Nimue Nakahara Yuuei's Nurse Up from Dusk till Dawn, from Dawn till Dusk, she was tired, she was slow but yet she would remain here, yesterday had been better than she had anticipated, but she was afraid, on edge. What if something happened, what if their plans were ruined simply because she was here. She should get a new hero outfit, she would be better, but she had nothing better so quickly, she had no time to fix it after the arrest of Lavende, she had no time after the interview, she had not found a solution yet. The solutions were not the best, but she did not want to limit anyone, construct, obstruct anything. There were no perfect solutions, she just needed to become better. To become stronger.
She was sure her hiding did not go well either, how much people knew her, how popular was she now? It was good she shared the area with Mia, who certainly was more open to the popularity, to accept it, to embrace it, to talk, while Nimue tried to hurry away. At least, that's how she imagined Mia, which was probably a reason of many why she was number one and Nimue was glad for her, but at the moment she was afraid of her own safety and the most important person in her life.
It was raining softly but she had not taken the necessary precaution to hide her face with the hood, the red cape was just in her bag and that was casually slung over her shoulder, she had decided to go home to freshen up and be good for a day, if she would stay another day like this, she would crumble and not be of good use. So yes, that was what she was going to do, she would go home, take a relaxing bath, and sleep for hours before coming back here. She looked up shortly to the sky, that's why she did not mind that it was raining right now and that her hair was getting wet, eventually it would do that anyway.
That's when she thought she heard a bleeping sound of her phone, she would have to walk a little more for the area to be clear for her to get a taxi to go back to Musutafu. She frowned, it was probably her dad, just saying he was going somewhere, as she might have ushered it on him, yes, it was not something that special. He would say he would go out for a run, it was fine.

Kyoko had been sitting in the dark, formulating a plan against Witch doctor. She was really annoyed that the woman had captured one of the admins of her chat...luckily she managed to wipe the app clean from Meiko's phone before they went through it so the villain chat was at least safe. However just protecting the villain chat was not enough, no she wanted revenge. She looked at the chat, the older messages from when the girl was first captured. Crow made it very clear to not try and kill Witch doctor herself...didn't say she couldn't torture the woman, but how to do such a thing? Well that's what she was doing, she was info gathering. She had several tabs open on news outlets reporting on the hero, learning as much as she could about this woman. Tokyo5, twotter, utube, etc. She was pulling out all the stops however, something caught her eye. A man who claimed to be so proud of his daughter? Wait...is that her dad? Oh god no way was he actually that fucking stupid. Oh god he was! How delightful.
The gears in Kyoko's head began to turn, oh how lovely! This had just fallen upon her lap, she looked further into it and managed to find the man's name and personal information. It was kind of easy since he didn't seem to be really hiding any of it. Is he an idiot? Well the plan at this point practically made itself, she was going to take a stand and show her what happens when you mess with her...allies. She said, annoyed at just the hero system as a whole not really because she particularly cared about lavender but because she didn't want the heroes to have a victory over her so she was going to even it out. She went out on her own, the others were not as well versed in stealth as her and this type of mission needed a delicate touch to it. Kyoko showed up to the man's home in the middle of some rain, he was kind of easy to kidnap really. She just had to knick him with some exhaustion poison whipped up by Alfonso and he was out like a light. There was a scream from the intial pain but the rain helped muffle it out, she stood over him placing a finger over her face mask as an "^.^" emoji lit up on the LED of her mask signifying her pleasure. "It will all be over soon~"
Everything was going perfectly so far, she managed to call for some of her henchmen to help take the man to a location in shinagawa. An abandoned warehouse nearby that was vacant. Oh my this seemed rather familiar, this was JUST like when Haruuhi was kidnapped how fitting! Kyoko thinks she was there but honestly she couldn't care less about that little redhead. She tied the man up to a chair in the center of the warehouse as a single spotlight was aimed on him, she decided to take the man's phone and hack it to open it up. She took a video of the two of them, her voice coming out distorted because of the mask. "Well well hello there witch doctor. Seems like me and your father have become quite the good friends recently and we'd love to hang out with you. " she said as one of her whips creeped into the screen slowly as the dagger end of her whip was pointed at his neck as he began to panic as only muffled screaming manage to pass through the tape around his mouth. "Better hurry sweet heart, not sure how much longer he can hold out plus Oracle doesnt really like to wait." she said before ending the video and ensuring that it sent to her afterwards she added a caption to the video, "If you bring anyone else besides yourself I'll kill him on the spot so dont try any funny business." As soon as she was sure the message was sent, she dropped the phone to the floor and stomped on it with her shoe. She was done with it, so it was trash that needed to be discarded. She stomped it several times to make sure it was good and done with.
Now it was just time to wait, she sat near the power switch of the warehouse and waited for Nimue, she already had a plan on how to fight this woman. When Nimue arrived she'd be able to see her dad sitting under the only light that was on in the entire warehouse, the rest of it was covered in darkness and Kyoko or...oracle was nowhere to be seen. She was waiting for her chance to strike, to hit her where it hurt at the perfect moment.

Nimue Nakahara Yuuei's Nurse She had gone back to the station because she had forgotten something and was again on her way to get a taxi, already lifting up her hand when she got another beep, it must be the message of her father that he had returned, that run had certainly be a long one. Her stretched out hand, waving in a taxi lowered as she stared at the message and the duffelbag over her shoulder dropped on the pavement with a loud thud. There was a lot in there but she had no eye for it, nor for the taxi that stopped next to her.
if you bring anyone else besides yourself I will kill him on the spot so dont try any funny business.
That wasn't the honey I am home again message that she expected and she had not even clicked on the little video again, the taxi driver honked at her and she had still not opened the door but she did not even hear it, she did not notice anything, everything seemed to be very slow as she hesitated to click on the message but she had to do it. How, when, why? Who? Crowley? She clicked on it but it wasn't Crowley and the mask surely made it a lot more difficult but it seemed to be another woman. She also swore she had seen a picture of that face or well the mask before and shivers went down her spine, another one of the top ten, seriously, could they not just leave her dad alone. Nimue didn't even realize that she kept saying that to her phone, "Leave him alone." No she just got him back, she had to do something. She was normally a very polite person but there was no time for that. She lowered herself to the pavement and took the red cape with hood in a fluent motion out of her bag and wrapped it around her as it should and pulled the hood over her long green hair and lifted up the bag, she stared at her phone, should she try... should she inform others where she was going? Could she trust them to not interrupt before she was done? Could she do this, like she had told Freya this afternoon... She had been lucky with Lavande, but that did not mean it would happen on a lucky scale like that again. She clicked to follow the location on her phone and pulled the duffelbag over her shoulder again, sandwiching her phone between two items in it so it would stay steady and she could follow it. Witch Doctor had to go.
While walking as quickly as she could, she took three almost identical pieces of a special sort of material would click into each other and be hidden by a little plate of metal, she should go back to Kent again to ask for a second one, especially with this OP and this whole dis-dis-distraction of villains. It had survived the Lavande fight, she wasn't sure if it would for this one. She found the warehouse and shut off her phone, with one look at it, she decided against it, she could not, the risk was too big. She could do this herself, if she could take down Lavande with no motivation but the general war crime, she could take down the one that kidnapped her father.
She opened the warehouse door, her knuckles white on her right hand that held the middle of the spear. Her eyes had no time to adjust to a darkness, she only had eyes for the man in the middle, "Dad." and she hurried towards him, she knew it was a trap but she had to check.
sithandwa, it's a trap. Be careful.
But he was hurt, she had to do something, Nkosi had to do something but her eyes turned red and she hated Uphondu right there and then, their strategy was Iwayo and he took over, her anger was soaring through her and thus he had taken the stage without her permission. She wanted to scream to show her face, the one that took him but she simply looked around, within the light circle, she would not be able to find anything in the dark.

Kyoko watched from the sidelines in the shadows, she knew she was coming. She was a good two shoes just like she had expected, god, heroes were so predictable. Love was a weakness and she was going to use it against Nimue, she watched the woman closely from the shadows. She seemed pretty young...around her early 20's, around 1.6 meters tall. She didn't know very much about her aside from her recent arrest of lavender and her father. She didn't really want to use the internet this time around to learn about witch doctor, She wanted to learn it for herself because of her anger with the woman. That was one of Kyoko's flaws, she was too cocky, she loved to toy and play with people. She knew that she was probably weaker against Witch Doctor in a fair 1 vs 1 but kyoko didn't play fairly did she? She made sure that the area was dimly lit, to give her a leg up in terms of strength, on top of that she recently manufactured a poison meant to weaken her target so that she brought them to her level.
She watched as Witch Doctor began to immediately asses the damage to her dad, he was merely asleep for now. She hadn't used enough poison to kill him. Yet. She wanted to torture her a bit, show her why being a pro is a foolish endeavor and why a true hero could never exist. She HATED the hero system and everything it stood for, putting these flawed human beings on a pedestal and honoring them. For what? What made them more special? Because the government managed to convince them it's ok to use what makes them special to fulfill their own agendas, that's why. She hated it all so much it was almost as irrational as her own ideology really. When Nimue then peered into the shadows of the ware house she'd begin to see a soft pink glow from her quirk activating and a wicked smile exposed by that light, she'd quickly aimed a whip slash at her father. However the slice just barely missed, kyoko was missing slightly on purpose. The glow stopped and the shadows reclaimed the spot she had lit up for only a few moments. "It's kind of cute you know." she said as her voice seemingly changed places within the darkness. "Heros, villains, vigilantes. We're all cut from the same cloth of people with quirks yet we seem to be always pinned against each other huh?"
"One of the pieces of that cloth I valued very much was Meiko, but you took her away from me didn't you." she said as another slice was aimed towards his feet this time from the right side of the warehouse giving her only a few moments to try and block the hit before the whip receded into the darkness again. As the sound of shoes clicking on the floor and giggles played through some speakers inside the warehouse to mask her location a bit from the woman. She had set this all up just to toy with her. "Why?" she asked as the attacks seemed to stop as she awaited a reply from the "bitch" doctor.

Nimue Nakahara Yuuei's Nurse She knew it was a trap but her anger was fueled, it must not be this way, she has expected it to happen, she had warned him and he had not listened in that case. She wasn't sure what to say, what to think even, it was ridiculous because because they should have a plan! But instead her eyes had turned red, there would be no switch to heal her father, there would be no way to defend her skin with Iwayo because her anger was fueled and Uphondu was not being reasonable. He just wanted to fight. Her grip on her spear could not become any stronger but she would try. She noticed a pink glow in the darkness and she focused her eyes on that but being in the circle made it impossible for her to see. She shook up by noticing the whip but it did not touch his skin and she quickly got up and stood in front of him, or well considering where the whip came from. Stretching her arms to the farthest point she could, "Don't hurt him." It was a demand, shaky, iffy, she knew she could not do this but she wanted to, it had to be done. "He has nothing to do with this." Which was the truth, he did not catch Meiko, he had not changed anything to the hero and villain setting, he was that innocent civilian and he was her father. Her eyes tried to find in the darkness where the voice came from, looking over her shoulder shortly to see if her father was okay for now. If she not missed anything. Kind of cute, what? This was anything but cute!
She bit her lip, she wanted to say it did not have to be this way because in general, she had nothing against anyone. But if they killed for fun or just in general or if they took her father, then yes, they would be her enemy. She did not feel high and mighty with that thought but just accepting and honest, living up to the norms and values that her parents raised her. Not everyone had that and not everyone had even the luxury of being taught that way, being a teacher at Yuuei had shown her that enough, so many orphans or with one parent, she knew enough. She heard a slash and she heard a sound that she could not describe and quickly turned around, it now came from the other side and she noticed the rip of fabric in her father's jeans she hunched down to check it, it did look not that deep but what was the deal? Why not just attack her? She could not shield her father from anything with only just her body even if she was listening, the voice of oracle was everywhere. Because that was who she was... the neon mask, the whips... she should have figured it out by now. "Why? You ask me why? Because killing is wrong, that's why." Because that is what she had done and that's why Nimue had arrested her, had fought her and let the police do the rest. The crowd that Meiko belonged to was only the proof of the fact that they needed to exist, that the world needed heroes. Crowley was a prime example and now you had Oracle doing the exact same. Nimue froze, holding her spear in front of her, she was going to kill them... her father and herself, she had no idea how to play this game with the other spirit taking over and not being able to see anything or catch where the other woman was, how would she survive this?

"It would seem stupid to stop now wouldn't it?" She said between her attacks "I wouldn't be a very good villain if I did what you said." Kyoko knew she was getting into the woman's head, her body language said it all. Her anger, her rage all seething out of her like a porcelain cup that had a crack in it. That was all kyoko needed to get into her head, when she got into someone's head she could cause them to make mistakes and that's the biggest advantage kyoko could have in the middle of a battle. She was toying with her this whole time, seeing this as a game of cat and mouse Nimue however was the mouse and kyoko the cat. After she had stopped her whips from slashing at her father however to hear the woman's reply, she smirked as she was just buying time to distract Nimue from the situation.
When she asked why she slowly walked out of the shadows, her mask and villain costume in full site of the woman's gaze. "No you fool, I dont care about why you arrested her. You already did it and you did it because you're a pro and that's your role, your job. What im asking you is simple." she said putting her hand on her hip and giving Nimue a condescending and uninterested facial expression despite the fact she had her mask on, the LED screen for it was black showing no emoticons that accurately reflected what she was feeling. Nothing. She wanted to feel pity for Nimue, they were about to be in similar situations. "Why did you become a hero?" she asked, she had a plan in her head already, she knew Nimue's next action before she'd even take it. She had prepped her whips in the shadows so they stayed out of site of the girl's eye view, this plan had hinged on her being distracted to not notice them.
She knew Nimue's answer might be related to some stupid lofty ideal that she wants to see come to fruition. However Kyoko was ready to give her a rude awakening, life is not a manga or an anime. People not these perfect standards that heroe's were meant to represent in the professional hero system. The system put them on this pedestal like they're these perfect beings. She however knew better, they were not without sin. The hearts of all men are easily swayed, and she knew that very well.

Nimue Nakahara Yuuei's Nurse Of course Villains did not listen, did not feel sympathy or empathy or anything. She got that the image that they were representing was much more important but she did not wanted to believe that it was all like the stories. Villains were humans too, did they literally have no drop of humanity left in their blood. "You could just attack me and let him go." But that did not seem to be the Oracle her idea, which was probably what was something that she was either told or she figured out by herself or was she doing Crowley's dirty work and her dad was just the casualty to make it more interesting.
Her body was tense and rigid thinking about that, she felt Uphondu scream in her own bloodstream. They could not kill but he would not mind just simply knock the air out of her lungs and be done with it. She tried to stay calm but her red eyes said enough. This was a fusion of them as it was Nimue that still spoke. She gripped her spear more and looked over her shoulder again at her father and she was sure that it would get worse and this was manageable, as soon as they would swap to Nkosi, it would be manageable. Just not yet, almost, she just needed a plan and now without Iwayo but Uphondu, that was a lot more difficult to consider.
And that's why she jerked her head to the motion that she noticed as Oracle showed up, she recognized the mask and the outfit that the woman was wearing based on what the police had shown of the top ten villains and for heaven's sake this was even a higher number than Crowley and she had just been sort of lucky and unlucky that she bumped into number three but it was getting bad. She should almost move out of the country, she would figure that out after this fight though.
It was almost hateful that she was polite and she stared with utter despise in her eyes at the woman. How was that question simple but she did not feel like asking and get another shit word rolling over her. "Because I can heal and I intend to do that for those in problems, in pain because people like you find it funny to hurt them for no apparent reason." It was the honest truth, she did not like fighting, it wasn't her and that's why this whole arrest of Meiko had gone way overboard, like Oracle said, it was her job and yet everyone wanted her dead now. Wonderful job it was, she should resign. But then she would give up on her dream to be helpful, to be there for those in pain because of plane crashes or because people like her. She grabbed the spear now in both her hands and took the steps forward. It was done before she realized she was doing so to try and bring the spear home into the woman her lower body. She had no intention at first to do so but seeing her dad being hurt and not being able to protect him, Uphondu took matters into his own hands.

"I could." she said "But I wont." ending that conversation right there in regards to her pleas to release her father. She had already made up her mind, and like many of the villains she had worked with previously had learned. Once Kyoko had made up her mind there was no going back, she was going to teach Nimue a valuable lesson about their line of work. Heroes were the ones who usually ended up very hurt. Kyoko had walked forward in hopes to taunt Nimue into rushing her, and it seemingly had worked. She smirked under her mask as she watched Nimue grip her spear, it was a sign that her plan had worked. Anger had taken hold of the girl and that caused a vital mistake, her father was now wide open.
Kyoko's octopus like appendages appeared from the shadows, all 4 blades glowing in the light a bit. The blades opened up to reveal their claws and they immediately rushed passed nimue, if they cut her skin they would apply the exhaustion effect to her to slow her down and make her unable to stop kyoko's true aim. The blades flew past the woman and landed directly through her father. When Nimue turned around the site would be extremely horrid to her, her father let out a horrid scream for a few moments before realizing what had happen. He managed to stay awake for a few moments before eventually closing his eyes for the last time. Once Kyoko was sure the job was done, she'd retract her whips. "Ew...it got all over the blades.." she said as she flicked all 4 of them around to try and get the blood off of them.
She stopped to look at Nimue, offering her this last statement. "I dont find it funny or amusing. I have a goal and I intend to achieve it. If you get in my way like you did with Lavender." She said pointing to her father " You're gonna end up like him, maybe even worse. Burn that image into your mind, this is what happens when you try to be a Pro Hero. You're nothing compared to me." She mused trying to break Nimue even further. Kyoko began moving quickly back into the shadows and heading for the nearest exit of the warehouse, if Nimue tried to follow kyoko she'd pull one of her smoke-bombs off of her costume and throw it at Nimue to try and cause her some blurry vision so she wouldnt be able to follow her. She needed to get the hell out of here before the woman had called for backup.
Once Kyoko was sure she had lost witch doctor she let out a sigh of relief. She then did start to laugh, maybe Nimue was right. Maybe she did find it amusing, she couldn't exactly tell why she was laughing. Was she satisfied with herself? She finally managed to hurt another pro closely, establishing herself as an even bigger threat amongst the villains and all by herself too! This was going to mark a new era for her, an era where she could trust in her own capabilities in terms of combat. These pro's better keep that in mind in the future when they want to try and miss with Oracle.

Nimue Nakahara Yuuei's Nurse Of course she would not, what kind of desperate attempt was that. Nimue should be ashamed, but she could not think of that as Uphondu had other plans. She should be faster, she should be more adapt to what she had to do and fight it off, just make sure to pin Oracle down and be able to save her father for that. She felt four cuts on her body, through the fabric of her hero outfit and she came to a half struggling stop because she almost fell down on her knees, suddenly everything felt so tired. She must be hit with poison and she looked at her arms before she heard a scream. She froze, her eyes staring at the floor, she had been cut but not like that. She heard the voice, she recognized the voice and she stood up. No eyes for anything else, as they switched back from red to amber. She didn't dare to turn around but she had to. The sound, the flopping, the comment of Oracle. She looked at the woman next to her. But she did not get in anyone their way, Lavende just bumped into her? What would she do? Close her eyes and do nothing? Wasn't it, wasn't it just that Oracle understood her job as a pro-hero and yet. She swallowed, looking at the blonde before finally she turned her eyes to her father and almost took a step back.
No. No no no. She made a whimpering sound before rushing forward. She no longer had eyes for Kyoko, she screamed herself. The sound was high, shrill and could give you potential goosebumps. She unwrapped the robes that were still holding him up. Hosing him up over her shoulder as if he was just in desperate need for healing. "Nkosi?" Where was her healing spirit, they could not be, he must have a pulse right? She pulled him along, to the front door of the warehouse. "Nkosi?" But the spirit only wailed along, there was no other sound either of them could make.
If only you were faster and more trained. You are a pro-hero, you should be no match for them. This is absolutely ridiculous and you will figure it out on your own. I am going.
It registered in the back of her mind. Her fighting spirit left. Ripping her apart while she pulled her father out of the warehouse. Leaving a thick trail of blood as she moved. She did not even notice the soft raindrops, she did not care. "We are going, papa. We will be fine, yea. Just hold on." Her mind a hurricane of thoughts as she just pulled him along, she, in the end, stumbled and fell, putting the man in her lap as she moved slowly back and forth. Crying, screams and crying were all she could produce. "But papa I just got you back." She held him close to her, still warm and yet lost to the world of the living. "I just got you back." she wailed, she needed help.
