Mosa was somewhat pleasantly surprised about the fact, that he got another request for him to hold an internship. It had been quite a while since last time, and that had felt quite unfortunate towards the end to the worker. The old folks home he had taken Farrah to had been especially harsh towards her more light and excited demeanor of handling things, but he hoped she had taken it as more of a learning experience, than outright critique for her abilities. The girl had outright been frustrated about the words main caretaker had offered her about the subject. In this case, Mosa wasn't sure if he had done a good job of it or not. On one hand, getting your student to actually think on the topics they were supposed to learn about was part of the job... but on the other hand, that bad of a reception had the risk of hitting the moral of the students badly. In that regard, this was a perfect chance to get another whack at it, and see if these things would go the same way.
Although admittedly, this time the student was quite similar to Farrah: a very excited and innocent student, who seemingly wanted to bring cheer to the world. Compared to Farrah however, Mosa had not had a meeting with this girl before. Well, aside from her requesting this internship of course. With that, he could assume atleast, that she had no worries on that side of things. But he was still very curious about her. And especially about how she would react to what he had prepared for her. It was out of her request after all. A kind of visit that he used to do more often, when he wasn't working for U.A so much:
A simple visit to a daycare. Well, in this case more of a 'month at a daycare'. A very interesting place, which had pretty much the opposite crowd from the old folks home. However, Mosa knew the difficulties wouldn't be any easier. Maybe they would be even harder? Well, atleast the critique the girl might receive wouldn't be nearly as overtly critical as a grungy old lady... gosh, that was a rude thought. Maybe a part of his students had taken root in him as well.
The day the internship was starting, Mosa would park his car once again in front of U.A:s gates. He waited patiently until would come through them, and open the door for her. "Welcome. The trip won't be long. It's a very familiar place for me, so they are prepared for us to come there." After that he would take the drivers seat, and start driving. Not that they were late or anything, but Mosa just liked to be somewhat punctual. "Anyways, nice to meet you again. I can assure you, I am about as excited for this as you probably are." This really didn't show on his face, as it was as flat as ever, but atleast inside he felt excited. "How are you feeling? Any expectations?" Already he was starting his classic minor questioning routine. What could he say? It was the best way to start a conversation to get some opinions.
Although, he did have some more interesting questions as well. atleast for him. "I do have to admit, I was quite surprised by your request. It was quite specific compared to what usually comes around... Heroes after all work on more of a case by case basis." as much of a position as he had, the job routine was very different to them. But the reason he was allowed to do internships was because the social aspect of heroism could be seen in a lot of things he did. "Not to say we won't be. Everyone of the children will be their very own person after all."

When Honey first had a class by Haruto Shizumu, it was because her original teacher Mikhail Orlov had been in the Shinagawa accident. This had scared little Honey a little, she had at that time not thought about it too much. But things in the news had pointed out the danger of a job like a hero. It did not scare her off, it made her think about it and what to do about it and so on. Honey was after all but a small squirrel and she also tried to be reasonable to herself; she was only a second year. Her internships were just starting it made all the more sense that she wasn't ready yet for a lot of things. She wasn't a combat squirrel, so she wouldn't be out there at all, that made it better for her and to be less scared. Everything at this point scared her and it was maybe highly embarrassing that it did. She wasn't sure what to think about that and what to do with it. Her own goal for the future had been to be a sort of support and rescue animal, meaning that she wanted to use her mutation looks as a positive vibe for children especially. In case there were villains around or even things like the Earthquake of a few weeks ago, she would be there to hug them tightly and be very aware of things and help them and feel less scared. That meant she had to know how to talk to people in a calming manner and to pay proper attention. It was why Haruto had told her to go and meet Ganbaroshi Mosa, which was why she had requested the counsellor for an internship. She was going to take matters into her own hands now that she wasn't in for tutoring all the time and had spare time to work on these internships and on what she wanted. This was an important part of starting her future career, she definitely needed to learn this and she was considering first aid, which was why she had signed up for the one with Nakahara Nimue. It had made her feel stupid there and while she was walking to the front gate to meet up with Ganbaroshi-sensei, she noticed no one else was here. Did that mean that she was alone? That might be better for her, she would not feel too dumb, or maybe she would, she had no idea. She was on time, she wore her school uniform but in her little backpack, she had packed her hero outfit, drinks and so on. She would see how this was going.
"Goodmorning Ganbaroshi-sensei." She said when she noticed he opened the door for her and she bowed quickly and climbed in the car. She nodded when he said it wouldn't be a long trip, that was fine, she was used to trips from Musutafu to Tokyo so all good. She smiled at him, a little excited but also quite nervous, which was a contrast that the squirrel wasn't too familiar with. She smiled brightly when he said nice to meet you again, "Yay." She couldn't help but mention when Ganbaroshi said that he was excited. She liked him already! "Oh, I am a little nervous, but I want to do the best that I can. I actually don't have too many expectations, I just want to go in open minded, is that bad?" She quickly turned her attention from the front window back to her teacher of today. "Also I was wondering if it would be bad if the kids did recognize me from tv, would that harm my job?" It was obvious that smaller kids might have heard of Glinda the squirrel in Animal Rescue team. She had not thought about it before, but she would probably handle it very well. After all Tsutsuji-sensei had said that Orlov-sensei would want her to hold on to her acting career and combine it with her hero career. That was going to be tough but she might try, it was probably also what her mother had in mind.
Honey nodded and frowned a little, it was that she was trying to save those thoughts in her mind and she looked up, "I think it is important to learn how to be good and how to know what to say and do to calm people down, especially children in such situations. I don't see other people much apart from my classmates and the other students. Haruto-kun said you were the best to teach me this last year, and I never forgot!" She should have come earlier but with all the tutoring and stuff she had not managed at all. But now it was time to take this serious and do what she could and become better!

Mosa gently shook his head at Honeys worries about not having any expectations. "Honestly, getting in without any expectations avoids both problems of being dissapointed, or you being tense. In that sense of the word, I would say that is the proper way to go about it." Admittedly, the girl was pretty much as bubbly and... well, perhaps a bit rudely said, nonchalant as Mosa had expected. Not that that was a problem. After all, it would also mean she would open to whatever was coming her way. In the end, she was pretty much a regular student ready for a day at school.
However, her next question was a little bit less normal. Not everybody could say they were already known from tv to people. Especially with her being part of a specifically kid aimed program. Mosa had to think for a moment about the implications. "Well, you could take the heroic angle to it. Think about it like this: Leaning too much on your fame to get people to do things can backfire badly, if there is even one person who isn't interested in you." After all, there were always some kids who weren't into certain shows, just like there were some people who didn't agree with certain heroes way of doing things. But of course... "Just remember, that it also works in reverse. One bad apple from a patch doesn't immediately ruin all the others. Just because one child isn't into your doing, doesn't mean you are doing a bad job." He couldn't but feel like he could have come up with a better saying to tell his point, but for now that should work out.
It was clear that the girls thoughts were in the right place for the internship atleast. She was here to learn how to talk with people proper, and that was what Mosa was good at. Her opinion just showed, that he had garnered quite a good reputation. That and the choice she had made in this regard was very fitting for what she wanted. "In that regard, children are the perfect target to talk to. Mostly because they themselves are learning, when you talk to them." This one, he left a little bit vague, as his eyes concentrated on the sides of the road. You could see the sign saying 'Usagi Tsukinos Daycare', and as Mosa turned in that direction, a moderately sized building with a light green and pink color scheme, and a bunny pounding dango on its side.
With Mosa curving into the parking lot, and parking his car, he stepped out of it and opened the door for Honey. "Now, there are about 15 children in this daycare. That's about a small school classes worth. It might seem a little bit daunting at first, but the other caretakers should be able to help you with any problems you could have." His hand grasped the bible in his shirt pocket. "Now then, do you have any more questions? Or shall we dive in? This is the last chance before the actual action begins." Kids were awfully harsh about breaking character after all. Although in this case, Mosa had just said it mostly as an attempt at his usual dry wit.

Honey knew that her energy levels were sometimes a little too high and she tried to reign them in but at this point it was just that Mosa seemed to be an enthusiastic man in the way he used his words, not so much in his facial expression but Honey was already immediately a fan of this man. She asked him if it was okay to go in without any expectations and she was glad how he answered him and with her little pointed face she looked back at him with a smile before turning her attention back to the road as she was really curious where they were going. The issue that Honey did have with a children's daycare was that she was afraid there would be bias if the kids already knew her from the Animal Rescue Team TV-program because that was not what she wanted. She wanted to climb up the ladder of being a good support hero by herself. She did know what Hachi-sensei had said about what Orlov-sensei would recommend but that did not mean that it did not sound like a scary thing to consider. But she would want to ask it anyway and make sure Ganbaroshi-sensei was aware of the potential issue and she thus immediately changed her attention from the road to him. She had learned from her internship with Hachi that she should pay better attention and take her time instead of sprinting off with ideas. She nodded, she did not consider people not liking the program but that's because she did not meet those people, so it was quite an eye-opener and she thought for a second about her friend Mana-chan and wondered if she could text her before they were there, but decided to text her tonight. Now she had to focus. So she nodded to indicate that she was listening. It was the complete opposite of what Mikhail had said but maybe she should talk to him about it in another setting, she will now take Mosa's advice as law.
She would further on explain what her plan was for being a support hero and beamed a little when he said that the children were a perfect target. Yes, this was going to be the best day where she would learn a lot. But that suddenly also made her a little nervous and she would wiggle in her seat and look outside again and she would look up when they reached the daycare and looked at the dango bunny, wooow.
She unbuckled her seatbelt and jumped out when Mosa had opened the door and looked up at the daycare and then back at her teacher. Fifteen, that were more students than they had in 2-S but she would tackle it and she nodded. Yea, daunting at the very least and she nodded again, luckily she wasn't alone. She thought for a second, looking at the ground as she was wondering if she had a question but shook her head, she had been rather quiet, which was new but she was taking in all the things Mosa said and wanted to remember that. "Not now, I will try to do my best, sensei." That was all she could say for now and she moved her foot over the other, trying to put the nerves away.

With her last chance on getting specific help from Mosa spent, Mosa nodded and proceeded to walk towards the door. "In the end, you will probably learn the most from experience..." His eyes however, turned to look at the window for the building, and 10s of pairs of eyes staring at them. Guess they were either just a little bit late, or the owners of the establishment had already informed the kids about them. Gosh, this always made him feel like some sort of santa claus. The closer he got to the door, he could hear the little feet tapping against the floor. "Now..." Mosa knocked on the door, as a loud excited sound of children sounded. Then, he gripped the door knob. "Here comes the first wave."
And with that an army of kids rolled out the door, screaming excitedly, swarming the girl as soon as possible! "HERO! BIGGU HERO!" "Is this really a hero?" "Where is your staff?!" "Prettyyy!" it was certainly overwhelming, with all these little questions hitting the girl one after another! "Where you from!?" "Stupid! She is from caramelland!" "You're stupid! She is a squirrel! She's from a tree of course!" Surprisingly that answer seemed to be very much satisfactory, as many of the kids emitted a loud "Ooooooh! Squirrel!" However, one of the rowdier kids proceeded to lift their hand, and asked their VERY important question right off the bat. "DOES THAT MEAN YOU EAT NUTS!?" The screaming got louder. Soon enough however, a bright pink haired decently young looking individual with a baby carriage over his chest clapped his hands. "Now now, children. Remember now! How does proper etiquette go, when meeting strangers for the first time?" The children turned around to look at this man, as they almost in a choir proceeded to say "First scream! And then RUNAWAY!" And with that, the children proceeded to run around screaming... As the man sighed. "No, the situation where you are being INTRODUCED to someone new!" Mosa proceeded to walk over to the man. "I see you have things still well under control." Luckily, the little girl the man was carrying was calmly sleeping. "Honestly, I am just relieved the others have taken so well to little miyako. But more importantly..." It was finally time for the man to introduce themselves. "My name is Koro Gomina. And this baby here is tuki." "Goo!" "And the rest of the children are!" At this point, children had gathered and sat on the grass, as they cheered, before Koro proceeded to point fingers at them one by one. Liz, Fuku, Take, Mort, Puku, Keke, Clarisse... a whole lot of names that needed time and effort to be memorized in such a short time. "It is an honor to have you visit us today." The man turned around towards the children, and waved his arm towards the girl. "Now children, here is your new caretaker for a little while! Her name is Honey Hiran-" "No, her name is Poof!" "SQUIRREL!" "Honey's a good name..." Seemed like there was a bit of a controversy about what she was called. The man thought for a moment, giving a look at Mosa. Mosa just nodded. Guess he was making sure she had been explained the situation beforehand. "Now children! How about we let her herself decide what she is called? At the same time, she can tell and show something about herself." The children were seemingly alright with this. Mosa looked on on the side. Of course, he would need to go through the same thing, but he was used to it. He hoped Honey knew from his career how to get childrens attention. The children as a crowd were still quite a loud. Some were awfully non concentrating, and some were concentrating a little bit too hard on whatever the squirrel was doing. However, counting the kids, she could notice there were about 12 kids in the crowd, and the 13th was probably the one sitting on the carrier of their dad...

Honey nodded and hopped after Mosa to be able to keep up with him and show her enthusiasm for trying this out. She tried to tiptoe to see the eyes as well but Honey was too small and she would have to deal with it later, but she wanted to see the kids, that was interesting and she was glad for Mosa's advice from before and nodded solemnly to herself when she thought about it again. Honey stood behind Mosa, looking around Ganbaroshi-sensei as he knocked on the door and she heard the enthusiastic children, she smiled to herself and looked forward to it and she nodded when he said the first wave. Wrapping her tail around her middle, to make sure no one pulled it, the little hero in training was prepared for what she would consider the worst.
She looked down to the kids that were not much smaller than her and her ears twitched as it was loud but it did not bother her too much. Honey did not know where to look or where to start and she was a little overwhelmed indeed to listen to all the questions, she snickered a little about caramelland and the tree and she could imagine that. Before she could answer herself, it seemed the kids were satisfied with the answer of the tree and she would just let it be, realizing it did not matter at that point and she looked shortly up at Ganbaroshi-sensei before turning back especially because someone lifted his hand and asked her and she tried not to laugh again, kids were a delight according to Honey. "Yes!" She said happily and looked up when someone with a calm voice clapped his hands and the children would look at him. She followed Mosa now that the kids all went screaming to talk to the man who seemed to handle this and she looked around at the children and the baby that he was carrying, so cute!
Honey turned when the caretaker Koro would introduce the kids and she quickly tried to repeat it, ten names, it must be possible. Liz, Fuku, Take... Mort? Eeh Puke no eh well okay she would try later but she watched the kids and bowed when Koro said her name and looked up... poof? Okay she could deal with that, and she let her tail loose and looked at the kids. Okay, introduction time! She took a step forward, how did you get kids attention? She only tried on television, so she would try to be enthusiastic, but not move too much, they should remain focused on her, "Hello everyone!" She said happily, her arms in the air, "My name is Honey but I am okay with Poof or Squirrel, you could also call me Furball, I am a little hero in training and that's my name!" She made a short bow and smiled at them, "And I can all show you tricks later!" Hehehe she looked up at Mosa and Koro with a happy smile on her face, was that good?

As the girl let her hair go full floof, every single member of the miniature crowd screamed in excitement and had a much harder time staying still! The kids started screaming once again! "Wanna touch floof!" "IS THAT REAL TAIL!?" "How long is it?" However, with Koro lifting his finger to his lips, most of the kids seemingly stopped it. Aside from one kid with a very tiny horn who outright started throwing a rather bad tantrum! "WANNA TOUCH SQUIRREL! I WANNA I WANNA I WANNNAAAAAAGH!" The poor thing started rolling in the grass, dirtying up his clothes. Mosa gave a bit of a wink towards Honey, as he proceeded to just lift the child up, and sat down with him in his lap, bouncing her and trying to calm him down. "There there... patience is a virtue."
Indeed, these kids weren't exactly the most well trained of the bunch. Some of them knew a little bit of restraint, some needed that adult around them to make sure they didn't do something, and then... there were the kids who wouldn't do much else except start shouting if what they specifically wanted wasn't addressed. Hopefully Honey could understand that, and didn't take it as that big of a mistake. With the girls introduction, the kids were excited, although Koro seemingly made a bit of a thoughtful look. "Very cutesy names indeed!" "Poof, poof!" "Now, feel free to choose which name you want to call her. However, just for clarity purposes, I will be calling her 'Honey'. First names are a little bit more official way to call someone after all." The kids seemed semi interested. Although most of them seemed like they ignored it. "I am gonna call him poof!" "Furball sounds mean..." Case in point.
However, it was time for another introductory activity. "Now then, to introduce her to you even better, she will give us a game to play! Something from the hero school she attends perhaps!" The kids lifted her hands in excitement. "We gonna beat up bad guys!?" "But... I don't wanna be bad guy!" "No, she brought bad guys with her! In that tail of hers!" "THERE'S A VILLAIN ON HER TAIL!?" The kid screamed and started crying themselves a little. "Now now, there are no villains here. After all, heroes training regiments are mostly simulations of situations." He turned to look at Honey, a little bit curiously himself. "Is there something that we could use here? Maybe improvise it as a little bit friendlier sort of deal." Creativity was always a big part of working with children.

Wew she actually never been to daycare or something alike and thus she thought she would do it like the little actress she was and how they normally great fans. However, she did introduce herself with her real name and her hero in training status. But she looked a little surprised when one of the ten kids started to throw a tantrum. She was not against him touching her fluffy tail or anything but as they were still on the introductions she wasn't sure how it would work for the others. Would they have to wait till it was done and she took a little step back as he started to roll around and she looked at Mosa who winked at her. Well, that meant she wasn't doing anything bad right? She watched very closely though what Mosa was doing, after all, she was here to learn. She watched how he took up the child and set him down to try and calm him. She nodded, now she couldn't lift up kids too high as she was very small herself but she could try things alike and she smiled.
She looked up to Koro when he explained what was a better way to call her and she bit her lip, trying not to laugh. Furball sounds mean that was a good one and she looked up at Koro to see if she was doing anything wrong but he would continue with the other activity. Eh? Game to play?! She had no idea! Eh she played games in P.E. and during the sports festival and what could she do. Eeh as they thought her tail was a villain, some started to cry, "Now hush hush, there is no villain here, we are all save." She looked up to Koro when he addressed it to. She thought, rubbed her chin while thinking. "We play games to test our abilities, I played one like a sort of tag game? Would that be fun?" Because she wasn't sure if the small kids got it, surely they must play tag, she had played tag from a small age on and they could do it like that, not focused on villains or heroes but just having fun and running around, spending energy which she did so often, might help tire out the kids a little in a fun way! She nodded to herself but looked up to Mosa and Koro again to make sure they agreed.

"Hear that! We are all safe!" "Pfeh, that's what a VILLAIN would say!" "No that's what a HERO would say!" "How do you know?!" "FLUFF IS A HERO!" For a moment the kids bickered about the smallest of things. But at this age, that was a pretty serious deal probably. After all, if a villain told you, that everything was fine, that was most likely a lie! Although mosa just chuckled to himself briefly. The little kid in his arms was still the most adamant about the tail "A VILLAIN WOULDN'T HAVE A TAIL LIKE THAT!" "now now... Remember..." Mosa took a mildly calming tone, as the kids turned around to look at him. "She is a hero student. You can trust her judgement on this." Honestly the amount of ooh:s and understanding nods had even Mosa almost crack a smile. It was absolutely ridiculous, but they made sense.
However when Honey suggested playing tag, the overall discussion began again. "So we playing cops and robbers!?" "No robbers! We ain't baddies!" "Tag again?" "SSSH! Don't be rude to Poofy!" It did seem initially that the suggestion was taken with a bit of salt. It didn't get them that excited yet. However, this is where Koro once again stepped in. "Oh, we know you've played a lot of tag! One of your favourite games after all. However, like Honey here said, it's the sort of tag they played at the hero school! It's a little bit more complicated than regular tag!" It was almost like he was giving him a tip. For children, you sometimes had to colour things to be a little bit more impressive than they might actually seem. "Think about it. All of you are getting a similar experience to some folks who are becoming heroes!" Most of the kids seemed excited, but some as well as the kid in Mosas lap, gave a bit of a shrug.
"Now tell us, how do you do tag at the hero school?"

She had not expected this to happen, she had not thought the kids would start bickering about the small mention of the villains. Wow, she had also not expected that the phenomenon of villains would grow out to be so big that even the smaller kids knew it, she had definitely missed it when growing up. She was now also not sure if she had ever seen a villain, and she at this point in her life would like to keep it that way. She looked around at every kid and looked up at Mosa because the kid yelled and well because he spoke, look at how he did that. He just said something small and calming and the kids turned calm and look at him. She looked around when she heard the little voices all say ooh and that was so interesting, she learned something from that for sure. Not that she would immediately be able to explain how he did it, but she was going to study it! Ah, this internship was so interesting!
She frowned a little as they would ask questions and she heard the tag again and thought how to make it a little more fun. Oooh she looked up at Koro and nodded, this was so cool. How to grab the attention of Children 101. Wow, she wished she had learned that before and clapped in her hands softly to not get the attention away from Koro but it was really good how he said it. Heh, how did they play tag at U.A. Oh that was a question to her! Oops. "Yes! So we play different versions but I am going to explain 1." She held up a little finger. She would jump up for a second to get rid of the energy. "Okay we are going to play chain tag. That means you all are free to roam around but when I tag you," She made herself the it for the game, because no one wanted to be the first and that would make the kids ready to run around, "You have to link arms with me and we are both the tagger!" Luckily she wasn't so big, "It's about teamwork to work together to get everyone to be tagged!" She grinned, she wasn't sure if that was okay, some kids looked confused and she asked Koro if he wanted to help her with the example and she showed how she tagged him and they would link their elbows and try to tag Mosa which was a funny sight as she was so small compared to the tall teachers. "Are you all ready?!" She said with a smile on her face and ready to work together for this plan to avoid being tagged by her... she would try not use her speedy and agile body because of being a squirrel.

The signs of change were quite clear on the squirrel, as she visibly started coming up with more ideas to add onto the simple tag. The children looked curiously, and with the playful squirrel inviting them over, the children started getting into the idea. Whether it was because it was a squirrel person doing it, or if she had done something right, was up for a question of course. But a satisfied nod from Mosa atleast implied the latter. With the brief introductions done, and the girl having socialized with the children, the true work for the girl could begin.
Most of the work for her consisted of exactly that: Keeping the children entertained, and helping them with anything they had as a problem. That and of course a little bit of teaching the simple things, like vocabulary and teamwork. In the end, the children clearly had their own economy on how things worked, and what were talked about. Everybody had their opinion, and occasionally it was up to Honey to decide which of the two was right. And naturally, sometimes the kids couldn't exactly take somebody disagreeing with them too well at all. Looking over at those situations, and how honey would try to handle them was interesting.
There was also a plenty of situations where some children just didn't take part in activities too well. Whether it was learning or just simple play, some children were clearly out of the situation. Whether this was because of quirks or their own attitudes changed daily. But in the end, the calmest time of the day typically turned out to be meal time. Of course, sometimes the kids were naggy about their food and what not, but compared to everything else, the topic was quite light.
This went on for a couple or so months. And on the final day, the kids gave their goodbyes. With Mosa and Honey in the car, they proceeded to drive away towards U.A. But Mosa of course had his own ideas. He had to give the critique about how she had handled things, and see how she herself liked this as an exercise. "Now... First of all, How did you like your experience? Did you notice anything interesting about the children? Did you pick any favourites?" Mosa chuckled a little. Typical him, immediately bombarding a girl who was still probably recovering from all the children with multiple questions. "With these exercises I want to make sure that they do help you see. It's always very hard to find some subjects that would be in some way relatable to hero work."
He outright parked the car for a bit. Made it easier for him to jot some notes down. "And finally I suppose of course... Do you feel you yourself succeeded at what you aimed to do?" He scribbled down some basic notes, places for answers to each of his questions and the sort. Hopefully this didn't come off as a little bit too automatic for him.

Honey wiggled her legs up and down while on her seat in the car and she thought about the questions Mosa asked her. She learned that sometimes taking a moment to answer was far more positive than she always anticipated. "Hmm, I liked everyone it depended on the moment of course," She looked up to her teacher to be as honest as she could. Surely no one liked a kid that threw a tantrum but at other moments that kid could be so nice or hugging her and depending on her and that was what made her like everyone, and not just give and think about them in one particular moment. She tried to explain that as best as she could, that everyone could have an off day and that she did not try to judge them on that and tried to be open minded. "as for the experience, I am really glad to have been here, I think I learned quite a lot from them and how to handle it, I find it so funny how they are so open and honest, surely that is sometimes a bit strange or when they were convinced to call me poof for example, it is not meant to be hurtful and it wasn't but they all have such a focus, it's quite interesting. I was glad that they warmed up to me eventually and would hug me or come talk to me even if it was something really silly for me. Everyone has their own life right? That is so different from mine but also different from other people I know and yet we all try to do our best and I kind of learned to focus on that more." Whether a child was struggling because her mother was getting another baby, Honey told her that a new sibling wouldn't mean that her mommy and daddy would love her less and that siblings could be fun and all those small little things. It was thinking and looking at other perspectives.
She nodded, she had found the link to hero work quite difficult to find and yet it was there, "I really want to learn that people are people and have their own struggles, I want to learn that I can talk to them in a way to calm them down for the situation and that they feel save and listened to. I cannot check all of this of course in one go, and not in this situation but being more open and looking at how others even children look at a situation is very important so yes, I think I succeeded in that way, in the beginning, it was difficult but that's because I am not sure how to tackle the idea but later on it felt like it was getting much better." Meeting a stranger is always difficult right and where do you start as that stranger that tries to grab your trust... would it help if she was more known as a hero?

Her opinions were perhaps a little bit cutesy. Everyone having their own life and priorities certainly was one way to look at it. What she had wanted to learn was talking to people in a calming and relaxing manner, that got their trust. And yes, she had been trying very hard to do so. However, Mosa had one way to put that lesson concisely: Something he himself had learned from working with children in his own way. "In the end, I think you did a quite good job. Creatively atleast you usually got up to speed after a tiny bit of prodding in the right direction." Sometimes children needed something to catch their initial attention.
"However in the end, adults and children both tend to react positively to certain way of talking. In the end, whoever you are speaking to, you need to try and connect with them, so they can trust you. Of course, with children it can be a little bit simpler, since what they want from you might be something smaller. But trust at whatever age, is what makes you a hero in a persons eyes." For a moment Mosa was quiet, as he seemingly evaluated his own words inside his head. "Of course, I might be looking into it a little bit too deep. But I do feel like anybody would like to have their problems listened to, or even solved for them." He fixed the position of his glasses with a calm grin, and proceeded to continue driving. "I think you just need to keep that in mind for the future. Treat anyone with same amount of respect, and they will give you same amount in return."
With that, Mosa proceeded to drive honey back to the school. He hoped that the experience had atleast given her something to expand upon.

Everything was something new, and that meant that about everything she could learn something new. She was rather interested in what Mosa Ganbaroshi had to say, it was inspiring and she wanted to learn more from him. The way he talked and what he said was already something that would be something she needed to learn and she looked up when he parked the car. She was glad to hear that she did quite a good job, it could always be better, she knew that. It was always the same no matter what job she was performing so that worked but this was just something to consider as it was her first time.
With her big green orbs she looked at Mosa and took a little notepad out of her bag and started to write down what he said, muttering a sort of mhm hmh sound every time he finished a sentence and she quickly tried to write it down too and looked up at times to him when she had time to take a break from her writing. "Oh no I don't think you are." She said when Ganbaroshi-sensei considered he was looking a little too deep into it. "I think it's good to learn it and look at it from that perspective, thank you so much sensei, I learned a lot and can't wait to learn even more from you." She smiled and finished her notes and nodded again and smiled back at him too and only nodded a little more when he spoke about respect. She was really glad about the last couple of times so this was a good start for Honey or more like Furball the rescue squirrel! When they arrived at school she smiled and got out of the car easily, she bowed before Ganbaroshi and thanked him again before running off to tell Kumoko all about her experience.
