Well this was...a new approach...
Axel had been trying for close to a month now to try and get an in with some criminal gang or the like but to no avail. He'd tried to walk the line between obious crimes, but subtle enough that the cops couldn't track him down, but again, obvious enough that some other criminal might be able to hit him up to get him to work for them. It just...wasn't working out. So he was going for a new approach. He'd started trying to track down criminal organizations themselves, hacking their servers or just getting information on them, either working his ways into their ranks through bribing them with things he learned they needed and he could aquire, or blackmailing them outright.
In this case tonight, he was gonna be looking into some of the active case files for some low level criminals, or heck, high ranking ones if he got lucky. If he found out about an active case that he could fudge the evidence on or assure went the way a higher ranking member of the same organization wanted (not every goon was one they wanted on the outside afterall) he could find a way in. Bottom line, that was what had lead him here. A law office. Hacking the police or the courts directly was too risky, and while he couldn't find an easy way in from the outside, a law office was bound to have less security than either of those two places...not like it didn't have ANY security, just less than a police station.
Walking around the back of the building, wearing a hoodie that managed to fit over his bulky TV head, Axel had been scanning the windows looking for a way directly into one of the offices. Weren't too many on the ground floor, but he could spot a few. A few windows wouldn't open and he wasn't about to smash his way in, as easy as that would be with metal arms.
A jackpot finally hit, and he found a window that'd open. Of course, it was likely locked, but that wasn't a big problem. Searching about in his pockets for an electrical magnet, he'd line it up with the window's lock. Switch it on...make sure he was connecting to something aaaand...twist. A satisfying click sounded and with just a simple lift the window was open, easing his way inside carefully, the padded soles of his feet making him pretty quiet. Not silent but he was hardly a noisy intruder.
He'd flick back his hood, and peer out the office door (assuming it had one of those window slots like most law offices do on TV). No patrolling security or anything, be he was hardly expecting any.
"Okay...here's hoping they ain't just working on some civil lawsuits or somehting..."
Turning back around, Axel pulled back his hood and turned his TV screen on to a simple white. It acted as a very dim light to help him search about. Very quickly, something just...didn't sit right. Files weren't messy, but it wasn't organized how he'd expect. It was only when he spotted an open law book on the desk that things were clicking. Sliding into the desk-seat, he'd let out a deep sigh as he ran his hand over the page of the book, the small bumps in the page registering against his fingertips.
"Blind lawyer...fuck me I can't just steal a file..." That was never the goal, too obvious, but it meant he was locked into accessing their computer rather than just taking a picture or two of a physical case. More risky but not outside his wheelhouse.
"Right...time to get to work..." Closing the book without much thought beside him, he'd scoot himself up to the computer and get to work. Had to boot it up in safe mode so he could skip the password settings and a few strings of code later he was running a fire-wall bypass to try and get into the main server systems. If he had time he could probably use this one computer to access cases of the lawyer's colleague's but one step at a time...
Clacking away at the keyboard, his focus was on the screen, but his metaphorical ears were open for any danger of being caught...

"...Argh, forgot something in the office."
Would you be surprised to hear that against all odds, Libra has a social life? Well...no, she doesn't, first of all. You wouldn't willingly consider to be around a grey pale looking woman spewing and dripping acid on stuff, with a horrible screechy voice that sounds like its constantly being torn asunder. No, you only consider to be near here if you want someone dead, simple as that. Now Pyra Tachibana on the other hand, has one. It's not great but it's something. It's better than nothing, one would assume. Hanging with coworkers eating and drinking on their off time after a hard day of work is always a good indicator of having some semblance of a social life. Plus its two things she likes: eating and drinking. Granted, many people like that, but hey.
She was drinking when this stray thought popped into her head: she has forgotten something back at her office. Now, that in itself, while bad, is easily salvageable by itself. Just leave the place and head straight back to the office like that. Problem: she's by all accounts blind. Now, there has been several times that she used her quirk partially to allow her to see and not be a gray decaying woman, with her glasses hiding the bright red eyes. But with that comes some flaws: acid build up and enhanced senses means enhanced senses meaning that she will struggle like hell to get to the office with loud ambiance and searing eye pain and slight acid build up. She likes struggling but she's on the clock, and she can't explode into Libra-mode right now. So she looks at a coworker whos about to leave and, sighing, asks them if they can drop them off at a place. A place that just so happened to be near the office.
A simple drive and she stands in front of the office. Of course she didn;t tell the cow worker the real reason why she's here. All they knew was that she had to pick up some order from a shop nearby the office. The coworker looked worried and asked if she needed help, and Tachibana responded with a simple wave of the hand as she guided herself to the door, telling her fellow worker that she can handle the rest. At this point the office is used to Tachibana being like this, so with a resigned sigh they drive away, leaving her alone. Finally. She adjusts her glasses as she finagles through her coat pocket for the firm door keys. A sort of gift by the firm head and by gift she means 'stole them when he wasn't looking." She listened closely for the car to fully leave, and once that occurred she walked towards the office. Pattern memorization is handy for a condition such as hers, as it mean she didn't struggle as much walking towards the firm. But it also made her privy to some weird guy breaking into it. Oh well, you win some you lose some.
She approaches a door, and slowly checks to see if its the right place. Yup, same features and same plaque on the side. She unlocks it and doesn't bother to turn on the lights consider...ya know. As of late she's been using her quirk a lot, and despite her usual love for pain even she's starting to get tired of the drawbacks of using it. Today is a blind day, just one of those days to recharge one's batteries and such. And also a day off from horribly destroying her body and such. She has the path to her office memorized. Its a simple walk down the hallway, and a simple turn and theeeeeen...there we go. Plaque touch check...yup.
Opening the door would, to a normal person, be alarming as there was a man wearing a giant robot head. But Tachibana...wait a second. There's something off...like weird ambience and...oh goddamn it, did she leave the computer on?! Her pale eyes narrow as a disgusted look on her face is clearly visible. "Gaaah..." She exhales as she brushes through her hair. "Stupid ass..really need to check everything around here, do I? I'll turn it off when I leave Alright then...files....files...where's the files..." She mumbles as she goes towards a drawer, unaware of the man attempting to hack his way in. He's really lucky he chose the office belonging to a blind woman. Right?

Axel froze up before the door even opened. Even if he’d done stuff like this before, coming close to being caught had been a rare occurrence, and as the woman returned to her office, Axel was left frozen in place as the door handle turned and she entered. In any normal situation he would have slammed the window open and dove out without even grabbing his usb stick, but in this specific case he had another potential option…doing nothing. The clacking of the keyboard had stopped, and he locked himself in place, making absolutely sure he’d gotten the right impression from that brail book.
So far…so good. She seemed to be able to tell the computer was on, so like most blind people she read the air around her with a different approach to her senses, but it wasn’t perfect. He was sitting right infront of her and he wasn’t even present to her. Of course, his options just became VERY limited, and the longer he stayed in her chair the more likely she was to just bump into him. With very, VERY careful motions, he shifted out of the seat, his padded hands touching the floor beneath her desk and crawling underneath. A light shift of the chair was the only sound he made and he hoped to god she’d just think the breeze she brought in blew it or something.
If he had a throat, it’d be dry, but thankfully without one he could resist the urge to gulp as he himself under the table. He had to think of a new approach…
Resting a hand on the actual PC itself under the desk, his quirk flowed from his hand through it, and in his free hand, he retrieved his mobile phone and let his quirk flow through it too. With a physical connection between each devices lines of code, and a few seconds of intense thought, he managed to get the PC screen displayed on his mobile. Good. Swiping his thumbs across this thing shouldn’t be too noisy…

Could have sworn she heard something before entering the room. Something like a slight click. Hmm. Perhaps the mind is playing tricks on her, a blind woman barring usage of quirk, immune to vision and must depend on sound to function in day to day life. Yeah, totally. That is kinda what her mind would do, making her think people were here. It's like temptation: "Heya tachibana, you could solve this problem right now if you use your quirk to overclock your senses and be able to see, of course that also means straining your body again after repeated usage last week, even at a lower output to just see, but you like pain so go for it." Well, Mind...you're not wrong, but you know what? Now she's not gonna use her quirk out of spite. She quietly chuckles to herself over this mental debate, as she rests her hand over the places where she assumes the files will be. Axel will probably hear this as the lawyer laughing over an inside joke she just recalled.
"...hmm?" A small shift of the chair. She turns her head to the direction where her desk is. That's odd. Sure wish she can see shit. Nah, still not using her quirk out of spite. Its really interesting how small noises can pop out to you. Blind or not, one small thing can shift your entire attention and...oh shit, that's right! She left the files ON the desk! OOoooooooh, that's why she couldn't find it on top of the cabinet. She shakes her head, amused at her own brief period of incompetence. Boy she's having a rough night. A night to laugh about tomorrow, but a rough night nevertheless.
Oh well, she'll just walk over to the desk, and make sure to grab her files on top of the desk and turn off the computer. She walks up to the front of the desk, still unaware that behind the desk (well, under it) and reaches out for the files. It should be near that opened book and...and um..
...Okay. Her eyes narrowed. She's not this stupid: she recalls leaving the book open as she left the office. She does that so she doesn't lose track. Not to mention she didn't have time to place a pencil or a bookmark to keep her place. All that research into regulations, and she'll have to look through to get back to the spot she left on. Now something is off. The only thing that would make this even more suspicious is if her PC starts doing weird stuff. Luckily, the text to voice option isn't freaking out, yet.
Still. She sighs as she looks around. "Hello? Anyone here?" She says, half jokingly, half annoyed. If someone did come in, then that's a problem cause she doesn't want to ruin her office with acid. It's a nice office, damn it.

Okay even without a throat Axel could feel his drying up. He had no idea what was going on above the table but he was absolutely sure she was onto him for one reason or another. What could it be? The window was closed, she seemed to know the monitor was on but that didn’t bother her much either…was it a shift in her keyboard or…
No. No way. She didn’t recognize the book was closed surely. Firstly why would she even have a reason to touch it and could she not justify to herself that she just left the thing closed? Axel’s hand rubbed against his screen like a normal human would massage their brow, careful to be quiet but displaying his frustration with himself and the situation he was in all the same…He supposed a lawyer needed to be observant though. Even if they were blind…
God the one mark that seemed like it would be easy turned out to be one of the most annoying. Such was the luck of a boy who had to live inside a TV…
Still, he could…he could work with this. He just needed to get the bare minimum and then dash. He was light on his feet, even if he had to smash his head through the window he was sure he could outrun her down the street. Some of the case information he stole might even get tossed out due to interference if she reported it, so he could have an in with all the gangs and crap that way…yeah. Yeah this could work out.
He of course, didn’t respond to her, and continued to work on his phone, his non-existant eyes tracing up and down the screen as he pressed away at the text input and made sure to write a good few lines of code to get him what he needed as fast as possible.
“running ‘Hack underscore life’ dot e x e”
Axel froze entirely as the computer ratted him out…fucking…text to speech….!

Man this is a weird scenario. Normally someone being inside a room with a figure hidden away from your sight would be nerve racking. Imagine, not being able to see your assailant within a crowded dark room, where the only means of escape may or may not be blocked off by the unknown force. You would be on your toes right about now. The unknown figure slowly approaching you, slowly breathing from anticipation, with each creak on the floor being louder and louder and more frequent, until they drag their fingernails across your face, as your skin begins to slowly burn...huh, right, forgot that she’s not doing her hobby right now. She has to stop thinking like that, even if her face didn’t show signs of her enjoying that thought.
Right where was she...right, someone was in her office as we speak. Maybe. Someone closed a book she left open, and now the small inconsistent noises were slowly adding up to be the cause of a person creeping up in this room. She’s glaring around the room out of habit. “Have to warn you, I got enhanced hearing...pff, enhanced hearing, how is that going to scare someone off…” she mutters to herself after speaking out loud to the room. She’s technically not lying, it’s just that she has to use her quirk to get the enhanced hearing working. But she’s still trying to listen hard just in case something out of the blue happens and she can narrow down on where this dumbass is and-
“[i[running ‘Hack underscore life’ dot e x e[/i]”
..she couldn’t help but let out a stifled laugh. hack_life? That’s a thing? Wha-whatever. “You know the penalty for breaking and entering right?” A small grin can be seen on her face, the slightest hint of Libra leaking out. She rushes towards the side of the desk where the screen and keyboard is. “If you’re not sitting on the chair...theeeen…”she thinks about this. Either this guy is under the desk, camped up at the corner of the room, or behind her. Hmm. “Hey!” She’s gonna go through all those options out loud, see what kind of reaction he gets. “If you’re under the desk, don’t you need my keyboard to like hack or something, or are you using like a...device connected to the pc?” She says. “Are you like...trying to steal some court info and evidence? Because if so, this isn't the way to do it.”

Axel resisted the strong urge to bang his arm against the ground in frustration, covering the speaker on the front of his face under his screen as if that'd somehow make him quieter, just trying to do anything to ensure he didn't squirm or kick or give the game away. The woman was getting closer to the reality of the situation, naming two clear ideas of what he could be doing which meant she was probably moments away from checking under the desk...he had to think of something...
He'd subtly shift on his padded hands and feet into the deepest corner under the desk before looking to his phone again. While the lawyer's severs and systems would be on their own closed network for security purposes and the like...there was no guarantee the lawyers all realized that themselves. She might not have been an expert in cyber law afterall. Swiping his thumbs across the screen, the progress bar for his initial hack was slowly filling as he accessed the system's text to speech systems directly, making sure he was set on what he was doing before his digits tapped away at the screen lightning fast.
"Ya know a real hacker dosn't need to be in the room to hack you right?"
The computer was speaking for him and he hoped that'd distract the woman from finding him for at least a few more moments. Maybe provide enough of a distraction for him to get out somehow with at least some of what he'd came for. He had to try and make sure he was selling this though so...
"Ya know its fun seeing all you people waddle about like headless chicken's through the webcams of your own monitors but...god. Picking on a blind woman's almost sad. You probably woulda been looking for half an hour before you gave up."

Either he has had an unfortunate incident where his entire throat was ripped off in an untimely meeting with a knife, causing it to be replaced by a voice box that conveniently sounds like the text to voice feature on her pc...or the lil guy is talking through her pc. That's a bit adorable if you think about it. He's trying to hide any real implicit evidence of him being here. Of course, he's using the pc so that's kinda some evidence being used, but dunno, she's not much of a tech guru. Kinda hard being one on account of...ya know. Blindness. You don't need to see however to realize dumbass did the whole 'i may or may not be here' thing. Nice to know that he's here in the room.
"Hmm...Maybe." She places her hand on the desk, slowly walking towards her chair. Maybe he really is under the table. Explains why he said that when she was near it. "Honestly, that would have been funny." She tries not to let out a small chuckle. "Just you quietly typing away, me walking around the office, slowly losing my mind...eh, that'll be nice. But you're talking to me, so we'll never know how that would go, sadly. You know, there has been faaaar worse jokes done to me because of my condition. I'm kinda disappointed you didn't go full in. Oh well..." She shakes her head a bit.
The inner Llibra is starting to get antsy. Who was this guy, and why exactly was he here. Only thing she uses the pc for is for...aaaaaaah. Alright then. "You know, barring the whole massive fines one has to pay for that...is that fun? Gaining evidence from other people to use as leverage...is that what you're doing here? You know some of our clients and you wanna...help them?" She holds her mouth shut, trying not to let out a Libra-esque laugh. She managed to do that, and continued on. "Oh boy...that'll just make your case even worse…"What is it by now: invasion of private property, manipulation of own items, potential traumatizing a handicapped woman (its a long stretch but some cases like to go that angle. She scoffs at that notion herself), and now cooperation and manipulation of court evidence and client info. "At best maybe a few months..." She mutters to herself.

“Eh, usually it is a laugh but I prefer not to mess with the handicapped. Trust me I know how old the jokes can get.” The text to speech was still speaking for him, but he was getting antsy and pretty glad he didn’t have to speak for himself. Even with the worlds most concrete poker face he couldn’t do much to hide the tone of his voice. Thanks to his ‘soul’ of sorts being linked to his speaker system, it was hard for him to hold back the emotions in his voice, and right now he was a little close to shit scared of being caught. “I mean if you want me to go full in I’ll give it a shot. Handicap to handicap, but I’d much prefer we keep the playing field a little more even while we’re fucking with eachother.”
He shifted a little under the desk, hoping to find an opportunity to get out, but the lawyer lady seemed to be taking her seat which just made things all the more cramped for him…crap. He subtly turned on his screen to provide himself with a bit of light under the desk, knowing that just turning on a light wouldn’t bother the woman much but making sure to try and not shine it on her legs just incase. He turned his eyes to the backside of the desk’s leg space…the desk was well made but it seemed the screws where on the inside of the leg space in the hopes of hiding them from being regularly seen.
He could work with this.
He’d fiddle briefly with the thicker, gauntlet like forearm of his metallic body, pulling a screwdriver out of the space. As a mechanic he always brought some simple tools with him, and as he continued to speak through the computer to cover his ass, he’d work on unscrewing the back panel of the desk as a means of escape, careful to only work on it while the computer spoke for him to try and cover the subtle noise of a turning screw.
“Something like that. I want in with a local gang, wanna start climbing the ladders. What better way then getting in their good books? I mean come on, who ain’t gonna love the guy who swoops in and saves their best guy from jail time? Or…makes sure their worst guy serves the maximum sentence?” It wasn’t too hard typing on his phone as he worked…great thing about a robot body is you tended to find it easier to multi-task. He was an expert of patting his head while he rubbed his stomache to say the least. “Though come on, I’d give myself a year at least. I’m really racking up the charges here if you think you’re right.”

She quietly starts moving her legs towards the man underneath the desk, kicking the empty space as he attempts to find a way to escape this desk. She has no clear idea on where he was, although she made herself clear she thinks he's under her desk. "Full in...maybe. I've heard some stuff. Like for example...hmmm..." She ponders a bit. "You could talk about how horrible I look for a blind woman or lead me around in a dark closet and lock me in. Simple stuff as that, as for going full in...boy there's a lot. We would be here all night long if we went down the list...don't think that would be good for the both of us to be stuck here in an office the entire night." She calmly states as she fiddles with a pencil.
The computer screen continued to talk. The monotone tone with the odd influx on specific words is quite humorous. Gotta find some small victories, one would suppose. Wonder what he's trying to do under the desk. "Hey...You're trying to get out of there, right? Can you at least not destroy my desk? Not cause this costs a lot, it's because you'll be filed under property destruction. Trust me, you don't want to be tried for that, you will be drained of your money." She comments, noticing the small shuffling underneath the desk. More and more temptation to turn on her quirk at a low level. Not enough to turn herself into a walking acidic being, but enough to turn on that handy think called 'sight.' Better hearing is nice as well, she might be able to pick up the very low sound of Axel's monitor. Maybe if she turned it on, she would notice the screws. Stupid stubbornness.
She raises an eyebrow, however, on the thing he mentioned. Recent gang happenings...let's see...think she knows what he's talking about. "...Right, that one...You're probably already reading it as we speak...Odd you're picking that group to place your hens in." She narrows her eyes. "....Hmm...think something happened to the ringleader though. Are you trying to save him? I feel like that would be a lost cause, hacking or no hacking." She plainly states. "But if you want to be arrested for this, sure keep going at it. I won't stop you. At least, not right now, you'll be found within a couple of minutes by the police after I call them. Or not. You might be a fast one. Besides, I'm blind...can't really give an accurate description of what you look like....hehe..." She can't help but let out a small laugh.
Hmm here's a dilemma. Was this someone who she killed? Or was it some other group? Man this is gonna nag her for a while. Let's just run it back in her head...last week she saw some guy...he appeared to be heading back somewhere....uuuuh....yeah she has no idea if this was the same man or not.

Ah shit bitch you really gotta start kicking!? He sunk deeper into his spot, trying to desperately avoid her legs. His head was bulky but the rest of his body was incredibly slim which did work in his favour, but still, there was incredibly little room to work with and so….in a moment of desperation, to try and give himself a bit more room, Axel shifted one of his hands against the leg-joint on his hip. His body was designed to be able to remove parts easily for repair if you knew what you were doing, and while he had to metaphorically bite his tongue as it came with a chunk of pain flowing up his body, it was very easy to pop his legs off, pulling them carefully up beside him to give him more room while still avoiding her idle kicks.
“Ya know you honestly see a lot for a blind chick. It’s kinda hard to insult you when you’re so… ironically perceptive.” He had to give credit where credit was due afterall. A screw popped out and fell into his hand carefully, working on the next…he’d probably need to pop all four screws and drop the panel carefully. If he tried to bend it out after just popping the two on his side, he’d probably generate too much noise.
…Or, it wasn’t an option in the end. God she was one perceptive bitch. Had to respect it, but could also be damn well annoyed by it too. If he could breathe he’d be letting out a grunt of frustration, especially given he’d just popped off his legs to try and avoid her. Still, he tried to work the text messages through his phone to the computer…his file download was almost done. “Honey even if I was under your desk I think you’d find it hard to prosecute me. For multiple reasons. Besides. You’re sitting there, don’t think a normal person would be so calm if they-“
The words he was typing cut off…a spark of an idea forming in the back of his mind. She went on about the files he was looking at, but he’d briefly ignore that as he scanned through his own mind for a slither of an idea that was forming, popping out the second screw and very nearly dropping it as he was distracting himself, but just barely managing to catch it in his palm rather than letting it drop. He’d think for another moment, trying to be sure of his own idea before he spoke again.
“What’s your name?” He’d ask through the computer again, curiosity getting the better of him as he tried to think. He was right at this point. She wasn’t reacting normally. She hadn’t reached under the desk or called the police. She was playing cat and mouse with him… and normal people didn’t tend to do that. Your every day psychopath on the other hand… “Don’t worry. I’m fast enough. Clever enough… but sate my curiosity a little. Whats your name?”

She scoffs a bit at his comment. "This is a world we live in where one case we had to deal with assault and battery involving a man with 4 arms, that I can't see. I had to be told that. If you want to live in this world then you'll have to be more perceptive than usual..." Tachibana frowns a bit. Barring her quirk, to be living in a world where she can't even see the new status quo, and had to be either told or feel it for herself? It's annoying. To even use her quirk would leave her in pain, a massive downside for most people to even consider using it. To feel your skin rotting away and regrowing while acid drips down your hand, your ears listening to every single little drip at high decibels, feeling the burning on your flesh...all of that to be able to see what's in front of you...you don't think of that as something good, normally.
That frown went back to a neutral state. Who is she to think about whether or not it hurts to use her quirk. She likes that. She likes that sensation. Strange how the mind works among different people.
The words stopped for a while. Was it something she said? Interesting. Maybe a less inebriated Tachibana would have caught on and started to act more afraid of what's in her room, but right now? Dunno. "A normal person wouldn't walk back here after drinking, yeah yeah..." She laments her own stubbornness as he stopped, only to type up again. "You don't know my name? Hmm...that's weird. If you entered through the front then you would have seen the label on the wall, the plaque. So like...you just picked a random office through the window? Wow. You got the worst of luck, pff." She lets out a small chuckle, giving off the air of someone drunk just realizing just how boned they are in this situation. Kinda reminds her of that guy she killed last week. Alright seriously, back to that, did she kill the gang leader this guy wants to be friends with, serious-
"Huh?" She heard him ask again. Snapped out of her train of thought, she lightly taps her pencil on her cheek. "Hmm. If I tell you then that means you get to talk about me when you get arrested and spin something about me bad. It happens a lot with people getting caught, did you know that? Happened to some lawyer in another firm last week." She shakes her head again. How much did she drink again? Eh. As long as she doesn't do anything Libra-y, it's all fine.
"...Although...for someone who broke into my office, you're not that scary. " She continues to kick, but decides to scoot in the chair a bit more. Compared to this one moment when she was younger, and a robber tried to get out of a convenience store and grabbed her...terrified beyond belief, unable to see who tried to use her as leverage. Her face was solemn, but not for the normal reasons. She was sad that she could have killed that guy herself back then. Just slap his cheeks and burn them off. Blam. Instead she has a knife near her throat. Kinda lame. "Maybe that's why i didn't call immediately. Dunno. Should I?"
She was fiddling with her cell phone in her other hand in her coat pocket, playing with it. Not even entertaining the notion of calling the cops now.
"...Well, truth be told, I'll probably be forced to defend you later down the line. Wouldn't mind knowing a new client." She sighs. "It's Tachibana."

Axel thought for a moment and...wow. Being blind in the current world really must suck huh? In the old world you could assume everyone was pretty much like yourself. Just, shorter, taller, the color of their skin was a non factor, but in the new world? Extra limbs, fur, looking like an animal, an animal looking like a human...it was all very different and very hard to get his head around what it must be like to be blind in a world where you had no frame of referance. Not even yourself. How would she react to him? To the cold sensation of his metal limbs or the faint hum of his screen...
He shook the thought away. As she scooched in closer he picked a careful moment and shifted to the other side under the desk, taking his legs with him. As she started kicking where he once was as she tried to cover the entire area, he was working on the screws again, a little more frantically now as his download was almost complete...but he had to keep the act up at the very least, continuing to type where he could. "You're assuming i entered at all...you've been sitting at that desk for a while. Thought you woulda caught me by now if I was down there don't you?" God he was playing with fire jynxing himself like that but...he had to keep up the act.
"As far as your name goes...you said it yourself. I ain't all that scary. How much damage am I gonna do with your name? I mean heck, I could just search your emails if I really want it but...do me the courtesy huh? You're playing a game. You ain't unhooked your PC. You've continued talking to me. No ones been called...so play the game a little more. What's your name?"
Of course, she soon gave it up just as Axel managed to pop another screw and the phone told him the download was complete. He didn't get much...but it was somehting to work with. He tried to focus his efforts on the other screw now, a little paniced as her legs were swinging towards him again. But...as her name was provided...
He returned the courtesy.
"Axel... though I've heard villains get presented with their alias' in court these days. You might prefer to call me Hacker_Man. Obvious I know but...you work with what you've got..."
The final screw out...he carefull tried to ease the back panel of the desk down so it didn't hit the floor too loudly, scoochinghis torso out from under the desk and hoisting his legs up over a shoulder each, his padded hands acting as his legs as he slowly tried to round the desk, each hand-step very slow and careful to remain as quiet as possible. Once he got to the window...he'd have to throw it open and dive out, giving the game away...but he was fast, and the moment he had a chance to get his legs back on, he could outrun a blind girl for sure.

Huh right she actually could have turned off the pc by yanking the cord. Hmm. Less drunk Tachibana would have done that. Libra in all states would be cheering him on as he hacked it, only to melt the PC in front of them. Right now she is not in the mood to start burning her flesh to be able to yell out his current location, nor is she really focused to remove the plug on his show. If anything she wants to sleep. She could let this whole thing slip away in the dark without knowing of it if she just remembered the files she left here. Instead she has to talk to her monitor. The faint buzz filling the air, perking her ears with the slight faint hint of something being off, and the robotic words being muttered to her in a stilted manner...it’d be easier to sleep this off.
“...You probably left my desk or about to now...meaning you ruined it somehow...maybe removed the front part? Was told by a coworker it can be modified...might have unscrewed it so thanks I guess, asshole.” She leans back on her chair more. “Lot of my emails will be useless to you sadly. I type horribly, and the speech to text feature has its flaws...honestly I just tell one of my co workers to type it out for me. If you really want some spicy news, just go next door." She then turns her head to the side. "As for this 'game…' Well it seems kinda a waste to focus on small time groups. Those never get on the news or get big fancy trials. You wasted a lot of time just for that...hmm…" She ponders as he reveals himself, giving out his name. Interesting. What isn't interesting is his handle. Seriously. Come on. Go a bit more fancier. Like go full on netbased or make something funny or dark or serious. Hacker_man is the most straightforward thing to be ever spoken by someone in a trial. Seriously, people saying Hacker_man...She lets out an audible groan. "Really? Seriously...that's it…?"
She leans forward, looking in front of her as she places her elbows on the desk. "Anyway...you know something?" Perhaps she heard something that made her realize there was someone near the window. Maybe she unintendedly activated her quirk partially, making her hear more 'sounds' being made by the slowly absconding Axel, with her eyes faintly glowing in the red beneath her shaded glasses. Or maybe her back's starting to hurt so she stopped leaning. There's a strong change its the back thing. "You managed to do that fast. Not much of a tech person...but normally you take your time with code, right?" She leaned her head on her hand, adjusting her glasses. "Someone this fast would be a godsend at removing evidence like security footage...hmm." She frowns a bit. "You would be making our job way more harder if you ever did that, hope you know that."

Axel didn’t know how she was so perceptive, whether she really could hear everything he was doing even as he tried to time it with when the computer was speaking for him or whether she was just playing some blind act and could see all the while, but he continued on. She didn’t seem to be stopping him and that was kind of the important part, and once he was back out onto the street he could slap his legs on and rush home away from this…weirdo lawyer of sorts. “Like I said, oddly perceptive for a blind woman…”
The computer was speaking the last of his words as he carefully approached the window, about to un-latch it and throw it up so he could dive straight out, but came to a pause as she commented on his hacking skills. Really it did take time, but so long as you knew the systems you were working with, you could pre-write code to do the job for you rather than rush through it all on the scene. Of course he needed to custom shift some of the script he’d pre-written for the systems here, but ultimately he'd saved himself a lot of work by doing it before he came…
As she mentioned the security cameras along with how lacking the information he’d gathered might be…was she trying to give him some advice? Sure maybe he was only working on the smaller groups but it was all he could think of to even get a foot on the ladder, but the idea of using his skills just to delete the evidence outright was…a good thought to be going with. Most criminals would be smart enough to avoid such cameras, but the few foolish enough to be caught by them…those were people he could really help.
“…Noted.”
Those words came from himself, still tinny and metallic, but from a direction other than the woman’s computer. He’d slam the window open in a haste and dive out on his hands, waddling away on them like legs till he was sure he was somewhere safe enough to throw his legs back on.
