Blood, Bones, and BBQ Sauce [Kasey]

Her own sleep had been broken up into a series of several long naps. Perhaps spending all of her hours at once would have eased her mind, but with her current lifestyle it would be impossible to finish what was already on her plate without the cost of a continuous rest. At least in her method, she was able to maintain a longer time spent resting that others, which was great for her body, but perhaps did not work as intended on her mind. She wandered the halls of the estate, torn, tattered and blooded sweatpants with an expensive pressed dress shirt above it. She didn't care for appearances, but she understood them. To her, however, it was all just clothing. Some kept her warm, others put others at ease.

Her staff understood what they were doing, as well as the people allowed without issue within the estate. Jess, the entire Sieglinde family, the hero Army of One, and any notables from the company themselves. To have the boy waltz in was no surprise, and was encouraged in most cases. his own attitude putting a few others at ease. At least with him, they knew they own lives were not at stake, or in Kasey's case, at steak.

She wandered the house, only to head to the lower floors. Heading into her private gym, she pressed on the tiles and slid the hidden door to retrieve her meat. With a smile, she closed it up and headed back towards her room. Before long, she would again return to her room, only to shut the door behind her. As she begun to get back at ease, she had just reached to unbutton herself, only to hear a knock.

"Come in then, Warden." she would say, taking a seat on her bed, her back to the door. The large hunk of meat sitting on the bone in her hand. The chilled meat slowed from decay, and meant only to last the week. There was no reason to freeze it. Not yet at least.

"What sauce did you bring me this time?" she would ask, "Are you here to bring me the same thing, or something new like last time?" She would give a slight turn as she glanced back, only to look forward at the wall. "Actually, surprise me, I want to guess." She would extend the meat, the remains of someone's arm, the blood congealed enough to prevent a dripping mess on the bed.
