Medicine with a fancy name [Mami | Saga]

Casey was waiting impatiently for Mami to arrive, she was twirling onto her chair until the woman came in and she jumped up to immediately bow to their boss and not make an immediate fool of herself. It was possible that she would drop something, slap someone else and so on in her excitement. Some people might be really surprised by her choice of jobs. So now that she had found three different versions, that needed to be tested, she was sure as hell hyped. The thing was that it would have to work, but she wasn't sure how so Casey was almost tempted to use it more on her. She had at the start but that was before she made the higher doses of drugs on it. So she was trying to wait but now Mami was here. She nodded enthusiastically to her boss and held up the little sort of nicotine patches she made. Those she might be most proud of, well she wasn't exactly sure. This was all her work, the others were with well the others in the lab so yes, she was proudest of this one. It had worked because as she wanted to stop smoking herself, it crossed her mind.

She almost dropped something but she got the patches and held them up to Mami, "Noriko-sama, I made these, they contain nicotine, coke and are electrically charged." Which would only work if you put it up, the heat of the body would warm it up, how would that work for not warm people though, that wasn't something she had thought about but maybe she could discuss that with Mami now that she was here. She just realized that and she would just continue on if nothing happened, "It makes people energized and empowered, a sort like QED but also very different." She nodded and hoped her boss would like the idea. It needed to be more perfect but she could use some better experts idea for that.

Oops they were a bit too high, but Mami was so nice to her that Casey would almost pur, "Of course, that's why I added nicotine as well. Something so easy and yet forbidden for most younglings but when they know how to find the patches they would be able to experience so much more than just your average drug." she pointed up her finger to explain the ingredients she used. As well as the whole reason she added nicotine was to get people awake, and addicted but Mami would obviously understand that herself very well. She quickly swiped her notepad of her desk, and with that let her mug fall but at least it didn't spill anything and didn't roll onto the ground so it was all fine. But she quickly noted down what Mami said, "Would that mean we should make two different ones, one with half the amount of electricity patches and one with the doze that is in this one?" She asked because well there were stronger people out there, this was nothing compared probably to what Thundershock-sama could do. She showed her boss also the pharmaceutical solutions and other ingredients that came with it. Things that were not good enough but would definitely reach something if they were used and sold to the well known. Casey would wait for more instructions from Mami before she would show her the second round of things that she made. 

Casey quickly wrote down all the things that Noriko-sama said because yes important stuff like that was important and though she was the one making most of the stuff, she did not think too many things through. Okay separate proportions, yes, that would work fine and she already had ideas how to work on the dosis. She nodded, the prices would work with that. "Of course!" She therefore said enthusiastically when Mami explained that if they did a lower dose and made it cheaper, idiots could still get it even if they were broke as hell. It was a plan! Now she put her notes down and grinned widely at Mami, "Alright for the second I made this!" She showed some inhaling mechanic like an inhaler for those with asthma and smiled at Mami, "Now this will make you hallucinate. I will not tell you more, because it is a thing to experience of course." She almost jumped up and down, her orange hair flowing as she was making movements out of enthusiasm, this was going to be great! 

Casey kept her eyes on Mami, though the cyborg lady was very difficult to read, the scientist would always try her very best to see what she thought of it and if she frowned or would look with a stumped smile, anything that mattered. She wanted to be praised and do good, so she needed this to be going fine but she was highly sure that it was going fine, "I call it Clouded Vision." She said happily when Mami applied it, alright, this should work for a cyborg too right? Though would it- nah Casey was sure it would work for her boss as well and that she would be able to work with it and that this would be something that had her specialty. It worked better for quirkers than non quirkers, weren't they their target? 

Casey did not know what to say more, Clouded vision was something that was an experience, not something you could describe. She would explain and show it to Mami, being almost as eager as a little child herself. She would have to see if Mami would think so too, there were quite some things that would go into the hallucination and the idea of your brain giving in to the vibe and the pleasure so to say of the clouded vision. She nodded very much when Mami said that they looked more professional than those dirty little kids as she would call them. "People would like quality over quantity as well, boss." she said, an inhaler looked harmless for the police as well, who said you couldn't have asthma or the like. She would just sit back on her little stool and see what would happen if Mami would take it, surely they had tests but it would be the best if it worked on the boss, considering all the prosthetics and the like.

She bit her lips, held her hands and could not sit still, her red hair dancing up and down with the motions she made as she waited. She hoped that this was good and that Mami was satisfied and when she came back, she looked even as if she calmed down that Casey wasn't sure what to say and she held her hands only tighter listening to the feedback that Mami would provide, that's great, she was jubilant now and grinned at her. "Definitely, boss." She said excitedly when Mami said it was to impress her and she was glad it was not considered something bad to do. "Then I have the last thing to show you boss," she said twirling on her stool to get the last sample out that she had. She held up a little spray can, almost as small as the inhaler. She wondered if it was good to put in your eyes, no complications but well Mami was going to test.

"It gives the optical illusion that you have heightened visual senses, we haven't figured out a name yet for it though." She said honestly, the names had been really stupid such as hawkeye, heightened eye, and so on. It was embarrassing to admit even out loud.
