APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Kise is a shorter and slim boy standing only 160cm and weighing only 52kg. He has naturally unkempt looking short light blue hair that despite how much he or someone else tries, can never get it to look any other way. Which Kise is fine with because he would hate to bother other people asking for assistance with it. He has rather bright sea blue eyes that often glisten just like sea when the sun reflects off them. When he uses his quirk however those same bright eyes turn almost black, a deep, dark, blue like the sea on an overcast night. One also could describe his facial features to be more feminine than most guys, compound that with his porcelain smooth skin and he could easily be mistaken for a girl with the right light. Most of the time he wears a neutral expression on his face and doesn’t convey emotions a lot to people he barely knows. But when you get to know him or he is helping someone in need, his smile is the brightest you’ll see.

Personality:
Kise is a very shy and quiet boy that does his best to avoid conflict wherever he goes. He loves to help people in need, but he is very shy when praise is given to him. He also isn’t the biggest fan of large groups of people, they tend to give him a great deal of anxiety and make him nervous. He’s been slowly getting better at that, but any group larger than 10 or so people still freak him out. Kise has always been a great student when it comes to homework and studying. But his grades are not where one would think they would be because he gets so nervous during tests that he often forgets answers or runs out of time because he is freaking out over the last question he answered. One of his greatest personality traits in that he loves to help people is also a big drawback. Due to him either over extending himself trying to help too many people that he neglects himself. Or that he let’s people freely take advantage of his kindness and lets them push him around. Another drawback to his shyness is that he doesn’t talk much and when he does communicate he usually prefers to use sign language so he can avoid actually talking. He and his parents hope that him going to UA will help him come out of his shell more and also learn how to overcome some of his pitfalls. Ultimately if one would be asked to describe him most would probably tell you that he is the type of guy who you could be abusing physically or verbally one moment, and would still give you the shirt off his back a moment later.

HISTORY
Kise was born into a moderately wealthy lower-upper class family. His father is a part owner of several high end food markets that supply some of the best restaurants throughout Japan while his mother is a professor of Psychology at Tokyo University. Even though he grew up in a pretty wealthy home and having attended what most would call fancy, high end gatherings, his parents raised him and his younger siblings to know the meaning of a dollar, how to work hard and not take anything for granted. So Kise would tell you that despite his family’s wealth he had a pretty normal childhood. He still did attend a well renowned private middle school, but that was mostly due to his parents wanting him to have the best education he could. But they still let and supported his desire to go to UA to become a hero, a dream he had like most kids had when they discovered that they possessed quirks. Deep down his parents were petrified of the idea of their small and fragile looking boy going into such a dangerous profession. But they also were happy to see that he was so committing to something with such vigor and determination. So his father set up a small training ground near his house so that Kise could begin to hone his quirk more before he graduated middle school
When the day came that he was able to take the entry he was just able to pass the tests. His written scores were slightly below average but his quirk control was high enough that he made it in. He was so happy and his parents so proud of him for taking that first and crucial step in becoming a Pro Hero. Though now that reality was beginning to set in, so did the fear and the anxiety of the long road that laid before him. But with his parents' support and the friends he could possibly make behind him, he was quietly confident that he’’’ would come out on the other side.
