Right, there was nothing strange about showing up now of all things. It wasn't that he had planned it, just things happen, life, call it faith because he kind of felt it was that. A push or a leap of faith and he needed to make another leap now. Right, he could do this. It wasn't bad and nothing was going to harm him else it would not have brought him here. If everything happened for a reason than now was the right time and the right moment to do so. He for a second thought of a song, but as per usual didn't say or sing it out loud, no one needed to know how he felt or feel how he felt. Finally after taking a big gulp of air, he knocked on the door.
See the thing is that he had not seen them in a while, his parents. He knew he had them, he knew he wasn't outright abandoned but well he was on his own. Fine for a young man like him and he brushed his red hair aside, hands sweating, drying off on his jeans, yea everything would be great. He would say hi, have a chitchat, tell them he was in town and would leave again for today. Right, what more would a man want? He certainly did not want to bother anyone for now, he did not actually like the barging in in someone's life but he did not have much of a choice considering he had no phone numbers or whatsoever. He did hope his information was correct but when the door opened, he was quite sure it was. He might not have seen his mother in a while but that was her alright and he gave a weak smile. Alright here he goes, open your mouth and say something. Yes. Now. "Hi." A bit more than that would have been nice but she did recognize him right? How many people had a look like them, especially here in Japan and who had his name in Japan? No one, he was pretty sure of that and pretty proud of that.
"Amargein?"
All he could do was smile a little better and nod, "Nice to see you mother. I hope I don't come at a bad time."

It was always nice to take a break from the daily stresses of school to go home and see your family, especially now with everything going on. Most of the second year students had gone abroad to participate in an invitation the school was invited to, however Chise declined the offer, wanting to sty back in Japan and work on some personal things. Visiting home was sort of an excuse to get away from all the chaos that was school life, at least here she didn't have to worry too much about the upcoming dread that was her studies. Chise had decided to make something special with her mom, having missed spending quality time with the woman that raised her. Her father had returned from his business trip abroad and was back working at his home location but had taken a shift today so it was only the two redheaded females currently in their house.
As Chise made her way down the stairs, she heard a knock at the door, causing the peachette to wonder who exactly could be here on a Saturday. Unless her mom had invited someone over, Chise was clueless as to who could be on the other side of the door. Just as Chise was about to call out to her mom, saying she'd get the door, the violet eyed girl stopped on the stairs and watched as her mother had gotten the door instead. On the other side of the door stood a man with a striking resemblance to Chise's mother, causing the peachette herself to pause and observe what was happening. She had never seen her mother look so frozen, so lost for words before as she stood staring at this man in front of her. Upon hearing the word mother leave the other's lips, Chise dropped the cookbook she was holding, not even watching as it tumbled down the stairs, too focused on what she was witnessing. "...Mom?" was all Chise could say, not sure what she should be feeling ight now or what she could do. She was just as frozen as her mother was standing at the door. Why did this man call Chise's mom 'mother'? That couldn't possibly be right, Chise was an only child....so why was this happening?

She didn't say anything anymore. Okay so maybe this was a bad timing. She did said nothing, nothing at all, his name was all and he really wondered if this was a bad timing and he heard some stumbling and some rumbling and he worried a little. "I mean, I could come back later if there would be a better timing?" He asked a bit forlorn because he should have given her an option to never see him again. But he knew that they did not drop him at the orphanage because they had a choice and he had understood that surely. He heard another person, with saying another word "Mom?" Oh boy so he had come at the wrong timing. Someone wasn't informed about his existence. Oof, the more he thought about that the more he felt it sting.
Maybe they did abandon him? There was a nice little lullaby about that in a way. He shouldn'tt hink about it like that but that's simply how it felt for now. "I mean ehm, I was just wondering if you were all doing fine as I have a eh, a- eh thing here in Japan." Wow he was getting better and better at this. Now it sound like he lied and came here to see them but really he was in a choir, he sung very softly because no one should hear his voice, but he had managed to perform well enough to remain in that choir and they were here, sort of match, concert, anything he couldn't really describe it at this point, which was the whole reason of why he said thing. His mother had simply nodded, turned to the voice that had asked a sort of silent question with one word and he spotted her, on the stairs, the same hair colour, albeit maybe a little softer than his. It looked really cute eh nice, eh anything well. "Hello." He said, trying not to be as shy as he felt but damn this felt like him ruining a day or multiple or of multiple people in one swift motion. He looked at his mother, for some support, if he was going to get introduced, send away or anything. Maybe he should introduce himself? Maybe it would break the frozen people in this house and they would tell him something.
"I am Amargein, what's your name?" His mother only looked at him, but she said nothing, so he was doing fine?
