The PSC’s Special Divisions are the primary public sector opportunity for support-oriented individuals. Notably, these specific groups are some of the options available for Quirked labour, particularly those in U.A.'s Support Course who wish to graduate into these fields. There are 3 major divisions, catering to different specialties:
Surveillance and Tactics Division: Though not as secretive as Japan’s main intelligence agencies, the Surveillance and Strategics Division is still useful asset in collecting data and providing active field coordination for law enforcement. They’re often at the back lines of major operations, keeping a watchful eye over the battlefield and giving guidance and intelligence to acting units.
Research and Development Division The last of the Special Divisions, and the one with perhaps the most straightforward purpose: It’s what it says on the tin. This division specializes in creating and testing new technology, specifically designed for usage by law enforcement. They may also, on occasion, be called upon to provide their expertise in the field when needed.
Medical and Biosecurity Division: Focuses on providing medical support to law enforcement units, and handling matters related to Japanese biosecurity. Rarely on the frontlines, this collection of skilled medical personnel instead focus on getting injured Heroes back on their feet, setting up medical responses to emergency events, and combatting potential threats to security by engaging in research and the distribution of treatment.
