'Got hurry, GOT HURRY, GOTTA HURRY!' Desmoshi repeated in his brain over and over again. He had caught the evening bus to Musutafu after class to take care of this important task. A task so important that it was utterly important that he got this right! Mizuki's present was finally here! For weeks he had waited and for this gift. It was shipped from China and at first, the post office seem to have to lost track of it. However, the debacle was resolved thanks to his dad's help. And now he was on his way to pick it up.
When he finally arrived at the post office, he had to catch his breath for a second. Man, that was a long run from the bus stop to here. 'You need to run more,' Ame, his other self, stated, with a smirk on his face. 'Oh hardy har har,' Desmoshi retorted back to the giant being. 'You know this is important, right?! I have been planning all of this for a week and Mizuki is going to love it when she sees it.' 'Have you told her about the party?' Ame asked. Desmoshi was silent in his mind on that one.
Mizuki didn't like crowds and she only had Berker and Yang as friends. To say the least, she thought UA was a bunch of drama queens and kings with no moral compass to guide them. Desmoshi, on the other hand, thought that they needed a chance to get to know them. And what better way to do it then a party with as many people as he could invite. The catch: Mizuki had no idea. If she did, she wouldn't show at the Haymaker's residence. So Desmoshi played it cool.
When he grabbed his package from the mail clean, he checked to make sure that everything was in order. As he left the building, Desmoshi looked around the town square, taking in the scenery of it all. Musutafu wasn't as big as Tokyo City. However, it was still pretty huge. Desmoshi wondered if he would into anyone today.

Antonio was at work. Right now he needed to pick up a package for his Boss at the post office. They couldnt believe that there was a mix up. Like how can you mix up a package from Italy?? Nevertheless it was resolved. He returned the wrong package that they got and he received the correct one. Once that was settled he left the post office. Leaving the building he looked at his watch to see the time. He was glad that he still had some time. That means he can take a break and then LATER give this package to the boss "Aiya. The Boss really is going out with his gifts" Antonio thought to himself
He soon grabbed his phone and started to walk. He'd occassionally glance where he was going, but he also looked at his phone for reasons. But due to that distraction he didnt really watch where he was going. And that usually ends up with bumping into someone. Granted Antonio walked slowly, so it was only a light bump. It wasnt like an anime trope where someone would fall on their butt or whatnot. But still. Once he felt something or someone, he looked away from his phone and saw a boy "Oh. Oh my. Apologies young one. Are you ok?" he asked. Antonio was sure the boy was ok. But still it was polite to ask and not be a douche. He didnt want trouble. Thats like the one thing he doesnt want

Yang had received a letter that something was waiting for her at the post office. It was from her father. She blinked as she read the letter. 'Yang, I left you a package at the mail room. You will have to sign for it. That mean's you will need your ID to get it. I didn't want to send it to your school because I didn't want it to get stolen. So I thought it was best for the package to be sent as certified mail. Love ~DG P.S. Below are directions to get to the post office from the school.' Yang looked the letter over and over again as she pondered the thought of why Myrkul signature had changed to DG. What did DG even stand for? There was a lot Yang didn't know about Myrkul but she never found the time to ask him personal questions. She sighed as she entered the subway to get to the post office. It was a long ride to the post office. Yang was quiet the entire time, deep in thought. Eventually it was her stop. She was grateful that it wasn't the last stop. She got off the subway and went towards the post office area by following the directions that were left at the bottom her letter. Before she approached the post office. She saw Desmoshi. He had a package and it looked like he was in a hurry. She was about to say hi to him when she realized a man had ran into Desmoshi. Yang looked at the man who was the same height as Desmoshi. She had contemplated on approaching the situation or not. However was she really left with a choice? To get her package, she had to walk up to them eventually. Yang sighed and carefully approached them both. "Hi, are you both okay?" she asked softly. She still wasn't used to speaking around Desmoshi and this made her particularly bashful. At this time Yang was wearing the male school uniform which her hair loosely braided. She had her over sized book bag that contained all of her goodies. Her hazel eyes with gray fleeks looked both at Desmoshi and the man, waiting on their response.

Desmoshi was turning to walk down the street when accidentally bumped into someone. Luckily he caught self in time and wasn't too much of heavy bump. He looked up to see another young man who was the phone while carrying a package. He had short red hair and was a pair of shades that made him look pretty cool. "All good," Desmoshi said to the man with a smile. "Things happen. It was probably my fault anyway." During the bump he had accidentally dropped his package.
At that moment, Yang ran up to him to check on the two. "All good, friend." Desmoshi patted Yang on the shoulder. "I was just getting this package back to the dorms for Mizuki's birthday." Yang and him have been friends for a couple of weeks. They didn't talk much about their past to one another, but Desmoshi didn't bother her too much about it. Although, Desmoshi did know that Mizuki might had liked Yang, and this gave him an idea. "Hey, if you want to you can come to the birthday party if you like. She would love to see you there." Desmoshi retrieved the package off the ground. "Come walk with me for a second," he said to Yang.
While he walked away with Yang talking, he yelled back "You have a good day. Sorry again about that." He rushed off with Yang in tow.

As soon as the two men exchanged apologies a very dashing young lady arrived to check on her friend if he was ok. But because of her politeness, she asked in plural saying 'are you both okay'. How nice and delightful "We are alright." he said and assured the young girl that things were ok
But then from the childrens exchange, it seemed the kids knew eachother. Heh, neat. As the boy told Antonio to have a nice day and apologized once again, he started to run off with his girlfriend. As he watched the boy now. Getting a better look one last time, he thought he saw the boy somewhere. But he couldnt quite pinpoint where. Thats when it clicked
As he ran, Antonio called out to him with a question "Hey! Are you the hero from the Sports Festival?" he wasnt sure if it was him. There was a tournament and there were plenty of interesting Quirks and pleny of kids. While he couldnt quite go and watch in the crowd, he did see it on television. But names be damned, he couldnt remember them. He did remember some attack names he shouted out. That made him chuckle, did kids really do that?

Yang nodded respectfully at the man once he stated that they were both alright. She looked at Desmoshi, did he say that he got something for Mizuki's birthday? Doesn't that mean both of their birthdays were about to come up? She blinked and pondered the thought. However her train of thought was interrupted as she realized Desmoshi was attempting to tell her something without telling her. She looked at him. Why was he acting like this? Was it because of the man that bumped into him? Yang couldn't understand. This was definitely out of character for him. He had apologized to man before him walked away. He wanted her to follow him. She was about to go get the package her father sent. But the man approached them both. He was addressing Desmoshi about the Sports Festival? Yang wondered was this guy a spectator from then? But this didn't explain Desmoshi's behavior. Not one bit. Just what was he trying to tell her without physically saying it in front of this man? She sighed quietly since it seemed like the man wanted to discuss the Sports Festival with Desmoshi, she could go get her package that her father sent her. Especially since Yang wasn't apart of the Sports Festival. At the time she just transferred into the school and had to wait for the new school year before joining in any events that the school would hold. She shrugged it off. Of course she wanted to leave Desmoshi and the man to talk about the Sports Festival. But it was very obvious that Desmoshi was being precocious of this man. She sighed again and would have to ask him later. "Hey... I just want to get my package my father sent me before the post office closes today. But if you want to come in with me you are more than welcomed" she spoke softly to Desmoshi. Yang was giving Desmoshi an out if he didn't want to speak about the Sports Festival with this man.

Desmoshi felt bad. He forgot that Yang might had things she needed to take care of today as well. "I am so sorry," Desmoshi apologized, rubbing the back of his head. "You can go ahead. I'll wait out here. I just needed to talk to you about Mizuki is all." What he had to say to Yang was extremely important, but not life threatening. As Yang went inside to retrieve her package, Desmoshi was left to think about how to exactly get her and Mizuki together. His thoughts were interrupted by the man's question about the Sports Festival.
"Yes, I participated in that," Desmoshi answered. "I am actually going to UA. I wouldn't say I am hero just yet. I have a lot more to catch up on." Desmoshi wondered the man was so interested in the Sports Festival. Maybe he was just asking cause he was a spectator there. Desmoshi didn't think the Sports Festival as anything special nor himself as amazing. It was just a time to test how much he had learned over the last few months and a chance for reconigtion among the pros. "Sorry, I didn't quite catch your name," Desmoshi said to the man. "My name is Desmoshi Haymaker." He didn't like giving his name to random strangers, but maybe this guy wanted to talk about how he did in the Festival. Hopefully.

It was obvious the female was cautious. She was a clever girl. But not clever enough. The boy turned around and spoke, admitting that he participated in that. That was good, so he got the right boy after all. And the boy said he was going to UA. Antonio nodded as the young one spoke. He then asked for a name, while giving his own. Antonio offered a hand to shake "My name is Antonio. I am a fan of heroes. Alas couldnt become one myself. In my time Quirks were brand new. And couldnt be used. But now seeing them like that. It is very thrilling and exciting. Those Sports Festivals..." he smiles and rubs his chin "... It says so in the name. They are sports and I love me some sports" he looks at the kid "You are like a young star. It is really exciting~"
Now since he had a young star with him, it was time to chat and get to know him. Or at least try. It seems the kids were off standoffish to him. Who knows when they were gonna try and leave. But Antonio wasnt gonna let them leave. Not yet. He wanted to gather information about future heroes.

Yang blinked. She was a bit surprised he didn't take up her opportunity to not have to talk to this man. But then again wasn't Desmoshi always this like this. He was kind despite his harsh up bringing. From the bits and pieces that he told Yang, it was quite a surprise that he wanted to be a Hero. He wanted to stand up for those who couldn't stand up for themselves. He had a great dream that he wanted to achieve it made Yang feel a bit envious. She was only at UA because her father thought it would be the best path for her to take if she wanted to. But she didn't know what she wanted to do or what she wanted to be right now. She didn't have the same aspirations that Desmoshi did. In fact if anything, she was just learning to live for herself. For so long she lived for someone or something, it was crazy. Yang shrugged it off. Desmoshi seemed fine being here with this mysterious man and she did need to get that package. She nodded at Desmoshi. "If the two of you don't mind, I will be leaving momentarily" she said respectfully as she walked past both Desmoshi and Mr. Antonio. She quickly dipped into the post office and picked up her package that her father sent her. She didn't open it quite yet because she felt it was important for her to get back to Desmoshi. Maybe she was being too cautious but what was Mr. Antonio's motive again? It just seemed odd that he recognized Desmoshi now. Of course the Sports Festival wasn't too long ago but Desmoshi wasn't the only person participating in it. It just seemed a bit too convenient for Mr. Antonio to want to know about Desmoshi's particular involvement in the Sports Festival. She sighed as she rushed out of there. But she forgot that she could run roughly 30 km/hr. Desmoshi and Mr. Antonio was barely a few minutes outside of the building but to Yang it was almost like a few seconds. It was amazing she didn't end up bumping to anyone. She was too late though. Desmoshi had already introduced himself to the Mr. Antonio. Now it was Mr. Antonio's turn. He had his hand out for Desmoshi to shake it after introducing himself. He also followed up that he couldn't become a hero because at his time quirks were brand knew. Yang knew there was discrimination thanks to the into webinar she participated in through Ms. Chernova. But then Mr. Antonio stated something that was kind of creepy. Or at least it was creepy to her. He complimented Desmoshi. It felt like Mr. Antonio had casted his bait for Desmoshi to take. It made Yang think hard for a moment. This conversation wasn't really any of her business and she didn't have to intervene. Desmoshi was smart and strong enough to know when to leave the conversation....right? Yang sighed and stood there next to them purposely being the third wheel to this conversation. She didn't have to participate in the conversation itself but she could sure as hell make it awkward and hopefully keep the conversation in check by doing so.

He took the young man's hand. "Nice to meet you," Desmoshi greeted back. "It always nice to meet someone who is a fan of heroes." The guy didn't seem to bad. He just wanted to probably know Desmoshi's point of view about the whole festival. However, out of the corner of his eye, he noticed that Yang was a little more cautious than usual. Maybe she was reading to much into this. Then again...
Desmoshi thought about for a couple more seconds before continuing the conversation. "Yeah, the matches were pretty rough. But everyone did a good job." He eyed the young man who called himself Antonio. Desmoshi was not a genius by any stretch of the imagination but his street sense kicked into overdrive. 'Be careful what you say, kid,' Ame warned him in his mind. 'He may be just a regular fan, but little information is better than too much.' Ame was kind of right. Then again he could be overreacting. But if Yang is feeling super cautious about him...
Nah. Maybe this guy liked a particular part of the festival. "So tell me," Desmoshi looked at the man. "What was your favorite fight in the Sports Festival? I know there were a lot of them, but you must have a favorite one. And which one of my fights did you like?"

Antonio didnt know who the careful lady was, since she wasnt in the Sports Festival. Was she too young? Or did something else prevent her from being in the festival, because it was clear she was a fellow student. Either way, she didnt want to be part of this conversation. Thats fine, Antonio focused on Desmoshi instead, the two shook hands.
The young lad spoke how the matches were rough and praised how everyone did a good job. So now it was the boys turn to answer a question. What was his favorite fight. Antonio pondered as he rubbed his chin "Hmm. There were so many. I liked the match with Jack the dragon against the one called Nenkin. Jack is an interesting boy. But then there was the 2nd years. But they had one of my least favorite matches. It had this plant girl called Miku and this explosion lass called Rowan. But their match, it looked very sour. Its as if it was a high stakes match for a first round and... it seemed like they were close friends who wanted to win and lose and who knows what. Such a mess" Antonio said as he recollected what he saw on television. He wasnt sure if he said the names, right. They evaded him.

Yang looked at the both of them. How much did Mr. Antonio know about the school? She named a few students, it was hard for her to determine rather or not to trust him. She was definitely new to the school and she couldn't remember if these events were televised or not. She stood there pondering how to get Desmoshi out of his conversation. She looked off towards the sky. Didn't they have a curfew, additionally wasn't this a school night...? She smirked. "I hate to be rude, but we really do have to go" she said softly. She eyed Mr. Antonio for a brief moment before looking Desmoshi. "Plus didn't you say that we need to plan something for the party?" she asked Desmoshi. Yang wasn't sure if Desmoshi would take the bait but it was better then him to continue this conversation with a complete stranger. Well he wasn't a stranger, he did introduce himself as Antonio. Maybe it was just Yang but she couldn't trust him. Myrkul her father did a pretty good job raising her to be cautious. She had to remember to write Myrkul and thank him later for everything. She missed him greatly but she knew she had to attend UA to find her purpose in life because it was painfully obvious she couldn't stay with him forever.

Wow! This guy was a fan of heroes. He described each match to the letter T. Desmoshi was always happy to talk about the fighting techniques of others with a fan of martial arts. However, Yang interrupted before Desmoshi continued his next thought, reminding him that he had a party to plan for. "You're right!" Desmoshi exclaimed. He had so much to do! He had to make sure that the cater was set and the decorations were arriving on time. "We got to get a move on!"
Desmoshi rushed off with Yang behind him. He turned around to yell back at the nice man. "I am really sorry about this," Desmoshi yelled at the man. "Maybe we can talk more later!" Desmoshi wasn't sure what spook off Yang. She must have seen something that he didn't notice. He would be the first to admit he was a little thick-headed when it came to reading a situation. "Yang," Desmoshi whispered for only her to hear. "Is something wrong? I never have seen you on such high alert there." Even though he didn't know a lot about Yang, his sister trusted her. And if someone was okay with Mizuki's standards, he knew that he could trust that person.

The young lass was very perceptive, a very expected thing from a lady. Women were always more perceptive then men. Or maybe it was luck. Antonio looked at the young boy and smiled as he said that they needed to get a move on and do whatever. The way the lass was alert was obvious she sensed his negative aura. Indeed, she saw that they were just prey being toyed with. It shows he needs to work on his civillian routine more. But it was so delightful interacting with two young heroes, he couldnt help himself but be mischevious.
"Ah, did I keep you? I am a sorry" the spainiard spoke as he lazily waved to them "Be careful young ones. You never know who watches those sports festivals. Not everyone is a fan" he spoke, more aimed to Desmoshi. It was a little friendly advice. After all, Antonio was a villain going to retirement, he did his fair share of evil. He just needed to settle down. And Desmoshi had to be careful, because not every villain will be willing to have a friendly chatter. Next fateful encounter could be his last at the hands of people like Thundershock or Pinocchio. Not everyone was sensible. But ah well, not Antonio's problem. The spainiard decided to get going himself as well. He had to go to his Boss now and so he left and walked his own path. Seperate from the heroic kids

Yang Yang sighed. How could she begin to explain to Desmoshi? Didn't he understand the concept of stranger danger? Of course it was a childish thing that parents or teachers would instill into the kids hoping that they wouldn't just talk to whomever. It wasn't long before Mr. Antonio had pointed out exactly why Yang was a bit more alert then normal. She sighed as her and Desmoshi got further away from that man.
"You shouldn't just casually tell people your full/legal name like that. Plus that man...he reminds me of my adopted father when we first met." she said lecturing Desmoshi. Yang could remember pieces of it. She was on the streets trying to support herself and her...sister? Than that man took one look at them and the rest was history.
But it was a very long before Yang could trust him. He was odd and always smelt of blood. But Yang couldn't see the blood. It was odd and she couldn't understand it. However after time; a very long time, she did learn to trust him. But of course with Yang losing her sister, only then could Myrkul take it to his advantage. Now he could mold Yang because her focus was no longer on her sister. She could live for herself. That was something Myrkul knew that this young girl wasn't doing and it was painful to watch. This is why he went to such extremes to raise her in the path that would be brighter than his own. Or so he hoped he did. Now that she out of the house, he picked up exactly what he was doing before they met.
Yang stopped reminiscing about the past and looked at Desmoshi. "Let's not tell your sister or she will probably lecture you" she stated thinking about what Mizuki would say. She was very protective over her family and if she were to find out that her family was acting reckless then Yang could only imagine how Mizuki would act. She sighed and shook her head. "Come on let's go back to the school and you tell me all about the plans for birthday part for the both of you" she said as they walked. This was probably the most she has spoken in quite sometime but she felt comfortable around Desmoshi and she was almost positive she would never see Mr. Antonio again. So it was easier for her to talk in this situation.
