Character: Akari Himura (any other characters that want to be involved)
Starting Prompt: Akari has finally had enough of being scared and people telling her to speak up, so she tries to get some books, trying to get her smarts up to try and test in to UA, only for someone close to her to try and drag her back down
Story Beats: I want to get Akari in to UA, but she's got a lot of fear and resentment in her that she needs to get over, I need some people willing to help her get through it all. However, her father, A captain/sergeant on the tokyo police force, who has plenty of corrupt people in the pocket, seeks to harass the girl and keep her from getting there, whether by direct harassment, or through arrest attempts.
NPCs Involved: Akari's father, Araki Himura, sergeant/captain on the police force and several other police officers (while her father does not have a quirk, these other officers should, as a sign that he isn't a quirk hater, just an Akari hater/fire quirk hater).
Any other heroes that have a stagnant sense of justice that "a criminal is a criminal, a record is a record. Age doesn't matter wen it comes to police records."
End-Goal: I want to get Akari in to the great school of UA, and get her registered as a real student, instead of having her on the streets! Please help this girl realize the first step on her dream to becoming a hero!
Notables: I'd like this to span several threads, with Akari grappling with the duality of support and hatred, and contemplating giving up and embracing what could be the beginnings of a villain character with nothing but a burning resentment for the world, or becoming someone that develops a sense of gratitude for those that supported her along the way. So, depending on the story, it could be a win situation of completing the saga! Or a lose situation with her becoming a villain and seeking out that life style.
