The city of Tokyo was bright; as it always was. Artificial lights burning with an intensity that could dazzle the eye if one was not careful. Ambient photoluminescence that blazed a trail of strength for the woman in the limousine. She kept the window down; basking in the mixed rays. The clash of night-light against the darkness of the sky gave everything an odd glow that made the woman seem more at home than out of place. Her whole body carried a halo of pale grey light; rippling around her and giving her the likeness of an angel. Porcelain skin, silver hair, and off-pink eyes made her seem almost ethereal. The dress she wrapped herself in did not help matters, fitted to perfection and revealing a long stretch of her left thigh and some cleavage, she was the picture of wealth and power. Most of the city knew her as Sonya Chernova, industrialist, philanthropist, celebrity.
The underworld knew better. They knew the truth behind the twisted smile that crept across her face as she drew closer to the restaurant. There was a devil inside the woman; a devil by the name of Ishtar. Ishtar had marched her way across the underworld and back; taking all she could and leaving no margin for her rivals. She'd made pacts, forged alliances, broken enemies, and even tested fate in order to get this far; now she was making yet another contact, another connection to benefit her. She adjusted the black lotus emblem on the choker she wore, admiring it for a moment in her reflection as the car stopped. She got out with the help of her driver and smiled at him, urging him to find a place to park. She did not need an escort.
Instead she walked up the steps of the restaurant alone, the establishment had a price tag attached to it that would make the average man nauseous; but for her, money was no object. Just a means to an end. She mused silently at the entrance before striding inside; nodding at the host who bowed his head.
"Welcome back lady Chernova, I see you have a reservation for two? A date perhaps?"
Sonya gave him one of her more dazzling smiles and flipped her hair; "Something like that, he'll introduce himself as Uranus. Do not delay him, send him right up," She said. He nodded and a waiter approached to escort her up a curving stairwell and into the quieter second floor dining hall. There she sat, and waited. | TAG WORDS NOTES

G had a 'date' with a villain called Ishtar. Leader or whatever of the Fraternity according to ... ehm Name. God he was terrible with memory. But now was not the time to debate with memory. Now was the time to be a dashing Villanous scumbag of a Uranus. Or whatever. He arrived at the restaurant. It really wasnt his type of place. But whatever. He approached the young bell boy host whatever ol young chap it was "Oi. Uranus here. Point me to milady~" he said playfully. Clearly this was like a game of chess to him. Once the escort did his job and pointed to where Ishar was. G went there, right away. Just so casually sitting at the right table "Good evening, milady~ It is I, Uranus" G greets Ishtar. He was polite, yet mischevious as usual He was presentable, a lot more then his matchup against Thunder, but those obvious glasses. He cannot leave home without them. Well that and his watch. But now, when they finally met it was time for their game to start. G took some tips from Hana. But even so, he had his mission. He was a Vigilante after all. Still, this meeting was going to be an interesting one

Sonya did not move from her seat as the waiter lead her 'guest' up the stairs. The first spot of white hair that she saw as he rose the rounded steps was enough to draw her attention. Curious. He wore a suit; a fine enough one though it could always be tailored better. Her eyes narrowed as he drew closer; something about him struck her as familiar. Her lips thinned into a line as he sat down across from her. HIs manner was so casual; acting as if he owned the place. She tapped her heavily manicured nail on the table once before glancing up at the waiter who approached with a small booklet. She tilted her head, her cybernetic eyes adjusting and readjusting with small pulses of the lenses within. "Whiskey, neat, for the both of us, I have no need for wine today," She said and the waiter scurried away. She turned back to him, glowing a bit brighter, her eyes narrowed as her thin lips curled into a smile.
"Well! You aren't what I expected, Uranus," She said, crossing her legs beneath the table and leaning back.
"It's a pleasure, regardless," She added, looking up and smiling as the waiter returned with hardly a heartbeat to wait. He placed down two crystal glasses accompanied with orbs of ice and an inch of dark whiskey each. "I hope you drink," She said, eyeing her guest with an upward flick of her eyes. Satin-white hair fell in rivulets around her shoulders as she raised the hard drink to her lips. "To new meetings, yes?" The CEO of the ASTA Corporation said. It wasn't hard to recognize her, she'd been on everything from talk shows, commercials, to even a brief speech at the government diet urging for subsidies for impoverished Quirkers. Without the intense glow to hide her appearance and the respirator to complete the ensemble, it was clear who she was.
But... what was he going to do about it? Tell someone? And where exactly did he get his information? | TAG WORDS NOTES

Ishtar ordered whiskey for the both of them. Fine, he could use a drink. He saw the waiter scurry away like a small roach. But now he turned his gaze to his host. She spoke how he was not as what he expected. He leaned back in his chair as well. The two exchanged pleasantries. To wic after G said "What can I say? I'm a man of many surprises. But most of all. I am a man who likes to break any expectations" G said rather matter of factly.
The waiter returned rather fast and placced down two fancy ass glasses with some ice and dark whiskey. Ishtar said how she hopes he drinks. "I am a drinker, yes" he answered her as they eyed eachother. And thus as expected, she wanted to make a toast. He raised his glass "To new meetings, indeed" and thus he drank what was in his glass. God, it has been ages since he had a good alcoholic drink. Usually he drank the cheapest shit and then after he got a family, he stopped drinking almost completely because of Haruuhi acquiring his drinking habbits. What a buzzkill. But this was nice.
Now, since they said their toasts and pleasantries, G decided to ask "So what brings a fine milady like yourself to a place like that?" he didnt say Tokyo Underground, but it was obvious what he meant. Ishtar. And yet she was a familiar hotshot. The thing was, G really couldnt give a rats ass about a corporation like ASTA, so he couldnt quite place Ishtar as the more respectable Sonya. The most he can do is relay Truth aka Tama, what Ishtar looks like. And she can work it off from there. G was the scout now asking what was a lady like her doing in a shady place like that. G called himself Uranus on Tokyo Underground to troll the Plutocracy and to maybe even impersonate one of them to lure out villainous suckers, like Ishtar for example. He didnt have to bust her right away of course. First he gathered information.

Sonya flipped her hair away and leaned back in her chair, taking up the glass and swirling it once before sipping. She eyed him over the cup and smiled playfully; there was something about him that was familiar. It was the glasses, she was sure of it. His hair too. She tilted her head and cocked a grin before taking another sip and placing it down. "A man who likes to break expectations, I like that," She said, tapping her heavily manicured nail on the glass. She watched him sip his drink before taking another sip of her own. His expression was good, she wondered how long it had been since he'd had a decent drink.
His first question was to the point, he certainly was not sussing around with details. He wanted answers, pronto, which was cute she supposed. If only he was less... he ...he might be worth her time. She pursed her lips and put down her glass as the waiter came by with a menu in hand. He opened it and Sonya glanced at the small list of items; restaurants of this class tended to keep small but exceptional menus. "I could ask you the same question," She said, glancing up at the waiter who shifted a bit on his feet. She smiled and tapped the venison with a finger, the boy nodded and walked over to Uranus. She glanced at him out of the corner of her eye as she turned back to face him; "Who are you to play chicken with people like that?" Sonya asked pointedly.
He was either an idiot, brave, or very powerful. Regardless he seemed to have it in his head that he could taunt the Plutocracy with his name. That was useful to know. "But an answer for an answer, yes?" She watched the waiter leave and her lips curled; "I facilitate business, dearie, a... concierge of sorts," She said, not assuming what kind of person he was by offering her services right away. | TAG WORDS NOTES

G smirks when she says that she likes a man who likes to break expectations. Yep, he had this in the bag. They sipped their drink, but as much as he wants to mess around. He asks real stuff. Like why is she in Tokyo Underground. He was blunt and to the point but still tried to retain that elegance that Sonya had. Sonya, being a fine lady just pursed her lips and set her glass down as the waiter came with a menu. The man opened it and Sonya glanced at some small list. She then finally answered that she could ask him the same question. He first glanced at the waiter and wanted the man to buzz off. Sonya asked who is he to play chicken with people like that. G didnt answer yet, but his glance turning into glare signaled the waiter to leave. Which he did. Thus... G replies in a smug manner as he crosses his arms and answers like a smartass "I am Uranus~" he tries to sound adult and not like a giddy school girl because Uranus sounds naughty. But he continued the next line serious "I do not fear people. I strike fear in them." he then eased up and smiled "And I do business with lovely people like you. But speaking of people... An answer for an answer. Now is your turn" he said She said she facilitates business. A concierge of sorts. G raised his brow "A concierge?.....A hotel employee whose job is to assist guests by booking tours, making theatre and restaurant reservations?" Thats what he thought a concierge was. She did say 'of sorts'. But what does that mean. He blinked and then said "Throw me a bone, dearie"

Her eyes narrowed, the intensity of his arrogance was tinged with an almost adolescent sense of humor. She could just barely pick up on a small amount of amusement in his voice when he said the word 'Uranus'. Pronouncing it in the most inappropriate way. His tone went serious after that; his eyes on her, his words dark and warning. He was a violent man at his core; a violent man who was having a hard time containing his excitement. He went on the attack, demanding answers instead of teasing them out of her. He wanted clarification; not interpretation. Her eyes narrowed and the mechanical lenses inside spun a few times. She took in his white hair.
The sound of an angry roar caught her in the back of her mind. The sounds and smells of a stadium. A sudden darkness. A jeering crowd. Harsh words spoken from a pretentious witch. Her eyes narrowed and her fingers stopped drumming on the table. For a few seconds, she just stared at him, a look of mixed disgust and disbelief playing on her features. Then a smile crept across her face.
She crossed her legs and tapped her watch absently with those manicured nails; "That is exactly what an ordinary concierge is," She said casually, looking him square in the eyes. "And I am a Concierge for anyone who dares ask," She whispers, darkly. "Weapons, Legal Help, Private Flights, Henchmen, Assassination, Quirk Enhancement Items, Contacts," She smiled cruelly, "Cage Match tickets," She whispered. "Oh, no, not those tickets. That was the Plutocracy, though I did buy one myself." She laughed and took up her glass, sipping once at it.
"How are your wounds, dearie?" She asked, her tone almost one of concern. In a way she was; at one time G had been a villain like herself. They were... kindred spirits in a way. Identifying by a doctrine and belief rather than a business perspective. | TAG WORDS NOTES

The missus finally figured who he was. And she kept a smile on her face. She crossed her legs and tapped her watch with her fancy ass nails. But she spoke up, albeit in a dark whisper. She did confess to crime. Wonderful indeed. She was a villain he can bust. But not today, he wants to make her lower her guard, even if she figured out he is a hot and powerful Vigilante. He will make her slip up, becasue smarty pants villains like her cant be dealt with brawn like Thunder. He has to use brains. Fight fire with fire.
He can tell she tried to rouse him with that. G just grinned and rested back in his seat and crossing his hands. "Ohohoho. You finally figured me out. Yep, its me in the flesh!" G said with a chuckle, almost like a proud boast even.
She then asked how are his wounds. G knew she was just trying to piss him off because what villain in their right mind is concerned about a Vigilante "Baby, I suffered fatigue, not wounds. Im all good. Thunder just gave me a flesh wound. Meanwhile I showed him who was really The King and The Fallen. Spoiler alert. Its me. I am the King. The King of Awesome!" he said and he had to show his enthusiasm and his chill side Ishtar will know G is not a mere brute. He was more than that. He was a suave ladies man,a charmer. He had an actual personality, humour. He can poke fun at himself. He wasnt just some guy who wants to break people and criminals.
"Now now milady. Now that you know that I am The King. Is there any way I can help you?" G asked. Setting the stage. He is the King and she was a commoner seeking an audience with him. He was curious what will she do now. He kept his cool despite her provocation. They were essentially "on a date" What does she want from her. To check him out?

She narrowed her eyes, the concern slipping from her expression and dipping deeper into something else. Her poise was the same, she sat comfortably in her chair; confident, radiant. Her smile went from a bit sad to a pleasant thin curve. Yet it was her eyes, something about those mechanical eyes that had gone so cold it was as if the temperature in the room had dropped a degree or two. "Your confidence is infectious; I can see why so many have gathered around you," She said flatly; resting her hands in her lap and gracing him with a dazzling smile.
Ishtar was here.
Ishtar's lip curled sardonically; "A force of personality, dangerous and powerful. I've learned quite a bit about you recently, G, especially over dinner with your old friend," She said, taking up her wine and examining the glass. Something... happened to the glass. A bit of frost formed on the side and after a few seconds she sipped it, letting out a misty breath. Ice cold. "Wine is at its best, cold," She offered, looking him in the eye.
"Help me?" She looked surprised; "What can the Black King possibly do for the White Queen?" She said, waving away his suggestion; "I already support you and your own. Lesser vigilantes come to me from time to time to buy gear and weapons. I do not discriminate, dearie," She said, sipping her glass again. "If you're looking for supplication, liege lord of the vigilantes, you will not find it here," She added with a gentle smile. "I wonder how many times my products have saved the lives of your men? I wonder if even you have depended on me without knowing it? Isn't that a curious thing, G? When you start to think about exactly where the things you take for granted come from?" | TAG WORDS NOTES

She spoke how his confidence was infectuous and thus she can se why he gathered so many around him. G just had his smileand spoke "MMm, maybe. I'd say its more experience. People like when someone know's what they're doing. No one will get behind a noob" He remembered when he was younger and a villain, how he wanted to form his street gang. Hence why his Vigi costume was as if he was a thuggish robber himself. Its because its his villain costume actually and because he was a street gangster who mugged people. But he didnt get to have a gang, no one wanted to be with him. Part of G was still salty he didnt get to run a criminal gang. The Storm Knights were close enough.
Ishtar then said something else, but it didnt tell a lot to G "An old friend? Do tell, which old friend was it? I have many of those" he said as he hoped she would elaborate.
And then as they talked more, G asked her what does she need? That surprised her. She used a bit of chess terms and then waved away his suggestion saying, SHE helps lesser vigilantes. And even thought HE was the one that needed gear. Insinuating that maybe even he used her product "Ok, a few things there, dearie. One. I'm pretty sure I myself didnt use anything of yours. I dont depend on gadgets. And the man who made and designed my costume and any gear that I once had is in jail. Two,.... well... You wanted to be with lil ol Uranus. I imagined you needed something then, luv. I'm sure you wanted something out of this. Unless... you hoped to have a date with Uranus? Heheh, do tell... dont be coy. How can I help you? Do you have questions or just wanted to spend time with a real man" G asked her

Ishtar's ego had gotten the better of her there. He seemed to be almost unflappable when it came to jabs like that. She'd thought a man who insisted on calling himself the king would have a bit more of a fragile personality; but it seemed that he was the number one vigilante for a reason. She held her composure though; resting her chin on her knuckles and eyeing him thoughtfully across the counter; "You really are tough, aren't you?" She said after he shot back, demanding to know what she really wanted out of him. She made a bit of a face, an odd half smirk that included her glancing up to the ceiling as if asking for patience.
"I'm afraid that even if I wanted your body, the encounter wouldn't be pleasant for either of us," She said mildly, not moving her chin from her palm as she continued to eye him. "You seem to be under the impression that I am incapable of simple curiosity," She shot, leaning forward a bit; "I truly, genuinely, just wanted to see the face behind the name Uranus. I had assumed you were either an arrogant imbecile testing the patience of the plutocracy, a reckless peer of mine, or..." She smiled; "Something far more devious than I gave you credit for when I saw you fight your old friend." She said, giving a clue as to the identity of the 'old friend' she had eaten dinner with not long ago.
"But since you're here..." She paused and her mouth turned into a thin line. She sat up straight and sipped again at her wine; "Tell me. I'd heard a rumor that you were once... different, we'll put it that way. Do you miss it? That freedom. Why did you cast it aside for the life of a vigilante?" She asked, genuine curiosity on her face. | TAG WORDS NOTES

Ishtar spoke how tough he is. G chuckled "Well, I am a tough cookie. It takes a lot to make me crumble" he replied to her statement, after which he repeated his previous question of what did she want. Did she just wanna hang out with a real man? But the reply he got answered one thing. If she ever wanted his body, that encounter wouldnt go well for either of them. He imagined she must have some gnarly Quirk. Truth be told, he didnt want to test it. Someone else can sacrifice their manhood, but not him.
She then said, that he is under the impression that she is incapable of curiosity. She just wanted to see the face behind Uranus. So she assuemed he was either an arrogant dumbass who is testing the patience of plutocracy or a reckless villain or something more devious.
"Can you blame me? I am a curious man myself. I wanted to see the fabled Ishtar in person." he said, explaining why he asked continously why she was here
He then listened to her more. She paused for a moment and sat straight up and sipped her wine again asking, why is he a vigilante. To that he sat back in his chair and crossed his arms to prepare for story time. "I was different. Much like you and The Fallen. You could tell that easily. So its no rumour. My costume says gang boss, not Vigilante. My name is also the same. You do know its slang for Gangster, right?" he asked with a raised eyebrow. He then continued "What changed me was Thunder. Indirectly he did. It was his kid that changed me and made me good. Dont get me wrong. I still have that mentality and I can easily snap back into my olden ways" he looks at her and smirks "I bet you'd want that, wouldnt you. But I am what I am now. But even if I was like you. I'd still be crushing it as Number 1. After all, I am the King. He is the Fallen. The match proved it. I can be chaotic if I wanna be. Stirring up trouble is easy. But as a gamer, I am nor a baby who goes the easy mode. I am a normie who went from Medium to hard mode"
G used video game slang. Saying, being a villain is terribly easy and if he remained a villain. He would be more notorious then Thunder. But being a Vigilante is a chellenging mode. More closer to Normal or Hard mode. He wanted a challenge. Villainy was not a challenge due to the fact he defeated Thundershock in the cage match. As for why he changed. Well, it was Miku. Albeit he kept those details to the minimum.

Ishtar smiled just as her designer watch lit up with a backlight. She glanced up at him and crossed her legs, running her hands down her thighs and stretching as she reached for her wine to have another drink. The supervillain took a sip as he referred to her as 'fabled'. She placed her hand over her breast and gave him an almost flattered look; "The Fabled Ishtar? My you know what to say, don't you?" She laughed and tilted her head; "I admit, you aren't what I expected, more... impressive." She nodded, handing out the complement easily as she relaxed and he dove into an explanation. She raised an eyebrow. She wouldn't admit it but she understood every word he said.
She had been a college student after all. Pjs, video games, hip hop, oh she lived that life once too. She sipped her drink again, his kid. Kid. The kid they had been arguing about. Ishtar's lips formed a thin line and she placed her glass down. She crossed her arms and looked the man in the eye. "I've met her," She said flatly, "And you know what? Any other time I would have held it over your head, played some sick game, but no, not that girl," She said sharply. She got to her feet, there was almost... offense on her face. Her expression was hard and there was something hot in her chest. "How can you sit there and brag about being the king when your princess withers away?" She demanded.
"It didn't occur to me until just now, Miku. Miku, she toured me through a gym the other day-your gym. I bought a membership," She scoffed, "Thunder said the name, but the moment had been so... I hadn't even thought about it," She frowned and lowered her head, shaking it, "Do me a favor, talk to her, she is more important than a conversation between us," She sighed; "You have my word I won't bother you or her." She didn't feel it at first, but something silver and shiny slid down from the corner of her eye and patted on to the floor, her anger causing her skin to glitter. Her nose twitched and she reached up to touch her eye.
"Well... that's a shame," She muttered, looking at the mercury glittering on her fingers. She sighed, she had seen the girl in herself, but she hadn't realized how much she had projected. What a foolish thing to get upset about. Ishtar scoffed and reached for a cloth, wiping her fingers. "It seems you and that man do have something in common, as you are now, you both disgust me," She moved to walk away. | TAG WORDS NOTES
