It was quite an unusual event, for one to see the enigmatic individual known as the Priestess to venture outside to the location where such an eventful time was waiting to begin. However, perhaps it was exactly because of the rumors surrounding this place that she of all people would be traveling all the way to Shinagawa. Indeed, as the car drove along the streets toward Shinagawa, it was clear that she was not an ordinary person. Whether it was her stylish dress that made one think of a priestess from a fantasy game, or the mysterious blindfold, her appearance alone already betrayed hints of mystery and importance, and that only intensified when one looked further into her. Whether it was the tuxedo-clad driver who was maneuvering the vehicle, or the suited guard in the front seat beside the driver, or even the two peculiar mercenaries that were each seated beside her, there was a clear sign that she was someone the government didn't want to lose.
The car slowly drove to a standstill at the edge of the port where the rumored auction was going to be held, and raising a finger to her lips the priestess mused softly. "So this is where the party will be held~ Quite a somber place for such an interesting event." The priestess chuckled heartily, knowing all too well that considering the nature of the Auction, the people in charge obviously wanted to do it in a secluded place where the government wasn't likely to discover the trail.
However, the Priestess had come here for a very particular reason: information gathering. Certainly, she could have left the job to someone else, but there were few as capable as herself about extracting knowledge from people, and perhaps she would even meet some interesting folk during her time in Shinagawa.
As she and her entourage exited the car the Priestess gently stretched her arms into the air and mused softly. "We got a few hours till we have to check in at the hotel, for now we should try to find some people to 'socialize' with~ Perhaps we get lucky and find someone with a healthy dose of juicy secrets hidden in their head. Luckily, if we meet some 'unpleasant' company, I'll have the two of you to rely on~ Where do you think we should go first in order to find some new 'friends' to make?"
