APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
When she's working in her flower shop, she's usually wearing a long green apron with a sakura bonsai print on the front, her shops logo. Underneath the apron would be a normal white shirt, black trousers and sensible steel-toe capped work boots. Her hair would also be tied back in a pun.
Outside of work she tends to dress in a red and white sleeveless trenchcoat, along with a white puffy shoulder sleeved bolero top, red corset, black stockings, black fingerless opera gloves and red shoes. In either state of attire she always wears a red choker and gold necklace.
Her villains outfit consists of a white mask that covers the entirety of her face with stylised red tears, paired with a large black cloak with shoulderpads. Under the cloak she wears a red and black leather bodysuit. She finishes the ensemble with black knee high combat boots. The mask is fitted with a voice modulator device that gives her a more masculine sounding voice.

Personality:
Kado has learned over the course of her life that she cannot implicitly trust those in a position of authority, as they are the ones most likely to abuse their power against those without it. She is still empathetic however towards children and students despite her history, and is willing to lend an ear or help them out should they ask her. Of course when she dons her mask as Thurisaz, whilst she won't kill any hero students that get in her way she won't hesitate to put them into a state where they can't interfere.
Since she didn't get much in the way of an education growing up, she's tried to supplement that during her time as an adult. Even borrowing textbooks from students who come by her shop if they'll let her. That being said, if they damage any of the plants she has for sale, if they don't apologise right then and there, they find themselves quickly booted out the door.
When the A.Q.A.M. and other such anti-Quirker groups make their little demonstrations in the shopping district, rather than call the police whom she believes to be ineffective at best, Kado is more likely to simply use her Quirk surreptitiously to make them leave her premises. It's a little hard to be an aggressor when you find yourself feeling exhausted and woozy after all.

HISTORY
Saint Marta's Orphanage. For the rest of the country its three simple words that are for the most part meaningless. For those children who found themselves there however, it was hell on earth. Kado found herself on their doorstep when she was just four years old, after her Quirk had manifested.
She'd been playing in her families garden by herself and wished to have a friend... and her wish came true in the form of a tiny dragon-like creature that was "born" from a nearby rose bush. The next day she was dropped off at the Orphanage as her family disowned their freak of a daughter.
Her only solace and sanctuary whilst at the orphanage amidst the beatings from the adults and fellow children, was the garden that was there. It was here that she was at her strongest... and her weakest.
When one of the kids started to tear up a flower bed that she'd worked so hard to grow, she called on her Quirk to make them stop, and her friend appeared... except they weren't as little or playful as she remembered before.
No, this time it had come from her unconscious rage at the childs act of destruction, and its vines were studded with thorns that cut straight through their flesh, its petals were like steak knives as each buffet of its wings carved through the child.
The adults quickly tranquilized Kado and threw her into solitary confinement, her Summoned Quirk dispersing into sakura blossoms on the wind with her falling unconscious. She wound up in solitary several times, some times restrained.
Each time she was they would subject her to sleep deprivation torture and would barely give her enough food and water to stay alive, at random intervals so she couldn't even keep track of the time she'd spent in there. Kado quickly learned to behave and control her Quirk through this.
With the potential of her Quirk acknowledged she found herself being "hired" by people to carry out jobs for them with her power. Every time they sent her out into the world, she was fitted with a collar that would inject her with a tranquilizer should her "guardian" feel she was getting out of control or about to run away.
These jobs would usually involve assassinations, or straight up destruction of property. She was mostly "hired" by eco-terrorists seeking to make their voices heard, and her Quirk appearing like nature's wrath against civilizations encroachment fitted their ethos perfectly. After each time she came back she was allowed to spend more time in the orphanages gardens, and no beatings for that day as her reward.
The young girl finally did manage to escape the orphanage and her "carers" in 2067 on her fourteenth birthday. They had decided that she'd be allowed to spend the whole day in the garden as she had been behaving herself and sticking to the rules for the whole month prior to it. Good girls get treats and rewards after all...
One thing that Kado had noticed during her "jobs" was that the more plant life she used, the larger and more powerful her Summon became. Coincidentally the orphanage had managed to accumulate quite a large garden over the ten years that she'd been there tending to it.
In an instant the entire garden was consumed and a massive red and black dragon-like monster arose in its place. Koda quickly climbed up onto its back, its thorned vines wrapping and crushing any of the adults who dared to try and stop her. The beast took to the skies and for the first time in a decade, Koda was free.
She made a beeline straight for her old home where her family used to be on the vain hope that maybe they would welcome her back... Only to discover that they'd had children to replace her in the decade that she'd been abandoned by them.
Normal children...
They soon fell to natures wrath as her rage consumed her, their bodies fed to her Quirk like fertilizer. She took every single note and coin she could find from their corpses, switched on all the gas and promptly destroyed what remained of her former families home.
The next two years she somehow found herself in the backstreets of Kabukicho, doing what she could to survive... no matter how foul or repulsive, when an old woman came across her and offered to take her somewhere safer.
Naturally Kado was on her guard, but the old woman insisted and with nothing better to go to or do, she followed her to Musutafu. The old lady introduced herself as Mashu Nisshoku, and said that she could recognise the look in Kado's eyes... as one who'd been abandoned by their family for a part of themselves they could not control, and suffered for it.
Mashu even asked Kado what she could do, and when she saw the Quirk manifest before her, the young red head was surprised that the old womans reaction wasn't one of fear or disgust... but of joy. Bringing nature to life she had called it... Kado began to live with Mashu and then work in her small flower shop as an assistant.
Two years later she would come to take on the old womans name, believing that she had finally found a family that loved and cared for her. She had even taken up the Shinto faith, finding more than a few connections between it and her Quirk along with studying mythology.
Tragedy struck though as a year later in 2072, when Kado was nineteen, as Mashu died of cancer brought about from exposure to some unknown source. Kado inherited the store and all of her adoptive grandmothers possessions as Mashu had never had children of her own, nor any other living relatives.
She was alone once more, with nothing but her plants to call her own...
The doctors eventually discovered a year later and informed Kado that the cancer had come from a chemical that Mashu had been part of a drug trial for. However that was all they could tell her, since legally it was all under NDA red tape and various other legalities.
Kado however put the pieces together when she saw the news reports regarding the Shinagawa incident, in conjunction with the Semper Fi news reports. Mashu didn't have a Quirk, and this drug had caused her to die. It was the governments fault that her only family was dead, and they wouldn't admit to it...
Normal humans trying to play at God and twist what nature had given. Trying to turn Quirkers into their pet weapons, and humans into... she had no idea what their end goal was going to be with this, but it had to be stopped.
By any means necessary... Vengeance would be hers, and Japan would once more feel natures wrath!
