Synopsis
After the events of Shinagawa and the scattering of various villainous organizations, much of the underworld remained fractured. But as each void has been filled by a newer threat, the remains of older gangs started to disappear. In time, a new gang started to surface and started to gain traction in the shadows while the giants battled it out. Various incidents began to spread through various news outlets of attacks on various companies. Many of them were ousted for illegal business practices and few others were soon assimilated into bigger companies following their fall. No one knows who the culprits are but the only thing that left was a mysterious insignia with the words “Welcome to the New Age - V.N”.
Who they are
This mysterious group of hackers have been sighted a few weeks after the events of Shinagawa. Not much is known as to how they were formed but they didn't get noticed by news outlets until a few months after their formation. Various sites have been made to try and document their existence, but each one that was made was soon taken down without a trace. The only information known about them is that they exist and they are hackers. But with how vague that description is, it's impossible to differentiate what's real and what's not. Adding on, they use the name of another villain group that went by the same name. Not much is known if both groups are related.
When they first appeared to the public
Despite the scarce info, much mention of their activity remains obvious that they were formed recently as mention of them doesn’t go too far back; the earliest date of their supposed activities starts at the end of January. Most of their activity around that time was mostly cyber attacks on various blue-collar companies. Not much damage was done to the company as a whole aside from some equipment being stolen. Reports seem to stop there after the mysterious place filed for bankruptcy following a scandal involving the owner and the yakuza. Some witnesses speculated that some sort of calling card was sent to the owner prior to his arrest but it was found burned in his garbage can along with a photo.

Rumored Attire
Their gang member uniform is usually all black in various fashions. Standard grunt attire is clothing consisting of a black spiked mask with LED visor, a spiked vest with attached patches and pins, a black hoodie, black jeans, an orange bracelet, and black studded leather sneakers.
Most of their masks and mechanical goggles are programmed to "blink" and portray various eye expressions, and the mask features a voice modulator that gives his voice a more robotic tone. The goggles can also project multiple pixelated symbols and appear to be made of many small, square-shaped bulbs.
Existence of their Ringleaders
Their leader and crowning members have been rumored to exist but so far no confirmation of them aside from a few mentions of them in a news article. Their motives are vague and yet they seem to play against both sides of the city. Sometimes they expose corruption in the government and other times they cause a massive breach in security to satisfy their own goals.
Please be advised that anyone who learns any information about this gang, contact the local police department and pass on any info that can be useful in the capture of this gang.
