| if i'm a danger to myself Just think what I could do to you |
Summer was hell when your body melted at warmer temperatures.
Byeol-Su had become accustomed to such discomforts early in her life. While that didn't mean she was alright with bits of her cheek dripping down her face like tears, or with her fingers melding together into an single indistinguishable digit, it meant she wasn't worried about it being harmful. She wouldn't lose any of herself in the heat. As she melted, the bits that fell from her face would land on her arms and meld into them, returning to her body like nothing had happened. So while it was certainly an irritating part of her life, it would pass. It was definitely more upsetting to see than feel.
In a small but sleek black car with tinted windows--and the air-conditioning up as high as it could possibly be--she sat, legs dangling off the seat as she still didn't quite reach the floor. Like a good girl her seat belt was buckled. Her eyes, wide and violet, stayed fixed on the window and the passing city beyond it. She loved going out into the city. Loved it so very much, even when the heat made her feel uncomfortable and discomforting to see. He even let her take their driver with her today. She knew it was because of the heat, and so they wouldn't need to hire another walk-about host for her, but all the same she liked being driven around. It made her feel important.
Silly, when her very nature had her being "driven around", in a sense.
But cars were different than people. People didn't have radios and A/C.
...well, most people didn't, but then again with the strange things people were born with these days, Byeol-Su wasn't sure such a person didn't exist.
Maybe she could ask him to find such a gifted person.
"We're approaching the school, Ojo-san."
The driver's gruff voice drew Byeol-Su's attention from the window for only a moment. It was a funny name he called her. All of the people he had hired called her that. She wasn't sure that she liked it. It felt too stiff, too formal.
Just like him to insist on it.
"Thank you. Will this be driving around, or waiting until are done?" Her voice was a little stronger now that her Japanese was improving. Half a year living here had been great for her to develop her skills, but they were still far from fluent. She still made mistakes. The chat was easier, still.
"I will pull the car into the next block and wait for you, Ojo-san."
"...okay. No call, no video. You leave and ██ won't pay you. Yes?"
The driver's fingers drummed on the steering wheel.
"Indeed, Ojo-san."
She grinned, wide and bright, the size of her smile just a little too large for her face; she was still slightly thinner than usual from bits of it dripping off of her this morning. Her attention returned to the buildings as they passed by.
She couldn't wait to meet her new friend!

She decided to walk to her destination.
She did her best to look inconspicuous as possible on her way there. From the clothing she wore being casual, perfect for making it look like she was going to spend the evening hanging with friends, to the pace she was traveling in. It was her way of applying the scant amount of knowledge she had about being a villain. She didn't like that she knew things like that but she may as well use it. 'Just a little bit more.' She picked up her pace slightly, the small backpack she had bouncing with each step she made.
As the destination of her outing slowly came into view she had to suck in a deep breath. 'No...not yet...' She thought as she did her best to push down her latent pyromaniac tendencies. 'Just a bit more, talk with whoever I'm meeting and then I can get to burning, please, just a little bit more.' Shaking her head and putting on a smile that hid her struggles to control the urge to burn she reached the school in which she promised to meet her fellow villain.
"She shouldn't be that bad...I hope." She muttered the last part under her breath.

The car came around the corner of the nearest building to the school; most of them were shops and cafes, here specifically to target younger students during lunch or after school, but many were understaffed or even empty when break came. She knew little about those sort of things. "Break" didn't exist when you didn't go to school the way it did for other children her age. She didn't get to take "vacations" the same way they did, either. She was already travelling, already without homework or classes, already free. Or at least as free as she could be with his permission. The car came to a stop in the alley into a small parking garage on the far end of the street, the school within sight, but not close enough that it could be seen without squinting.
"Here you are Ojo-san. I will be here until you're ready to leave."
Byeol-Su didn't bother to say goodbye. She undid her buckle, slid off the seat, and opened the car door. The wave of hot air hit her like an ocean wave. Her skin slid down itself like clay with too much water pour on it. Still, she jumped out of the car and closed it with a satisfying "thunk-click", and then, collecting herself as best she could, she started walking forward.
The heat wasn't unbearable, not yet. She knew heat that was too hot for her to even walk--she had become almost completely puddle-like one terrible, awful summer some time time ago--but it was still bad. She kept wiping her thumb over her throat to catch bits of her that were threatening to fall off. It would surely unnerve her friend to see. She knew not everyone was as accepting or apathetic as Bones was. How should she greet them?
A figure stood outside the chain-link fence that surrounded the school, and Byeol-Su stopped in her steps to look at them. The first thing she noticed, more than anything else, was that she was shorter than Byeol-Su! By a fair bit as well! Byeol-Su let out a small sound of surprise. Nobody was ever as small or shorter than her, outside of little children. Was the person she was meeting younger than her? She hadn't spoken like she was in the chat. Could people just be shorter than normal without being little? Well, on the downside she wouldn't be experiencing being tall again, but it wasn't a huge loss. Perhaps it would even feel nostalgic to be small as that again.
"TheLine?" She spoke, voice small and high, but somewhat wet, like she was speaking through a layer of gelatin. "Are you TheLine, from the chat?"

Emi stared at the school with an uninterested stare as she took a deep breath. She didn’t like schools that much especially with what she went through. All she wanted was to help, but instead they looked at her like she was a criminal and treated like one. She clenched her fist as her stoic expression slowly morphed into one of hate as she slowly began to pull back her hand, intending to fling a ball to preemptively get the fire started. She paused when she heard a female voice say her online name. “Ah, yes, that’s me, but when offline I go-” She began to say, before pausing as she looked at who she would be committing a crime with for tonight.
Her mouth opened and closed silently as she thought of what to say about her physicality. “That’s unfair!” She declared after a few moments. “Why is everyone I meet so much taller than me?!” She cursed at the heavens, shaking her fist dramatically before looking dejected. “It’s not fair dammit. I’m 19 but I’m so small.” She huffed before smiling at the girl who was doing a fine impression of an ice cream slowly melting under the summer sun. “Sorry about that, I just didn’t expect you to be taller than me,”
With a smile and a flourish of her hand she began introducing herself. “Yes, my name online is TheLine, it’s an obscure joke, but I usually go by War Crime. You must be ParaSyte, it’s nice to meet you.” She held out a hand for a hand shake.

Byeol-Su's smile grew wider, eyes alight with joy as the girl turned around, confirming she was the one she was here to meet. The brief pause in Emi's voice didn't bother Byeol-Su. She knew her appearance must be strange to anyone who have never seen her before it. It was okay, because soon they would be friend, and she would become used to it. What she wouldn't likely get used to, apparently, was the height difference. Byeol-Su giggled aloud.
"You are older than me, but are still smaller!" She took another step forward so that there was only an arm's length space between them. "Have to hang from a bar, try to stretch yourself. Or eat more milk. Am sure you heard all of that before though, yes?" Another delighted laugh caused pieces of her to drop from off her cheeks, barely noticed. It moved on their own, over the concrete, over the sides of her sandal, and merged back into her feet.
War Crime. War Crime. She wasn't sure she understood the "joke" about her screen name, but her other name was much more to the point. Byeol-su held out her hand and enthusiastically shook Emi's own. The feel of her skin was exactly like that of sculptor's clay when sprayed with water, to make it more malleable; though whoever had done so in this metaphor had decided to dump the whole spray-bottle onto the clay for some odd reason.
"Yes, I am parasite. So excited to meet you!" When she released Emi the clay clung to her skin for a moment longer, but released and retracted rather than staying stuck to her. When she rubbed her hands together to reform they melded into, essentially, one interlocking limb. "Am also so, so curious about your fire. What is your gift? Or...'quirk'. Quirk?" The word still sounded funny to her ears. She preferred "gift", the word he'd given them. "Are not hot to touch like I thought you would be. Not more than normal."

“Please don’t remind me…” She slumped at the reminder of her less than ideal height. “A part from the milk one, I haven’t heard those. I might try to do that some other time.” She paused as she processed the girl’s words. “You mean drink milk right? I don’t think you eat milk…” She found herself absently correcting the girl’s words. “Anyways, again, it is nice to meet you, sorry for going off about my height.” She apologized to the melty flesh girl.
She let her hand be shaken by ParaSyte. Her hand felt like it was holding onto something akin to liquified sponge, if such a thing existed, or perhaps one of those non-Newtonian fluids, like cornstarch and water.
“Ah well, my Quirk has to do with why I named myself War Crime.” She explained. “Let me demonstrate, though you might want to step back a bit.” Looking around them for random onlookers, she took a few steps back and knelt on the ground. “My Quirk is called White Phosphorus and it makes my body generate a chemical called White Phosphorus.” Making sure there was enough distance between the two she slowly wiped her hand against the concrete.
A small blaze suddenly came to life as her hand passed over the piece of sidewalk. “White Phosphorus is extremely flammable, being exposed to air is enough to cause it to light up and to make things worse…” She watched the small fire die out. “The fires it causes are hot enough to burn to the bone, hard to extinguish, and it’s smoke is extremely poisonous.” She stood up. “That’s why it’s outlawed for use in war and using it is a war crime. That’s why I’m called War Crime.”

"Oh, yes. I meant to say drink. Sorry." Byeol-Su let a small pout purse her lips, though with the state of her facial structure it would be difficult to spot. Eat, drink, it was always the small words that she would screw up on these days. Sure it was nice that she was getting better at Japanese, but when she got something so simple wrong, she felt dumb. Not everyone would be friendly enough to correct her in such a nonchalant or friendly way, either.
Like Thunder, who had nothing better to do than to bother people online.
At least he was funny.
As instructed Byeol-Su stepped to a spot further behind Emi, but not so far that she couldn't see what she was doing. It was easy when there was so little of Emi to block her view. Mentioning that would probably be rude. As Emi dragged her hand across the pavement a brilliant yellow flame burst from beneath her skin, a few thin white vapors trailing up and away from the blaze before they, and the fire, dissipated. Byeol-Su gasped in surprise. So her body created something that created a special kind of fire! That must be why she liked burning things. Amaterasu would love her! But what she meant by the smoke being very poisonous Byeol-Su didn't understand.
"Ooh, is what you meant by 'sick fire'! But are not all smoke bad to breathe in? What makes photo...phosphorus so different?" The flame had been too small and the wisps gone too fast for her to do anything, but that was a good thing. Byeol-Su and fire did not get along. Not while she was like this. She was already melting badly enough. "I think it is obvious why I am called parasite. It is a very literal name. Your name is cool! I like it!"
Byeol-Su looked up over Emi at the school building. The fence wasn't a problem, even with the gate locked. Between both of them the metal would either break or melt. How long should she wait before asking Emi to host her, though? Especially if her fire was poisonous--before they got to any of the fun stuff, she would need to be safely in Emi's more fire-resistant body.
At the same time, she hadn't been to a school for children this little before. Or any school, ever, as the case was. With a couple steps around Emi she approached the large chain-link gate and tapped on the chains locked around them. "How long do you think will take for fire men to come once the building start to burn? Not enough time to look around after? Have not been inside a school before. May be things to see, or take? Money things."
Did the people who worked in these buildings keep money here? Maybe not. But there were things that probably had some value, and there were people in the chat that said they didn't have a lot of money. Emi might be one of them. If she was, they could always ask █████ to give her some.

“Well yeah, that’s pretty much true for all fires.” She started to explain. “Now I can’t remember if this is true so I may be wrong, but I remember reading that in a fire, more people die because of smoke inhalation than actually burning.” She crossed her arms. “When people inhale normal fire smoke it hurts their lungs and may kill them.” She looked at where her fire had died out. “When people inhale my smoke, well, they’ll definitely die. Because it’s not really smoke, it’s poison.” She ended her explanation with a solemn look on her face.
“Hmm, if I had to guess, at best we have two-maybe three minutes before the firemen get here.” She guessed as she looked at the school in thought. “If there isn’t much traffic in the streets we’ll probably only have two minutes. Once we start this fire we have to run immediately.” She considered about taking things from the school. “Hm, probably right, what we could do is look around first then set fires after, I also do want to look for a good spot to start the fire so it doesn’t look like a person did it.” She paused. “Unless you want to make it look like that this was a deliberately started fire and not just faulty wiring or some chemicals.”
“Ah, idea!” She pounded her palm with a balled up fist. “Schools are essentially businesses anyways, so they might have some money laying around. They might even have some equipment that we can make use of, like first aid kits or something.” She looked at the gate. “Right so shall we get started? It was said that you needed a host, I don’t exactly get what that means beyond acting like a carrier for you. So let’s see what your quirk does.”

So the fire that Emi created was so bad, its smoke was pure poison? That was scary to think about, but cool at the same time. Byeol-Su was grateful that she'd been asked to step back before the fire was lit. Breathing in any of those little wisps could have been harmful. She didn't want to die. She didn't want Emi to get hurt because she died. Emi looked sort of sad just thinking about it, too. Did she not like her gift? Did she not like that it could kill people? Byeol-Su wasn't sure what to think about it, personally. Her gift helped people--or at least, helped one person--but it hurt herself at times. Still, she liked her gift, her quirk. It was a part of who she was. Would be.
"I was told to be secret, so making it look like on purpose is bad. Can your fire look like accident though?" Byeol-Su frowned slightly, questioningly. "If the smoke is bad like that will it not be obvious that it was on purpose?"
It was possible that they could start the fire in a way that didn't use Emi's gift, to make it more believable. The smoke, too, could leave the school and hurt people. Byeol-Su didn't really care about that, but it would get a lot more attention if people did get hurt or killed because of their little playtime.
He would be mad.
She was distracted by Emi's last question. "Oh! Yes! I need a host. Body is not as strong as normal." She looked downward at her hands. They were still coming apart, melting off the "bone"--or at least whatever kept her form from being liquid all the time. "So will go into you. You would be my host. While inside I can protect you and also be protect by you. To get in I will need to make a small hole in your skin. You have blood inside, yes?"
As she spoke, the shape of Byeol-Su's left hand began to change, more-so than the moving, melting bits of clay-like flesh. Her fingers elongated a few inches, then became sharp like needles at the tips, before hardening in that shape. Thin and sharp, meant to scratch and cut more than stab. Byeol-Su held out that hand and clicked her newly grown nails against each other. "When I go into host, I make these to make a cut. Can not use them inside of you. Can not hurt you at all while I am inside you. When you are host, you control you, and me. I can not hear your mind either. I know that is a fear other people have. But I can not do it. You need to talk for me to hear, and I need to make another mouth for me to talk. Oh. I can do that, too."
She paused, then, with as much delicacy as her squishy skin required, scratched at her cheek with one of her needle-like fingers. "Is there a place on you that another mouth would be okay? If are using hands then will not put it on hand. Maybe on shoulder? Or on cheek. Is a small mouth. Will go away too when I am out of you again. Now you know, still okay to host?"
Her arm extended again, waiting to pierce through Emi's skin, should she extend her hand in turn. She was excited to be hosted again, but if Emi didn't want to do it, she wouldn't make her. She might whine about it, or get angry about not being able to set the fire, but hosting without permission...
...she was already too vulnerable when she was allowed inside, let alone...

“I mean it shouldn’t be that hard, just start the fire somewhere that a fire would start.” She tapped her finger against her lower lip in thought. “Like a fuse box, or near electronics, make it look like it was faulty wiring or bad devices that made it start the fire.” She said, listing examples of where fires could be started. “And we’re only using my stuff to start and spread, the rest should be all natural flame. Nobody should be able to tell that dangerous banned chemical flinging was involved.” She paused. “At least, they shouldn’t be able to.” She added. She was mostly sure that her chemical trail would burn up in the fire and leave nothing but burns and ashes. “By the time they get here my stuff should’ve dispersed, or at the very least masked by normal smoke and the fires.”
“Yeah I can kinda see that, you’re kinda doing an impression of an ice cream melting...oh speaking of, you want to get some ice cream after this?” She asked. “Yes, yes, I have blood inside, apart from the thing that makes my Quirk work, just normal regular human.” She considered things briefly, on the one hand it would be weird housing someone else in her body, it was just something that didn’t happen everyday. She looked at ParaSyte. On the other hand, she could see what normal outside temperature was doing to her, what more when things really started getting heated?
Making her decision she pulled up the sleeve of her left arm. There, a number of scars sat on upon her arm. “What’s another scar anyways…” She mumbled as she held her arm forward for the girl. “Right, here, make a cut anywhere on this arm.” She thought it over. “Mouth...should go a little bit under my ear so we can communicate better. It’ll also make it easier to do this I’m going to ask of you.” She took a deep breathe. “If I ever get lost in the flames, meaning if it ever looks like that I’m dangerously fascinated with fire, yell at me to snap me out of it, okay?”

Byeol-Su didn't know a lot about setting fires, for obvious reasons, so it was good that Emi seemed to be an expert at such things. She was reassured that as long as they picked the starting location carefully, and even if the initial spark being her more dangerous flame, that it would look enough like an accident that they would get away with it. In the end it didn't matter if the whole school burned or just a little of it--as long as Byeol-Su got to enjoy their little prank, and as long as Emi had fun, that was all that mattered.
And she was even invited for ice cream after they were done! The smile that split across Byeol-Su's face was so wide that her cheeks almost slid off, but thankfully they didn't. "Yes! I love sweet things! And will want to cool off a little after being in a fire. Maybe can invite Amaterasu, tell her about the fire! Should take long enough that she is done with her important thing."
That was something friends did, right? They hung out, got ice cream, shared the things they liked, and committed second-degree arson together.
Maybe that last one was just this circle of friends, though.
Emi rolled her sleeve up and revealed her pale skin, marred with scars, for Byeol-Su to pierce through. For a brief moment her nails were still above Emi's arm. More scars? Scars like the ones she'd seen on Bones' hands, like the ones she saw on his fingers. Why did so many people have so many scars? Was she the weird one to not have any? But her skin couldn't scar even if she wanted it to, and she didn't really want it to. The moment passed and she pressed the tips of her needle-like appendages through the soft skin of Emi's arm--away from where the "important spot" is, she'd been told about that a long time ago--and the moment a bead of blood rose to meet her, she felt that all-too-familiar pulling feeling go through her body.
"May feel a little weird, but will not when I am done." She meet Emi's eyes as she made one more request, and she nodded. "Will scream right under your ear. That should work, yes? But I hope that will not need to happen."
And then she was melting. Well, melting more than she was already. Her entire form began to meld together into an indistinguishable mass of gray, her features and form becoming less human and more a semi-solid pool that, like it were being sucked through a straw at a great speed, suddenly moved upwards from the earth to where the tip of her still-embedded nail was injected into Emi's body. The whole process took only a few seconds, and then, like she was never there to begin with, Byeol-Su was inside Emi.
It wouldn't feel like anything to Emi. No pain, no pressure, not even feeling like she'd just "eaten" something quite a bit larger than her. If anything the only thing she might notice was a feeling of coolness. Like for a moment her insides were covered in the cold, clay-like substance that was Byeol-Su's body. Then the feeling was gone. Byeol-Su felt her senses extending, her new form taking shape within Emi, becoming her in every physical way. Her eyes didn't "open" but the dark of being sightless was suddenly gone, replaced with whatever was before Emi's eyes. The feeling of being unable to breath, to smell, to hear, all disappeared as she took on Emi's senses.
Emi felt different than some of the other hosts Byeol-Su had been with before. Lithe, in a way that Byeol-Su had never known before. There was a thinness--a delicate, breakable feeling--to this body. Like she didn't eat enough. Her skin felt the heat of the summer sun differently, too. It felt pleasant, despite its heat, in a way Byeol-Su's flesh simply couldn't handle.
She also felt short.
A pulse of her feelings went through the "bond", now linking their bodies together. It wouldn't influence Emi's own mind in any way, yet for some reason she would just know that Byeol-Su was, for some reason, amused.
It would take her a little time to form the mouth, so for now, this would do.

“Yeah...let’s hope.” She murmured to herself, wincing as she watched ParaSyte’s Quirk go to work. Watching someone turn into liquid mass and then get sucked into your body was probably going to be the weirdest thing that Emi would ever experience, let alone see, in her lifetime. In the span of a few seconds she was ‘alone’ and the younger girl had delved inside her like she had been told she does. She breathed out, not even noticing that she’d been holding her breath this whole time, as she felt a strange coolness in her body, like suddenly being dunked into a tub of cold water but inside.
“A little weird huh?” She said as the coolness went away and she shuddered. “Yeah, a little more than a little.” She experimentally rolled her shoulders and flexed her arms as if to test if there was anything different. “Right...let’s get going then?” She reached into her bag and pulled out a featureless mask with holes for her to see through and put it on. “Let’s go.” With confidence she walked up to the gate, put her hand against lock, and grinned behind her mask as she began to blast it with her unique brand of flames.
It didn’t take long for the lock holding the gate closed to break under the attack. “And just like that, we’re in!” She declared, pushing the gate open and stepping through. “Now, where too first?”

Her body--Emi's body--moved without her order, but that was how it always was when she was being hosted. It was an odd feeling; her legs were walking without her knowing where they were going, her eyes looking without her thinking to, her very self separated from her physical form. And yet, it was such a wonderful feeling, comforting in its familiarity. Like being swaddled, like being held and cared for, like being safe and sound. Happy.
She missed these feelings when she was alone.
While Emi broke the lock on the gate with a series of bursts of flame, Byeol-Su pushed a bit of herself to the surface: a small mouth--though perhaps "mouth" was generous in its description, given its lack of lips, solid teeth, or general mouth-like shape--just below her ear. It almost looked like an intricately drawn tattoo until it began to move, Byeol-Su's voice coming from it as clearly and normally as it had been from her own body previously. "We do not need to hurry, no. Maybe look for class? Room with things to take. Big things, can take and put by door, grab on way out. Like computer? Do school have computer for lap? Those could sell good. Oracle may like it."
Being unable to look for herself, only through Emi's eyes, was detrimental to helping her find things. Still, she might notice things that Emi didn't, even when sharing a sense of sight. "Who is person who runs the school? They room might have things to take. Money, maybe, or...ooh, do school have a doctor? Doctor will have drug, drug make money. Easy to sell pain drug."
"Even in chat, people always need pain drug. Friend say is easy money."

“Yep, very weird.” Emi muttered as she heard ParaSyte’s voice come from below her ear. The more time she spent like this the more time the weirdness affirmed itself and the more she got used to it. Emi wasn’t exactly sure whether this was a good or bad thing. She shook her head, freeing herself of thought on how weird this was and focused on the task of burning down a school. “I guess we aren’t in a rush yet. Though I’m not sure what we could bring along exactly.” She hummed to herself as she approached the school while thinking. “Not sure about having a laptop, maybe in one of the teacher’s desks? We’ll see once we go round the school a bit.”
“Unless I’m mistaken that would be the principal, though I guess that’s more for the school side of things.” She answered ParaSyte as she inspected the school’s doors for wires and electronics. “Business side it’s usually something called a school board, a group of people that handle how things are run.” Upon not finding anything she places a hand on one of the doorknobs and tries turning it. “Just as I suspected, locked.” She announced when she felt the knob resist.
Without another word she placed her hands on the doors’ knobs and fires away again. The locked doors swing from the direct application of force and flame before she steps in and leaves the doors to smolder. “We’re in.”

Byeol-Su couldn't feel Emi's feelings. Well, no, that wasn't right; if Emi felt so terribly scared that she started to get a stomach ache, or was so sleepy as to have heavy eyes, she would feel those things by proxy. Emi's feelings for something, though, were safely kept away--separated from what Byeol-Su could sense within her host. Thus, Emi's faint unease want unnoticed.
"Principal. Then would not have money?" A faint pulse of curiosity went in and out of Emi's mind, not affecting her own thoughts, but reflecting the other entity in her body. "Maybe have something worth money. Presents? Maybe a nice clock," her voice paused, then, with a faint giggle, started once again, "One time person gave us a nice clock as a present. I did not like it. It was made of fake gold and made too loud noises. We never even turn it on. The person died anyway so it not matter. Not us who did it."
At least, she didn't remember if it was him that had killed that person. Had it been? That was...a few years ago, somewhere in a European country. That stupid faux-gilded clock was left at a pawn shop not a week later.
People had weird ideas of what was actually nice to give as a present.
Byeol-Su felt the flame under her--Emi's--skin for a moment. It didn't feel good, even with the protective layer of her host around her, but it didn't hurt nearly as much as it would have without it. Still, she knew her palm would smart once she was free of Emi's body, if only her palm. It was fine, though.
"What kind of room is it?"
Her eyes--Emi's eyes--took in the classroom. It was, unsurprisingly, a room for a class of students. By the size of the desks and chairs it was one of the younger rooms, and yet Byeol-Su wondered if Emi could sit in one of them and be perfectly comfortable. Colorful signs hung on the walls, with boxes and numbers and other things that looked too complicated for her to know what they were. She knew how to count, of course, but math was so boring she never really bothered to keep learning it. Especially not on the road.
Aside from the children's desks, there was a desk for a teacher, with a locked metal cabinet behind it with a plug that snaked through a hole in its back. Something inside it needed power--the homeroom teacher's work laptop, maybe? Other than that she didn't notice anything interesting here.
"Did War Crime go to school?" The question slipped out without her even thinking about it, like most of what Byeol-Su ever said. "Was it fun? Nice?"
