Everything was falling into place.
The TSE Concert, the Dust Devils' biggest project yet, had been in the planning stages for quite some time now. In the recent months, Sunaho had managed to make some serious progress on making it a reality. The Devils had built up strength, grown in size, and armed themselves with powerful weaponry from Shinagawa and ASTA. They'd acquired the turf and influence necessary to kickstart the whole event, and Sunaho had even managed to get the help of a few outsiders. Some had gotten on board because of ideological agreements, others because Sunaho was paying them very nicely.
They had the resources and manpower to make this thing happen. Now, they just needed to g et into the nitty gritty, and sort out the logistics.
Fortunately, they weren't lacking in contacts, and Sunaho had someone in mind who would be great for getting them necessary information and spreading word about the concert. It was only right that she meet this contact and get things sorted out, so that they could get underway as soon as possible. Sunaho had told the other woman to meet her in the same place they'd first met, a fine location to discuss their villainous plans in.
The green-haired woman would arrive early, with Matsuda tagging along in disguise. Well, they called it a disguise, but really, he was just not wearing his usual bovine skull mask. Without it, he looked like a regular older man. It had been standard practice for a while now, so that he could act as a bodyguard against potential threats while also letting Sunaho move around unhindered.
Matsuda was her right-hand man, after all, and he was damn good at his job.
He would be seated at a small table by himself, ready to help if needed, while Sunaho sat at the bar, waiting for her contact. Once she spotted her, Sunaho would grin lightly, waving her over.
"Hey there, Daffodil. Got a few favors to ask."

What a surprise, but it made her smile so much. She got a request and that made her dress up the part. Though she did not have to hide her face from Sunaho, she had already seen it. That meant she left her daffodil mask back at home and she would just be there. This time wearing black pants to prove to Sunaho that she had listened in their first conversation. Her motorcycle was parked a block away and she walked there quickly. She would be right on time for the meeting place and found it quite funny to meet at the same shady bar where she had been sort of kicked out before. But she had managed to get indoors and meet Sunaho and thus she looked forward to meet the person again who informed her about Tokyo and Musutafu. This had been her start and look at her now.
"Sunaho," She said like a song and she took the seat next to the woman she might even consider her future friend.
"A few favours, well well, that sounds like music to my ears." She asked the bar tender for a drink before turning a little sideways to look at Sunaho, as her job was to gain favours back, she would talk about that specifically when done. Who knew what she would get out of the favours from Sunaho, so it was depending on that. It was an interesting thing and it delighted her, the mood might help her to make the price a little lighter than normal and she couldn't stop smiling, though she managed to keep it to a minimum on the outside because it wouldn't help to grin the whole time. But Sunaho had probably not forgotten that she was a direct person, she would therefore just ask straight what the plan was and what Narcissa could do for Sunaho.
"So I assume everything has going well, so tell me what you need."

Soon enough, her contact arrived. Narcissa was a rather fashionable woman, and had a confidence about her that Sunaho had noticed from the day they'd met. That being said, it looked like she'd taken some of the Dust Devils' advice, dressing up a bit differently from last time, and in a way that drew less unwanted attention. Right on time, Narcissa strolled up to Sunaho, the green-haired woman greeting her with a smile. She didn't usually like powerful political people like Narcissa... But, well, the woman had an air about her.
"Had a feeling you'd be interested." Sunaho uttered simply as Narcissa sat down, the gang leader herself ordering a beer at the bar. Narcissa seemed to be quite pleased just to be there, that grin of hers only adding to her charismatic aura. Yet, behind this lightness, Narcissa was a very direct person at her core, one who knew what she wanted and how to get it. She asked right away for Sunaho to describe what she needed.
"Well, it's about that little concert my and my Dust Devils are planning..." Sunaho said quietly, making sure to only speak up when she was sure no one was listening in. "Might've heard already, but we plan on making a move on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Taking it over, turning into a riot of a concert. It's fuckin' crazy, I know. That's why we gotta make it work." Sunaho's beer arrived, and she accepted it gratefully, a grin on her face as she continued to describe their plans.
"I've handled as much as I can on my own, but there's some stuff that only someone as well-connected as you can help with. First of all, I need some help dealing with security. Any intel or influence you might have to make it easier for us would be appreciated. I ain't accepting even a single loss among my Dust Devils." The green-haired woman said proudly, taking a swig of her drink before continuing on.
"Second big thing I need... Is someone to spread the word. I want as many rebels in the exchange as possible when the music starts, and that means spreading the rumors so that people turn up. If we get a good crowd, it'll make police response harder too."
Sunaho leaned back in her chair, smiling lightly to Narcissa. "Let's take it one step at a time. Any ideas on how you might be able to help with the security in the exchange building?"

She brushed a piece of her chocolate coloured hair aside and smiled at her friend. Yes, she liked Sunaho, maybe it had to do with their first meeting, or the fact she was invited back, it was just a lot of things. "You already know me so well, I am flattered." She said with a charming smile when Sunaho knew her interest. So she would order a drink, something like a cocktail, she missed Barbados for that sort of stuff but now she would see what it was about, she was a person that did not like to waste time and thus would immediately ask what this was about then. She crossed her legs while sitting on the bar stool and she would look interested at Sunaho from the corner of her eyes.
A concert? That was interesting, she wasn't sure how much Sunaho had told Cissy about herself on the first meeting but this was something she would not forget, a performer then. Oh, that was the gossip about the stock exchange. Hm, those rumours could do better for sure, if it was a concert than it would needed to be better said so. "It sounds like a very interesting plan though." but she knew that Sunaho wasn't a dummy so the rumours couldn't be her thing but what would that mean for the flower. She took her mojito and took a sip from the straw and took in more of the bar again. She should do that more often still, but Sunaho and the Dust Devils where here, what was there to fear.
She turned now her full attention to the performer, "Dealing with the security?" She first thought that this was a question of fighting them off, but of course not, Sunaho wanted to know how many people there were and such, "Oh, that's easy." Though she would need to play it tactical but she could figure out who did the security and how many people there were. If she was bored for a night she might even just sit the whole night and watch the patterns herself. "I like the way you think, I would definitely be open to help. So I assume you want to know how many are there, and possibly where they are stationed and so on?"
But that wasn't everything and Narcissa raised an eyebrow to speak about the silent question about what that could be. Someone to spread the word, again flattering. "Have you used our special chat for that already or rather not those people?" Hm, maybe she could ask Sonya to come along, that would be fun... maybe Antonio but he shouldn't get any shitty ideas. She took a deep breath now that the questions were asked from both sides and thought a bit, took another sip of her drink.
"Well, I am sure there must be files of the security company where I work and what kind of license they have, would be an interesting one. I could always try to flatter my way around and see this Hoshizuki company and what they make for the general security of the government. But actually I thought it might be fun to use my quirk and hang around an evening and see what they do, but that is assuming you won't have the concert in broad daylight?"

Sunaho's perspective on the woman before had changed a lot since their initial meeting. Back then, her first impressions had found Narcissa to be naive and too curious for own good, a reckless pretty face in this dangerous city of theirs... Sunaho had quickly learned, however, that Narcissa had everything under control. The woman had class and influence, and knew how to use both of them. That charming smile of hers almost had the green-haired woman blushing, instead she just gave a half-grin at Narcissa's willingness to get right into things.
Although Sunaho had received a wide variety of reactions to her plan to seize the Tokyo Stock Exchange, she could at least say that everyone she'd told about it had found it extremely 'interesting'. Whether that was because of how foolish it was, how bold it seemed, or how cool it sounded, she didn't know or care. It all confirmed that, no matter what, they'd be catching people's attention with this plan of theirs. The craziness was just what they needed; but for how wild it seemed on the outside, Sunaho was determined to be cautious and planning when it came to the inner workings of their scheme. That's why she'd come to Narcissa.
Much to her amusement, Narcissa was quick to proclaim the idea of dealing with the security as 'easy'. She quickly posed questions, Sunaho answering promptly. "Whatever details let us be prepared. Any info you can find is useful, leave the application of it to us." Although her ragtag group of troublemakers weren't tactical geniuses or anything like that, she'd quite a few competent and experienced people on her side who were involved in the planmaking. Her right-hand man, Matsuda, was quite a useful asset, and any info on security would be a tactical advantage with his help...
When it came to spreading the word, Narcissa did bring up that odd chat room of theirs, but Sunaho quickly huffed at the idea, realizing even Narcissa could see some of the problems. "I ain't looking for this to be something for just 'Villains'. I'm looking to spread the word to anyone in the streets, or with their ear to the underground. It might draw some attention from the police, but as long as we keep some subtlety, they shouldn't take it seriously." Sunaho clarified. She wanted this to be a concert for any and all who were upset with the current state of society, and and all who might be ready to celebrate striking back.
Narrowing down their discussion to the security for the time being, Narcissa quickly brought up quite a few points, leaving Sunaho to sip her drink while she considered it. "We'll likely do the concert in the afternoon, otherwise the TSE will already be closed. We wanna make noise while it's open... Seize control of it while it's still working hours. A proper disruption." Sunaho clarified, sipping again while she thought.
"If you can put your ear to the ground in the right places, and find out what the general numbers and equipment is like, that should be enough. If you wanna scout the place out... Well, I'm sure you could charm your way in during trading hours, and take notes from inside. But, you're the expert, so tell me what works for you."

Sunaho meant a lot to Narcissa. Their first meeting might not have been a world stage, or have her respect Narcissa, but she still gave her a chance and now that she was a little more familiar in the world, she could offer Sunaho more than before. She really did appreciate the leader of the Dust Devils her second chance, so to say. After all, it was Sunaho that gave her the information about the big bads and the spots in town where to go or what to avoid at all costs. She was doing a lot better, had her own place, had her own mailbox for requests, very old fashioned but therefore only the better in her opinion. But in general, Narcissa still preferred to do most of the work by herself, that would also mean for this job and she would see how that would go. The questions were mostly related to when she needed to pay attention and she smiled brightly at Sunaho, as this was just what she liked to do. She was glad people now dared to depend on her, maybe Sunaho made her the happiest in this case. She had not screwed up her first meeting.
"That makes sense, and I will gladly leave it to you." She answered and would just look around, she was sure Sunaho was capable of coming up with how to tackle the issue, else she would not have asked for just the information. She was rather curious though on who she wanted to invite and nodded, not just villains. Well that was easy for her as an ambassador as well, she could invite other people to come around, she would have to see how to spread the word without her face, an idea to tackle later when the conversation was over. When she had time to think about it and she stirred the conversation back to all the small details she needed.
Alright in the afternoon, good. That might even make it a little easier. Narcissa took her phone out to take the small details down without really forming sentences. She did highly doubt someone would be able to read her notes but even if they did, they made no sense at all to be a real complete and easy understanding of her plan. "Well scouting out the place would be worthwhile for you, so I will definitely try and I will figure out how they guard and how many they have, you can count on that. I look forward to see your riot concert happen, I hope I am invited too." Just being at the wrong place at the wrong time for her work, what a bad thing that would be. She had managed to survive the prison break, she shouldn't be in too many issues all at once or they would doubt her but for now, this was an interesting start.

When it came to the invite list for her concert, Sunaho was eager to cast a wide net. From her perspective, she wasn't just fighting for the disadvantaged Quirkers, she was fighting for everyone who was going to suffer while the country praised 'Heroes' that did nothing but act like glorified police officers. A world where the champions of society were those that preyed upon the dredges was the kind of thing Sunaho fought against... A world that also took hopeful kids and raised them into this false champions...
Her ideology was simple, straightforward and approachable. She hoped that would get plenty of people on her side, but that was her second concern; her first concern was the security, and fortunately Narcissa seemed ready to help them scout it out. Sunaho was glad to see the other woman taking this seriously, even noting things down, and then mentioning her own willingness to scout the place out. She even made something else clear, too; that she wanted to be in attendance herself.
"Of course you are. Hell, consider yourself with backstage passes with all your help." The green-haired woman declared with an eager grin, taking another swig of her drink. She was glad things seemed to be going well, and Narcissa seemed to be so ready to help... Sunaho again reminded herself that she didn't tend to like the political types, with all their scheming and half-truths... But maybe Narcissa was one of the good ones. Or maybe her looks in combination with the alcohol was affecting Sunaho's judgement.
Anyway, this was a good place to segue into talk of getting the word out about this concert of theirs. "When it comes to who else I wanna invite... Well, it's a big list." Sunaho would say seriously, leaning back as she continued. "Not just the so-called 'Villains' out there. I want this spread to the underground, to anyone who might be struggling down in the dirt. Workers, common crooks, those just fed up with it all... I know that sounds vague, and risky, but those are the people I'm reaching out to with this." It was clear in the way she spoke this wasn't just ideological drivel, but genuine belief and concern. Sunaho wanted - no, needed to get her voice out there, and have it heard by the people she called to.
"Getting things online is the easy way, I'd guess, and the same thing with spreading rumors... It's risky, but it's a risk I'm willing to take. What's your thoughts on it? Any chance you can help here too?"

Much was discussed but Narcissa knew enough or knew how to ask the right questions to her friend to make sure she was getting everything she needed to know. Surely she could always ask Sunaho later but at this point, it was just this, a thing that she needed to know, what kind of security was there and how to overrule it. Well, that was something that she was interested in and it would be a nice practical thing to do instead of always being indoors and behind computers and so on. It was something fun to do and she could see how it worked to avoid getting too much attention from all things. The government shouldn't consider Narcissa too often in such dangerous situations, that was bad. "I like backstage passes indeed." She laughed softly considering Sunaho's attitude to the conversation as well and taking a sip of her own alcohol. She wondered if this was all going well, if she could even consider that she could trust Sunaho to call on her more often, could you be independent while there was a gang? Things to worry about, well at least she was accepted, that worked well. Being the obvious foreigner in Japan, was no longer such a thing at this moment. She could talk Japanese rather well at this point, and she was doing pretty well for herself. She asked about who else should be invited and Narcissa nodded, leaned back a bit and crossed her arms under her chest. "We could always send anonymous invitations in the old fashioned way." Meaning no computer, no nothing. She should maybe train in using different handwriting styles, now that would be interesting. "I don't think a little bit of risk can harm, it only makes the job more interesting and more successful when pulled off well. There is also this underground chat but I am not sure yet how much I trust it, did you see it?" She asked, having only been there once, being immediately called a Plutocracy person had made her annoyed but Sonya had been there and she had been curious. But she was sure that she could get something, if Sunaho could clear it up a little.
"Hm, spreading rumours is right up my alley. Might be a great introduction for my own work later, that means I will take it serious so I can copy it for myself later. I could try, that is." But the question was, what would it get her. Actually it sounded just fun and not too much work, especially not the rumours, she had people for that but what would Sunaho say about it.

With backstage passes now on the table for Narcissa, Sunaho was hoping she'd be ready to pull through on all the promises she was making to them. Handling this mess of a plan was no small undertaking, and Sunaho was already grateful to Narcissa for agreeing to lend her hand in even a small part of this ordeal of theirs. One of the trickiest parts to manage was, of course, getting word out there, but Narcissa even listened attentively to all that, starting off her reply with suggestions of anonymous invitations, 'the old fashioned way', as she called it. It seemed a bit silly at first, but a moment's thought had Sunaho nodding along at the idea.
"Hmm, I getcha. A few invites to some players might get the rumor mill going, though it might be tricky to make 'em trust the letters are legit." Sunaho offered, weighing up the pros and cons herself. The risk inherent was apparent, but Narcissa reassured Sunaho that it was all to be worth it in the end. The green-haired woman did suppose she was being a bit too careful about this, and perhaps that hesitation may be something to watch out for, lest it be their downfall...
Narcissa also suggested an underground chatroom, which piqued Sunaho's interest. "Can't say I'm too familiar, but I'll get some of my guys on it. They're a fair bit better at the tech than I am." Sunaho said, a bit shamefully. To think that old bastard, her right-hand man Matsuda, was so much better with tech was a bit of a source of embarrassment, really.
Lastly, Narcissa seemed enticed by the idea of spreading rumors, considering it right up her ally. That had Sunaho grinning, quite interested in the idea. "If it's your thing, I'd gladly trust you to spread the rumors that'll put this out there, and get that concert booked out. I'll check out the other options you suggested too." Sunaho mentioned. Finishing off her beer, Sunaho leaned back, stretching her arms behind her head and thinking for a moment.
"If you can get us intel and spread rumors, that about covers your end of things..." She said, a bit tipsy by now, but thinking clearly thanks to the chance she'd gotten to talk about things. "Unless there's anything more you wanted to add to help, I think we're set... Damn, it's getting close now..."
To say she wasn't nervous would be a lie. Sunaho had been looking forward to this moment for very long, far too long. Now, and with Narcissa's help, it might be within reach...
"Thanks for this... I hope ya know our 'cause' is a good one, and helpin us is the good thing to do..."
