Personality:
Yoshimune usually was smiling and trying his best to have fun. But this was only a facade. Whenever he was alone, he'd start thinking about death. He was obsessed with it. And because of this obsession he'd also try his best to enjoy his life when he's around others! He'd laugh, love and live! But once he was alone, every thought he oppress would come back to him. It was not a stable life style, but there was nothing he could do about it.
He didn't had much friends as he grow up. Because of this he has awkward time around others. Not because he's shy, but because he doesn't know what to say or what to do. That's why he usually wait until someone give him a chance and approach him. Otherwise he'd have hard time to talk with others.
He has a very adventurous personality. Even though he feels fear, he can find in himself to push his limits and go forward.

HISTORY
Yoshimune was born in Japan but his family was very much multiethnic and because of that he looked less Japanese and more Caucasian. His ancestors all practiced alchemy and visited all over the world. Healing others, perfecting their understanding and their quirks. That was the life they lived. As he grow up he listened about his grandparents stories of how they cured diseases, helped poor people by doing free vaccines etc… It was mesmerizing hearing that different stories. Even though his parents never cared about this kind of things, he was very much interested. Only his mother had a little knowledge about herbalism, but that was all they knew. They wanted to become normal people who lived normal life. His father was a teacher and her mother was working at Tokyo University. They all wanted him to be just like them. Living normal simple life. But Yoshimune had other plans for his life. Destiny itself had others plans for his life…
Yoshimune grew up listening supernatural stories of immortal beings, powerful yokais and humans. Yoshimune lived in that little safe world until he was 8. When he was 8 his grandparent died. That was the first time little Yoshimune learn about the sad reality of life, death. It was always a foreign concept to him until that day. That day… He was devastated. The reality of death hit him so hard was still crying even after days passed from funeral. He cried saying “is mom going to die too? Am i not going to see you all?”. His parents didn’t know how to answer. Even thought they were religious it was still hard to answer this kind of questions. So they simply answered with “You’re too young, dont worry, we will all be together.”
This answer was not enought to satisfy Yoshimune. He became obsessed with death, he always thinking about it. He wanted to cure it. With this thought in his mind he started to search every possible way to cure death. Magic, science, mythology… there was no cure anywhere. Until he heard about western alchemy and the elixir of life. His parents or his grandparents never told him about this stuff. Their stories were pretty simple.
This knowledge opened his eyes… This elixir was what he was looking for! It was like asignal from heavens itself. He always thought his quirk were a little weird. Other people could fly or fight or transform. He could only pour substances out from his pores by digesting and mixing them in his stomach. Like a alchemist’s cauldron… This idea created a spark in his eyes. It was like a calling to him. What he shall do, what he shall become. He just realized all of that. How interesting it was… All of his dreams and fears about life and death… And he developed such a quirk! A quirk that was answer to all of his problems! This was his thoughts at that moment. With the new found knowledge Yoshimune started to study both eastern and western alchemy. They had different practices so it was hard to follow both of them, but he didn’t really cared. He had to find the elixir!
While his studies continued, he was also following heroes closely on social media. It was always hot news when a hero did something. They were helping people, healing them, creating difference. A good difference. Not only that but they were very powerful too. This gave him another idea. If he were to become one of them, if he were to associate himself with them, could he be powerful too? Could he found what he was looking for?
Yoshimune run to his parents and told them he decided to become a hero in that instant. His parents who only hoped he would become normal citizen was already anxious because of his study of alchemy. Him telling them he wanted to be Hero was the last nail in the coffin for their dreams. They could do nothing but accept his decision knowing very well that if they didn’t he would just go on his own.
This is how he managed to get into U.A. But his problems and his life was just beginning. Is he going to be successful? Is he going to be a hero people looked up to? Is he going to find the cure for death? Or… Is he going to give into despair and darkness that’s been chasing him? Is he going to lose his fight against the reaper?
