The sun was fading painting the sky in a lovely orange glow as Savage made his way towards what he'd learned was hub of underground trafficking within the city, or at least that's what the girl had told him. He wore a pair of sunglasses and an ill-fitting Hawaiian-flower shirt as he walked down the slums of Tokyo flanked by a short blonde-haired girl; already he was grinning ear to ear as he scanned about the place. The girl hadn't lied when she told him that this is where the scum of Tokyo stalked but also that it was where that peculiar name lived or at least held a firm grasp over, that name... Kobayashi... Oddly familiar.
Since coming to Japan he's heard about this figure a rather large amount, be it from news snippets or from the whispers of drug addicts in Tokyo that name weighs heavy and Savage wanted to see why. Savage always made a habit of introducing himself to the local "elite" as it were, and after he heard about this man's status as the number 1 most wanted man in Tokyo Savage wondered to himself, what's wrong with a third? Unlike the other two this one was a bit different, he actually had watched one of his fights to see if the former number one hero of Japan was worth their salt. To summarize, they weren't but he was even more intrigued by this Thunder figure, he was a step above the usual elite and actually fought his own battles a quality Savage could at least respect, and after learning his goals it made him think what perhaps Jean could have become if Savage had left him in Paris after saving him. That is to say, petty and near sighted, no better than a local warlord at best in his eyes.
But still if he was to see everything from this island he wanted to at least see this warlord that so many held in fear on this island, and see if he could perhaps spice things up a bit. He supposedly was coming to advertise his match but he knew both him and girl had greater schemes than that, though he couldn't manage to come up with what the girl herself was aiming to get from all this he had planned to size up the man more so than to advertise some match. He decided to come alone with only the girl at his back, he had nothing to be afraid of and it'd save him a lecture if he decided to make some... Split second decisions.
As the two neared closer and closer toward the destination of their meeting, a certain Crimson Dragon bar, Savage couldn't help but wonder how fast this would go south or if he was going to be ambushed, part of him hoped for the latter after all it'd make for a much more thrilling story and its been quite a while since he's fought multiple on one odds, those were the good days. "I hope this man is worth my time like you say, I'm a very busy man after all." He said partially joking.
When the duo finally made their way in Savage was forced to duck his head to even get through the door. "Ah the age old enemy, let's see if we can..." It would have been easier for him to smash it but he decided this would be a moment for etiquette. As he lumbered in he'd notice the alleged blonde-haired warlord sitting at the far end of the bar, to get a better look he took off his glasses and gave a wide smile as he took off his shirt and threw it to the side, mostly because he was starting to get tired of its presence after all it wasn't even his in the first place. He stole it from some poor tourist who happened to be at the wrong place at the perhaps worst time in his life.
He strode over not even waiting for the girls lead, if there any men standing in his way he'd push them aside to the ground not letting anyone get in the way of his view. If Thunder observed him he'd notice first of course that Savage was as tall and as built as the biblical Goliath standing well over 2.44 meters tall to where the gap between his head and the ceiling was a hair's width literally, and besides his facial features he would notice his signature Eagle tattoo that took up most of his right side similar in nature to the Yakuza tattoos of old. He stood with a smug demeanor with his hands resting firmly on his hips before letting out a laugh that could rock the bar. "HAH HAH HAH!" He let out before pointing to the blonde-haired warlord in question. "I take it you're the one called Thunder! This one here's been speaking quite the storm about you, I wonder if its all true." Soon he'd hold out his arm, the same one where the tattoo engulfed in a sea of ink, in a gesture that seemed to signal for them to handshake as if there a casual meeting, if only it was. "My name is Senso or if you prefer you can call me Savage, my apologies for your men it was simply a... Misunderstanding as it were, they thought they could get in my way and I wasn't partial to that dream. I hope we can move on from this... Error. On their part, and make it so it doesn't happen ever again."
It'd be very clear that Savage was merely seeking to get a rise out of Thunder, he wanted to see just how quick this man would lose his cool or if at all. Savage was used to these types being akin to barking dogs and wanted to see if Thunder was above the rest or another nameless warlord to add to the list of nobodies.

Kyoko was arranging a meeting with someone she thought Thunder might find 'interesting', and honestly the big man hoped that their last meeting hadn't skewed what she felt classified as interesting. So far, even among the villains there was no one that proved to be of real interest to Thunder. As expected from Villains, everyone was self serving, out only to advance themselves rather than to advance a cause. If there were any, then they had been promptly swooped up by Kyoko for her little group, Eternity. He couldn't complain, he had a veritable army of mooks at his disposal, waiting to do his bidding for the simple chance to get in his good graces. Still, he lacked those with true power that would give him their all. He'd have to fix that soon.
As Thundershock waited for this new arrival, he had made his way to his favourite establishment, a small bar by the name of Crimson Dragon. It was located in a more well off area of his underground city, brought to life by all sorts of sun lights, cooling systems and ventilators to really make this place feel like it was above ground. As he stepped inside, the bartender would greet him with an immediate bow, his hand moving up to his chest to show the utmost respect to the man who acknowledged him with only a nod.
"Welcome, Master Thundershock, might I interest you in your usual drink?" The bartender asked immediately as he stood up straight once more, already fetching both the alcohol and the glass.
"Of course. Expect a bit of trouble today Hayate. I'm expecting a guest, and truth be told I'm unsure of what to expect." He admitted as he made his way across the floor to the usual booth. This booth faced differently than the others, instead of fitting into a pattern that would hide him from view it sat alone, curved and faced out so that Thundershock could have full view of the bar. Just as he sat down, Hayate came over and set the drink down in front of his lord, bowing once more before he would step back and return to his duties behind the bar.
Thunder picked up the glass, twirled it once before bringing the drink to his lips. His mind was sorting through every possibility and every outcome in regards to who this stranger of interest could be, and what Kyoko's intent was in bringing him here. He didn't keep his underground city a secret, but to bring someone he knew nothing about here? It intrigued him.
"Just what is my little puppet up too now" Thunder muttered to himself as he took another sip of his drink, putting it back down when the door of the establishment opened. At first it seemed as if someone had just left some massive decapitated body at the door, but soon he ducked his head and stepped inside. Well, yes that was interesting for sure. He could only imagine that this man was a foreigner, judging by his size. He didn't look at him too long however, looking back at his drink as the big man made his way in. Damn was he big, to be honest Thunder wasn't used to dealing with anyone much bigger than him... so yeah, this was new. He hoped he wasn't just some brainless brute.
He wasn't too far off though as the man casually made his way up to him, laughing as he called him out, then extended his hand to greet him, introducing himself as Shinso, or Savage. Fitting, he thought to himself as he would leave his drink to finally push himself back up to his feet. As he reached to take Savage's hand, his own tattoo's shoulder and bicep came into view from underneath the jacket draped over his shoulders. The style was very different than Savages, but their meaning was similar. For Thunder, it truly was a Yakuza brand, mixed with his own additions.
"So you're my little Oracles person of interest are you. I hope your size and brute isn't the only impressive thing about you." He said casually as he shook his hand. When they were done however, he motioned with his free hand to the booth that had just enough space for Savage to sit if he so wanted. Thunder definitely sat back down and eyed Savage over, giving a light shrug of his shoulders as he spoke about the men he had to go through to get here. There was one major difference between the men that Niso killed, and the men that Savage went through. Niso intended to get in his way, while Savage attempted to reach him.
"Loyal to a fault, my men see me not only as their master but as their saviour. If you stand between a loyal dog and their master, expect to be bitten." He stated nonchalantly as he rested his elbows on the table, folding his hands in front of him as he looked Savage dead in the eyes.
"Lets skip the pleasantries, shall we? Explain to me why you would prove to be so much interest to me? What do you have to bring to the table, so to say?"

Kyoko had decided to wear a normal outfit today, her usual school cosplay that felt most comfortable. A black top with a loose fitting chest area to compensate for the lack of room she usually had there. A loose tie barely holding her chest area together, a red skirt and her usual assortment of accessories. She had been worried about her and thunder's relationship since the whole debacle with Niso, their relationship was a bit rocky since the incident and he had begun to grow somewhat distant from her, she didnt like losing out on a connection. But fate had brought her a lucky piece of the puzzle for her plan, savage. She met this brute of a man who went by the name of savage along with a 13 year old kid named ryung, she knew he wasn't 13, he just cussed like one, he should seriously consider the japanese lessons she offered. They presented her with an interesting offer of allying with the "vagabonds" with her eternity. Well obviously she was not going to make it that easy for them, she had a reputation after all of being reliable but she couldn't have allies that would just weigh her down. If they just weighed her down then what was the point of even keeping them around? Meat shields had to serve a purpose or else they're just that, meat for the slaughter. So, who was worth keeping Thunder? Or Savage? both? or neither? a million questions was going to make this cringey. Well enough with her internal ramblings, she decided to humor savage a bit and reply to his answer. "Yes, quite busy with your little camp on the base of mount Fuji aren't we? Relax, this meeting will be fun. I promise." she said to him with a small smirk on her face, 'For me at least it will be.' As she was navigating savage through the complex underground system thunder had created for the villains to use. Eventually after the two got lost for a few minutes since the Wifi was kind of shit in between the tunnels, she managed to get the two back on track and arrived at the bar named the Crimson Dragon. She looked the establishment up and down, she WAS going to speak to savage before he opened the door but the big idiotic lug just let himself right in. Great. Kyoko decided to have some fun and play with thunder "Thundy~!" she said greeting him as she tip toed her way over the men who were shoved to the floor, casually stepping on one of their hands by accident "Whoops, someone probably should clean this up." it would be painfully obvious to thunder she's having her own fun before she waltzed over to him and hugged him placing her sandbags on him "How are you my dear~? Got any interesting info for me?" she said smiling to him. She looked over to the bartender "I'll have a strawberry daiquiri please~ Virgin." she said politely before focusing her attention back to the monuments of machismo. He went on to ask savage directly about why he was here, OH COME ON THAT'S KYOKO'S JOB TO DO THE TALKING. She let go of mr blonde muscles and sat over at a table nearby and put her legs up on the table "Oh come now, getting right down to business huh? You really are a no nonsense business man." she said as she was handed her drink and she took a long sip of it "Basically, I brought him here to decide what you wanna do with him! After all." she said as her face turned stone cold "He killed some of your men to challenge you" she said as a small white lie "He's a peace offering for the two of us, I brought you someone who might be some fun for you to take your aggression out on!" she said. Also to add some fuel to the possible fire she added some more stuff in " He said something about, taking that old man's position as the number one villain in japan? Something like that, I cant remember. My ram's been on the fritz lately." she said making a stupid computer joke as she dumped the gasoline all over this potential fire. "So tadaaaa~ A present! Go nuts!" but one last question remained, who would be the first to snatch the match out of her hands and light the fire?

The brutish man grinned as the two shook hands. "Trust me, if anything I've been told it's my least impressive quality." The blonde-haired man attempted to gesture over to a booth but Savage shook his head. "I've never been good at sitting idle." He said resting his hands in his pockets, so far this meeting was going well... Too well for Savage's comfort, it was borderline boring watching the man's casualness about death of his men, but at least it surprised hi- Ooooo. Savage's smile was ear to ear as he heard the threat. "Feisty, I like it. But..." He let out a low chuckle as he shook his head. "I've yet to bitten, I've only heard bark." It was something but he wasn't all that impressed so far but if this man just wanted to rush things then it wasn't looking like he was all he'd been built up to be after all. But then the girl started to speak, and Savage's smile grew insidious, an ambush just like he hoped but he had to set some things straight.
"I appreciate the thought but you insult me, when I killed those men I didn't do it with spite. I did it because they got in the way of me and my prey, I think it was G was their name, an English letter, strange. " Savage gave Thunder a mocking smile as he stared back at him. "And for second well... He stopped being the number one of this island the moment I stepped ashore, and if you'd like I could prove it. And you could show me that bite you spoke about moments ago." The tall goliath was excited, could this be the brawl he wanted? He pondered it, but he realized something, he was being selfish. How dare he deprive the world such a good match the strongest? What an absolute shame it'd be to rob so many good people such a chance to spectate what could potentially be an incredible fight, if short, fight. But at the same time... Savage was never one to be a generous figure, or one known for his tremendous patience. Indecisiveness struck the flesh-borne titan for a brief moment before he decided to let the man before him make the choice.
"Or..." Savage's expression was downright devilish. "Or we could settle it in the ring for the world to see, and I could complete my collection. I leave the choice to you, I have no qualms battling here in the heart of your land, I simply won't be responsible for the aftermath... I hope this isn't your bar, that'd be unfortunate if we were to fight here... What do you say~? Wait for a clash that the world could see or do we skip the waiting?" Whatever choice the man before him made Savage felt content, after all it wasn't like he'd be missing out on anything only the Vagabonds. He could just hear Jean screaming from a mile away at his decision, it was a good feeling.

Trotting along behind Savage was his own Kyoko, a younger girl he had taken claim to. Someone he had grown to enjoy and work with, he had given her everything she needed to start Eternity believing that no one would willingly chose to follow such a young girl and yet he had been proven wrong. She was definitely taking the objective and leading her group well... It had brought to his attention however that his own following was... lacking. Something he needed to fix.
And alas, here they were, a prospective ally brought in by another... though he was tired of these games he constantly had to play and hide behind. He took the final swig of his drink, setting it down as the two would banter, Kyoko going as far as to step on one of his downed men which only caused Thundershock to sigh audibly. Even as Savage tried to rile him up he only glanced sideways to the tall man, a look of disdain in his eyes as he did so. Something he said though did immediately catch his attention.
'G..?' His men got in the way of him and G? What? Unless G was interfering again and trying to take in his own men before Savage arrived? Why would they... nevermind, that wasn't what was important here. What was, was that this big man was trying to get Thundershock to sight him, trying to get a rise out of him and trying to force him to make a mistake.
"You really have no idea who you're dealing with at all, do you?" Thundershock asked in annoyance as he would leave his glass and instead move to stand up. He would adjust the jacket hanging around his shoulders before stuffing his hands in his pockets. he wasn't quite as big as Savage, but that didn't prevent him from making full eye contact.
"I don't give a rats ass about being the number one villain. If all you're after is a title, then by all means take it. So long as my objective becomes complete, that isn't something you will be able to hold over me or threaten me with. If you're looking to fight with me then you're obviously suicidal, I won't take such a challenge lightly. Although, it sounds like you've got a plan in the works? You want me as part of your collection? And moments ago you mentioned G. Let me jump to conclusions and assume you are going to attempt, or have already collected Rehorn?" He asked Savage directly, his eyes not moving towards Kyoko at all, or even bothering to answer the woman. He was still pretty pissed off with her boy and doubting her as someone he could trust. She'd brought him a 'toy' as she said, sure he'd bite... but this was not sitting well with him, this sounded more like Kyoko had brought him here to try and get ris of the Yakuza mob boss.
"What kind of game are you playing? What would you benefit by having the world see us clash? The Villain japan has come to fear versus a massive nobody." Savage was new to Japan after-all, so as far as Thundershock knew, no one knew of him or cared.

So far this whole affair was going swimmingly, well about as swimmingly as a dead squirrel caught in a tsunami. But nonetheless Savage enjoyed every moment of this contest of masculinity. "Unfortunately for you, I know very well what I'm dealing with." More fuel to the fire, always a fun time. He could see the growing annoyance in the man's eyes which only added to his amusement, it was as if they were in a duel of words with both sides brandishing knives to one another's throats long before any action had started. He leaned his head back with his normal chipper look mostly to add towards his own smugness.
The man went onto a bit of his own speech, standing up to try and assert his own dominance although compared to Savage he was akin to a dwarf, at least he didn't care for the title which mean't he couldn't be that pompous. He went on something about a goal which intrigued Savage, it's rare to see a drug lord with an end game but he guessed being in a fishbowl that long must make one claustrophobic. Still he had to clap when the man figured out his scheme in such short succession, you have to give people some credit after all. "You'd be correct, I already have two of the number ones of Japan." For a moment he held up his hand to mark two with a smile before thinking for a second and making the expression as if a light bulb had gone off in his head. "Or well, I guess three!" He said mockingly. "And trust me, I wouldn't take yourself that seriously." Savage soon let out a sigh.
"I assume'd this would be good publicity for you~ But also because this place has gotten too... How would you say... Stagnant. Servants of the government rule the land undisputed, the will of the individual here is pathetic instead the collective rules. An army of children awaits in the rings ready to take the world by storm believing themselves righteous, incorruptible, and willing slaves to a government that cares little for them. When they grow up they'll move without pause or caution, confident of their own invincibility because their new heroes are stronger than ever before and they will not be stopped until the last shred of "evil" has been stomped from their boots. I know you allegedly defeated some top hero over a year ago now, but now they have a new ones that have stepped in to fill the void, and lucky for you I found myself on this island to fix the problem for you. I offer you an invitation solely out of good will and because I'd like to give the people of this little island a show of their local elite, you see Kobayashi I'd love to beat you and watch the that smug confidence you've spent accumulating in the children's table drain from your eyes. But I instead offer you something far better, I offer you a chance to help as the pride of Japan is stomped out. I offer you a chance to show Japan that you're still number one, even if it goes against my own wants. What do you say?" Savage spoke with his usual joyous conviction.
Savage realized something that could be far better than another match, or at least far more entertaining for his side. Why dismantle the number one villain of Japan? It wasn't like he'd care once he left the island, why not help another man out if only so he could go ahead with his true plans uninterrupted. "If you want a demonstration I'm always down for a brawl, though I'd prefer some place more... Secluded with more space. This place is far more cramped than I'd like, although if you insist I could do away with it myself, trust me it wouldn't be much trouble. " If this man still wanted a bout even after his generous offer Savage wouldn't stop him, because even if he rejected it and wanted a fight right now Savage would still be quite entertained all things considered.
Meanwhile the great muscled man mused about the ignored state of the girl in the corner, it was quite amusing after all the big talk she gave in their original meeting. He couldn't also help but wonder what Jean would think of this decision, Jean was always the type to appreciate when Savage went the diplomatic approach to conflict, mostly because it mean't his clothes wouldn't need cleaning and they wouldn't have to spend their weeks hiding from a small army of police and vigilantes. Or well there was that time in Sudan when it was soldiers instead of policemen, but that's unimportant. Altogether Savage concluded that if Jean were there he'd... Probably still discourage with mingling with the locals but might appreciate some of the forethought that was going into this.

Kyoko... if the girl could read his thoughts she would know exactly how frustrated he was with all of this. Sure bring him a peace offering after that fuck up of her teammate screwed with his men... but don't bring him a man twice his size with the intent to take him down! Let alone a man who, oh, KILLED MORE OF HIS MEN. He was silently fuming about this fact, though he'd let his rage out later... right now he was faced with a veritable Goliath, a fellow predator that was eyeing him for any signs of weakness. Something Thundershock wasn't willing to give him.
"You don't have me yet big boy. Don't count your chickens until they've hatched. Now, listen here, if I wanted that kind of publicity, then I'd go and make another... public statement. I don't need to hide behind you or whatever media outlet you plan to use. I also dont need my prey handed to me on a platter, if I wanted them dead I'd have done so by now. You don't understand the first thing about how my country, or my city work either, the government are nothing but a bunch of pawns, and their children are only lambs being led to a slaughter." He explained with a bit of venom to his tone, but his physical demeanor didn't change at all, calm as a cucumber with his hands now still stuffed into his pockets. He even went as far as to close his eyes, clearly indicating that he wasn't at all afraid of Savage, no matter how big or how threatening the man might be.
"Your offer if very one sided. Participating in this fight in the way you're suggesting will only make me seem weak, as if I allowed myself to get captured and needed to fight my way out. That wont do in the slightest, I refuse." He said casually, though as he opened up his eyes once more, a smirk would begin to appear at the corner of his lips.
"Although, I could be made to agree on different terms. You challenged me, and my my own traditions I'm obliged to humor you, however lets make this more interesting, shall we? If I lose then I will join this fight of yours as you intended and I will fight this battle against my odds. However if I win? You work for me. Seems fair to me right? Besides, it's not as if you'd lose against an old man, would you?" Thundershock would ask with now a full on smirk on his face. If he won, which he was sure he would, it would make things much more entertaining. he might still chose to participate in the end, brandishing Savage as his new toy to terrify the masses with. after-all, he was losing men left right and center, and he didn't want the community to start seeing that fact.

As the little man started to speak Savage rolled his eyes back while combing his hand through his hair, this wasn't unexpected, after all not many know just how bad their predicament is until you show them. People truly need to learn about not looking a gift horse in the mouth. "I see, you prefer to hide away in your little underground city, a mole eating what you forage along your path. " The monster man gave a smirk, in his mind he saw through this display of bravado as a man grasping at straws attempting to affirm his own strength.
As the blonde-haired man continued to drone on he claimed his government were weak and their children would be lambs to the slaughter Savage gave a small giggle, it was natural for men such as this to think themselves invincible behind their money and their men. But that hadn't stopped the people once Savage had learned, and it wouldn't stop them here. The man attempted keep a similar calm to Savage, trying his best to look tough, a facade he thought. He then had the audacity to decline Savage's offer, the flesh-borne titan sighed, this man would wither away into the sands of time and he was too oblivious to know it. He turned to walk away but before he could the man said a most intriguing thing.
"A duel..." The adrenaline started to return, perhaps this man wasn't as pathetic as he thought at first. He turned back around his gleeful expression returning, it was even better when he offered the terms. This man was arrogant in his own power, he thought he was at the top and he held the upper-hand even if he tried to undersell himself, Savage would ring this arrogance out of him like a towel. "From what I hear we're the same age, but trust me, it won't be a very long bout. I accept your terms, I'll even give you full command of my group if you were to win. Now, where will we make battle?" Savage was mostly being cheeky, and because he could simply feel the increasing volume of his metaphorical mind Jean that was screaming incessantly at him for wagering all of the Vagabonds on a, in his words, "fucking BET" it was simply fantastic. Savage wondered if this man had ever heard of him, or how risky making such a bet to him was, perhaps news of Busan had yet to reach Japan. Or maybe this man didn't know, or perhaps he didn't care.
Savage would take his hands out his pockets and extend them out ward to his sides in a sort of "Come get me" gesture all the while wearing his trade-marked shit-eating grin before whirling around to lead Thunder out of the bar. Assuming Thunder didn't want to fight at the bar as they walked to whatever destination he chose Savage's would try to make idle talk. "I take it you don't know who I am? Have you ever heard of a small Korean city on the shoreline by the name of Busan?"

"Hiding doesn't suit me very well~" He responded simply, watching as Savage turned his back on him to leave his bar the instant that Thunder stated he wouldn't be part of this little charade of his. Honestly if Thunder didn't have a counter offer he would have hurled a bolt of lightning through Savage's back and ended it there. Why didn't he? Because as angry as he was with this situation, he was intrigued. A damn foreigner knocking on his door with enough balls to threaten him. It was laughable really, but all things considered he was handling all of this rather well.
Savage then went on to clarify that they were probably the same age, a shrug apparent on Thunders shoulders as he dismissed that fact. It obviously bothered him enough to address it, so his taunt wasn't misplaced. He then immediately agreed, stating that it wouldn't be long before he would win. Thunder just smirked as he listened to him, unable to contain the laughter that escaped his lips when Savage went as far as to bid the servitude of his entire damn group! Well hello information he didn’t have a minute ago! How many were in this group of his? He supposed he would find out when they were safely under his thumb~!
“Hahahaha you’re damn confident for a foreign dog. This may be more amusing than I originally thought. Kyoko, sweetheart why don’t you come along and get the medical bay ready? Your friend here’s going to need some emergency medical service pretty shortly.” He would laugh, emphasizing the uncommon nickname as he cast her a bit of a dangerous look. He reached into his pocket and retrieved a dark, rather tattered phone that he tossed towards Kyoko as the two large men would leave the bar. The phone would be easy for her to hack into and to find the information she needed on the healers Thunder felt would be needed for neither men to die.
As the two walked away from the bar, Thunder would lead Savage towards a large domed building It almost looked like it could be a miniature underground baseball field. As they spoke, Savage asked him if he knew anything about some town in Korea.
“I don’t care about what happens outside my borders unless it affects me or my clan. Tokyo belongs to me, and seeing as how I’ve never heard of it, it means you’ve never been a threat I needed to concern myself with.” He explained to Savage quite simply as he would lead the man inside. At first it looked pretty grungy, all kinds of training equipment, weapons and suits scattered about and hanging in open lockers. Thunder didn’t pay much attention to that however, instead shrugging the thick jacket off of his shoulders and hanging it on a hook as he walked by it, never losing his step.
Once through another set of doors, the room was open up and become quite large, revealing what looked to be a massive… empty room. The floors were made of a strange looking metal with what could only be described as Solar Panels for walls. The ceiling however was left completely open, windows revealing asort of arboretum perched above the building which no doubt supplied some clean air to this dank underground world.
Thunder motioned for Savage to stop walking, then walked across the room to stand across from him, hands still hidden away in his pockets.
“You’re the guest, you get the first shot~” He taunted Savage with yet another cocky smirk. He never intended to let Savage get at all close. As soon as the big man reached the halfway mark between them, he’d let lose a massive lightning bolt to stop him.

"Trust me, that won't be necessary for me." He decided to give the man a small hint, now it was
As the two made their way toward whatever arena of choice the blonde-man picked Savage couldn't help but scoff at the man's insistence that Savage wasn't a threat, some men are so lost in their own delusions that when they see the light they can't help but dig themselves further in. "Or perhaps you've never been worth my time." He decided to quip back still wearing a small smirk, but he couldn't lie, this walk bored him beyond belief. Once they inevitable reached the destination that was when the fun began, Savage didn't mind the grungy look of it all as that's what he was accustomed to, but when they reached the giant open room his grin soon began to retake its shape. "Impressive! I guess its true what they say of Japanese architecture, this will make a splendid mausoleum!" Another cheeky taunt before the fight as his eyes narrowed on the man in question, he could feel the fight about to start and just holding himself back was the greatest struggle since coming to Japan.
Finally he took his hands out of his pockets as he began to roll his shoulders and stretch his neck, but never taking his eye off Thunder. This was just how Savage fought, no matter what no matter the circumstance he would maintain full eye contact not breaking it for anything; it only made him giddy when the blonde-man told him he got the first shot. That was a mistake he wouldn't live to regret, Savage already feeling the pump of his muscles ready to burst from his skin at any moment and the heat overtaking his body dug his hands into the metal floor, much like someone might dig their hands into mud or play-doh as he ripped a large chunk off the ground and yes he still maintained eye-contact. "Most these days are blessed with wonderful abilities, shooting plasma from their fingers, additional arms or a tail, but mine was never so flashy... Mine has always been rather... Straight to the point..." Not long after he placed it front of himself as he charged toward Thunder at alarming speeds, in truth Savage didn't need the shield but he wasn't sure if he could last the run without at least digging his hands into SOMETHING.
As he made it closer to blonde-haired wannabe warlord he'd be met with the splendorous greeting of lightning, and a lot of it. This wasn't a surprise to Savage, he expected it, assuming either the metal in his hands melted or became a hindrance he'd throw it the side moving head long. He was never one to dodge and any other blasts after that would be taken eagerly, although to say Savage didn't have a plan against them would be preposterous, his muscle's were as tough as iron. If lighting made contact with Savage's body there'd be a satisfying sound of impact, as it would clearly still leave a decent mark on Savage, but perhaps to Thunder's SHOCK it wouldn't even buffer his charge as he moved relentlessly forward. As the energy tore at his skin the pain was almost delightful to Savage, it mean't this fight wasn't going to be a complete pushover, it goaded him to push further and to close the gap so he could get this man in his hands.
This wasn't the first time Savage had fought a ranged fighter, and it wouldn't be the last. The hardest part was always closing the distance and making sure they don't run away after, but once that was done they were usually dead in the water as you whale'd away at them until they were nothing but a deformed ball of flesh. Now it was time to rehearse it, first as he closed the distance Savage's eyes still were trained on Thunder even if he had taken a good amount of damage, likely having blacken skin around the areas he'd been shot with gaping openings in his skin where one could see his flesh... Writhing... He moved forward with deadly precision as his right hand slide down and was sent on a straight collision course with Thunder's stomach, and as the left one reached out towards his neck. "Before it was your game, but now it's MINE." He'd say as he plunged forward with almost a look of greed on his face.

Tldr:
-Savage rips out a chunk of the ground to use as a shield as he runs towards Thunder, abandoning it the moment it is either destroyed or it becomes in convenient.
-If Thunder does a follow up attack after Savage threw down his defensive tool he wouldn't even bother instead absorbing attacks as he's dead set on closing the distance, upon nearing Thunder if he attacked he would most likely have holes of blackened skin that had writhing flesh in the center of them.
-Upon reaching Thunder Savage would attempt to use his left hand to grab Thunder's neck while his right moved forward for a C-rank gut punch, no holds barred today.

As expected Savage took the offer and began to charge towards Thunder no holds barred. Of course he didn’t come in blindly, ripping out a piece of the flooring with some impressive amount of strength. Something like that would be absolutely terrifying to just about anyone except…
“If you know about me why the fuck are you holding onto metal you idiot” He said just as his discharge of lightning closed the distance between himself and Savage, slamming into the metal sheet so hard it punctured a massive hole into it, gaining a higher charge due to the conductive metal as it then crawled up Savage’s arm, burning it along the way and leaving streaks of lightning marks in it’s wake. There was a satisfactory huff from the large man as Savage threw the shield away, though Thunder braced his stance as the big man continued his run.
‘Brute strength and a high endurance. Goes hand in hand.’ He analyzed as Savage came right up to Thunder and with a switch motion of his hand grabbed Thunder by the throat, aiming to lift the smaller man off his feet while aiming a punch towards his gut. Thunder growled at him softly, his body igniting into one big ball of electricity that shot outwards from his body like a grenade, electrocuting everything within Thundershocks range, which included the floor beneath their feet and the walls around them.
Surprisingly, it did little to stop the punch which then collided with his gut, causing the big man to grunt as it was a bit harder than he had expected it to be, regardless of his earlier observations. His left hand reached up to grab Savage’s wrist, attempting to use his own strength to pry him free, while the blast of electricity would attempt to blow him away. Meanwhile his right hand had instinctively flown to his gut as he did everything in his power to get Savage off of him.
WC: 331
TLDR Thunders Neck got nabbed and he got punched, retaliated with a lightning explosion to get savage tf off of him while trying to use his strength to pry savage off his neck (obv fail unless you let the blast blast him)

This fight had already begun with a delightful amount of pain, pain that he'd been robbed of in his previous fights, sure perhaps it was because of the mass tactics he used but even if he had fought them earnestly he doubted they'd have been enough. And while he doubted this man would be either he at least started big, something that was admirable and encouraging. If this man wouldn't hold back neither would Savage as he got a shot of ecstasy when his fist collided with the man's stomach, he even dug the punch in a little just to add to the pain. But for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, this man exploded into a ball of light while attempting to loosen his grip, it was clear the blow had done a number and he was attempting to separate himself.
As the lightning filled Savaged a grin emerged on his face, it came slowly as his body spasm'd and fidgeted uncontrollably thanks to the high voltage. "If you wanted out you should have just asked~!" In a swift motion Savage lifted Thunder and using all his terrible power Savage slammed him into the floor hoping to disrupt the voltage, assuming it did one would notice all the various black lines on Savage's body from the electricity and also the smoke that began to fill the area around the two. For any lesser man this would be a death sentence but for Savage it was only Tuesday, he began to roll his shoulders and crack his neck hoping to limber himself up abit, the pain was excruciating but it wasn't enough to put him out just yet. "A good shot. But not good enough." He said suddenly plunging his foot down aiming for Thunder's hoping to get his knee. Assuming Savage's stomp landed he'd speak in heavy breaths. "I was right, I knew this would be good fun." He said grinning as he normally did.
--- Tldr: Got hit hard, slammed Thunder in the ground hoping to disrupt the attack but released his grip in the process. After a brief second of lumbering his shoulders he'd attempt to stomp on Thunder's leg hoping to lock him down.

Thunders lightning blasted out from around him like a bomb, the streaks of lightning within the ball of energy burned and coursed through Savage's skin and veins, seeking to destroy everything in it's path with an intense, debilitating strike. For a while, it seemed as if the Lightning was succeeding, claiming it's victim and leaving him severely burned. Most would have fallen, but not this man... Savage still stood defiant, his hand remaining around thundershocks throat as he boasted.
It wasn't long before Savage lifted Thunder off the ground, and with a swift motion slammed his down into the metal plating at his feet. The metal would curl and curve up on impact, creating a hell of a nasty crater in the metal as Thunder collided. A gasp escaped the blond man's lips as the breath was knocked out of him, causing him to see starts as the discharge of lightning was promptly cut short.
'His strength is... way beyond what I could have imagined...' the man thought to himself, his mind still a bit hazy from the impact. However, as Savage was forced to let go of Thunder he attempted to stomp down on him to further humiliate him. Not something he could allow! He tightly grit his teeth, his hands swiftly flying up above his head, using the momentum to propel himself up into a handstand then launch himself from the metal crater, landing on his feet once more on a new sheet.
"How's all that going to feel when the adrenaline dies down I wonder~ You might be able to tolerate the pain I inflict on you, but that doesn't make your body any more resistant to it. I dare you to keep getting hit, and we'll see how long until your heart surrenders to my power." Thundershock threatened, his footing a bit shaky though he promptly widened his stance to remove any indication that he was shaken at all. He was having a bit of trouble breathing however, the pressure on his throat must have damaged his windpipe... and damn were his shoulders killing him. As if he was about to let Savage see any signs of weakness from him though.
'he's still taking damage... so I need to take him down with this next shot or that's it for me... I'll need time to recover and I doubt he'll give it to me. ' He would think to himself as his posture began to change. Thunder lowered himself closer to the ground, electricity coursing around him once more... however this time, the lightning went from yellow, to a searing white and blue. His very eyes seemed to be alight with the energy he was emitting. All around him, the energy would build and build until the lightning began to repeat the same patterns, creating the appearance that a creature was coming to life around him.
"Might have been fun, but all good things must come to an end. I hope you're ready to work for a God, Savage. Just go ahead and try to dodge this!" The man roared, the energy exploding out of him once more, but this time stopping as it forced the massive frame of a white and blue tiger. The tiger stood above Thunder, keeping the man underneath him protectively. As both Thunder and the Tiger let out a battle cry, it would sound like thunder had just erupted within the room.
"BYAKKO" The lightning tiger leaped into action without a second thought, charging towards Savage with it's jaws open, ready to bite down on the man, scoop him up and tear him to shreds. Even if his teeth somehow missed it's target, the tiger was still made of lightning and would still hurt like hell when it connected. This was his Special Attack, something that even Darkshine hadn't seen when the two clashed.
WC: 642 The lightning tiger is just an extension of Thunder's Quirk. he can shape his lightning to look like various things. I just have it that he forms the shape of this tiger as his final stand sort of attack
