It all happened so suddenly, the broadcast by the new crime group called Eternity, the sudden chaos and violence that unfolded within the surrounding area of Shibuya crossing. And if Eternity desired to get noticed, then there was no doubt that they had gotten the attention they desired. Within a secret governmental facility somewhere in Tokyo a man was rushing through the corridors of the complex, holding a tablet in his hands while running as fast as he could, all the way till he reached the office of a certain individual, a very problematic and difficult to deal with individual. He knocked the door once as a feminine voice beckoned from within.
"Feel free to enter~"
The man opened the door and walked inside, just to see the person he intended to visit lazing in the sofa in front of a large television screen, she wasn't even properly dressed! Only wearing a nightgown while casually nibbling onto a piece of popcorn. "Miss Himura, it's about-" But before he could finish his sentence the woman hummed softly. "I know~ it's already being dealt with." The man blinked in confusion as he approached the television screen, his eyes widening in disbelief as the woman was watching a direct feed of a crime scene.
"You mean you anticipated-" The woman giggled softly, a finger raised to her lips as if to shush him. "Tell the other executives that it's being dealt with." The man nodded his head firmly and pulled out a phone, briefly muttering something through the connection. "With all due respect Miss Himura, but do you think it's really wise to do this?"
The woman merely smiled knowingly. "It's a necessity my dear, for things to become as they are meant to be, we first need to tip the scales in their favor. Let the villains have their time to shine, it is such an state that brings forth the things we truly need." The man blinked in disbelief at her words. "Surely you have to be kidding, if not for your involvement that one specter would have long been dealt with." And yet the woman gestured toward the television once more. "Take a seat, you'll see her use soon enough."
Meanwhile in Shibuya Crossing the notorious villain known as Pinocchio was having the time of his life, the corpses of several police officers scattered on the ground around him, bloodied baseball bat in his hand and a smug psychopathic smirk on his face. However, his entertainment seemed far from over as the sound of a loud whistling would been the only alarm the man would had been given before a grenade landed next to his feet, eager to detonate only a few moments after colliding with the floor. Of course, that was only the start of the explosive fun, for the villain would soon notice several highly armed soldiers approaching him from various directions, firearms aimed at him while several more were hidden in the environment, a sniper on a balcony of a nearby building, another in the bushes...
"We have permission to use lethal force"
The leader of the soldiers told his comrades while back in the aforementioned office the governmental worker's exclaimed in disbelief. "Miss Himura!" But the woman simply adjusted her seating and sighed. "Just a formality, it's not the villain who is about to die, unfortunately... Now stop panicking and sit, or do I need to call security?" The man sighed in frustration as he sat down next to her, waiting to see just how the villain would deal with ten anti-terrorist units approaching him!
