Department 50410
This department was recently established in an effort to make Quirker Citizens feel comfortable going to the police and that thier additional taxes are going towards something. However, the Department is woefully underbudgeted and consist of 5 officers, 1 Doctor, 1 Detective, and the Captain. Their primary purpose is to investigate crimes that were committed using Quirks. They also investigate incidents of Quirk Discrimination. Noteably, the Detective of this department is the first ever Police Officer with a Quirk Usage Lisense. It is limited as he may only utilize it in a matter of defense, but because she already has arrest powers, he is not a Pro-Hero.
Captain Miyamoto Chiharu aka Zoomer
The Department head, Chiharu was born in 1999. Her age and wisdom is greatly appreciated by those around her, however one aspect of her decision making has sent her to be the head of this little department. She sends her officers out on assignment based on what that day's Lucky number is. The officers deployed are those that have that number as the first three digits of their ID number.
Detective Nakano Fuji aka Mount Fuji
A small unassuming male in his mid twenties, Fuji may not seem like it but he is a hard man to move. Not only in ideals but physically. As the first Quirker in the Tokyo PD, Fuji made a name for himself while in the line of duty, preventing a semi from plowing through other police officers. His quirk allows him to greatly increase his density, making him "The Immovable Mount Fuji." As he made his way through the academy without ever activating his Quirk and saved dozens of lives with the act, he was officially recognized. In many ways he has become the face of the Task Force.
Dr. Otani Katsumi aka KitKat
A Doctor that works on the team to analyze Quirks and help strategize with dealing with them. Katsumi is regularly found eating chocolate bars or bonbons, earning her the nickname. A very sociable 30 something woman, she helps diagnose the Quirks of children and help them feel comfortable with who they are.
Senior Officer Imai Katsuro aka Black Kat-suro
Katsuro is a near fifty year old officer who has recently been known to have a streak of Bad Luck, thus the Black Kat reference. this streak had lead him being placed as the Senior Officer on what he refers "The Misfit Squad"
Officer Kuba Chiyoko aka Rules are Rules
Nobody, and I mean nobody, knows the laws of Tokyo and Japan better than Chiyoko. She looks like she literally just stepped off a Police Recruitment poster in even the worst of situations. Rumor around the Police Department is that her facial muscles are locked in place, preventing any sort of smiling.
Officer Matsumura Hiroki aka Hihiro
A Joker and charismatic investigator, he is often seen as an idiot who could find the way out of a wet paper bag with two sides missing. However, he is one of the best at making people comfortable. An incredible intelligent individual, he feels he needs to dumb himself down so the other person feels smarter and thus in control of the dialoug.
Officer Kamei Azumi aka the Sentinel
Azumi is a whiz at Security Camera Searches. As a teen she was watching a video in class about attention, and when they asked if she noticed the gorilla walk across the stage, she nearly freaked out. It messed with her head so bad, she had to get psychiatric help. Now she is always looking for the Gorilla, and will even exclaim "Gorilla!" when she finds what she is looking for.
Officer Seki Yumi aka The Sherpa
Unofficial Partner of Fuji, Yumi is the only one known to actually get Fuji to do what he needs to do. They were childhood friend and graduated academy together. However because of her average scores and no real excellence in any field she was placed as a Traffic Cop. When the department was established, Fuji recommended Yumi to transfer up.
Department 50410 is recognizable when they pull up onto the scene as their vehicles replace the black portions of the Tokyo PD cars with a vibrant Green. Despite their reputation within the police force, Tokyo Ordinance grants them full Jurisdiction involving any case where a Quirk is used in the process of a crime.
