| This is Control. Reports of a man loitering suspiciously near Tokyo Elementary have come in, requesting response from officers in the area to investigate?
A small chirp preceding a crackly, low quality audio that filled a studio apartment, the sound of running water and a slow drift of steam could be observed to be coming from the open door to bathroom in which a young blonde woman was currently enjoying a nice, soothing shower after waking with barely more than the morning left. The name of the girl Veronica Kazahana though usually she preferred a diminutive in the form of ‘Nikki’, she let out a slow moan as the warm and cleansing liquid ran through her hair and down her body, rinsing away perfumed suds that only seemed to add to her feeling of luxury. Really the best joys in life coming free but the shampoos and moisturizing creams that the bathing beauty enjoyed being rather expensive to most, to this lucky young thing she found that almost any pleasure made little impact on her personal finances, given how willing her affluent patriarch was to pay for things.
A spoiled young thing who knew when to show the eyes of a doe or flutter her lashes, this is why her lifestyle was largely one of lazy hedonism, allowing her to waste away the best part of the past half hour in crystal clear and perfectly heated water even though other parts of the world were still desperate with first. Nikki unconcerned with these places, given her out of sight and out of mind kind of mentality, she cared little for the time or resources she wasted in her steamy shower or in any endeavour really. So it was perhaps somewhat surprising to discover that the soaking wet blonde currently had her speaker system plugged in to a police scanner. After all, what would a girl who wanted for little care for the troubles of the common people?
I finally feel a little bit awake… Finally shutting off the source that had sent water surging across her body as time marched happily toward noon, Veronica slid her fingers back through those golden locks that looked a little darker than usual because of how saturated they were before shaking herself off and stepping out of her shower to pick up a fluffy white towel. Perhaps I shouldn’t have stayed out so late last night, but from the sounds of the reports, sleeping in didn’t much hurt my chances of finding a nice little ‘debut’ site? Dead air filling her apartment again for the past few minutes as Miss Kazahana and denying her any juicy Tokyo gossip to pique her ear and interest, after daubing at her face, body and limbs with one towel, the blonde dropped that one and picked up a larger and equally fluffy white piece of terry cloth to wind around herself as she moved into her mix of living room, kitchen and bedroom.
It is said that youth is wasted on the young, so I want to make sure I at least fritter away my sexiest years in the most delightful of fashions~ Smirking to herself as she caught a look at her reflection in the full body mirror not far from her bathroom door, with her frame still carrying a layer of dew and hair soggy and messy, Nikki had to admit that she did look hot as hell if she did say so herself. Chest fluffed up by the tightness of the towel that was bound around it and so many sensual inches of her thighs on display for any who might peek into her apartment, though it was vain there were times that Veronica wished that she had a twin or something that she could fall for. Such a shame to have this level of beauty and be the only person in the universe that couldn’t fully exploit it, this was far from the first time that this particular femme had found herself having something of a narcissistic fantasy as she picked up her top of the line hairdryer and began to cast her hair around in an even messier fashion with the device, and was unlikely to be the last. She just loved herself that damn much.
Perhaps if I ever come across a villain who can make copies of people, I’ll quietly make a pet of them? Humming gently to herself as her hair was whipped around by a mix of thrust and heat and left a little less sodden in the process, Miss Kazahana felt no shame in imagining what it was like to enjoy the silkiness of her lips in a kiss, as well as a few other notions that might have been difficult to describe decently. Left to her devices for more than a minute or even two as she blasted her locks and leaving them dryer and brighter in colour, the girl who now had her platinum head colour restored then set about applying her usual make up to her face, but as she did so something caught her ear with the same electrical bleat from before.
”All units, we have several reports of quirk users taking over the J League headquarters, as well gunshots being heard! We are requesting that every available officer in the area attend for the safety of civilians, and be aware of possible hostilities from those responsible. Assistance from the Hero Association will be requested, and be on the lookout for possible vigilante interference as well.”
Nikki leaving a small, black tipped brush hanging in front of her face as one of her eyes wore a layer of mascara while the other did not, while she had expected another small potatoes gig to come up, she had found that prediction so pleasingly proven incorrect. Now that’s an interesting situation to hear about… The corners of her mouth curving upward slightly as she considered the words that had just been shared between officers of the law in a fashion that almost made it seem that the blonde enjoyed the idea of some public disorder, Miss Kazahana felt a little shiver of excitement run through her as she daubed her other set of lashes with colour and then picked up a bright red shade of lipstick to wear.
And going on so close to here as well… How perfect for me! Forcing away a smirk and pursing her lips up slightly into a pout as she took the lid off a rude shade of red to highlight her mouth with, the ice blue eyes of Veronica crept away from her mirror and toward a small closet in which she kept an outfit she had been looking for an excuse to wear. Not some low cut and high legged dress but rather an option with rather a sense of flourish, finesse and foxiness in the colours of white, red and blue, Nikki had been waiting for a chance like this and it seemed her wait was up. The selfish and spoiled young thing was about to tear her way into the hero scene, and hoped to make a mark like no other…

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | Toma's day off from work had been nice, especially since he had spent it all in bed. Toma slept in for most of the morning until the loud buzz of radio chatter filled his room. With a start, he jumped out of bed, scrambled across his room, and started trying to dial in the homemade monitoring system he had set up.
Calling it a monitoring system was a joke. With an outdated computer, an old American CB radio jury-rigged with a police scrambler, and a few burner cellphones he at least had something. This system had picked something up though, that something broadcasting over a police frequency he had stumbled upon a few weeks back. With a little tuning, he managed to clear up most of it.
”... J League headquarters... gunshots... heard! We are requesting that every available... hostility from those responsible. Assistance... Hero Association... requested... vigilante interference.”
This caught Toma's attention, sending him searching through the internet to research. He found the place and started checking for a route. It wasn't far, thankfully only a few kilometers away from his apartment. 'Good...' he thought to himself. 'Maybe I can get there before things get out of hand.'
He jumped up from his chair and walked over to his bed. Reaching down underneath he pulled out a big luggage chest. Popping open the lid he smiled at the gift he had bought for himself. Inside was his way of keeping identity safe and looking badass while doing it. Toma pulled out the first piece of his hard-earned reward, a nearly black motorcycle helmet with a mirrored visor. The next item was a matching black leather riding suit and boots. The best part was what had cost him the most money. By ordering his motorcycle gear from an American biking shop he had been able to decorate both the helmet and suit with a logo.
Holding the suit up in the air he marveled at the symbol before him. He had spent a few hours working in a painting program and managed to come up with an orange circle, with a yellow hawk shadowed in the front. 'Sunhawk.' he smiled as the name came to mind. Two twelve centimeter wide versions had been painted on either side of the helmet, but it was the dyed leather chest piece that really looked great.
Donning his new outfit, shoving his helmet in a backpack and throwing on a coat to cover up, Sunhawk left Toma's apartment. He knew things were about to get tough. But he swore he would never abuse his quirk, and swore to stop others from doing it too. He had to do this, no matter the cost because lives were at stake and the police refused to fight fire with fire. With these thoughts the Sunhawk weaved his way through the back alleys behind Toma's apartment, making his way to his destiny.

IS THAT AN ANGEL WHO HAS FALLEN DOWN FROM HEAVEN? Arriving by the street is so unimaginative and cliché, a hero makes the most dynamic of entries! No longer decked out in just a towel but her form barely covered more than it had been in that ensemble, with her make-up done and hair that had that perfect degree of designed chaos in its messiness, Nikki Kazahana perched on a rooftop as she watched a car with flashing lights on its roof race toward the building that she soon intended to enter. Dressed for the first time officially as the heroine ‘Gale Force’, the blonde haired gal was wearing a white one piece number that had long sleeves and yet showed off almost all of her hips and a rather large portion of her ample chest as well, but design of course. Like a leotard that one might wear for gymnastics though made out of a harder wearing and slightly shimmering material that clung to her curvy frame like spandex, with this the woman wore a matching set of blue coloured gloves and boots, as well as a red cape that reached her rear slung over her left shoulder which was fastened to her body by a golden lanyard.
Good, I can’t see any recognisable hero-types hanging around, I think I’m the first one here! The ensemble completed by a red belt that was draped a little loosely around her hips and carrying pockets that were stuffed with business cards she had made up to hand out at her debut, in her hands Veronica turned over a visor-like pair of sunglasses, which were sleek, shiny and black, that the girl slid on and hid her brilliantly blue eyes completely and added a kind of detached element to her visual persona. Set for action and ready to rock the scene for the first time ever, after pausing for no more than a couple of seconds after the deployment of her eyewear, the debuting hero decided to make a spectacle of herself by throwing herself forward straight off the office rooftop she was waiting on and went hurtling toward the ground rather quickly. Yet despite the dire situation she had brought upon herself, ‘Gale Force’ gave a broad grin as the ground grew closer and closer.
“THE GALE FORCE HERO MAKES HER DEBUT!” Shouting out in a loud and yet none to strained or concerned voice as she dropped toward the gathered forces of the police and rolled over in a forward flip, without even checking to see that people had looked up to see her arrival, Nikki did something that was sure to bring attention toward her. Aiming her palms and the soles of her feet at the ground and activating the windy gift she had been given by her birth, newspapers and pieces of litter on the street suddenly skipped into the air as a massive downdraft suddenly kicked up, coerced by the quirk of the girl that she was using to slow her descent.
This is sure to get me the right kind of press! The method haphazard, at least for bystanders, but rather effective for the use that Miss Kazahana sought, while she couldn’t fully fly with her powers they were certainly useful for making landings softer and far more impressive. Dropping down to the earth with no more force than she might have been carrying had she done a backflip or something similar rather than a nose dive off a several story building, the blonde hair of Veronica bounced for a moment as she hit the ground with a heel and a knee underneath her and her fist in front to steady her landing, the rookie managed to pull off the perfect hero landing pose on her first attempt and felt rather pleased with herself for that.
The Pro Scene will never be the same again! Not even considering the danger that might follow her arrival one bit, after giving the crowd of policeman and passers-by a chance to digest the brilliance that had just arrived, Nikki stood up and scanned the bodies around her to see who was in charge. Usually these uniformed police types submitting to whomever wore the biggest and flashiest motifs on their outfits, after a moment of scanning the souls that were here to keep the peace Miss Kazahana selected the one that looked the oldest and was carrying the most meaningless symbols on his outfit and marched toward him confidently.
“Gale Force, Pro Hero. I hear you’ve been having trouble?” Speaking clearly and confidently as if the guy who for all she knew might have been Tokyo’s chief of police was no more intimidating to her than a kid with a snotty nose, Veronica smiled and puffed out her chest at the guy proudly, feeling oddly exhilarated to have the chance to finally make her debut. “Don’t worry, I’m here now!” Enjoying the chance to use her hero name in public for the first time officially and oddly excited by what might unfold, with her confidence never seeming to have been riding so high and her ego practically out of control, the blonde felt as if she had arrived to save mankind from every problem they had ever had… | WORDS | 868 | TAG | @aster | NOTES | xxx. |

~Meanwhile, elsewhere in Tokyo~ G was out once again and patrolling the streets. Sometimes it'd be Musutafu and other times Tokyo. This was one of the days he'd patrol Tokyo. While out on patrol he saw a mugging happen in a dark alley and he interfered. But unlike the last time, he held back considerably, scared that he might lose control of himself and kill another person. He wanted to kill. Kill reallly badly, but if he were to change...he had to take a different approach, so he avoided using his Quirk and fought the thug hand to hand. Considering he fought while handicapping himself, the battle took some time and G ended up barely winning, with his arms being bloody and cut up "Ehh...I'll live" he thought as he dragged the unconcious thug to the closest police officer authority.
Eventually, he saw a police car. So he snuck up there, quietly dragging the thug and leaving him near the car. As he was leaving he heard over the police radio "All units, we have several reports of quirk users taking over the J League headquarters, as well gunshots being heard! We are requesting that every available officer in the area attend for the safety of civilians, and be aware of possible hostilities from those responsible. Assistance from the Hero Association will be requested, and be on the lookout for possible vigilante interference as well." "Shit" G thought to himself There was no way in Hell he could be there on time. But still...he had to try. So he could redeem himself. He was as ready as he could ever be. He wasnt like the fancy heroes or vigilantes who had special costumes. His 'costume' was black pants, white shoes, white t-shirt, black jacket and a gold chain gangsta necklace and semi broken sunglasses. Basically his old 'villain costume', basically average clothes that had his Skull Logo.
Making his way, he thought he arrived on time,until... “THE GALE FORCE HERO MAKES HER DEBUT!” "JESUS!!!" he thought as he covered his ears and saw that an official pro was there..along with a shit ton of cops. He was worried if he could help at all or if he was gonna be arrested. He hid and made sure to stay out of sight, he needed to try and be smart and see if he could help at all. After all, he was also still bleeding from his arms

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | Toma had been hiding on a nearby rooftop watching the police below. At first, he had been concerned that he wouldn't be able to find an opening to enter the building. Then a full-on costumed hero flew to the ground and loudly announced herself for all to hear. The two guards that had been guarding the back door Toma had been concerned with ran back around the corner to quickly see what was going on.
Toma took this as a sign and lept off the rooftop and towards the back balcony off the third floor of the J League building. He had measured the distance while he had been waiting. It was about a nine-meter gap from the edge of the roof to the railing on the balcony, he knew from high school he could jump about four and a half on a good day. This left him stuck in the middle for just a moment, he started to fall but at the last moment small sparks of plasma went off at his feet. With a loud bang, he was sent flying the remainder of the distance across the gap.
Out of sheer luck, he managed to get a firm grasp on the railing with both hands before his Solar-powered flight ended. With quite a grunt he quickly pulled himself over and searching for an entrance as quickly as he could. Out of sheer luck, the door to this balcony was unlocked, allowing Toma to quickly slip inside and into a dark office.

IS THAT AN ANGEL WHO HAS FALLEN DOWN FROM HEAVEN? “Oh, you’re not one we’ve heard of, but your ID seems to check out Miss Gale Force, apologies for the delay…”
Well, that’s certainly the last chance you’ll have to say that, old man~ Not taking the lack of recognition too much to heart given the fact that she was making her glorious debut at the scene, ‘Gale Force’ was pleased to see that once the site commander had shuffled off and checked her details before returning he seemed to show her both a sense of politeness and possibly cooperation in his manner. This pleased Nikki. “You boys are lucky enough to get a front row seat to my very first time~ So, what’s the situation?” Happy to see a man who knew his place in her presence and eager to get things underway, while the ever confident and coquettish Miss Kazahana couldn’t resist a little playful comment, after flicking her hair and giggling she turned around and faced the building that would be the challenge before her. A tall structure that was easily ten stories or so, no doubts the insides were like a maze to anyone who didn’t know their way around. Places of business always were, after all. So, as full of herself as she was, information was always handy.
“Yes, you see… A group of quirk users, a dozen or so, seem to have stormed this building and taken over the upper floors. No reports of firearms but they rely on some nasty inborn abilities, and they’ve taken some executives hostage and have even issued a statement about Quirk Equality. We’re assuming they’re some radicals given we have no details of their identities, they pop up every now and then to complain about the standards of society but never seem to realize several of my officers and obviously yourself are gifted as well. Get a real bee in their bonnet over things, but regardless… Given the threat they pose to the hostages, and my men, it seemed better to wait for the support of a pro?”
So, a dozen or so… Quirk users as well, are they? Should help the reputation I get in the aftermath… Hardly a dumb girl at all and rather crafty in her way, while the explanation she was given seemed a bit long winded and containing more tangents than it really needed, Veronica was given everything she needed to know really. Perhaps her attitude retaining that natural arrogance and desire for recognition but her ability to pick out the facts not dulled by that, with the knowledge of numbers and rough locations then the Gale Force Hero could come up with a counter strategy for herself. After all, it seemed a little foolhardy to go in there like John Wayne, guns a blazing.
“You were right to wait for a pro, officer… As a hero, I’d hate to hear of your people being hurt trying to do our job.” Nodding to herself as she went through ideas before turning back around and deciding to play up some more valiant qualities in order to boost her popularity, while a slight inflection in her tone spoke of her hunger to take responsibility and reap the rewards for the task at hand, the girl oozed confidence and a charisma as she spoke for the most part. “I’ll work my way from the ground up, contain any criminals I come across, so you guys give me fifteen minutes or so and then follow me in with SWAT? No heroics of course, from you at least, but it would be better to ensure as small a window as possible for these villains to slip away?” Perfectly assured of herself as she laid out a game plan to the commander of the operation, it was weird but there seemed a delightful sense of power in being able to boss around trained individuals such as this, like a happy perk of her new positon? Suddenly the one in control and loving it, while Nikki assumed that she would be perfectly capable of handling a few fanatical loons regardless of the quirks they possessed, she made sure to get a few eyewitness accounts involved for the reports later on. Assuming the SWAT would simply sweep through the floors and be able to testify to the number she had subdued and maybe catch the odd straggler she might have overlooked, Miss Kazahana didn’t really feel as if she needed much help in the task that was presented to her but always did like someone she could show off for.
“Wait, Miss… Are you sure you can handle this group on your own, without backup?”
The man in charge however, seeming to doubt the abilities of the blonde beauty, with a slightly pleading and panicking tone he rushed after Veronica and grasped at her arm to try and slow her down. The woman in the visor more irritated than touched by his concern, however, with a slight frown she spun around to free her limb from the man before resuming her ‘public façade’ with an extra dose of assurance which had been dolloped fairly heftily so far. “Of course, I’m a hero, after all! Leave it to me!” Shining with a smile at the man before resuming her march toward the lobby of the building, with her hands open and ready to fire off gusts at any and every one that she met, Gale Force embarked on her first mission. Carrying a smirk and shaking her head as she pushed herself inside the door and lifted her palms up in front of herself, while some might take such a gesture of a sign of surrender, they were about to learn that for this cocky bitch it simply meant things were just getting started… MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOXOGRAPHY 2.0

Whoever the woman was, boy was she loud and irritating. Miss Glory Hog was gonna go through the main entrance lobby. Well thats what G assumed when she LOUDLY said that she was gonna 'work her way from the ground up'. And G thought, where there's a main entrance, there's also a back entrance. So G used the heroines distraction to sneak his way towards the back entrance. And upon nearing it, he saw that 2 people guarded the back entrance "What a fucking pain" he thought. But luckily, it seemed they too were a bit distracted.
Well, the heroine got her wish, all eyes and ears were on her. And the price of the spotlight was that both friend and foe were distracted. He used the distraction and the womans loud planning to sneak his way to the two cops, quickly grabbing one in a choke hold and knocking him out. And then quickly punching the lights out from the other guy before he could react or call backup. It went smooth...ish. G remembered that his arms were still cut up and bleeding from his prior encounter, so he got the cops dirty with his blood. Actually, he turned around and saw he left a small blood drop trail "Shit" he thought He had no time to waste, he used the back entrance and entered the J League building. Whatever criminal he faced needed to be stopped quickly, no matter what the cost. "The things I do for love" he thought

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | The room Toma had broken into was dark. The shades had been drawn and all the doors seemed to be closed. He looked around for a moment just to get a bearing for where he was. He saw a coffee table and a few sofas, but also a desk with an outdated computer and landline phone. Behind the desk he saw the only open doorway connected to what must have been a reception area for someone's office. He stepped, as light footed as he could, around the remains of a door shattered across the floor. Stooping down he lifts up a half broken plaque from the wreckage of the door. The name part of the plaque was nowhere to be seen, but “Disciplinary Commission” informed Toma of exactly what went down.
He surveyed the busted office quickly. A desk had been snapped in half, and all the ornaments and awards on the wall were smashed and shattered, but there was no blood. He walked back into the reception area and checked the receptionist's desk. Other than the obvious work equipment there was a photo of a pleasant looking young woman and a small boy. Next to this was a handwritten note. “I will be out of office for a few days. Please forward any important calls to my cell.”
Who ever this Disciplinary Commissioner was he had been lucky. Despite the fact that the reception was untouched Toma very much doubted the Commissioner would have received the same treatment as his receptionist. He took this as a sign that things were not as bad as they seemed. He hadn’t noticed a single sign of blood or mutual struggle in any of the rooms.
Stepping up to the door he noticed that light was leaking out from the gap between the floor. Toma flipped down the mirrored Visor of his helmet before reaching to open the door slowly. He crouched and peaked out into the hallway to try and get a clear view.
On one end there were two men guarding the door to the stairwell and on the other there was a window leading outside, with the blinds pulled closed. Toma paused for a moment and planned. There was no way he was going to be able to sneak past them, and if videogames had taught him anything his goal was behind them anyway. He tried his best to come up with a plan, but forethought was not his strong suit and time was of the essence.
Toma casually opened the door and stepped out into the hallway. The two guys guarding the door called out, demanding to know who he was but Toma Ignored them. They started to step towards him, but when he turned his back on them and walked towards the window they hesitated. ‘Good…’ He smiled behind his helmet and almost chuckled. ‘These guys aren't professionals. They are just some disgruntled Quirk using employees or Athletes.’
The sunhawk drew the blinds as tightly as he could, and pulled the curtains closed as well. The halway all but plunged into darkness as he turned towards the men, who seemed a mix of shocked, pissed, and very confused. Now was his chance with these guys. He knew he must look strange, maybe even scary, so maybe he could use that to his advantage.
“Now’s your chance to leave…” He tried to lower his voice as much as he could as he spoke. “There is a Hero coming…” He kept walking closer and closer until he knew he was well within an easy range. “And I doubt she will give you the same opportunity. No one knows your faces yet so you could just go home and live your happy lives.”
Toma had doubted that reason would work but one of the men looked hesitant. He was tall and dark skinned, made even darker by the concerned look on his face. “They fired me.” He started to tear up a little as he walked towards Sunhawk. “All because i used my Quirk to defend myself at a bar.” He looked over at his comrade with guilt and fear in his eyes before bolting towards the stairwell door and rushing down and away, Toma assumed he would be running out the door to turn himself in.
The bigger guy didn’t seem to have the same moral quandary. He actually smiled, really more of a snarl, and stepped up to look Sunhawk straight in the visor. “I ain’t scared of no Vigilante.” He rolled his massive shoulders as his right fist slowly turned into what looked like a massive meat hammer. “A man ought to be able to do what he wants.” Hammer started to raise his fist to bring it crashing down on Sunhawks head.
Toma had been pulling off the leather glove on his left hand while the Villain monologues and as he raised his weapon skyward a brilliant flash erupted from the palm of his uncovered hand. Hammer snarled as he covered his blind eyes with his free hand, swinging the hammered fist wildly. Toma lept to the side and lashed out with a kick to Hammer’s abdomen, following it up with a closed fist blow to the side of his face. Toma laughed and danced back as the injured animal lashed out again and again, swinging his hammer like a man bent for hell. With a resounding boom Hammer smashed his fist into the ground and screamed in fury “Stop fucking with me!”

IS THAT AN ANGEL WHO HAS FALLEN DOWN FROM HEAVEN? Looks like the coast is clear… True to the report she had been given by the chief outside, as the wind hero Gale Force carefully moved through the lobby area of the building, she found nary a soul to be seen. Any who had been here and not been unlucky enough to get grabbed by the wacko’s that had taken over the building seemingly having fled or been evacuated before she got here, the place was empty and yet the sight of life remained. Mugs and cups left on the counters as well as a few coats and briefcases seemingly abandoned in the scramble, it appeared as though people had gotten out of here in a hurry, which was understandable given the circumstances. However, the coats did give Nikki a bit of a naughty idea.
Let’s see what we have here then… Feeling a hint of mischief about the design she was embarking on, after looking around the lobby she shook her head before dipping further inside the building to find a locker room or something, keen on appropriating something that she could use for a little tactical advantage if she found herself ambushed by the people inside. A bright minded girl but usually expending that sharpness more for witty replies and pithy put downs, there were times when Veronica could use that penchant for playfulness in manners more suited to situations such as this. And she would, once she found an item she was happy to wear.
Now this should do quite nicely indeed… Smoothing out the front of a nicely styled and expensively labelled women’s raincoat which she had managed to find in the coat room, the soft pink faux-leather item with black buttons had been tied around her waist by the belt whilst Miss Kazahana had restrained her cape and hidden the majority of her hero costume beneath it. Using the coat roam mirror to admire how good she looked in the item and wondering if she should hang onto it after the problem was dealt with, while her actions were vain and wasted a little bit of time, they were not entirely without tactical reasoning behind them.
While I like to make a good looking entrance, sometimes a hint of subtlety can be a strong weapon in these kinds of situations… Gale Force figured that by this point if the thugs that had taken hostages and not dealt any significant harm to them, they were not the type to take action rashly and were perhaps looking more for attention than atrocity in what they were doing, which was an impulse this particular girl knew all too well and she could certainly use to her advantage. Veronica expecting that they would likely be a little more hesitant to attack a ‘civilian’ that they might have overlooked rather than a rampaging hero, those moments of confusion might just afford her the time to get the better of any would-be ambushers that caught wind of her entry and she was certainly happy to play up a little panic and confusion in her performance in order to ensure her attempts were as successful as possible. It was pretty sneaky, but the best kinds of heroes had more than just brawn, they had brains as well.
Now let’s go see what those naughty criminals are up to! Sliding off the visor she wore in order to make her appearance that little vaguer and more confusing to the people inside and smiling, with her hair that bit messy from the flying entrance she had made and her lips pursed into a worried looking pout, Nikki felt she could move with a little less caution thanks to the cover that this costume provided her. Stepping out of the cloakroom and looking toward the stairs in order to make her way up to where the villains were hiding, after a couple of steps the blonde froze as she heard both a voice and feet hammering down toward the ground floor. Had she been rumbled already and someone was coming down to attack her? Possible, so the vixen leaned on the nearest surface to make her first impression seem as innocent as possible.
Let’s see what you’ve got… Strewn across a desk with a worried expression like she had been someone hiding in a cloakroom when the attack happened and had finally worked up the courage to try and slip away, only to be caught, Miss Kazahana felt her shoulders tighten and readied herself to launch a surprise gust from her palm. Yet as she heard the words that the fellow was spouting, it seemed her caution at this point had been unfound.
“It’s too much man! I’m not ready for this! I’m getting out of here!”
A soul that seemed to have been seized by a sudden terror seeming to be shouting out angrily either to an accomplice or simply himself as he ran toward the front door, Veronica’s eyebrow lifted as she watched the man not even glance in her direction and make straight for the exit, only to be tackled to the ground by several of the policemen outside. Looks like my reputation is preceding me! The white of the wind summoning woman’s teeth shining as she saw an enemy subdued without her even needing to lift a finger let alone a gale, though Nikki had no idea that she had no actual responsibility in frightening this man and that part was played by a braver soul in the floors above her, naturally she assumed full accountability for any and all positive results…

Meanwhile while the hard working Vigilante and the oblivious Hero were in other places of the building doing their thing, G was the most straightforward one. This was almost like a sick game to him. He was the hunter huntig his prey "Heeere kitty kitty" he quietly called for anyone as he wandered in the building.
He did not care what was the state of the building, all he cared about is eliminating the targets. Luckily, he didnt have to wander around forever. Luckily, he saw 2 of the perpertaitors patrolling and making sure no cop tried to be sneaky and get in. It was perfect, they havent seen G yet. While he could have gone for stealthy takedowns. He wanted their screams to be heard, to decrease the enemies morale and make them scared and frightened
G quietly summoned Goliath and whispered to him "See those 2 guys. I want you to charge at them. Knock one out by tackling him. The other by just throwing him against the wall. Make sure to be as loud as monstrous as possible. Be scary. Not deadly, but scary"
Goliath nodded and and ran at the 2 men, he roared like a raging animal and chased them. These poor and unexperienced people werent expecting a seemingly bloodthirsty monster coming at them, so they screamed and ran from it. But none of them made it very far. Goliath managed to knock out one by tackling him. And the other who was faster was soon caught. But instead of throwing him across the room and into a wall, Goliath decided to just roar in his face and scare him into thinking that he was gonna eat the man. And to G's surprise that different tactic worked better as the 2nd man just fainted. Goliath dropped him. G clapped his hands and praised his pet quietly "Good job, boy. Now lets go make some rounds. I want them to hear you and your stomps. Make them think this is a horror movie or game. Lets make everyone wet their pants and want to give up. Lets make them think theres a monster on the loose"
That was G's brilliant idea. Scare the competition.

| "Crap!" Toma leaped back as ceramic shrapnel flew through the air, shooting from the tile shattered under Hammer's fist. He touched back down and rushed his opponent, trying to close the gap as quickly as possible.
Hammer tried to lift his arm as quickly as he could, but Sunhawk lashed out with a snap kick to his opponent's side. Hammer was strong, there was no doubt about that, but he wasn't used to fighting. Sunhawk didn't know what kind of athlete this guy had been before turning sour, but he was glad he wasn't a boxer.
Hammer swung his fist horizontally, trying to launch Sunhawk's head from his shoulders. Sunhawk crouched to dodge the blow in time to feel drywall fall on top of him. "Holy hell..." He scrambled as quickly as he could under the Villains arm and behind him. Leaping onto the giants back he wrapped one arm around his shoulder, holding as tight as he could.
Hammer tried to fling him around, like a bull at a rodeo, but Sunhawk gripped tighter. Fighting against being bucked Sunhawk grabbed Hammers face with his ungloved face. He gripped tightly as a muffled flash leaked through his fingers.
Hammer screamed and tried to grab at his face, but Sunhawk kicked off his back to get free. 'He's gonna have a hell of a headache later...' he thought to himself.
Hammer hunkered over, holding his face and letting loose a string of expletives, giving Sunhawk the opportunity to land a final kick to the back of his head. Sunhawks former opponent slumped to the ground with a grunt, unconscious and subdued.
He caught his breath for a moment, leaning on his knees for a moment. 'That could have been bad.' After recovering for a moment he looked at his fallen foe. He needed to do something about this guy, but there was no way he could carry him.
Still keeping an eye out to the hallway the best he could, Sunhawk returned to the office he had investigated before. With a few moments of scavaging and improvisation he had managed to make some pretty sturdy rope out of some computer power cables and zip-ties he found in a drawer. He used these makeshift bindings to secure Hammer's hands an feet before making his way toward the stairs that were no longer guarded.

IS THAT AN ANGEL WHO HAS FALLEN DOWN FROM HEAVEN? “Come on, get up there with the rest of the hostages!” Not taking too kindly to being nudged by a rather impolite individual but trying to bear with it for the moment, the plan of Gale Force had taken an unexpected but as she saw it lucky little diversion as she had scaled the building to take out these criminals. Smile for now, but I’ll take you and your buddies out no problems! Coming across a couple of the goons who had fallen for her little disguise and asked how she had gotten away from the rest of the hostages, rather than take them out, the sneaky Miss Kazahana had sought to take advantage of their confusion in other ways. Not knowing exactly where the group of hostages were but realizing that she might be able to fool these idiots into showing her, she had played the role of a meek and frightened office girl well and could reap the rewards as they guided her past their team to stuff her in with the group they currently had captive, once she was with them Nikki could reveal her true colours and take out the guards to free the people and leave them without their ultimate bargaining chip. It was a good plan really, but the overconfidence of the girl had left something of an oversight. “Boss man, look, we found another member of staff to use as a hostage!” One of the weasel-like little captains crowing excitedly for his perceived achievement as Veronica tried to hold back her grin, all that lay now between her and the rescue of these civilians was that pair and a rather large and brawny man. It was almost too easy, really. That’s it, see me as a weak little girl and lower your guards… Pouting and giving a small groan to try and ‘sell’ her performance as a helpless civilian caught by the bad men as she was nudged forward again, for a second the blonde thought she was the cats pyjamas and had fooled the whole lot of them, but it turned out she hadn’t. Sure the pair that had brought her here taking the little lines she had used hook, line and sinker and letting her slip up to the ‘final boss’ without the least bit of resistance, as something hit her in the gut, Gale Force was made suddenly very aware that their leader was a little wiser and a lot stronger than the rest of them. “Idiots, didn’t you hear the report from the lookouts about a blonde showing up from the sky, shouting something about being a pro?” The hulking fellow that was at least a good foot or maybe two taller than her moving forward with a pace she hadn’t expected and hitting like a freight train, while his manner had been passive he seemed to have easily caught Miss Kazahana off guard as he allowed for that moment of mental gloating before he struck. God… Damn? He’s fucking strong!? The girl who could call upon such powerful gusts suddenly finding herself winded as a heavy hand smashed her in the stomach and emptied her lungs in the process, Nikki buckled from the blow and landed on her hands and knees coughing, seeing stars and almost paralysed. Lifting her arm to try and summon a squall to blast the brute away from herself, even though she had tackled the odd criminal as ‘practice’, she had never come a cropper of a real villain really, and this real villain showed her this was certainly no kids game or reason for her to be cocky. “Ya morons! Didn’t things seem fishy when you then discovered a random blonde prowling around the place?!” A whole ‘nother level than anyone I’ve battled! Seeming to be experienced enough in battle to expect that she might be able to do him damage with the way she lifted her arm and stepping around the limb to let the gust fire off harmlessly behind him, the hairs on the neck of Veronica stood on end as this physical powerhouse snatched her wrist roughly with one hand and then slammed his fist down on her arm just below the elbow. “Ahhhnnnn!” A breathy groan emanating from the mouth of the pro hero as she felt something in her limb crack but did not have the breath to scream, it became apparent all too quickly that even able bodied she would struggle to deal with someone like this in close combat so partly out of desperation the girl let off her ‘thrusters’ with her three remaining good limbs to try and escape him. Unfortunately, his grip was strong. “Unngggaaaahhh!” Howling in pain as best she could when the act launched her into the air with a broken arm acting like an anchor, the agony that such an action inflicted upon Nikki as the brute held onto her meant that her quirk seemed to falter and cut out almost instantly. The man that had grabbed her only just beginning however, with a bit of a grin he used that battered, broken limb like a rope to haul the girl over his shoulder and slam her flat on the ground, driving what little air that Miss Kazahana had managed to pull into her lungs back out and leaving her dazed on the ground. He wasn’t done, however. “Look, her disguise is as bad as wearing a pair of glasses or something!” The pain in her body almost the only thing she could think about now, the overconfident pro barely even noticed the fact that the hand of this beast had wrapped around her skull until she was lifted into the air by her head, without even the energy or voice to raise a complaint she felt him grab at the coat that she had borrowed and wrench it off her in one swift, strong motion. No, I’m not done… Do something, anything! The pink item exploding into rags and revealing the costume she was wearing underneath it, feebly the femme tried to flail the limbs she had that were still mobile around and try to free herself, but unfortunately she was beaten by this point. The only result some half flop and groan that the girl known as Gale Force could give before feeling her head smashed down into the ground and everything shifting to black in an instant, as the world faded away Veronica heard the man say something to his mooks before passing out completely. “So, next time you idiots bump into someone, take em out no matter who they are!” The girl like a ragdoll now as all signs of consciousness ebbed away from her, with nary a sound she was cast across the room like an old, broken toy and landed in a heap next to the civilians who had been captured. Come to prove herself in the eyes of the world but only showing how inexperienced and arrogant she was, with a broken arm and bruises all over both her body and her pride, it appeared that Nikki Kazahana was among those that now needed to be rescued… | WORDS | 1193 | TAG | G Hajimari @aster | NOTES | Nikki will be retiring from the thread / Being archived | MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOXOGRAPHY 2.0

As G was metaphorically cleaning the halls. And wiping the floor with some weak mooks. G heard some noise, sounds of struggle or battle? That was coming from upstairs? Well thats where he had to go
"Come on. Upstairs we go" G said o Goiath, who was holding an unconcious mook "Also good job on knocking them out. Good boy" he gave Goliath a pat on the head.
He felt he was making progress in becoming an actual Vigilante. He didnt like the fact that he was abandoning his lethal ways. He was perfectly comfarble with being hated. But, a promise was a promise. And he begrudgingly kept it.
G and Goliath went to the nearest set of stairs. If their leader was just as weak, this could end up being a cake walk for G. And maybe he could ge some positive recognition. Not fame. Just a nod to everyone, maybe a statement that he's not a Villain any more.
He and Goliath then started climbing the stairs. They werent really as careful as they should be. Being ex Villains, they didnt think about the intricacies and the complexities about hostage situations and the dangers those situations brought with them. They werent stealthing as they probably should. As G was climbing the stairs, he thought he saw a suspicious figure in the distance

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | Toma stopped at the top of the steps to catch his breath. The stairwell had been narrow and steep, not exactly fun to climb. He started to open the door to the third floor when he heard something behind him. There were footfalls, two pairs, coming up the stairs. He turned and pulled off his remaining left glove, preparing to fight if he needed to.
He paused and waited silently, listening to the sounds of the steps getting closer. At first, he had thought it was two pairs of steps, but listening he became confused by what sounded like skittering. The steps grew closer until finally the ower turned a corner of the narrow stairwell and revealed himself.
Toma was a little startled to see the guy from the other day come striding up, hands in his pockets, all confidence. What did surprise Toma was the giant horseshoe crab monster behind him. 'What the hell is that thing.' he thought to himself.
"Hey!" He called out to G. "What are you doing here? And what the hell is that?" Even though he had seen this guy before, and he was fairly certain he wasn't a disgruntled athlete, Toma stayed on Guard. For one thing, he was unrecognizable with his helmet and leathers on.
"If your with these terrorists I suggest you surrender." Toma held on to a small hope though, that maybe he had found someone else who was here to fix the situation.

G was annoyed by the question from this mysterious figure. Not to mention he got pissed off when he was accused that he was a terrorist "Tch..what does it look like Im doing? Me and my boy are here saving people. Now get out of my way and let those people go or else your ass is grass" G told the person not knowing that the other guy was a Vigilante as well, fully convinced that the mysterious person just tried to play some hippy mind magic on him
G was gonna push past the guy and ignore him, considering he was the first human being to talk to him in his building. But honestly G had no idea where to go "So...uhh....where are those hostages you're having? You better talk or else my boy Goliath is gonna rip ya a new one. Dont ask what he'll rip. Just be safe to know, it'll be a new one"
Having never dealt with hostage situations and not knowing his way around the building. G hoped that this suspicious guy was a potential ally that would help him save people and not some psycho terrorist who wants to mess with his head
