[attr="class","textie"]Japan was the ultimate culture shock. Diego had recently made the move from New York to Japan not too long ago in order to attend U.A. come the first of April, courtesy of his Uncle Miguel. But Diego likely should've taken the time to study the Japanese culture at the very least because it was becoming very clear on his morning walk through a park that this wasn't something he was prepared for.[break][break]
The very first thing that caused the young Mexican quirker to take a stop and stare was a crowd of middle aged office workers in the park. Diego's head jerked back as his eyebrows furrowed in aggressive confusion. The hell was this, a field trip? New York City wasn't exactly a place that was free of strange events but never had he seen anything like this. Suddenly, the group started dancing and stretching to directions on a stereo. The voice from the stereo called it...Radio Taiso? The youth could do nothing but stare from behind his shades. He then shook his head and continued to walk on, he could tell that HE was becoming the weird one as no one else was staring at them so strangely.[break][break]
In a lot of ways though, Japan did kind of remind him of home, specifically Tokyo. It was still a bustling metropolis, after all, just like the city. The cherry blossom trees actually put this place a step above Central Park, he had to admit. Finally, he had arrived at the lake within the park where he sat on a bench, pulling out a pack of Dragon Stone Z gum with a figure. He had a pack of Blueberry Bejita Bubblegum in specific, as Bejita was his favorite character.[break][break]
He chewed on a piece of bubble gum and observed the Bejita figure that came in the box. It was pretty expensive for his tastes but worth it for the dope figure. Guess that was one thing he had in common with the land of the rising sun, he absolutely loved Dragon Stone Z. As he chewed the piece of bubblegum, he then shifted his attention from his new figure to the open lake, the ring on his right hand glowing with solar energy as he sat in the sunlight.[break][break]
His satisfaction was brief though. He sucked his teeth with a bad attitude and stood up, kicking a rock into the water. "This place is so damn boring..."
