APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY
Appearance:
With a small and skinny frame, Yuri could actually be mistaken for a taller middle schooler than someone in his late teens like he actually is. His blonde hair spreads out in multiple directions, most of it spiking out, and ending in a ponytail that instead of going downwards also spikes upwards as well. He actually has very pale skin as well, much like you'd see on someone who hasn't gotten much sun or gone outside much. And then there his eyes, constantly constricted as if a bright light were constantly shining in them. This has caused him to develop minor eye troubles and become slightly farsighted, things occasionally being blurry when too close and having difficulty seeing things in the dark.
He also has a strange taste in clothing, enjoying pretty looking clothing whether they are meant for men or women. This means he doesn't really discriminate in what he wears whether it's a dress or male clothing, as long as he finds the clothes pretty when he's wearing them. He also prefers wearing items with looser sleeves in order to cover the bone around his forearm from his quirk. His favorite attire tends to be a long armed jacket alongside a pretty, oversized bow he enjoys wearing and shorts.

Personality:
Most of the time Yuri is perfectly capable of coming off as an energetic teen, seemingly happy-go-lucky almost as he goes around simply trying to have fun in whatever ways he can, and enjoying himself and life, though he has a tendency to be impatient with things and people. He can also be very rash in his decisions, not always thinking things through fully or taking on situations beyond his capabilities, especially when feeling pressured or upset. But this rashness doesn't mean he's dumb, Yuri is actually rather clever and logical, especially when it comes to short term problems, able to recognize problems or disadvantages and think of a plan. However, this really only extends to more immediate problems and solutions, not being one to plan out entire encounters or all the potential aftermath of his actions. Still, he can easily come off as personable and courteous, having a natural knack for connecting with people. But just because he's an extroverted person doesn't mean he's actually an empathetic and connective person. Instead, he's more or less the exact opposite.
Yuri is almost incapable of putting himself in other people's shoes, having been warped to a point that his entire morality scale has been skewed. His enjoyment of games spreads beyond just regular games of entertainment, also enjoying playing sadistic games with people as well, having no real qualms for their well being. But even his more social attitude can break apart, hating it when people don't listen and believing that everyone should just do what he says, and people refusing to listen can cause him to lash out, possibly even violently. He also has multiple triggers that he has trouble dealing with, and will cause him to breakdown and very likely turn violent when he encounters them, his main trigger being dark rooms. But thankfully he also has some destressors as well, enjoying music and finding it easy to relax too or play, and tending to calm him down and easier to deal with. Though even in normal day to day situations he is actually surprisingly not difficult to work along with, his realistic attitude towards things making him surprisingly open to listening too others and coming to deals with people despite his controlling nature, though this realism shouldn't be confused for true loyalty and if he dislikes an idea he will probably ignore it and give his own instead.

HISTORY
Yuri was born in to a slightly impoverished family living in rural Japan, where conservative ideals was a regular way of life and superstition thrived. And for the first seven years of his life it was fine, the school was small and he had to help work at home despite his young age, but his family loved him. Right up until his quirk manifested, having the misfortune to have a quirk with a physical manifestation and thus being impossible to hide, his firearms being surrounded by a bonelike material with holes. He became the first quirker in the family, and it was about as welcomed into such a conservative household as one could expect. Suddenly all the superstition and controversy over quirks came crashing into him, his family turning against him and his father even beating him before tossing him out for being "one of those freaks". And thus the boy ended up homeless as a small child, forced to scavenge and thieve to survive for several years.
But while emotionally broken, he still tried to follow the rules as best he could, only taking what he needed and not hurting people. And this lifestyle surprisingly worked, managing to be a nuisance to the better off people of society, but an acceptable one that only needed chased off and never abused or beaten even when caught, instead he would simply be forced to return whatever he took. Some even took pity on him and gave him food or money. But one day a fire broke out in the slums where he lived, and the now 10 year old went out to watch like most would in a mix of worried anticipation for anyone caught in it and morbid curiosity. However, he would be surprised to see a real life vigilante handling the fire! A rare occurance for so deep in the slums, this particular vigilante was actually pretty beloved by most news channels due to using his powers for good, even if it was illegal, and even now he was using them where most wouldn't even notice, with only Yuri being around to watch him. But unfortunately, that wasn't his only trait. This vigilante was deep down a true monster, enjoying using his fame and heroics as a smoke screen for his real hobby. Taking people who wouldn't be missed to be his play things, never coming under suspicion due to his victims having no ties and his own fame making him never even suspect. And unfortunately, Yuri fit this bill perfectly when the vigilante would come to talk to him after dealing with the fire. And thus after learning what he needed, Yuri would a shock through his system from the mans touch, and wake up chained by his arms in a extremely small, dark basement, no one even realizing he was gone.
The abuses started day one, the man first branded the boy with a tattoo under his eye, so that he'd always know the man was with him even when away, and a few months later hit him so hard in the head his pupils actually constricted, making it extremely difficult to see in the dark. The only times he would see things clearly would be the sparks from wires when the man would surge electricity through them with his quirk. And it would stay that way for four years, undergoing a hell on earth as the man treated Yuri as an object more than a child screaming for help and mercy, doing whatever he pleased to the boy. Until one day, suddenly he could move his arms. The chains that had been wrapped around his arms had loosened due to the bone chambers around his arms having grown with him, causing the chains to stretch. And this meant he could escape, which he did, and after blindly stumbling his way to the door he was actually free. But he was not the same.
He'd stumble out into a nicer neighborhood than he'd ever been in, and the first person Yuri came across after getting free was a woman wearing a very pretty dress. He stared at first, she looked so pretty, whereas he felt ugly, hating himself. And all he wanted in that moment was to feel pretty like her. And so the ragged, bloodied, dirty boy went up to her and begged and pleaded to know where she got the dress, and against all odds got an answer. And when he got there he was bessetted by aisles of pretty clothes, many of which he grabbed up, suits, dresses it really didn't matter to him. But when the store owner tried to stop this ragged, disgusting looking boy from touching the merchandise, he did not react well. Yuri would hit the man in the head, hard, before taking the clothes he wanted. He wasn't going to be told what to do by anyone. But as the years passed, he would become more streetsmart and open to suggestions by people as long as they were worded well enough, and would no longer be homeless, using his talents to send people into lifelong debt so that he could thrive off their misfortune, not really feeling bad anymore. But he was still rather cheerful and energetic much as he had been with the woman with the dress, even if it hid something darker.
