i fall asleep It wasn't as if the squirrel had never been in Musutafu, she had, this was where she met Jisatsu for the first time. There was just a slight problem and that problem could have happened in Tokyo just as well. No she knew every place from where she had to go. How to get from the supermarket to her house, how to get from the studios to her house. How to go to the spot where her mother would pick her up from school on Friday's and how to go from that same spot back to school on Monday morning. Yes, she knew all and she remembered a lot when it came to lines for her movies and so on but it wasn't that well when she was simply walking around. Eventually it was without a doubt to say: Honey was lost.
She had no idea where she was, where to go to and what to do next. So she kept on walking, it was quite cold today, it was mostly the wind. But that only meant that the squirrel girl had to continue to walk, she was energetic for sure but the winter that was coming was laying like a heavy blanket over her and she couldn't wait to go back to her room and get a warm drink and snuggle up and sleep. Which was actually why she had gone outside to avoid the temptation but that did not help if you got lost. She looked left and right when she had turned her heel and went to look back. That's when she passed shops she had not seen on her way here, oh candy. She put her nose against the window and looked at the display of candies, chocolates and so on. She almost licked her lips. They even had ice cream, but it was too cold for ice cream, but it was ice cream. Or hot chocolate! Yes, that sounded nice. She looked at the door and was really debating, she took a few steps from the window and went to find in her pocket the coins to count how much spare change she had left from the week to see if she could buy a hot chocolate. Ha with a bit of luck she could even buy two. She made a little dance and wondered if it was a good idea or if she should not hurry back to U.A. yet. Ah well, no one would miss her right? Byeol-Su didn't mind the cold at all. In fact, she liked it very much! The cold helped her to keep her form much better than when the summer heat was baring down on her, and when it was too cold for most people to be out and about she was able to stroll through the streets without much worry. She still had to be chaperoned a lot of the time but he was becoming much more trusting of her--so long as she came home on time, and so long as she kept herself in line of sight of the streets, she was able to wander alone.
This such day she was headed towards a sweets shop she had visited a few times before. The first time had not been so pleasant in the long run, but the times after that she had visited she'd loved it! She "dressed" herself for the winter weather and donned her adorable frog-shaped pocket book and made her way down the sidewalk with a spring in her step.
She just reached the building when she noticed another girl staring through the window at the candies on display. Byeol-Su giggled to herself. Another girl who loved sweets so much, just like she did! That wasn't too unusual, but she wasn't just a normal girl...she had a pair of fluffy little ears on top of her head, and the softest, plushest looking tail that Byeol-Su had ever seen! She was utterly adorable! What kind of animal-like mutation was she? Hamsters didn't have big tails like that, and bunnies had longer ears, so...
Dalamjwi!!...wait, she looks familiar...hmmm!
"Hello! Are you a squirrel?" Byeol-Su chimed without hesitation, coming up next to the girl. She was actually shorter than she was, even of only by a little. It just made her all the cuter! It did make figuring out her age hard, though. "You are very cute! Are you getting a sweet at the shop, too?"

i fall asleep Her fluffy cheeks still pushed against the windows as she daydreamed about buying stuff. The idea that the hard candies would fill her cheeks and the flavour by every little lick against it would fill her cheeks and throat with the flavour. Or maybe chocolate, or lollypops, anything really. She had not expected that such a candy shop would still exist in the streets of Tokyo but it was definitely not a disappointment. She wasn't sure how to bring it, how much she could buy from the allowance that she had. What an idea though, to buy candy from it. That would be quite lovely instead of all the other things she needed. And she would get her new allowance at the end of the week. That would work out fine and she needed candy if she wanted to stay active. The thing is that especially now she needed more sugar to stay active with this cold weather. She did not mind it, but it made her awfully drowsy.
She looked up when someone said hey and squirrel in one sentence and she looked at a girl not much taller than her. "Yes, I am a human squirrel!" Because obviously Honey wasn't entirely a squirrel either but she swished with her tail and looked at the girl before shortly having her attention brought back to that of the shop. "Ah well thank you." She made a little bow to the person that called her cute and she was very hyped about it, the whole meeting sounded wonderful. "I thought about it, I have never been here before, did you? Is it good?" The idea that she had been here before because she knew about the candy store and ask Honey if she planned to buy there and said the word too. She was actually planning to go watch inside but she had been stuck at the window. That was a bit of an embarrassing thing and she giggled. "I do like candy!" That was maybe the best way to convince this person and she stopped short. The plan was to turn to the door. "Oh I am Honey by the way, nice to meet you!" She made another small bow because it was a fun thing to do and Honey giggled a little, this was way more fun than going alone. MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

So she was a squirrel, Byeol-Su had been right! And that tail bouncing back and forth looked so very cute! She wanted to pet it, but her flesh and fur didn't go together very well--it always got stuck in her or her in it. She'd have to content herself with just looking. Boo. When she was asked about the sweets she came up to stand next to Honey and peer inside the shop as well, her hands cupping her eyes as she leaned into the glass. She'd never done this sort of super up-close window shopping before. It was something she'd only seen on televi--
AAAAH!! THAT'S WHERE I KNOW HER FROM!!
Honey's little giggle suddenly sprung her memory. She KNEW she'd known her from somewhere, and now she remembered! Byeol-Su turned from the window to look down at the little squirrel with enormous--almost too much so to fit her face--brilliantly bright eyes and an equally huge grin. "Y-You are Glinda!! Glinda from Animal Rescue Team!! Knew I knew your face! AH!!" It was her first time ever meeting a television or movie star. What was she supposed to do? What was she supposed to say?? She'd met so many people up to this point but never somebody actually famous for anything! Well, infamous probably counted, and Rogue had been on television once, but that was a very different thing than being an actor in an actual show!
"I watch you in the morning all the time! Oh no, I do not know what to say now, I have never met an actor before...!" She squeaked and ducked her head into her hands, her flesh pressed against itself in a strange way; it looked like it were melding together, her face and hands, into a single clay-like feature. When she pulled away a few flecks of "skin" dripped from her cheeks onto her hands. She'd been asked a question! Star-struck or not, it would be super rude not to answer her, right? "Uhh, yes! I have been to this shop a lot! They have really nice mochi ice cream--that is my favorite!"
"D-Do you want to come in with me? I am not any body important," Byeol-Su twiddled her fingers, suddenly shier than she realized she was being, but her smile was still impossible wide and she was still super excited! "But I was going in to get mochi and maybe a shake. Do not care if it is cold out, I like them too much, hee-hee. But. If you coming in, too, can point out my favorites? My...um, what is the word...re...recon...men...recommendations!" |

i fall asleep The thing was that most people either talked to Honey as if she was like a little baby squirrel or hm... no everyone talked to her like a baby squirrel when it came to parents and so on but this was something different. People around her age or around her mental age surely were a lot nicer to meet and a lot nicer to talk to that did not mind her activity. She was actually quite glad to be recognized as a squirrel. It shouldn't be that difficult but she was a strange combination. Chipmunks didn't have such big tails as her and she did not have a big fluffy tail like a red or grey squirrel but it was very big and soft still. She held her tail as she was way too enthusiastic and asked the girl if she had been here before. Looking into the shop again with her hands shielding for reflection and outside light so she could see it and bring her pointy nose against it as well. She would almost lick her lips but the touch of glass quickly made her change that idea.
She blinked in surprise when she heard the name Glinda. And looked up at the girl next to her and she first blushed a little, albeit invisible by the fur layer on her skin and than jumped up and clapped her hands, "Yes! I am Glinda." Wait, no she was Honey, aaah should she say so? Wait did this girl still think that tv characters were real... well it would be cool if her future job was like Animal Rescue Team. She put her hands on her hips and took the pose Glinda always made before putting up the v-sign and winking. "Hehe," But when the girl spoke again she said actor, so Honey was glad to know that!
She nodded with a big grin on her face! Yes, yes! That was so cool! She wasn't recognized by many, which was fine but it was also nice to meet someone that did. She giggled a little, "Just like you did before. I promise I don't bite." She swung her tail from left to right again, "My name is Glinda in Animal Rescue Team but my real name is Honey, nice to meet you!" She said enthusiastically to introduce herself. Ah it was like meeting a little fan and the girl was already so adorable that Honey was only glad it happened. Her quirk was an interesting one now that her hands and face connected and seemed almost to mingle. Honey looked at it with big curious green eyes. Nice!
Honey gave a smirk smile to Byeol-Su, "No one important? I don't believe that! You are the person that will introduce me to this best ice cream, that's very important." She put a small finger up as if she was giving a speech of a very important matter. "Ooh Mochi! I want to try all, we should try your recommendations, they are like I said very important." And she grinned a little more, it was nice to do this and nice to meet someone who liked candy as much as she did no matter the weather. No one to stop her or stop them! MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

"H-Hunn...Honey? Honey...chan? Can I use that?" Byeol-Su repeated her name a few times aloud. That name wasn't Japanese, was it? No, it felt too different. Where was she from again? Would Byeol-Su even know something like that? Probably not, but it was interesting that they were both foreigners. What were her favorite things in Japan? Where did she come from? She was so curious and a little anxious but it would be so much fun getting to spend some time with one of her favorite characters...!
Ah, but...she could not give her a name. Her name was hidden, and the one she used was bad to give out to people outside their little "circle"...so...
Well, if she doesn't ask, it'll be fine. I can make something up if I have to.
Her lips split into an even wider grin and she moved towards the door to the sweets shop, holding it open for the still-somehow-smaller girl to follow her. "If you say so, then I am important, I guess!" She giggled into her fingers. "Come on, come on! What is your favorite flavor? They have so many here like fruit ones, flower ones--those ones are a bit weird I think but the cherry blossom one is good." Once they stepped into the shop it became much easier to see the menu. It wasn't too crowded because, well, it was snowy and cold and more people were looking for lunch than sweets around this time, probably. The people behind the counter bowed in greeting. Byeol-Su giggled again and waved, then returned her attention to Honey and the menu hanging on the wall. "Look, look, see?" She pointed towards it.
"There is so many flavors! I like the strawberry and chocolate ones so much, but they have weird ones, too, that are good! There is one called plum wine that I was told is for adults. Which is silly. There is not actual wine in it! That person was dumb." Her smile twitched. "Dummy Kaz."
Next time I see him, it will be different...
"There is also coffee flavor, same flavor as the coffee they make. Wonder if the chocolate mochi is the same chocolate as the hot coco? Hmm...this needs a test to find out, do you think so, Honey-chan?" |

i fall asleep Honey's name wasn't Japanese, her first name at least, her stage name neither but the rest was definitely Japanese and she smiled. She nodded enthusiastic when her name was said, albeit first with what difficulty but the girl managed to say it so! "Yes!" She jumped up happily. She was waiting for the girl to introduce herself but no name came and she pouted a little, "What can I call you?" If it was easier, the girl should- oh she should say that out loud. "If Honey is difficult, you could call me Glinda, I might respond to it to." She laughed, "What would I call you as my new sidekick." She thought about it, tapping her chin and she giggled, it was an interesting concept and it would be maybe easier. She did not think much of it, she was not allowed to say her last name, maybe this girl was special too! Although soon after that she said she wasn't important. She was glad that the girl laughed and she quickly went into the shop there it was a lot warmer. It was not that she felt cold entirely but her methabolism would go around so quick that she would feel a bit drowsy outside when she stayed outside a lot. And she had already been walking around a while which had made her cold.
She looked at the flavour for the mochi and smoothies and everything and was maybe a little overwhelmed, "I like Strawberry and walnut. I found an ice cream store that sells walnut ice cream, it's amazing." But she wanted to try something new and looked around, hm what would that be though, maybe that Cherry Blossom, "What is your favourite? I never had cherry blossom so it sounds like an interesting pick." She quickly looked at what Byeol-Su pointed out and she would mentally drool over the list of flavours and what they all had. This was amazing. "Wowa, so much!" She got more excited the more she thought about it. Honey was lost to pick, she noticed the strawberry one and her attention was immediately drawn, it did sound nicer than cherry blossom and she jerked up a little more when her new friend said that strawberry and chocolate were her favourites, "Maybe I should just try strawberry than." After all, it was her first time, better pick your favourite flavour. She grinned at the girl when she liked what she said, "We could do a test, I think it is highly needed." Oh, shoot, she was asking for a name. Byeol-Su chewed on her lip, flesh and clay-made teeth making a weird sound in her ear. Would she believe a Japanese name? Maybe? Did she know any? She knew a couple from the "guards" he had gotten her over the last year. What was one she had liked... "I am Mana!" That was one! It meant something very nice. "Mana-chan is okay to call me! Will try to do Honey. The L is harder to say to me."
Honey looked over the menu as she pointed it out, and her excitement was contagious. She was just so cute and sweet looking like actual honey! And she was having just as much trouble picking one as Byeol-Su usually did. "If you can not pick one, we can get maybe three each and share? That is a test! Do not worry if too much money, I have a lot." She giggled and made her way to the register. So Honey wanted to try the cherry blossom, the strawberry, and the chocolate. Then Byeol-Su would order a different set of three. And hot chocolate, too, of course! She waited for Honey to come along with her before ordering. "Three ice-cream mochi please! The green tea, plum wine, and mango! And one hot chocolate," she looked to Honey with her enormous grin, "You order your three now! And coco, too!"

i fall asleep Honey made a short bow, completely oblivious about the time it took for Byeol-Su to say her name, "Nice to meet you, Mana-chan." She giggled, as if she tried to be formal but absolutely couldn't. She offered that she could call her Glinda but in the end she decided to still call her Honey. Which was a slight relief, Honey herself was afraid she would forget to react to the name Glinda. Besides, you never knew who you would bump into, it might be her mother and she would be even in more trouble if she heard how the girl called her. But there were no worries about that now, if they would go into the store, she was also sure her mother would never see her. Why did she go to Tokyo on her own?
The menu was too big for Honey to make a good decision and she was so confused as what to pick until Mana-chan came with the best solution and the squirrel looked at her, with admiration in her eyes. "That's an amazing plan, let's do it!" She wanted to open her mouth about the money because well she had some but she get it as pocket money and yes that was maybe a bit tight for this week and she felt in her pocket for the yen but she simply nodded, did she had to be embarrassed for that? She wasn't even sure because that's not how Honey wanted to think. The little actress looked once more at the big menu before following her new friend to the cash register. Oh cool! Yes, those flavours sounded nice as well. She nodded and jumped shortly up and down, "Cherry blossom, chocolate and strawberry for me please, oh and a hot chocolate too." She grinned and took the yen out of her pocket to calculate if she could pay at least her own part, she would probably just manage with what she had in her pocket and that meant she would have to survive the rest of the week without it. Honey put her yen on the little pad next to the cash register and looked at Mana-chan, would they bring it to their table, the clumsy squirrel might spill if she had to carry it all by herself. But she would just see what her new friend did instead of deciding by herself. Maybe she could ask for a good thick tray though. MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

With their cavity-inducing plan in action, Byeol-Su took out her own little frog-shaped coin purse and put the coins in the tray with Honey's money. She found math and numbers a lot easier to figure out than words in new places, because even if the words for numbers were different, the numbers themselves didn't change. The person at the register took the money from the tray and made sure it was correct, placed a number on a plastic card on the counter for them to take, and then moved to fetch the mochi from where it was kept cold. The display ones were probably fake, or old. Who knows.
They returned with two cutely designed boxes, each with a little handle on top. One was slid towards Byeol-Su and the other to Honey, and the person bowed respectfully. "We will bring your cocoa to you when it's ready. Thank you so much for choosing our shop today. Enjoy your food!"
Byeol-Su giggled and took her box and gave a quick, shallower bow back before she bounced--not literally, given her consistency would probably make her splatter more if she tried--towards one of the empty tables. It was a very calm day in here so there were a lot of tables to pick from! She went for one by the window, because it was cooler, and because they could look out at the snow and lights as well! Even if it was later in the season the lights were so pretty and bright and beautiful. She loved them so much.
"Here, here!" She pulled out a chair and sat on it, her feet dangling off the ground a fair bit. She set the box on the table and undid the little paper flaps, revealing that with a few little pulls it unfolded into a neat little plate! And the inside was just as cutely designed as the outside! Her three mochi sat there, round and soft, about the size of her fist, and each a different color than the rest: purple, green, and very bright orange! She giggled with delight. "So much mochi! Am so glad I do not have normal body when I eat ice-cream. I do not get the brain freeze, no matter how much I have!~"

i fall asleep This shop was crazy in the good sense, of course nothing escaped Honey's attention. Mana-chan her coin purse, itw as a frog oh my cuteness. The fact that they gave them both separate handles for their mochi and that they would bring the hot chocolate. This place was made for clumsy and exciting people, they knew how to handle their stuff and she gave a short bow herself, "Thank you very much." She said and would turn to Mana-chan to see where they would go and sit. She would simply follow her new friend in this case because she did not mind where to sit. Maybe the window would be the best though and she eyed it, looked at the girl and hoped they had the same thought again and yesss she did! She quickly took a seat on the opposite side of the table by placing her mochi box on it before climbing on the chair and turing around. Feet stretched forward, tail up and coiled and she was good.
"Uwwaaa so cool." She quickly sat on her knees, to be able to reach better on the table and put her elbows down when she unfolded her own box of Mochi and looked at it, light pink, a little harder colour of pink and brown, which was kind of obvious but still exciting and she moved her hips from left to right which made her tail sway. "This is such a nice place!" She was really glad to have bumped into Mana-chan else she would have never gone inside, she looked up and stared with open mouth to Mana-chan as she explained she got no brain freeze and she pouted but laughed soon after that to show it was a joke, "I am jealous." She wasn't sure where to start so she looked from one mochi to the other, hmm... hmmmmm... very difficult! MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

"It is super nice, right? I wish they had shop like this closer to home, but is totally worth the walk!" Byeol-Su turned her head from the mochi to a trio of little metal cups on the side of the table, each with different utensils in it. Mochi wasn't usually eaten with a fork and knife but there were still other foods here that could be, and the spoons were good for stirring sugar into coffee or whipped-cream into coco. Still, things like pencils and forks and chop-sticks were hard for her to hold with the consistency of her skin...she should still be able to use the knife, though, right? It was just a butter knife.
She pulled one of the knives out by its handle, having to hold it with both hands lest it slip out of her squishy fingers. "Let us cut one in half to share! I want to try the mango one first, but what do you want to try?" With as much care as a child with literal clay fingers could procure she pushed the "sharp" (still fairly blunted) edge of the knife into the orange mochi. It was just soft enough on the outside to be cut with ease, and the ice-cream in the middle made a very satisfying sound when sliced through. It did get a little stuck on the edges when she tried to pull it back out.
She almost licked off the knife but if she was going to cut the other two with it then she didn't want to make it gross. Not when she was sharing with Honey-chan. "Here! You take that half," Byeol-Su pointed her finger to half of the mango mochi, "And I will take other!" She set the knife on the side of the plate and picked up the half she had designated for herself. It was so chilly to the touch, but still squishy like mochi was supposed to be! With no further ado she took a bite of it, pulling her head back as the sticky mochi stretched after her mouth before it snapped off. It was so fruity and sweet, almost sickeningly so, but that was what made it good!
It really was more like a sherbet than ice-cream, not that it mattered.

i fall asleep "Hm," Honey was a bit lost in thoughts, she also wanted to try more and consider how she would be able to come back when she got new pocket money. "Oops, sorry, I was wondering how it would be." She thought about it, "They don't have other shops only this one?" Bleh, she hoped there was one in Musutafu, she would definitely spend her time to find it but this would work for now. She should also not get to Tokyo too often, she did might bump into her parents or others that knew her and that would be a dangerous game to play. Nope, she wanted to do good and keep her jobs and such. She was already excited to go to school, the normal classes were dull but the trainings, it was actually her new dream. Which was a bit difficult to combine with her actress things and idol classes but she would have to figure it out and eventually make a decision. "Is it far for you?" She asked, because apparently Mana-chan also walked. Honey would have to consider how far it was from her house, even if they had a lot of money, they lived outside the Tokyo centre parts to have a bigger house, so walking here would still be a stupid idea. She looked at the girl who took a knife in a rather specific way and though Honey frowned, she simply perked up again when she suggested to try the mango one first, "Sounds good!" She wanted to try every one of them and had no idea of an order so this was a good start anyway.
She was intrigued to watch Mana-chan and her quirk as that was probably why she held the knife like that. She clapped in her hands before leaning a little over the table to take the half the girl pointed at. She looked at it with a satisfied look and looked up at Mana-chan eating it and giggled "Ooh it looks so great!" She quickly took a bite too, weeew, so nice. The softness, the fruitiness, it was amazing. She looked really happy and satisfied with her first bite and she had so much more to go for! "Wow it's so tasty." She could not deny it, it was amazing to try new foods and especially without getting any issues from eating sugar from her mother. MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

Byeol-Su somehow managed to chew, swallow, bite, and stretch the mochi without really having a discernible set of teeth, a tongue, or esophagus. Just one of the mysteries of her Quirk. Honey's question was answered only after she managed to bite off and swallow the stretchy mochi that was hanging between her mouth and her hand. "Mmmgph--" Aright, second try at swallowing. "Not that I know? Have only been out of Tokyo and into new town a couple times. But you could look it up on a phone." Hers was in her bag, but she had sticky fingers right now. Stickier than usual. "Not too far. A nice walk away. It is not so fun when there are a lot of people around."
The growing snow-storm outside did a good job of driving crowds of people away. Come to think of it, why had Honey been out here in the first place? Didn't an actress like her have a lot of work to do? "Is it far from where you live? Are you doing a movie near by?" Byeol-Su grinned wider. The idea of seeing a movie shoot happening so close to their hotel would be so cool! And maybe she could see some of her other favorite characters there?? "If yes then can I come see sometime? If it is too busy I understand but...it is so amazing to think of movies and shows as things happening in front of you in people! In people?" She paused. "In...person. Wrong phrase."
"Here," she pushed the knife handle-first over the table to Honey, rather than try and fail to pick it up correctly, "Your turn to pick a flavor! Should we try the one you most want to taste or save it to last? I am so torn on that...!"

i fall asleep "Wew" Honey tried to say, as the mochi sort of sealed her teeth together. What a way to chew, technically you shouldn't maybe chew, but how did it work else, she had no idea, nope chew it was. She was about to pick her teeth because this wasn't working but that would be weird and it seemed that she got the hang of it but wew, how were you going to eat the rest of this. "New town?" What new town? Was there a new district or newer district that she had missed? Ah man, she missed everything but she swallowed the last pieces and she shrugged, "Hm, yea I could look it up later, it doesn't matter now as we are here." She grinned and managed to swallow everything this time and that was that now it was time to look at what more to pick, hmmm which one next, which one. "Oh ehm, I am doing a movie in the centre of Tokyo and my house is a little outside, like its a twenty minute drive if there is no traffic. We mostly shoot movie parts in the early mornings or late afternoon and all weekend so, didn't have to go today." And she just wanted to wander around and see things now that she had the opportunity. She liked how Mana-chan smiled.
Honey was a little quiet after Mana-chan's request, take someone to the studio. Hm, she never did that before but she also had seen others do so, so there should be no harm in it. It would definitely be nice but she had no idea how she would arrange that, and yet... "Sure!" She bounced up a little and laughed, "We should exchange numbers when we are done." She took the knife from the girl as she looked at the mochi that she had, hmm indeed which to pick "I can't wait to try the cherry blossom though, should we do that one?" Because yes it was something new and exciting but also maybe the flavour she would like the least when you considered strawberries and chocolate so it was a bit of both. Yet she stared at the three mochi for a bit before she finally sliced the cherry blossom one, how did cherry blossom taste or was it just a name to sell and it would taste like cherry?
