... Well here he was.
Niso was a fair ways down the street. He'd been a bit... frozen, since the neon sign that signified their meeting came into view. It had been some time since Luzia left him so abruptly. Left him to just... well he didn't know what her intentions had been at the time. Or what he was meant to do with himself in her absence. it wasn't like he defined himself by her but to lose his muse like that. His motivation. A drive he had beyond his chaos and his whims. It was like... completing a video game. There were still side quests to complete, hidden items to find. but he'd lost that key motivator. That... unchanging goal at the end of each day. To see Luzia beam with pride and smile with glee.
He'd needed to find a new muse. A new motivator.
His first gut reaction was to track down his original muse. The pink haired girl of St Martas. The girl who had made him see the beauty of bloodshed for the first time. The first person to break the cycle of abuse and pain he sufferred over and over day in and day out with... a streak of red. Burned into his mind. His first true memory that he could form. Every memory before it just being... a fog of misery.
But Luzia had remained as a troublesome existance. Or so he thought. Even as he figured out how to heal his own mind, any time he tried to recall that girl's face. The passing glimpses he would have of her, passing her in the day to day life of his former home / torture chamber...it was always Luzia's face. He knew the complexities of brain chemistry however, and assumed it was him just messing up and implanting her image into his own memories...
Now he knew that wasn't the case. Hidden inside his jacket where the files he'd ripped from the hands of a dying ex-st marta's employee. The files that told him who he was before his memories faded. Who... who She was. That brilliant girl who changed his life as far as he was concerned.
He didn't fully know what Luzia was calling him for today. He didn't fully know why she'd even left her yet but... he needed to clear some things up himself. Inform her of what he now knew and put the cards on the table so to speak. Mussing up his hair, his usual bouncy mess of a head in all it's glory, he walked up towards the building upon which rested their meeting place, finding a ladder up the side of the building and climbing up towards the roof... as his hands wrapped around the final rung of the ladder he hesitated. He... he could admit. He'd maybe been blind to Luzia in the past. Glorified her more than he should have. In truth he knew how she could be, how she could run from her problems and big moments. Maybe if he presented this to her she'd run again...
Yet still. To see her face again. To burn it into his mond once more. He tugged hard against the ladder, hoisting his body up over the top of the roof, his eyes scanning about for his pai-... His Luzia.

Just like a thousand times... no, a million times before, the low, controlled screech of brakes hit her ears, and the murmur of people moving off and on the train. Riding on the train was still one of the best things she could think of; it was a good way for her to clear her head, it was a good way to think, and seeing people, seeing them live their lives... it was kind of nice, in a weird way. It usually made her angry... seeing people have lives where she didn't.
She stood in the middle of the train, holding onto one of the rings above her, moving aside to let someone sit next to her. Who was he? He had a briefcase, so he must be a businessman, but why was he so late? She wondered, watching him, as he sighed, closing his eyes and leaning back as far as he could. Must be someone working late, she figured, and went back to her own thoughts. She was tired, too.
Sometimes, people watching was nice... it made her angry sometimes, but tonight she didn't feel like getting angry. She just wanted to watch people, to see what life was like... she was gone for a few weeks, buried under a few dozen feet of concrete and dirt, or at least, it felt like she was. Really it was a regular old building, but with Muramasa, with his training, with how his people were... the few weeks she was gone felt like months.
Her eyes followed motion, turning to two girls she hadn't noticed before, sucking each other's faces. She didn't feel like getting angry, but it still bubbled up with her envy, but those brought nervousness, too. They made her think of Niso, and that angry turned inward; would he be mad at her? She disappeared for so long, it almost felt like forever...
"Get a room!"
Luzia blinked, looking at a boy yelling playfully at the two girls, and she sighed, letting go of the train to walk out into the station. She could walk from here; she didn't need to watch that. She walked out of the train station, blinking and holding out a hand, looking up; it was raining, apparently... not even that, it was raining so gently that the drops were coming down like snow; it was misting, really, not even getting her hands wet. She was surprised, but she still smiled, a little bit; a little rain, or mist, always made her feel a little better, and the fact that it was a surprise made her a little more happier.
She'd have to watch TV again, get updates on the news.
In a slightly better mood from the mist-rain, she smiled as she walked down the sidewalk, but her smile faded more and more, little by little, as she walked by people. Random people, going to or from work... she walked past some mom-looking lady coming out of a convenience store; she walked past a group of kids, each wearing entirely different outfits but hanging out together; she walked past an old man who barely even realized that the light changed. She walked past every single one, and she couldn't help but think...
Absolutely none of them would ever understand her. Not a single one could understand what she went through, what she had to do, what she did, why she did it. They were all afraid of her, even if they didn't know it... that was fine by her, she didn't mind being feared, but she wanted more to be understood. None of them would ever get it... but Niso did.
She took a left, turning into an alleyway. She was here, finally, and she looked over her shoulder, then around, making sure that no one was looking before she looked up, aiming her hand and firing. With bright hum, her quirk shot a lock, and with a clack, the fire escape ladder fell to just above the ground in front of her. Despite being afraid, despite being nervous, despite wondering somewhere in her head if Niso would be angry with her, despite being angry with herself for running away, she was excited to see him again, that cute mop he called hair, that handsome, thin body, and... well, other things that he made fun for her, too, but she missed even more than that.
Getting onto the roof, she looked around, a half-smile on her face that soon disappeared. He wasn't here... but apparently, she was early, judging from her phone, so she found herself a spot to sit, hugging herself gently and closing her eyes.
By the time that Niso came, she had nearly fallen asleep; she had been losing sleep over this for awhile, and she was nearly ready for a nap, but she heard someone climbing the ladder she broke, sitting up, climbing to her feet, ready to run if she needed; it could be someone that was angry with her for being on the roof, or breaking the ladder... but to her relief, she saw that perfectly imperfect muss of black hair, and she knew who it was immediately, and when he finally got onto the roof, Luzia smiled, staring at him like she hadn't seen him for a year.
"Niso...~."
With that word alone, she walked forward, and despite any protest he might have made - not that he would have, knowing him - she wrapped her arms around him, hugging tighter and tighter and tighter until her hug hurt, not stopping until she got all of the hugging she wanted out of her system. That took minutes, whole minutes where she would stop him from saying a word, wanting nothing but silence... or as much silence as a city with sirens and honking horns could give. After what felt like a long, blissful forever, her face buried in his chest, breathing in his sweet, sweet scent, she shuddered softly... then frowned, realizing what she had to do, and, without looking up at him, with a more fearful tone, she said, almost whispering, "Is it okay if I say something before we say anything else?"

Niso looked back into Luzia’s eyes, swallowing a hard lump in his throat he didn’t even know he was holding. He barely felt like he recognized her for some reason. The… subtleties. The unhealthy nature of her features from when they’d first met, that life in her eyes that didn’t always translate to the rest of her face because of it. The subtleties of her figure and how most outfits she wore tended to rest a bit of slack fabric about her curves. Niso’s mind wasn’t putting something together. He knew it was Luzia, absolutely but… maybe he’d just messed with his brain chemistry too much while searching for his pink girl. For her. He lowered his gaze briefly, an odd sense of panic setting in. He’d been about to take a half step back towards the ladder…
But no. This was his Luzia…
The moment he felt her warmth against him, that odd, tingly warmth only she could produce, the way her nails clutched at the back of his clothes and she buried her face in his chest… his eyes sank close and he wrapped his arms about her in turn, pushing his face down into her hair, taking in her scent. The soaps that Muramasa had supplied her with not able to hide that natural singe like scent she produced from using her neon, a mix of fumes and heat that only she could produce. To some it may not have been pleasant, but to him it was borderline intoxicating.
Much like her, he didn’t dare let go till she pulled back first. He did however slowly ease himself backwards even in the light drizzle, sitting himself on the roof with his back to the brick guard that surrounded the edge of the rooftop, laying into it as he let Luzia lay into him, just spending a few minutes absorbing her again. Reminding himself of her presence, and making sure he burned it deeper into his memory than any other. He’d found her. His Pink Girl. His Painter. His Luzia… he wasn’t letting go any time soon.
When she finally eased away, he let his arms relax about her, but still holding her in some way, be she close enough that he could hold her back or if she eased back enough that he needed to hold her sides. At her choice of words, Niso smirked cheekily. He pulled two fingers across his lips, the skin of his lips actually sealing together to leave a peachy void where his lips were a second ago, he turned his fingers, and then offered her the imaginary key. He wasn’t allowed to say ANYTHING till she said her thing afterall.

Despite really not wanting to talk about this, despite her mood being low from it and the stunning lack (but not complete) lack of 'relaxation' coursing through her, she smiled, even chuckled when Niso actually, literally zipped his lips. He had such a great sense of humor, and that was one of the things that she had missed the most. She smiled at him, gently running her thumb over where his lips used to be, staring at the void, even tempted to kiss it... but she sighed instead, taking a slow, deep breath, and looked into his eyes, her gaze soft and loving, but narrowed in a remembered anger and annoyance.
"I was mad at you. Still am, maybe, just a little bit," She started. She sighed again, stepping away from him, pushing herself up and walking, pacing a little bit as she tried to keep her courage up to keep going. "I... I... what the FUCK were you thinking?!" She suddenly whirled back to him, glaring at him. "Getting paid to get punched... that... that's bad enough! Like, I could... I could... I could understand that, I guess! It's stupid and dumb but I could understand it...!" She started shaking, her hands trembling with rage as her breath started to quicken. "I hate it, but I could understand it! But that bitch Parasyte! She exploded your chest out, and you thought it was fun?!" She screamed, practically snarling her words out, and before she knew it, she had stomped back to him, firmly shoving his shoulders. "What the FUCK were you thinking?! Making yourself a punching bag for every fucking criminal in the damn underground, letting them punch, kick, shock, and explode your fucking chest?!" She shivered, trembling heavily, grasping her head as,a fter all this time, that mental image came up in her head again, of that liquid bitch jamming herself down his throat, making his whole body swell and... and...
"AUGH!" She screamed again, more primal than before, clutching her head and gritting her teeth, everything, even her eyes shaking, stress and murderous intent flashing in her eyes as she was forced to see that mental image again, playing back like a distorted video feed. "I can't stop imagining it now! Your chest exploding and everything! I can see it! Why did you do this to me?!" She growled, looking back at Niso, actually angry with him for once in their lives.

Niso saw that brief tinge in Luzia’s eyes, that cute flash of an expression when she wanted to lunge at him or, in a gentler moment like this, just lay her lips on some part of him or another. Even with no lips it was clear in his eyes he was smiling at seeing that, but all the same Luzia was being… somewhat more focused than usual. Pushing off and away from her, leaving Niso to rise to his feet and dusting off his back now that they were talking again, his hands resting in his pockets as he just watched her and… absorbed what she had to say.
Ah… so that’s what this had all been about.. She’d left so abruptly he’d never actually been sure what had made her abandon him so suddenly like that. He supposed he couldn’t blame her in a way. She had clearly been upset when she heard about it even if she’d never been there to see it. He breathed heavily through his nose, not in frustration but just… taking it all in, struggling to look her in the eye at times but eventually managing to hold her gaze whenever it was locked on him, his expression a little more remorseful as he just listened and absorbed.
“Mmm Mmnnt nnt-“ He paused, looking down to his own lips and letting out a deep, frustrated sigh from his nostrils, holding up a finger. He knew he shouldn’t be comical right now but his mouth was literally sealed shut. After a passing few seconds the edges of the freshly formed flesh began to die and peel back, and once Niso could get his nails in he wrenched it free of his face, dropping it on the floor and flexing his jaw, strands of skin snapping and breaking between his lips as he stretched it out, making sure he had full use of his lips again before stepping forward.
“I get it.” He repeated, much more understandably this time. If Luzia stepped back, if she didn’t want to be touched, he’d stop and hold his distance. If he could come close, he’d hold her hands and talk calmly. “I… push my body a lot. I wanna make sure I’m immortal and… when I learn something doesn’t kill me, I stop caring. I still feel pain but… I ignore it. Cause I don’t need to pay attention to it anymore. But… from your point of view. I basically musta looked like I was trying to kill myself and hurt myself over and over.”
He took a slow breath, if she didn’t want him close, he’d step over again and if she still backed away, he’d sigh, and hold her gaze, telling her with his eyes he needed to be close. Either way, once up next to her, despite the chill of the rooftop air, he’d hoist his jacket off and his shirt over his head, gesturing over himself. Niso’s body was littered with scars and… anti scars. His body could have been a tapestry of marks and damage, but what seemed to be healthy, undamaged skin, littered his body in a scar like pattern between them. There was an exceptionally healthy patch across his chest. “Try… please. Try and think of it this way… you have this image of someone. Something. Bursting out of my chest. Tearing me apart. You have this image of me effectively dying…”
He stepped over, lifting one of her hands, and resting it over the extremely healthy skin of his chest where his heart should be. He winced for a moment, a squirming sensation through his skin… Luzia able to feel the beating of his heart right against her finegrtips, Niso smirking. “You have any image… a lot of images, of me dying. And I’m still here. I’m unhurt. I’m still pumping…” He tipped her chin up with a mildly cheeky smile. “You know more than anyone else I’m sure that I am never going anywhere… but I will say the fact your still scared for me…” He let his words drift off, making his heart physically skip a beat under her touch. "What can I say Luzia. Your stuck with me. Forever, and ever, no matter what tears me apart...~"

A part of her glared harder, annoyed and pissed off that he actually tried to talk with his lips still sealed... the utter stupidity, the complete unseriousness when she was entirely serious! At the same time, though, there was another, conflicting part of her that was relieved that he was so casual, that he was making jokes.... it was the Niso she knew, the Niso she fell in love with, and it was amusing enough to make the this whole conversation a little less stressful... not much, but a little. Just a little. She waited, crossing her arms, as his face split in a way that was honestly kind of gross, but... the grossness was comforting, too; it was Niso, it was just his brand, and just... just being around him was comforting, even when she was angry with him. Just a little.
She let him approach, looking down at their hands as they intertwined, closing her eyes, taking a slow, deep breath as she relished this long missed feeling, the warmth of his skin, the slight roughness of his palms. But, he wanted to talk, she wanted to talk, so she started to ignore the feeling of his hands, looking up to him, listening to his speech, narrowing his eyes and nodding her head firmly as he admitted that his actions looked a lot like suicide.
He stepped even closer, and she kept looking up at him expectantly, waiting for more, and getting it, gasping and blushing softly when he removed his shirt. The sight wasn't new to her, but the unexpectantness of it made her blush. She stared, remembering his scars, but seeing the big patch of new skin, she couldn't help but reach over, gently touching it, even before he had the chance to put her hand on it, running just her fingertips in it just to confirm that it really was new, healed flesh. His hand pressed her palm against his heart, and she felt it pulsing against it, especially when he pushed his heart out to her palm.
“You have any image… a lot of images, of me dying. And I’m still here. I’m unhurt. I’m still pumping…”
Luzia gasped when her focus was broken, when Niso tipped her chin up, blushing again.
“You know more than anyone else I’m sure that I am never going anywhere… but I will say the fact your still scared for me…. What can I say Luzia. Your stuck with me. Forever, and ever, no matter what tears me apart...~.”
Luzia flicked her eyes down, feeling his heart skipping a beat, then back up at Niso. For a few moments, she stared at him, processing everything. The grossness of his quirk, the coolness of his quirk, her anger, his words, her comfort, his gentleness... there was so much to process, so much to forgive, so much to remember, so much to forget... but at the end of it all, she knew one thing....
"Oh, Niso!"
She suddenly jumped up, kissing him deeply, lovingly on the lips, putting her arms around his neck and hugging him as tightly as possible, painfully, even, breaking her kiss with him just to kiss him a thousand more times in a rapidfire apology. "I'm so sorry, Niso, I'll never run away liike that again! I never want to leave you, I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry, I was so angry I didn't know what to do! But we're together again! And we'll never have to be apart!"
Between each sentence, she breathlessly kissed him, unleashing apology after apology as she clung to him as lightly as possible, pressing her whole body into him to feel as much of him as possiible.

Niso let out a sharp chuckle, not even surprised as the girl before him leapt up into him and wrapping his arms back about her to keep her in the air, kissing her back as she excitedly tried to declare that as much as Niso wasn't about to be going anywhere, neither was she, not again, which... reminded Niso of something, but for now he just enjoyed the moment with her, missing the way his fingers flowed through her hair as he tried to hold her up and just the feeling of every last cell in his fingertips brushing against the miniscule gaps between her hairs as they brushed against her scalp, just... enjoying everything he missed for a moment.
"H-hey just... d-do I get a turn to talk with the... zipped lips?~" He'd let out as the two of them stated to calm down, a slow process definitely given how easy it was for the girl to run on high energy once she got going...~ Still, he'd give her all the time she needed right now, still resting his hands on her arms as they continued to talk.
"So... as much as you needed to share how angry you felt I need to share some stuff I've been going through. I know I don't... process emotions, the same ways other people do. Heck even my memories are quite a bit of a mess as I've been learning so... I've been trying to organize all that again. If I'm honest... when you left I tried to find an old muse of mine. One before you. One who arguably... saved my li-" He stopped, his features scrunching up tight and shaking his head. "No... she gave me my life. Until I saw her, what she did... I don't think I ever REALLY existed. But... I can get into all that with her later."
He knew she was running Luzia for a bit of a loop talking about that girl like he was but... he was kinda looking forward to watching a mild scowl turn back into a bright smile. Adjusting his clothes, Niso would reach inside his jacket, it and his shirt still hanging open off his shoulders. "Look you... probably already know this. But I just figured it out so..." He tugged out two folders with a handful of papers in each, a little bent and creased from being rolled up in his jacket. "Here."
The files were simply... theres. A case file on each of them from St Martas, Niso's image attatched to it looking beaten down and... tired. Unable to even look into the camera. Luzia's likely just seeming like the old more... frail version of herself she'd faced not so long ago thanks to Chesire.
"... this is gonna sound corny as all hell but I've re-hearsed this in my head so-" He cleared his throat. "While... while you were figuring out you still wanted to be with me... I figured out you've always been with me. I was so out of it during my time at that place... mentally checked out and... I finally managed to find out I wasn't just putting your face on the girl to... give me life. It was always you. That... flash of red as you slit someone's throat is the first memory I had for the longest time."
He took a long slow breath before just... letting it out.
"I. In all respects... owe you my life. So when i say that you are stuck with me Luzia..."
Niso swallowed back something. Even without normal emotions this was hard. Eternity... was a rough concept whatever side you looked at it from. Eternal darkness after death... eternal life. In Niso's eyes thats why he loved chaos. He needed to brighten up every second of his existance but now. Right now... he wanted to choose something that'd remain the same.
Before he could really process his thoughts, his quirk seemed to skip a few synapses in his brain. He blinked, and suddenly he was on his knees, his body trying to force him to act where he wasn't otherwise prepared to. A smile slowly creeped up his cheeks and he lifted his eyes to Luzia.
"Luzia like I said I owe you my life... and I said I'm yours already and I think you're pretty prepared to say the same so er..."
Geeze. For an agent of chaos he was stalling huh. He shook his head with a chuckle, before lifting back to her gaze.
Just... two words. No more fluff.
"Marry me?"

"Later!"
Luzia giggled as Niso asked that adorable question, and he definitely would have a chance, but... she didn't wanna stop. She didn't ever want to stop, but even she had limits to her energy. It took forever, or at least, it probably felt forever to Niso who needed to say something, but she kept assaulting him over and over and over and over, giving her the same sort of mercy that her victims got, just using adoration instead of neon or a knife. She had been so, so, so angry, but she was so fucking stupid! She shouldn't have run, she shouldn't have deprived herself of this cute, adorable, handsome man!
But, even she had limits to her energy, and finally, she started to calm down, having long since shoved the boy to the ground so she could climb on him, now settling for gently kissing along his tight, still squeezing him almost tight enough to crack his ribs, not particularly worried about doing so with him. She might have whined a little bit when he pulled her off her, but it was a playful whine, only pretending to fight him, just a little bit, letting him have his turn, even if she made it just a liiiiiittle hard with her giggling and her whining.
Her adoring gaze was on him, honestly barely listening to him at first, not when he was so cute, not when he was such a sweet and handsome boy... but... he listened to her, so she would listen to him, so she gave her best determined face, focusing on his words actually a little difficult when she could almost feel hearts popping out of her head. Her mood slowly lowered to a calmness as he spoke, though, and her smile slowly faded into curiosity, tilting her head as he spoke of another girl. Normally she might have been jealous, been insulted, maybe even get angry again, but this time, she just listened; she wasn't worried, Niso was too good to cheat, he wasn't even interested in other girls, so he must have been honest when he said this girl was a muse. Whoever this girl was was important to him... she gave him his life? What kind of girl was this?
She blinked at the offer of folders, looking at them, back to him, then them again, taking them. "Oh, you found her? That's good, I don't mind you having a fri-"She opened the folders, and her entire body went cold, and everything froze, even the snow-like rain in the air, the distant sirens... everything in the world stopped, everything in the world went quiet, as she stared at an image she never thought she would see again.
Her. As a kid.
Everything came flooding back. The picture was definitely different from her now, and even different from when she was younger... it was from when she first went to that awful place, when she had hope, when she thought it was just a normal orphanage. She was there, smiling, awkwardly, you can definitely tell she was afraid, but... it was her... as a little girl... smiling in the hopes that someone would adopt her, even when she was still processing... processing...
Her parents.
Luzia twitched, wincing softly, a sudden throbbing in her head, like something wanted to come out, and with that sudden throb, time resumed; the sirens suddenly played again as they disappeared into the horizon, the mist floated down from the sky, and a breeze slowly wafted through her hair, barely even ruffling it.
Luzia gasped, looking up at Niso again when he spoke more, and her pain, her anger that had briefly flashed like... not like the embers that usually grew in her, but like a lightning bolt, faded away just as quickly as Niso spoke... of her. He... owed her his life? Oh... OH! That girl in his past, the one that inspired her... oh shit, that was her?! Luzia blushed, her heart pounding, actually nervous about being called that, about literally being someone's muse, especially from a shitfest time like that... but still, it made her giddy; she felt honored, happy, elated even, that she had had so much of an impact on someone's life... and to make an impact on someone as sweet as Niso?!
"Niso, I-"
Before she could continue, he suddenly got down on one knee, and Luzia blinked, her heart skipping a beat. No, no, no, no way! He wasn't gonna-!
"Luzia like I said I owe you my life... and I said I'm yours already and I think you're pretty prepared to say the same so er..."
Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes! He was! He really really was! Her heart wasn't just pounding, it was gone! It beat so fast that it launched clear out of her chest and into the sky to explode like a giant neon firework. Time didn't stop, but every single half-second felt like an hour as he struggled to get out the four words that she never expected to hear from him, but he was saying anyway!
"Marry me?"
It might have just been two words, but Luzia suddenly blushed deeper, red completely filling her face, her blush literally glowing. After three years in a few seconds, he finally asked the question, and for a moment, Luzia just... stared... gaping like she had lost her brain somewhere a few years ago. For a moment, a long, long, long moment, she was so surprised that she didn't breath, didn't think....
But then, her brain caught up, kickstarting the rest of her body, and she suddenly squealed at the top of her lungs, so loudly that even people below would know that she was going to be a wife, tackling her new husband-to-be to the ground with almost enough force to make him bleed.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! YES! YES YES YES YES YES YES YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYEYES! OF COURSE I'LL MARRY YOU! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!" She hugged him tightly, then tighter, and tighter, and tighter as she screamed over and over and over, absolutely nothing but sheer, unbridled glee in her voice, in her.

Niso usually liked surprises. But with Luzia? Especially now? He was happy for her to be as predictable as ever, bursting out into chuckles as she gave the very obvious answer to his question and he found himself crashing backwards off his knee, trying to wrap his arms back around her, but her own grip so tight it was actually hurting a little, groaning briefly before laughing again. But… it was different. When niso laughed it tended to cover from the back of his throat, either an eerie giggle, or a forced muscle spasm as his body tried to laugh as a defense mechanism against the pain he suffered… right now though he was laughing… happily. Just. Pure glee in his own voice, and not even the psychotic kind he got when smashing something or killing someone.
“Hhehehhehe!~ W-well as much as I’m loving the response there Luzia…! I kinda… maybe… need my arms…!” With a bit of wiggling and some aid from his quirk to shift his bones, Niso managed to yank them up and out over Luzia’s own and give her a deep squeeze back. God since their reunion they’d fallen into eachother like this for about the 3rd or 4th time now. Not that Niso was complaining, of course.~
“I havn’t got a ring or anything but I’ll get one, I promise. You know me. I act without thinking a looooot. Sometimes I regret it, but a lot of the times I don’t. This time is deeeefinitely in the second category~” He teased with a wide smile, rubbing his cheek against hers as she tried to crush his ribs, maaaaaybe reinforcing them by moving a bit of dense muscle tissue in the way, all the while still letting out happy chuckles till Luzia calmed just enough to allow him some freedom of movement. Which, given Niso’s flexibility, he didn’t need her to calm down all that much. Shifting carefully, he’d rise to his feet, slide his arms back under hers so she was hugging around his neck instead, scooping her back in one arm and her legs with the other.
Bridal style.~
“I think we’ve still got a lot we need to catch up on but… how about we do it somewhere more comfortable. I’ve managed to slyly procure a nice little apartment not too far from here… what say I carry my new bride to be all the way to our home, hmmmm…?~”

Luzia giggled sweetly, excitedly, as she squeezed Niso even more. She could hardly believe it; every girl's biggest dream just happened to her! She had dreamed up it so many times, one of the many dreams she had on the streets, but, she never actually thought she would actually get married...! And then she met the greatest boy in all the world, someone inspiring, incredible, a little weird, and so sweet, and now he wanted to be more than her boyfriend... he wanted to be her husband!
She squealed and giggled, one or two steps away from squeezing the life out of her now-fiance, before he started squirming under her. She blinked at him, opening her eyes again, staring at him before, out of the blue, Niso hooked his hands under her legs and lifted her up.
Bridal-style.
She blushed deeply, wide-eyed in surprise, and so surprised that she didn't even smile immediately; his smirk said he knew exactly what he was doing. Her heart pounded in her chest, not even realizing her arms were around his neck now. With his words, she couldn't help but mumble her words, so surprised and elated that it somehow circled back to shyness, smiling sheepishly as he offered to carry her all the way to... whereever he wanted to go. Their home.
"O-Okay...~."

Niso shot Luzia a warm smile as she seemed to need a moment to get her barings even if he was the one doing the hard work carrying her, but even with her weight in his typically somewhat frail arms he felt like she was as light as a feather, taking her to the edge of the roof and taking a moment to scan the alleyway below. With a few careful jumps and uses of his quirks to manipulate his legs, he managed to get down without letting go of her by jumping against the edges of two opposing fire escapes, stumbling briefly when he hit the ground, but making sure to keep his arms firmly held around her, idly showering her cheek with kisses and affectionate nuzzles as he continued to carry her.
It… wasn’t a short journey, on foot, a fair few blocks in fact but despite the mild pain in his arms from carrying her, Niso completely ignored it, just continuing to move forward till he reached the apartment, glancing to Luzia with a nervous chuckle. “Sorry gotta keep up appearances… so…” His quirk activating, Niso’s body shifted a little, growing faintly taller and his features a little more mature. His clothes still fit for the most part, seeming just like a version of himself less cursed with the baby-faceness of his usual form, his hair pulling inward a little, still scruffy and black but not as wild as it typically was, and his voice just faintly deeper but still with a genuine hint of ‘Niso’ behind it. “I’ll turn back once we get inside. Just don’t want any of the neighbours thinking we’re breaking into ‘my’ apartment…~”
Working his way inside Niso was a few floors up, and when they finally slipped into his apartment it was… bare. To say the least. He barely lived here but for an agent of chaos it was definitely very minimal. He’d ease Luzia onto her feet, locking the door behind them and taking back his original shape as he made sure they were alone and Luzia had a chance to take it all in, letting out a slow breath. It was quite bare, minimal furniture, drab white walls, a simple, old TV. “… it’s not much but… if we decide to spend more time here we could… steal some furniture… a nice TV… I know some villains who could get us free wifi and erm… y-you could paint the walls…? L-load them up with all your beautiful art…”
He let out a soft sigh through his nose, pulling in behind her and hugging her waist, chin resting over her shoulder.
“I know it’s not much but… I’d love to share this all with you.”

If she wasn't already getting high on his sweetness, she would have gotten worried. If she wasn't already getting drunk on his romance, she would have said something; they could just walk down the steps, she could get out of his arms to make it easier; he didn't have to carry her the whole-ass way to their home! But, she could barely breath, let alone talk; she was being carried by a skinny knight in black armor! His big, beautiful blue eyes looked forward, but she couldn't look away even as they focused. Her heart was pounding in her chest, bouncing up, down, left, right, and even diagonal in her whole torso, moving around like a cannonball. It was all so much; being carried like a princess, like a bride, by the handsomest, sweetest boy in the whole fucking world!
Luzia blushed, feeling so light in his arms that she didn't even notice the fall, didn't even notice how long the walk was. All she could do was stare, stare, stare in his beautiful blues, the street lights catching them as they passed and making them shine like sapphires. When he shifted, she gasped softly, reaching up to put a hand on his cheek, looking over his new features; she didn't hear him, all she knew was that, suddenly, he was even more handsome, like a young man! Like he had a job and he was just getting home!
When she was finally lowered onto her feet, her blush finally faded in disappointment. She could spend her whole life in those arms, and she was finally being put back into the world. She hit her feet, and she actually stumbled; she just spent an eternity off of her, she had to remember how to stand again! Eventually, she did, and she looked around. The world was disappointingly bare outside of Niso's arms; an old TV, hand-me-down furniture, white walls... so, so bare....
It was Niso's, though.
Smiling softly, she strode further into the room, throwing her arms out and plopping into the mattress that didn't even have a bed frame, falling face-first into it and taking a slow, deep whiff, catching some funny smells, but definitely a bit of Niso, too. "Mmmmmmmmmmmm...~." She moaned softly, nuzzling deep into his pillow, hugging it close as she rolled onto her side, looking up at him.
"I don't even care if we still live on the streets or if we get a penthouse suite... I want to spend my whole life with you, wherever it is~."
