This truly looked like a job that was suitable for a first year student to tackle upon their own but there was a group of people who had gathered within the proximity of the tree in question, a half block taken up by onlookers who feared for the feline who was far up in the fur tree. While the tree was not too tall at twenty five feet it allowed Jess to spy the tabby who had made it's way all the way to the top and was now clinging to the upper branches for it's dear life while the crowd below looked on, seemingly not a one able to climb the tree or was too scared the cat would jump when they tried to attempt.

As such it seemed it would now be up to someone of Jess' valor and mix of fool heartyness that would need to jump to this attention and luckily there was no reason to have Black Hole Sun jump out to assist so she could accomplish this task solo and not break the rules of using her quirk off campus. As such in her plainclothes dressing of black slacks, and a band tee with her silver earrings and black eye shadow the slavic young woman went into action approaching the tree and attempting to part the crowd with just her voice, "Make way, I can be of getting kitted cat that is up in tree, please be of letting me assist." Jess would attempt to move through the lake of people that now were between her and the tree in question that she had to scale in order to save the furred creature who was too curious for their own cautious sake.
