APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
Swarm constantly wears a long black cloak that drags as he walks, causing there to be rips on the ends of it. While the hood is on, it is pitch black on the inside, and his face is completely hidden. His hands are also hidden with brown gardening gloves that he only takes off when it is extremely hot, or when he is picking up something extremely precious. His legs are hidden under the cloak as well, but if they were to be exposed, he would be wearing torn pants that look like he hasn't taken off in years. As for his build, his arms are slim and only slightly muscular, but his legs are normal and muscled, but only because he walks everywhere.

Personality:
Swarm is a solitary villain driven only by the need to feed the swarm. This is a goal that plagues his every waking thought, a constant hunger that only grows as he gets older. He has found that human blood, especially quirked human blood, can satiate his need the most, so naturally, he views other powered people as cattle. He doesn't work with other villains often, because their blood is the same as any Heroes blood, so he views them as the same thing, food. This does not mean that he is necessarily a bad person though, he has just succumbed to the hunger.
Through him becoming "swarm", he has grown many other traits, such as a love for bugs, a growing hatred towards people, and with every feed, is slowly becoming a hunger obsessed psychopath with no other feelings. Because of the hunger, other things do not faze him. He often rests in the sewers or other uncomfortable places, and mainly thinks only only about eating and growing. Any thought other than hunger is mostly after a big feed, in which his hunger may be subsided for a short amount of time. Thus meaning that if he were ever to work with others, they would probably want to wait until after he eats. As for when he is feeding, the larger the swarm gets during the feed, the more primal and violent the swarm gets. The only reason the swarm hasn't wiped out entire towns is because of because of his human feelings in the back of his thoughts.
When not hungry, Swarm is smart and thinks fast, often finding a place to rest and planning out his next feed as soon as possible. He is a caring person, but also faces reality. He doesn't want to feed as much as the people he is feeding on, but knows that it is the only way he can stop the pain, so he takes their lives for his. As for when he is done planning out his feeds, if he has time before the hunger sets in again, he will research ways he could permanently keep his hunger sated forever. Currently his only plan is to find a person with a blood based quirk that they could use to feed him.

HISTORY
I will call The Third Horsemen "Mure" in his history, it's swarm in Japanese, and sounds more like a name to me than just "Swarm".
Mure was born in Tokyo in 2051, but was put up for adoption for unknown reasons. He bounced from parent to parent, before finding himself in a foster home at the age of 10. The foster home was filled to the brim with other orphans and Mure was never loud enough to be the center of attention to the foster parents, so he never truly got close with them. In fact, the only friend he seemed to have a was a girl named Shurui. She was the only person that played and talked to him, and soon developed a crush on her, as kids do. He spent as much as time as he could with her, whether that be at school, home, or anywhere else, he couldn't get enough of her. By the time they were both 13, they had become attached by the hip, and Mure finally got the courage to ask her out. She of course said yes, and they began dating. Mure had a girlfriend, good grades, and was beginning to connect to other kids at the fostering home, his life was going great. Those 5 years were the best of his entire life, however, we all know good things must come to end.
When Mure was 15, Shurui was adopted, leaving him with a feeling of complete emptiness. Mure skipped school and didn't leave his bed until about two weeks later, and by then, he was thin and smelled horrible. This effectively ended his relations with any other kid in the foster home and he was alone. From his age of 15-16, he did nothing but go to school, lay in his bed, starve himself, and then eat a large meal days later. This habit is what he regrets the most, for this is what he believes first caused the manifestation of his quirk. On Mures 17th birthday, he laid in bed the entire day, not getting a "Happy Birthday!" from any of his peers. He was thinking about what he would do for the rest of his life when a single thought pierced all the others.
"Hungry."
Mure sat up painfully and walked to the kitchen to get something to eat. He grabbed a bunch of food from the fridge and ate it all, but his hunger wasn't fulfilled. He spent the next hour eating nearly everything in the kitchen as his fellow foster kids watched, astounded. After eating to the point of breaking, he was confused as hell as to what was happening. He was "full", in a way that his stomach felt like it was gonna explode, but still had the feeling as if he hadn't eaten in months. The combined pain from his hunger and full stomach caused him to pass out from pain. When he awoke, the pain was gone, but didn't know where he was. Mure had somehow found himself in the middle of the wilderness. He wandered for several hours before finding Tokyo again, but when he found the foster home, he was horrified to see the destruction. Half of the building was destroyed and body bags were being taken out of the building. Mure caught a glimpse of a hand hanging out one of them, and saw that it looked like all of it's blood and insides had been drained. Mure couldn't have known for sure what he did, but he had a feeling deep down that he was to blame for all of it. From that point forward, he disappeared. People assumed that he died as well by whatever killed the other kids, they never could have imagined what he would become.
