"Hi, Thunder-san, nice to meet you! ...No, uh... Hey, Thunder, about time we met?"
Luzia pursed her lips, staring deeply into the mirror in front of her. She was doing her best to convince herself that she wasn't nervous, that she wasn't intimidated by Thunder... but she was failing pretty hard. Thunder was a whole-ass yakuza boss, and she avoided them as much as she avoided them almost as much as the cops! And here she was meeting the boss, the number one wanted criminal in all of Japan! Part of her wondered if she was crazy to actually want to meet this guy. But, another part of her reminded her that she was number four; she was trying to be more confident lately, and even though she had to remind herself repeatedly, the fact that she was even doing this meant she was getting more confident... right? She never would have even dreamed about doing something like this before Muramasa... before Niso.
She sighed at that thought, looking away from the mirror so she could reach into her backpack, pop a couple pills, and stuff them back in her bag. It'd take a little bit for them to kick in - only enough to take the edge off her nerves - but just downing them helped a little, enough for her to refocus and look back to the mirror. "Come on, Luzie, you can do this. He isn't gonna do shit... if he does, we can just kill him!" For a moment, Luzia forced a smile on her face, trying to look more confident, but that plan almost immediately fell apart and she just sighed again, groaning as she leaned over, almost putting her head against the bathroom sink.
"Well, at least this place is pretty," she mumbled, pulling her head up again. The edges of the mirror were carved with intricate, beautiful patterns of ivy and flowers, and it was framed with amazing carvings of red dragons... and that said nothing of the stalls, made of gorgeous paper with patterns of countrysides, or the walls that showed designs of the sky and sea; there wasn't an inch of these bathrooms that wasn't decorated beautifully, it was enough to actually have made her gasp when she entered. Outside was even more decorated; it had a moat, bridges, and a goddamn garden! She was pretty sure it was all Chinese, too; she didn't know too much about the differences between Japanese and Chinese, but there was definitely something different than other restaurant's she's been to.
Still, though, she turned her attention back to her reflection, staring at it. "You can be confident, Luzie. You got this. You've been training for something like this for awhile. You're not who you were..." She stared, and for a moment, she could almost see Niso's reflection in the mirror, making her wince in guilt and loneliness, only now finally turning away and walking out of the bathroom. She was still half an hour early; she got here a full hour before the time that Thunder had sent her, both to make sure that she would be here and because she was nervous, though the bathroom actually helped a little bit.
The soft sound of a string instrument greeted her again as she walked back to the table, the one that was apparently reserved for her and Thunder a long time ago. She didn't sit in the chair again, though; she knelt on her knees in front of the moat that cut a square in the middle of the restaurant. It was a beautiful, crystal clear water, filled with lilypads and flowers and even fish, plus a lot of coins. She was almost tempted to reach in and grab some, but she opted not to; a fancy place like this... she felt like she would be in even more trouble than usual, especially with it being right in the middle of yakuza territory.
Instead, she just watched the fish. She still had some time to kill, and they were cute.

"Seriously, this kid. Heh." Thunder couldn't help the amusement he had felt when receiving a request from the young painter to meet. Solely because they were both in the top 10's most wanted list. No other reason, no plans, hopefully no ulterior motives, nothing. It was just so... simple? Which was nice to be honest, he hadn't had anything simple in quite some time. He hoped that the girl would be able to continue and provide him some form of amusement through their upcoming meeting.
It wasn't long until the villainous Yakuza boss found himself at the front steps of the Crimson Dragon Inn once more. This place had been the first establishment he himself had helped construct when he took over the clan. Something so simple as an inn to bring villains and those down on their luck together. A place to enjoy food, drink and a place to stay. It had been so small back then, but through the years it had grown exponentially. It's level of elegance grew every single year, with minimal help from the man himself.
He stepped inside with a bit of a cocky smirk to his face, raising his hand as he walked in to the man behind the bar. A small greeting that immediately ushered the man into action, fixing drinks and ordering food to immediately be prepared for the man. He did order the same thing any time he came after-all.
Thundershock made his way through the elegant room, glancing down into the koi pond and glancing a few coins that some people had tossed in there, even though people were told not too. There was a low grumble that escaped his lips at the thought... though ass he went to move towards the table he was to meet the painter, he found her kneeling over the pond with her eyes fixated on the coins beneath the waters. he only knew it was her, thanks to surveillance videos he had picked up in preparation for their meeting...
"You know, coins release metallic elements into the water and eventually kill the Koi that swim in the pond. Stupid that people make wishes this way, only to kill the keepers of the wish granting pond they pray too. " He said calmly, his bright blue eyes trained on her, watching her every movement as she eyed the coins. He wouldn't stop her from going in. It would save the workers quite a bit of time when it came to cleaning and hell if she needed the cash that badly, then by all means. It wasn't as if they were going to miss it.
"That being said, I imagine you would be our Sweet little Painter?"

Luzia stared down at the water, smiling softly. The coins had lost her interest, and now she was watching the fish flitter and move in the water... they were so graceful, so quiet, so... so uncaring. They had no worries, all of their needs were taken care of, they could just swim to their heart's content... she was jealous, just a little bit. It was the sort of life she wanted, where she didn't have to work or have any worries whatsoever. That was the life, and it was always funny how cats and dogs and fish could live like that when people had such sucky lives... sometimes she wished she could be a kitty cat herself.
The surface of the water rippled softly with the movement of the fish, disturbing the reflection in it, but it didn't disturb enough to not see someone coming behind her. A big, blond man approached, and Luzia blinked softly, moving her eyes back to the coins as he talked about them. That was really too bad for the fishes... she didn't know about that, and she definitely put a few coins in ponds, too... not this one, though, different ones. "Oh, that's too bad..." She tilted her head at the news, looking at the fish, but it honestly didn't change her opinion on their lives; someone would just clean the coins and the fishes would be just fine.
Luzia took a deep breath as he asked if she was whos he said she was, and, steeling herself, pushed herself up to her feet. "I am!" She whirled around, ready to continue, but she went wide-eyed, her cheeks instantly turning pink. Holy fucking shit! She never knew Thunder, she never saw him, never thought to try to put a face to the name, but she didn't expect... this! Almost two meters tall - way more than a head taller than her - and a lot of muscle... blond hair perfectly spiked and taken care of, and even a scar under his eye...! He was big, he was strong, and he was....
Fuck it. He was older than her, but he was a whole-ass meal!
Luzia couldn't help but stare at him, her cheeks turning from pink to red, her eyes exploring a little more than was polite, and for a moment, she just stood there eating him up, but after a few moments, something in her pulled her back in control, and she got back on topic. "I mean... y-yeah, I'm the Painter... and you're... you're Thundershock, right...~?" Not noticing just a little bit of a flirtatious tone in her voice, she looked all the way up to his eyes, almost craning her neck to do so, loving the dark blue shade he had for his eyes... but... there was something off about his right eye... she couldn't help but stare at that a little bit, too, her attraction fading partly into curiosity. It almost looked like a fly's eye or something, but she couldn't remember what that sort of eye would be called.

"It's one of those things people don't care to know, or they simply don't care about the fish enough to stop. Once people are steeped in tradition, it's nearly impossible to break them of the habit." He continued calmly, taking his right hand out of his pocket and extending it towards Luzia as she would finally inform him that his assumption was correct. So this was the painter... a bit older than he had originally imagined, and yet not seemingly old enough for him to feel quite comfortable inviting for a night at the mansion. Still, this meeting wasn't about sating anyone's desires, but about organizing their needs.
Luzia had first spoke to Thundershock via the Villain Chats direct messages where she had agreed to take on a simple delivery job for him. It was something so simple that he was sure the woman had her suspicions as to what she was really delivering. If she knew, she might not have taken the job... but he supposed today was as good a day as any to invite her to the underground city. The way she was looking for work, no doubt it would do her some good.
"That's right. Nice to finally meet the number 4 villain. I can't say I knew what I was expecting to meet here. I did some research on you but you've been quite elusive. Most of your pictures are blurred by some sort of neon light." He stated before motioning for her to follow him towards their booth. There he would let her sit first, before taking his seat across from her.
Just as the two would finally sit, the waitress would come over with Thundershocks drink already prepared. She would place it gently in front of Thunder with a bright smile on her face.
"Master Thundershock~ Welcome back my lord. Miss, can I get you anything to drink?" The woman asked kindly, waiting for her order before she would take off again to leave the two alone.
"What did you think of the city so far? It's a bit different from the Kabuchiko above us isn't it?" Thunder asked, wondering if she had been able to pick up on the differences (beyond being underground). The underground city was a world on itself. Money never exchanged peoples hands here. At least, not for necessities. No one had to pay for food or drink, so it might look like people were just stealing from the stores she had passed. She would have noticed a significant lack of people living out on the streets, and everyone here seemed clean compared to what you would imagine of people living underground.

Luzia stared, practically drooling at Thunder, who was far more of a hunk of meat than she ever expected. Like seriously! He looked like some sort of supermodel or something! Muscles, muscles, muscles... and he was fuckin' tall! Like, forty centimeters taller than her! Her face was right at his chest! His huge, sexy chest... she had to crane her freaking neck to look at his eyes! She wanted so much to grab that chest, to touch and feel it; she had never seen one so big... but she, thankfully, remembered where she was, who she was with, and although reluctant, she settled for carefully shaking his hand, both out of nervousness and fear that he might accidentally crush her hand.
"I'm legal!" She blurted out, still staring at him, red-faced and in awe of his physique, shaking his head, but, realizing what she said, she cleared her throat, coughing awkwardly as she slipped into her seat. "Uh, nevermind..." She couldn't say stuff like that, not with the number one villain, not in a place like this. The fact that this was one of the best seats she ever felt was lost on her in her nervousness; she might have been the number four most wanted person in the whole country of Japan, and reminding her of that kept her nervousness in check, but she just blurted out that she was d-t-f out of the blue. Not a fantastic start.
When the waitress came, Luzia couldn't help but mutter her order, but then had to repeat it so that she heard her. "Anything that'll give me a buzz." When she left, she took a deep breath, trying to control her pounding heart, looking to Thunder as he thankfully changed the topic, though even her nervousness wasn't enough to stop her from staring at him, not realizing she was fiddling with her hair. But... the subject did bring her back to the world a little bit, reminded of just how heavenly this looked, from what she saw. For someone like her, it was easy to spot the differences around here; a lot less homeless people, people stealing what they need from the stores... or at least, taking them, since she didn't see registers in there...
"I wish I knew of this place before, Thunder-sama," she said, remembering her honorifics. She sighed, fiddling with her hair as she looked away, looking towards the other people in the restaurant. "Would have made a lot of things easier..."

Thunder couldn't help but blink a few times too many as he looked down at the girl in front of him. She was fidgeting like a nervous high schooler, and blurted out suddenly that she was legal. He couldn't help but smirk then and let a boisterous laugh escape his lips as he took Luzia's hand in his when it was offered and giving it a prompt, powerful shake.
As Thundershock moved, Luzia's eyes moved with him and he had to admit to himself how amused he was by all of this. He was normally the one to chase after women, but here was this little red head who couldn't take her eyes off him, without any effort on his part. He wanted to let another laugh escape him, but contained himself as he escorted Luzia to the booth.
"I'm quite aware you're legal, age is something that matters a great deal when you're in my lines of work. It helps identify the kind of jobs that best suit you, along with your skills of course. We do far more than the small deliveries I asked of you, if you are interested in more work." He explained smiling. He fell silent as the waitress came for their order then left once more to have the chef prepare it. Thundershock then leaned his right elbow on the table ahead of him, slouching slightly so he could get a better look at the young redhead.
Luzia had done her job without question and without incident. That, doubled with her comment on the situation here in the city brought a smile to his face. He had been trying to get word of the city out to those suffering above ground, but the process was slower than he would have liked it to be.
"Well, you're welcome to stay here at any time. There are set up stations in every district of the city that help assign housing to those who need it and explain the rules here. There's also job centers where you can pick up jobs suited to your skill set. You'll find that some don't offer a monetary reward, as the money you would make pay for your housing and necessities here. Things function very differently in my city, than it does in the ones above us. Hopefully one day, all of Tokyo will function the same way as they do here. At least, that's what I intend to happen." He explained casually as the waitress finally returned with Luzia's drink. Gingerly setting the tall glass down in front of the young lady before bowing politely and leaving the table once more, leaving the pair to their discussions.
"So, what is it that you excel at? How can I benefit you?"

So she could come back here any time she wanted... well, what was that old saying? Better late than never? Ah, it was a bullshit saying... she never did like it very much. Late was still late; she was doing alright for herself now, all things considered. Things were on the up at least, even with her hanging out with the Ragers, hell, Muramasa was, so far at least, almost treated her like a princess. It was nice, actually; she was actually sort of enjoying her time with them.
At the idea of him 'benefiting' her, she couldn't help but bite her lip a little, still staring at this beast of a man. She could definitely think of one or two things that he could do to 'benefit' her... but after a few seconds of those lusty thoughts, her mind turned to Niso, and she sighed at herself. Thunder may have been hella easy on the eyes... but how did he compare to Niso, to someone that treated her like a princess? But then... Thunder probably didn't piss off his girlfriend, either, Thunder probably didn't try to fucking kill himself just for shits and fucking giggles!
Wait, she was starting to get mad. She could feel that blood boiling feeling slowly grow, but it couldn't grow too much; she was already half-medicated thanks to her nervousness about meeting Thunder, so once she moved her thoughts away from such annoying and depressing things, she could smile again, looking at Thunder and smirking at him. "Psh... is all you big guys talk about business? Not even a little small talk? I thought I'd be getting to know what kind of man the number 1 villain is! I wanna know what he wants, what his favorite food is, what kind of company he keeps, not try to get under his wing!"
She smirked faintly, leaning forward a little, her eyelids falling to a suggestive half-lid expression as she continued, "Well... unless he wants to put me under his 'wing'...~." She snickered, giggling lasciviously at her pun, twirling her hair around her fingers as she eyed the man.

The girl was quiet as she took in all of the information Thunder had given her. Every now and then he could see a faint smirk curling up the side of her lips as she looked at him, which only caused the man to raise an eyebrow. Now this was an interesting situation. He was normally the one chasing after t he beautiful women he came across... and while Luzia was very much beautiful, she was also the same age as some of his children. While he had slept with Kyoko, her age was on the border of his own ethical line.
For the time being, he would pretend not to notice the small hints her body was giving away, instead listening to the girl pout about how she had hoped their meeting should be more casual. About her wanting to get to know more about him. Finally the man would chuckle as he raised an index finger before speaking.
"What I want is to rule over Japan, my favorite food is Sukiyaki, the company I keep varies from one week to the next." He admitted, raising a finger for every question he answered. Though as he rested his hand down he would continue to speak.
"I do however think of business before pleasure. I'm the head of a large clan, while leisure and pleasure is a nice luxury, I need to think of my family first. By family, I mean everyone who is a part of the Kobayashi clan. You might not want to be taken under my wing, but is it not my obligation as the number 1 villain?" He asked now with a more cruel smirk appearing on his lips. he wanted to make sure all villains here could follow or at least accept his ambitions of taking over Japan and turning it into a Utopia for villains, for everyone that lived in his underground city.
