Brazil's government had a goal for the start of 2074: finishing the adminstration for the employment of professional heroes. The system, following that mostly of Australia and New Zealand's ANZHOP and the Japan's Pro-hero before them went to find the right people to apply for the five new openings within the daily field and five new openings for the new pro-hero school.
In the city of Belo Horizonte, the new hero school Novo Horizonte has been opened since the 6th of January to allow young students from the age of 15 to start studying under the professional work of a hero. Novo Horizonto, named for the new horizon that is coming for Brazil, focuses on team work making teams of at least 3 where the support students, rescue students and combat students are combined. The simulation room that the school has build will prepare the students for situations where all three of them are useful but also for situations where the others might have to support one student within the groups. The reason for this is that Brazil wants to make sure that everyone learns a bit of everything but is still able to focus on a specific branch. The first years would not have to pick a direct focus apart from the support or hero program, but it is trying to guide the students from the beginning.
Most countries before Brazil took the approach of shaping vigilantes to become the first batch of pro-heroes, Brazil followed another principle where promising police officers or fire fighters. By giving the new recruits a special training to make sure their quirks would be up for it, the government introduced the Pro-hero squad. Using five people with previous experience in the world of saving lifes and the task of fighting crime it believed to reflect a supporting society and government for the issue. The government stated that it did appreciate the vigilantes before as it was new to the world of quirks and the crime it brought to Brazil but that it prefered to keep it in the legal way, Vigilantes are requested to register themselves so they could join a program in a new Pro-hero squad.
Joining a new Pro-hero squad would mean training and registration to the government as to know what the qualities of the new pro-hero is and what best way to distribute this over teams.
The hero school offers a spot for another Pro-hero squad that focuses on training the youngsters, this will be done in the courses of support classes, technologies, combat classes, rescue classes and P.E. in the form of quirk training as well as keeping up with a good physical building for the students to make sure they can respond accurately and learn how their quirk uses their potential energy or other forms of stamina. The new Principle, "Solar" a former senior police-officer seemed to be convinced that this was the new future of Brazil and that it would support the country and give it back what it needs.
