Oh street walks of Tokyo how generous were you to Savage? Since coming to Japan Savage's emotions about the place have gone back and forth wildly, sure the place is drab grey and boring. It's a place where people work themselves half to death and are so invested in their hobbies that they are all but consumed by them, it's a place where rebellion against authority for the common man was once all but unthinkable but now in age of super beings it has lead to wide-scale oppression where the use of your natural born abilities is outlawed on threat of fine or, in particular grievous cases, death. But on the other side more so than almost any other nation it has advertised the use of these special abilities in the name of "good" which would almost be admirable if "good" wasn't just the wishes of those in power, this was a place where it had all the potential in the world but yet it still had an emperor and still obeyed its government... At least mostly.
But at the very least Japan was a place where a good fight was never hard to find, sure it'd require some goading, the death of few dozen innocents maybe, but when they came they came hard. These "heroes" while subservient were tough, which made them fun. Also while the people of Japan are unusually boring, it added a bit of pleasure in killing them almost a sense of release from this place either that or a sense of justice when he found particularly well off folk to use as the next punching bag in his hide out. This place also had an bad habit of putting forward opportunities, easy to locate homes of heroes, vigilantes who patrol familiar spots, and now potential military grade weapons are being peddled or at least that's what the word on the street is. Such a land of opportunity juxtaposed by boring geography, rigid law, and obedient people. Truly a shame.
Speaking of opportunity Savage spotted yet another opportunity as he took his late night stroll through the streets of Shinagawa, the stroll where he had to hide from Jean as he made his exit, he noticed an interesting figure who among Japanese was a giant but compared to Savage he wasn't much more than a small dog. A pro hero by the name of Crimson General, the gym teacher at U.A, the school of obedient hero worship, someone who could be a potentially interesting encounter. Savage had become quite familiar with each pro hero in Japan since arriving, he liked to spot them out of crowds when possible to observe how they act in day to day life when he could and if possible... Well... Beat them within an inch of their life to see if they're worthy of the title. After all, someone needs to be there to separate the weak from the strong and Savage is just the right one to do it.
Savage was wearing an attire of jean pants with a chain around one of the pockets, some leather shoes and a white v-necked t-shirt with short sleeves that was a tad too small for him so it both accentuated his biceps and showed off his rather toned mid section, teasing a bit of his six pack, one hand was in his pocket and another was a water bottle that was about half full accompanied by his usual smiling grin. It was looking rather "dudebro" did the colossus of a man come upon our brave hero in the middle of heated engagement with some quirked thugs in an alleyway. One seemed to have a rhinoceros horde, another an odd ability to make a flashlight with his hand, and a third who seemed to create flames with his feet. Overall it was a bit of a strange encounter but one the hero seemed to have no trouble and dealing with really, they seemed like below average street punks who made the mistake of messing with the wrong man at the wrong time.
It was in this encounter Savage figured out the quirk of the Crimson General, see Savage has a particularly stringent rule when it came to fighting figures in the media, he always like to keep it a surprise as best he could. He'd refuse to look at more than their name and their face, their quirk he wanted a mystery to add a little oomph to the clash. But thanks to these street punks he was spoiled, it appeared this Crimson General figure had a very similar quirk to Ryung's although he demonstrated a certain proficiency with it that Savage hadn't seen in Ryung, even with a similar coloring although it wasn't actually shadows like Ryung's is but instead a liquid substance. It was interesting and gave Savage interesting ideas to test with Ryung when he returned to the hide out, but for the moment he watched from the side lines as the four did battle taking sips of his water until he noticed the heroes back turned as the rhinoceros horned mutant seemed to be ready for a charge into the back. Savage doubted even if the man made it the attack would do much but by now seeing combat and not being apart of it made the walking Hercules mildly bored, finishing his water he walked down the alleyway using his massive reach to grab the man's horn before he could charge in and bringing him backwards.
Now feeling the strength of this rhino... It wasn't anything special, as the rhino was like "WOAH WHAT THE" Savage used his force to throw him on the ground lifting up and bringing it down on the mutant's head full force. It looked similar to as if someone crushed a watermelon with a sledgehammer as Savage's foot made contact with the man's head, meanwhile Savage didn't really think much of it as he downed the last of his water bottle throwing to the side.
Upon seeing the carnage the other two quirkers would stop the battle abruptly looking shocked in the direction of their fallen comrade before taking off running. If Gyoza attempted to go after them Savage would call out. "I believe your business is with me right now." He said finally donning his trademark smile.
