Masked. Hooded. Maximillian Tychus Kane, or as he went by his day-old alias "Yuki", had grown recently aware of the situation that was found at Shinagawa port. Presumably, several secret weaponry and some projects from Semper Fi would all be found here, for sale, to the highest bidder or whoever wins some sort of contest -- whatever the insane man selling these had in mind. Maxi, while usually unwilling to interfere in business that wasn't his, had a personal stake in the entire situation, coming from the fact that it was all related to a traumatic event that left a lot of his friends traumatized, injured, both even.
The entire time he had dicked around down in a labyrinth, unable to do anything to help anyone, only seeing the bodies and no chaos for him to help solve. If some felt useless because they didn't do as much as someone else or fucked something up once, Maxi felt useless for not even being quick enough to push through the labyrinth to be back up on time to help everyone. He had done nothing and sacrificed nothing, while everyone above sacrificed so much and risked everything. Knowing this, feeling this and thinking about this all the time made Maxi dearly regret that he was ever in such a safe place, that he was never put into danger with everyone else. He felt like a lesser, both in power and in character, who didn't grow with the others.
This time, no. This time, Yuki would surely solve everything by getting revenge for those he loved by destroying everything he could from Semper Fi, at the very least, the most costly things he could actually get his hands on. Not the cheaper stuff that'd just drain him, but the real big projects, either physical or in blueprints stage: he swore that he'd cause as much damage as he could, to thwart any and all plans that both the villains and the pro heroes might want.
He, however, came here without any other knowledge, aside from what a trusty, knowledgeable "informant hobo" gave him.
He needed a villain.
Thankfully, being the very informed guy he was, he knew any villain of note, down to small time gang leaders. He just needed to wait for one and stop them, so that he could get the info straight out of them. Hopefully, they wouldn't try struggling too much. Fighting is not his forte, neither is he happy to do something violent against a person that doesn't deserve it.
