Gunfire. Explosions. Quirks flying through the air, a runaway cargo ship, and a blue bolt cutting through the sky.
These aren’t descriptions from the latest action flick. All of these are directly from eyewitness reports of the events in Shinagawa. A massive clash between Heroes and Villains took place, the details of which were released this morning during a press conference by Public Safety Commission Chairman Masashi Teshigawara. Here are his exact words.

“On the 25th of October, forces organised by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police and Heroics Oversight Committee raided a black market auction taking place at the Shinagawa Terminal. This auction was being hosted by the criminal syndicate calling themselves “The Plutocracy”, and several major PSC targets were in attendance, including some of our Top 10 identified threats. At this auction, we had identified the presence of innumerable pieces of dangerous military-grade technology, narcotics and other illicit or ill-gotten goods.
On that night, the raid began, and a battle between both sides ensued. Our Heroes and police fought bravely, and were ultimately successful in securing the port and the vast majority of the Plutocracy’s stock. Additionally, several high-profile arrests were made, including the leader of the criminal gang ‘Eternity’, the high threat villain ‘Oracle’.
Regrettably, due to the violent retaliation by criminal entities, and the unexpected interference of illegal vigilantes, parts of the terminal were damaged. Government efforts will begin immediately to repair the port.
At present, all dangerous goods are being securely held away from the hands that might use them to do harm to our country and our people. The selfless and valiant efforts of our Heroes and Police have served once again to ensure the safety of all citizens. Those we have lost, gave themselves to a just cause. Recognition must be given for all they have done for us.
