of the 'foot' to help with her stability. One of her eyes is also missing, and it replaced with a glass eye which is coloured like the other one, a blue-green colour. Finally, as part of her Quirk, her hands are incredibly large and unwieldy, growing to that size as part of her mutation soon after her powers manifested. In general, though a bit thin and despite her giant hands, she's healthy for her size and weight.
POSITIVE
✔ Creative, sociable, strong swimmer.
NEGATIVE
✖ Dour, stubborn, vengeful, easy to tire.
LIKES
✔ Music, making friends, causing trouble for heroes, swimming.
DISLIKES
✖ Heroes and vigilantes, bottled water, sunny days, her glass eye
Personality:
Ornella is a musically creative young woman who also knows how to make the most of her weird Quirk, whether she likes it or not. Though she is not entirely gifted, her musical prowess makes her locally famous in a few select dives across the city of Tokyo, and she loves to sing, write music and even perform poetry when she can. Along with this, due to years of societal neglect, she is quite eager to be as sociable with others as she can be, talking up a storm with any non-hero who'll lend her an ear. She has started to slowly like being a minor menace for civilians, and can't wait to start messing with heroes too, but still has a lot to learn before she can become a serious contender on the scene.
Negatively, she can be quite dour and a little moody, usually coming across in her performances and rarely in actual conversations. She does tend to cry when alone, and would prefer people didn't see that part of her. Because of the size of her hands, she can be quite lacking in finesse and really doesn't like to be stared at, either at her eye or her hands which she can't exactly hide when out and about. She can hide her hands under a layer of her slime to mask her involvement in things, but isn't on the radar quite yet.
Unrelated to the above, she speaks in a quite noticeable southern drawl, and is actually super happy with how low and mellow her voice is in-general.

HISTORY
Ornella is one of many Quirked children born in the period between 2043 and 2070, born in Corpus Christi in Texas USA, though her Quirk manifested in an unusual manner. Though she was around six years of age, typical of Quirks, she and her family were involved in a so-called accident in which a fight between a villain and a vigilante brought their apartment down on top of them. Thankfully, she survived with help from the same vigilante, but one of her eyes were lost in the levelling. Later, after treatment, it was decided that her legs should be amputated, and after awaking from surgery, she began to realize there was something off about her body. Surprisingly enough, it wasn't just being an amputee with one eye, but the fact that her legs were suddenly 'replaced' with viscous, watery slime. She couldn't control it for long, and soon the liquid keeping her standing dissipated into the air as if the fluid never existed. It was odd and not expected, but it'd keep her happy.
Despite keeping her powers to herself, her growing hand size - becoming the size of dinner plates across by her young teens - confirmed that her Quirk was a mutation, and the only person in her family to display such a trait. Unable to help the size of her hands, but unable to hide them very well, led to her becoming isolated and quite alone in the orphanage she wound up in. Due to this, she began to dislike her non-Quirked orphan friends, and soon grew to loathe vigilantes in general for what transpired years before. By sixteen, she'd grown so resentful of those around that she ran away from that awful place, and began living on the sidelines, unsure if the world would ever accept her for who she was.
In this time, she began to master her abilities and put her mutations to good use, using her powers to walk around in the dead of night and using her big ol' fists to break into vending machines and ATMs to get a good supply of food and money. In her early 20s, she began to work for owners of seedy bars who let her stick around, realizing that villains across the country were more accepting of who she was. By this point, though she wasn't fighting the heroes on the day to day, she was singing in villain-only secret locations across the country, making a small name for herself. Eventually, she heard rumours of stronger villains in Japan, and with the last of her money, she fled to Japan.
Ornella still does her music gig, but as more Quirked folk gain hero licences, the villains around her grew restless. All she can do is sing, make her modest fortunes, and slowly but surely ease herself into a life of crime, all to one day enact revenge on vigilantes who took away everything from her. Or so she believes.
