Hoshizuki is a company from the Hoshizuki family that has already existed for now three generations. The current Owner is Takeo Hoshizuki (2036) who took over from his father on the young age of 24, right now he has a charming charisma making a publication of himself and being able to sell what he can make to the normal citizen of Japan as well.
Before Takeo changes the Hoshizuki company, it would only provide weapons and tech for the Government. The new CEO took a step further and wants to debate and influence in the government to understand what they need and what the government needs it for. Making Hoshizuki Company even bigger than it was before and thus being able to influence and make smaller and cheaper technology items for the normal households in Japan. The Hoshizuki company even has an influence on some of the close countries abroad and is helping a lot with development.
The imagine of Hoshizuki opened up over the years under Takeo Hoshizuki, being more open and showing off the machines, suits, cars and every weapon construction they can make, they only don't teach you how. Making sure that the public and the Government feel that they could have an influence on the company. Apart from opening up for the public on how they make stuff, they don't share their blueprints and it might be surprising that most things as a vague sketch come from the owner itself, who seems to have an eye for making new constructs or developing a new and better version than what Hoshizuki has done before. The rich young owner seems to know exactly what he is doing and doesn't mind showing that off and tries to show his face in public and is always in for helping the government.
In an interview with the charming owner, Takeo explained that he finds it important that everyone should be able to use Hoshizuki items and that it should step away from the idea of an elite and only a government building. Reshaping the company as well to give space for new inventors and constructions and be satisfied. The whole company is rebuilt to look like a modern building in its own little park to give space for its hard-working members to enjoy and for Hoshizuki himself to be able to relax, as his house is within the same territory. Takeo Hoshizuki even added that he is always looking for new people and considers opening internships for young technical people to be able to help and give him an idea of what the world and especially Japan or Tokyo is waiting for. This initiative, unfortunately, hasn't started yet, "I probably have no way with kids at this moment." The young man has admitted while laughing and tells in the interview that he is rather busy with new developments but it is definitely high on his plan to do list.
