APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
For the most part, Luna has the looks of a typical 14-year-old student, with a standing height of 1.56 meters. Her abnormalities come from her quirk, causing her to get dog-like characteristics in the form of pointed dog ears resting atop her head that assist her in hearing. Furthermore, she has a large fluffy dog tail that can usually be used to perceive her current emotions, be it tucked between her legs, wagging wildly, or standing straight. Both of these abnormalities take on the colorization of her natural hair, which is a dirty blonde color. Her natural hair length is quite long, flowing down to her waist. Because of this, she tends to tie the back of her hair into a ponytail. She has brown highlights on the left side of her hair that she typically claims are natural markings of her fur like a dog.
For her clothes, Luna often wears a loose-fitting black jacket with a white undershirt. She wears black leggings and white/red boots. She is not opposed to changing her attire, of course, willingly changing into her student attire when attending classes.
POSITIVE
✔ Sociable - Luna is very interested in the people around her, often desiring to become close with those she meets.
✔ Loyal - With a high sense of bond, Luna tends to have a much higher loyalty towards those she grows close with as she considers these bonds unbreakable.
✔ Empathy - Luna has a good sense of picking up on emotions and responding to them in the best way she knows how. Whether this works or not depends on the person but Luna herself tries her best to react accordingly.
NEGATIVE
✖ Easily Distracted - It is easy to get her attention with the slightest noise or smell, often leading to her accidentally ignoring people if something is more interesting to her.
✖ Overly Hyper - When she gets excited, it is often hard to calm Luna down. She becomes overbearing and hyper beyond recognition.
✖ Territorial - Luna often gets hostile when anything intrudes on something she considers her territory. Even when with friends in their own "territory", she will be quick to snap at intrusions unless they themselves are friends.
LIKES
✔ Toys
✔ Food
✔ Ear Scratches
DISLIKES
✖ Terrible Smells
✖ Loud Noises
✖ Shouting/Fighting
Personality:
Luna typically finds herself being a follower more than anything else, responding submissively yet excitedly to orders and not really knowing what to do when she is on her own. She can never take hold of a situation for herself, usually looking towards her peers for inspiration on how to react to a problem. If alone and backed into a corner, she can and will take an offensive stance but she is uncomfortable in these kinds of situations, and it is usually only out of a necessity for survival and instincts pointing her towards this.
When in a casual scenario, she usually tries to get along with everyone possible, though she will respond suspiciously of people she is unsure of. Even in social situations, someone unfamiliar to her coming up to her friends can be seen as a hostile response and Luna will be quite defensive and protective of her friends unless they deem the person to be trustworthy themselves.
In a class scenario, Luna tries her best to be attentive and learn everything that she can. As long as nothing steals her attention away, she is often a good student who picks up on things quickly and follows along. However, if something dares to distract her in the middle of class her studies begin to fall and she loses track of what she needs to be focusing on, often requiring a good enough distraction back into the class to get back on track.

HISTORY
Luna was born in the years where Quirker based crimes were the most prominent, and the rise of Vigilantes sparked. Due to this, she grew up in this new age of heroes vs villains, and despite this, her parents desperately hoped she would be quirkless. While there was a definite decline in harassment, they didn't want their child to be abnormal in any capacity. Even though the number of Quirker Youths was on the rise, they still felt that it would be unacceptable for her to show her powers off in public if she ever came to have them.
Unfortunately for them, by the time Luna had turned four she had manifested her Quirk as the worst type for their worries, a mutation. She grew a pair of dog-like ears atop her head, and a long fluffy tail had mutated out of her lower back. Her personality started to shift as well, her entire being getting imprinted like a dog until she became the embodiment of a family pet in every way aside from the majority of her body. While Luna's parents accepted her for who she was and loved her despite all of this, their worries were at an all-time high, and they did everything they could to hide her quirk from the public when she was to be enrolled in public schooling. They placed a hat atop her head and told her to not let anybody take it off, and then tucked her tail into her lower clothing. It was incredibly uncomfortable for Luna, but she listened to them due to the undying loyalty that manifested itself within her.
The days passed by normally like this, and despite her parents hiding her physical quirk from the world, the way it imprinted on her personality had no way to be hidden. She had a hyperactive, excitable tendency in class and would often become disjointed from the lessons as any little thing distracted her. Her loud presence also disrupted class on many occasions due to her inability to calm down easily. All of her classmates, Quirkers and Quirkless alike looked at her weirdly often, finding her mannerisms to be quite strange for someone trying to pass off as... 'normal'. Soon enough though, the attempts by Luna's parents to hide her appearance failed and the entire class came to know of her as a mutation Quirker that took on the quality of a dog. This wasn't a bad thing, though, in fact, it only yielded positives. Her class became a lot more accepting of her after finding out she had a quirk, accepting her weird tendencies to be an extension of this change, and for some, it was like having a pet dog at school to play with.
At this revelation, Luna told her parents right away that everyone was treating her a lot nicer because of her Quirk, and their relationship was divided. Luna's father thought it was a good thing and that maybe they were being too overprotective of her Quirk and that they should let her decide what she wanted to do with it from now on. Her mother, however, was a different story as she scolded Luna and was disappointed in her for letting her peers discover her Quirk, and that while it was a good thing for the time being there were surely going to be people in the future who acted differently. Her parents would argue about this topic a lot, neither really coming to an agreement on what should be done. Luna didn't like their fighting... but she couldn't bring herself to cut between them and instead often reserved herself when they started up.
Nothing would really come of this for years, and it seemed the rift in their ideals eventually drove the couple apart as they began to argue about many more things than just Luna. By the time she was ten, her mother had left the home and went off elsewhere. She never really understood why it happened but her father assured her that they would be fine.
In the years following her mother's departure, Luna began to train her powers as there was no one arguing against it. Her father took her hunting quite often, seeing the way her powers impacted her more like a Scent Hound than anything else. This let her hone her skills to some degree, discovering that she had somewhat of a knack for tracking with her nose and listening into the woods for abnormal sounds using her enhanced sense of hearing. Life was a lot more fun from then on, and she got to do a lot more of the things she instinctually loved.
At least, when she was 13, her school started to talk about where they would like to go next. From some of the other Quirker students in her class, she got to hear about Yuuei. While Luna didn't really know what she wanted to do with her life up until then, she grew up in a world now filled with Vigilantes that pushed back against the Villains and criminals. The idea filled her mind of becoming a Pro Hero now that they had prestigious programs for things like that, she was ecstatic at the possibilities.
From then on until she graduated from her old school, she would focus herself on honing her skills just enough to sign up for Yuuei. At last, it was looking like it was time for the new school term to start, and she was as excited as ever.
