"The way she -" His words were suddenly cut off as the real fight started. Thundershock had to promptly push himself back up to his feet and dodging as fast as he could muster so that he didn't get burned, much like the surrounding area around him. Unlike Miku, he didn't have anything to truly shield himself.
He could see that Miku was reacting quickly though which did bring a smile to his face. It was great to see that she wasn't just some helpless girl trying to make her way through U.A. He had seen as such at the first sports festival, but to see it in the flesh really made his skin tingle.
'She's incredible...' He thought to himself.
'Lilly, don't worry, I'll make sure to take care of her from here...' Thundershock continued to muse as he watched the blond girl closely as she launched a tree towards Mami which knocked his robotic hencheman into sight.
'Well, that was qui-eh?' His eyes darted towards Miku as she called out to him, calling him the zapper. he raised an eyebrow at that comment before stepping forward so that he was standing next to her, extending his right hand and immediately firing off a barrage of lightning bolts from his hand which soared towards the metallic girl. He would look over then at Miku however, starting to get a bit irritated with the way she was dressing him... even if he had technically asked for it.
"You know, you could start by calling me either Father or Thunder instead of Zapper or anything else you might be thinking of." He stated matter of factly, trying not to sound too intimidating in his request to her. He realized he was distracting her from the fight, but if that's all she took to get distracted then she'd have a lot more training ahead of her.
Speaking of training, he hoped that Mami would benefit from this as much as Miku. he was intentionally turning down the strength of his lightning strikes, knowing that even just one successful hit at full strength would probably kill the girl because of those prosthetic of hers.

The metallic body saved her again. Even if she wasn't using her normal prosthetic these ones were still tough enough to handle some of the bites and scraps of these strange plants. Using a strong stomp though at the ground sending flames out anytime the plants or seemed to hesitate around the flames. She was able to stomp her thruster feet igniting brief bursts of flame in a stomp as if suggesting it as a warning of heated flames. At least she'd found a small edge it seemed in the moment. Retreating slowly from cover to cover using flamed feet to try and keep the plants away or firing the occasional pop shot from her hand canon pistol. Even if the bullets were rather ineffective in this kind of battle truth be told.
The boss had some weird little ones... This power was strange and hard to gauge. She tried to gather her thoughts briefly as she continued to move from cover to cover trying to get out of eye line or eye sight of her foes in this little act and practice. Unfortunately without revealing her true self she could only keep using heavy bursts of flame to both save fuel and effectively be rid of the plants tailing her. Having to keep herself incognito left her at a light disadvantage in this battle. Each burst only revealed her more easily sadly. Making cover combat become almost impossible to become hidden again with the light of thruster fire revealing them in the bright lights bursting out each time plants tried to swarm her in one way or another.
She used various cover still to block off the lightning that came at her as splintering wood shot off in various areas around her. Each tree or stone wall she took cover behind in this plant lush area would become like a grenade in their own right. Rubble splintering out and sending shocks through her systems and prosthetics.
Even still Mami was not one to pass up a good challenge or game. While others would be in fear she enjoyed the situation, every taste of it. She'd wait until a opening. While lightning bolts barraged her cover and wood end splinters stabbed into her prosthetic shoulder and side she would peek out one side and take careful aim for a good shot. hopefully using the conversation as a distraction and opening. Sadly without her extending arms she could only take normal shots. But even still she was a good shot all the same taking aim to send a grazing bullet wound if it hit towards Miku's leg. She needed to make a impact but would flee when she felt the mission was accomplished. Her splintered arm opposite side of her gun arm was moving more slowly though. The electric damage had seem to have done more damage then she'd expected. But she'd still fire even still.

Miku shrugged hearing Thunders comment "Im just getting in the villanous boss role. You guys are not nice people" Miku said nonchalantly to justify her passive aggressiveness towards Thunder. Truth be told, it just felt good to be a jerk to the number 1 Villain. She cant beat him in a fight. But treating him like a worker ant made her feel.... empowered. But that self gratification had to stop. Now was the time to stop that raging inferno. Which was something Miku couldnt really do. Instead she just made everything plant related that was round the fire to die. So the fire cant spread and do chaos and attract attention.
Although, Miku knew Thunder wasnt giving his all. His electric Quirk can KO this gal or worse. All in all it can end this fight, and yet he doesnt. Miku sighed and used her Quirk to call her construct, her dragon back. Until then she had to dodge and avoid the bullets. It was such a shame her dragon didnt have Lightning Breath.
One of the bullets grazed Miku's leg. Luckily it wasnt a hit otherwise she'd be in trouble... with her parents. Yeah, that would be nasty. Miku soon getting her dragon back, decided to attack from above. The robo girl probably wasnt gonna see an attack from above incoming. A high speed tacle from above to knock the girl out?

There was only so much Thunder could do without full on killing Mami then and there to end the fight. He had hired her to attack them, and she was a valuable asset to him. Killing her would prove nothing but how disposable soldiers were. Which to him, none of his clan were disposable. Therefore as he fired, he would have only a few truly aimed at Mami, while others would miss their target by mere inches. It was a task in it's own to keep up the lightning storm that had now started to rain down around Mami anyways, so best to let Miku handle it. This was training for her afterall, and not him. He wanted to see what she could do, not test his own limits.
That being said, Miku explained why she had called him what she did in a rather cold tone. One that caused the man to raise an eyebrow towards his young daughter as he looked away from his targets area and back to the smaller blonde.
"And what do you truly know about the villainous boss role other then what you see on TV? That barely scratches the surface of what we... of who I am. Stick around little girl, there's a lot about this world you don't understand, and it's not all black and white." He instructed as he tried to keep his eyes now focused on Mami's hiding spot so as to not give away the dragon flying above their heads.

Amongst the firing of bullets and strange plant like damage, Mami felt herself be struck suddenly from above from Miku's odd abilities and summons. She felt herself briefly hit her chest but spin back around relying on the fact her body was mostly mechanical and took damage well to scuffle and try and get away. Not being able to use her normal prosthetics so she couldn't be recognized later though was making things rather difficult when it came to using her powers normally as she normally could.
It made the thunderstorm roaring around her all that much worse as well. Things were confusing and becoming dangerous quickly even if the initial and main goal of it was simply a rouse to begin with. Even so her disguised prosthetics didn't allow her normal skills to shine in the moment so to speak.
She found herself cursing as she tried to break a bit trying to put more distance between them as things were getting quickly heated. The rouse and original intent wasn't meant to go too far. So even with her prosthetics lightly damaged as they were and hte occasional explosion of electricity from the conjured storm. She still tried to take flight so to speak dashing from cover to cover the damndable plant dragon likely always hot on her tail.

Thunders reply made Miku mirror his expression, in other words she raised her brow. She then glanced at Mami and then back at Thunder "I mean... if Im roleplaying a villain boss, I shouldnt care if she's dead." she mumbled and then glanced back at Mami. It was obvious Thunder hired her and didnt want to kill her. But still, Miku knew when she was a bad match up. She made her woodland dragon attack from above, which it did. She was mildly surprised she managed to land an attack
Seeing as it was a successful hit, the foe Mami decided to flee to fight another day. Miku for a moment hesitated and thought what would she do. Ultimatelly she made the plant dragon give chase to Mami so it can bite her. Meanwhile back with Miku, she was a bit shaky after this encounter, too much excitement and anxiety and addrenaline. Her heart was pounding and even her hands were getting a bit shaky. She really needed to relax because she was begining to crack. At this point she was satisfied with the villain getting away. She really wanted to rest. Still, she grumbled that Thunder was useless. Worst minion ever. Maybe next time she should piss him off

Thunder wasn't really doing much other than using his quirk as a scare tactic. The lightning bolts were there to create a distraction and force Mami into a corner, never to harm her unless she got out of line. Mami wasn't on his level, so he couldn't truly put his all into a fight. Besides, this was a test of Miku's power and resilience, not his.
The further away Mami got from the pair, the lighter the thunderstorm became. The lightning would soon die down, and the clouds above them would start to clear. He could only offer Miku an awkward smirk, placing one hand on his hip and the other behind his head as he let out a laugh.
"Hah hah hah, you did great. you're a much better match for her than I am I have to say. You really surprised me with that plant dragon, Lilly was never able to summon anything that intricate." He praised her as he sent a visible wave of electricity around himself across the ground. Miku would be able to feel a slight tingle as the web spread over a vast area around them before disappearing. He hadn't only hired Mami, so he was keeping up his safety net to see if any of the others were around. They were, though none of them seemed very inclined to follow through with their task. It was a real pain in the ass... but he supposed it couldn't be helped.
"I'm glad you can hold your own. At least U.A isn't completely useless when it comes to teaching you guys how to fight. They might as well be good for something. How are you feeling?" He asked now, his eyes staying on her and noting the slight tremble to her frame. Mami had really pushed the extent of Miku's quirk, and the fact that Thunder didn't do a damn thing probably didn't help. It made him smile though... the more Miku reached her limit, the more she would learn to pass and break it.

One of those snappy little plant dragons kept hot on her heels as things were getting a bit to snappy for her liking. Several loud bangs and cracks in the air could be heard as she fired off several shots from her hand canon pistol. Aiming to wound and slow down the creature as this was seeming like a good time to make her exit before things got to dangerous or to much revealed and the whole show becoming revealed for what it really was and the game at hand. She felt herself a little out of breath too and didn't like the vulnerable sensation of not having her normal prosthetics. She had to make sure this girl wouldn't recognize her later for sure but damn did she hate feeling so week in this body as it was to keep up said disguise.
The storm had done enough to send her wits all crazed but eventually she'd bolt enough to put some space between them. Making her escape through a exit nearby. Things had gotten damn hairy but it was a show that had been fun all the same she thought as she chuckled to herself moving as quickly as she could to a meet up where people were meant to be waiting for her when this show came to its end. She'd be able to get safety back to base once she met them and get her body back to normal... no more of this weakness for awhile to bother her.

Thunder of all people suddenly let out a laugh and then complimented her skills. She was taken aback by it. A villain complimenting a UA student. What was this world coming to? As he was praising her, Miku felt a shiver across her spine as well as a strangle tingle feeling as Thunder complimented her and did his thing. She did though wonder what Thunder was thinking. Surely he had something on his mind other than praise. Although flattery would get him everywhere.
He said he is glad she can hold on her own and that UA isnt completely useless. It was VERY strange to see Thunder complimenting UA. And then he asked her how is she. At first she didnt register that question. But eventually she did "O-Oh! Im fine... I-Im fine!" she said with a slightly shaky voice. Indeed she was overwhelmed physically and mentally. But she didnt want to tell that Thunder. Still it was so surreal to see him smile. He was a monster, a boogeyman. He cant be nice.
Yes, she knows him a bit from their other encounters. It just never ceases to be mindblowing. It is ironic how he is a decent guy, but yet still a monster. If Miku met him a few years earlier. She'd think there was a chance of redeption. But now, she knows its too late. He may love her as a daughter. But... he is still a villain, a killer and always will be. It was sad. She might have pulled a miracle by changing G. An effort that was difficult and hard. But miracles only come once. She cant do that again.

Thundershock nodded towards the young girl who attempted to reassure him that she was alright. He couldn't help but curl his lip into a small smile as he then placed his hands into his pockets and walked back towards the center of their camp.
He hadn't noticed that it was getting late in the day, the sun having moved behind the clouds created by his thunderstorm was getting ready to set. Thundershock would perch himself back down onto his sleeping back, and pull his large backpack closer to him. he reached in and retrieved a bottle of water and more snacks. He then motioned for Miku to come and join him, then offered her the drink and snacks he'd just retrieved.
"I might of been holding out. Here, you'll need to replenish your energy after a display like that, I'm sure. Rest easy, they won't be jumping us anymore tonight. If I wasn't enough of a deterrent, that crazy summon of yours surely was. Get some rest, we can head back home in the morning." He tried to assure her, choosing to cut their little training exercise short. He'd meant for them to spend the weekend training like this, but he found it too unbalanced to be here with her. Miku had a lot of potential, but with him around, none of the grunts he hired were taking this seriously. they were too frightened of him to put their all into this. he was going to have to think of something else... He wanted to teach Miku everything, to make up for the time he had lost with her and just... sit here with her... though it was strange, for the first time in a long time Thunder was at a loss. Taichi was the only other child he had that he could say he truly cared about... Miku had been the second when she was born, though he didn't get to spend much time with her beyond her infancy...
