Patrolling the streets as usual while wearing his usual hooded jacket and cap to hide his distinct hair, Kenshin was on the lookout for any suspicious things going on. As he walked down the sidewalk, the boy took out one of the protein bars he had in his pocket. Unwrapping it, he ate the peanut and chocolate bar. Hmm, not bad. Once he was done, he looked for the nearest trash can to throw out the wrapper. Once he found one and threw it out, he stopped and noticed two things. First, this neighborhood was familiar. Only a couple of houses down was G's place. The boy sighed, remembering staying over for a bit after he and G were tired from chasing a speedy criminal. Meeting Hanako was nice, but the awkward as hell dinner that followed sure wasn't. Kenshin would never stop feeling bad for ruining things like that. Hopefully he could make it up to the two someday. The second, and far more important thing Kenshin noticed was a man crouching behind a bush. He was holding what appeared to be a walkie-talkie on one hand and some kind of binoculars with some gadgets attached to it on the other hand. The hell? Even more strange, the guy seemed to be focusing his attention on G's place. If this did not scream suspicious, then the sun was a cold green pyramid made of cheese. Who would want to spy on G? And why? Unless the target was not G himself but rather one of his family. So was this guy trying to get info on Hanako? Miku? Or perhaps Haruuhi? Or all of them? But then a horrifying thought came to Kenshin. THUNDERSHOCK! Perhaps the boy was being paranoid, but that asshole was the one behind Haruuhi's kidnapping. Did he send one of his goons over to try to spy on G and his family in order to dig up some info? Did he want to finish what he started months ago? Kenshin would not put it past the yakuza to do something so vile. If that really was the case, then this scumbag needed to be stopped! And even if that wasn't why this guy was looking at G's place, then what the hell was he doing here acting so suspicious? Either way, this was definitely worth investigating. Kenshin tried to hide so that he could spy on the suspicious person and see just what it was he was after. However, that idea turned out to be useless. The boy had been spotted! Putting his things away, the mysterious guy began to run off. Oh no you don't! Kenshin began to pursue the man, determined to not let him escape. However, Kenshin was not going to just chase the man directly. No, the boy had a better idea. While still keeping close so as not to lose the guy, Kenshin himself would move around and stay hidden, seeing where the guy was heading off to while hopefully remaining out of sight long enough to fool the guy into thinking that he lost the boy. Then, once the guy was lulled into a false sense of security, Kenshin would have an easier time tailing him and seeing where he would go. If the boy's theory was correct, then this guy was small fry who would report to a bigger fish. Kenshin followed the spy to the train station, boarding the train that was heading to Tokyo. With how crowded the station and the train was, it would have been easy to lose the guy. This was why the boy remained vigilant and kept an eye out. The boy also took the time to remove his jacket and cap, putting them away for now. Seeing as the spy saw him earlier, the guy would be on the lookout for someone wearing a hood and cap, not for a young boy with white and black hair. During the train ride, Kenshin took the time to send a text message to G: Yo, I was patrolling as usual when I saw some creep looking at your place with binoculars. Hella suspicious. Tailing him rn to see what he's up to, so don't worry.Hoping that G would get the text soon (and that he actually had his phone on him), Kenshin continued to keep an eye on the suspicious man. He seemed to be a bit more relaxed now, probably thinking that he was no longer being followed. He also seemed to be texting someone on his phone. Once the train had arrived, the guy calmly headed out. Kenshin, while still making sure to keep his distance so as not to be found out, followed the guy. A couple of minutes of walking, and Kenshin followed the spy to... Tokyo Hospital? The hell did someone spying on G's place needed to come to the hospital for? Suddenly, the guy stopped walking. Shit! Does he know I'm here? Hiding, the boy watched to see what the man would do next. Suddenly, a second man, who was dressed similarly to the one Kenshin was tailing, approached from the back of the hospital building. The two then began to talk, although the boy was just far away enough and the two men were speaking just quietly enough that Kenshin could not hear the conversation. Hopefully, G checked the message by now. Or at the very least a certain someone with access to his phone did. | Word count: 911

A young girl dressed all in black sat atop the roof of Tokyo Hospital. It was a far cry from a Hero Costume, consisting only of lose fitting black pants and a black t-shirt, gloves and boots. Her face would remain exposed if it wasn't for the high tech looking visor covering the upper half of her face. It served as her mask, obscuring her identity enough that someone wouldn't immediately be able to recognize her. She had her hair tied back into a tight bun now as well, a style the girl never wore normally.
The girl was Haruuhi, perched silently with her visor trained on the hospitals surroundings. Everyone that came in and out of the hospital was tracked by the girl, so long as they had a cellphone on them or passed by a security camera. There was little Haruuhi didn't know about the hospital at this point, and that included the fact that Kenshin approached the hospital. There didn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary at first, until the signal coming from Kenshin stopped a few feet away from two others she had been keeping tabs on.
Haruuhi shifted from her perch on the roof, peeking over the edge and zooming in on the two signals that had stopped nearby each other. Nothing suspicious there beyond the fact that they dressed similarly, and that there was a third person stalking them from the bushes. Who was that exactly? Was something here going on worth getting involved in? If it wasn't something affecting her or her family she would sit back and do nothing... no use getting pegged as a Vigilante if she didn't need to... She was already acting against school rules, and the law, as it was.

As the two suspicious men continued to talk, Kenshin could not help but be swallowed up by curiosity. Just what were these two talking about? Although it was risky, the boy needed to get closer. But before doing so, he quietly put his cap and hooded jacket back on. If they did discover the boy's presence, then he wanted to be in his disguise. Plus, his mostly white hair did not do much to help keep the boy concealed. Once his vigilante 'outfit' was back on, Kenshin crouched and moved in a bit closer, hiding behind a nearby trash can as he did so. "We cannot afford to fuck this up." Although it was still very hard to hear what the two were saying, at least Kenshin could pick up almost all of what they were saying now. "I don't know about you, but I don't want to get electrocuted." Kenshin raised an eyebrow. Electrocuted, huh? Although this made it very likely that Kenshin's theory of these goons working for Thundershock was valid, it was still too soon to assume anything. Electric-based quirks were very common, after all. He needed to listen some more. "Dumbass, you think the boss himself would waste his time on mooks like us? No doubt he'd let someone else deal with us if we screw up. Remember what happened to Katou when he fucked up? That's why we can't afford to make any mistakes." The other guy nodded. "True. The Kobayashi aren't ones to tolerate failure." Ding ding ding! And there it was! Now Kenshin was practically leaning on the trash can to hear as much as he could, all while doing his best to ignore both the nearby cockroaches and that horrid smell of whatever garbage was inside the trash can. "So what did you find? Anything interesting?" The other guy shrugged. "Place looked empty. Nobody was home. I was gonna break in and search the place before that rando spotted me." The first guy chuckled. "What were you hoping to find? Panties? You sicko." The other guy glared at his partner. "The fuck is wrong with you?! This is no time to make stupid jokes! We're on a job here! And those girls are underage, dumbass! And I have no interest in that sort of thing, unlike you, you pervert. Anyway, I just wanted to see if there was anything useful I could dig up on G and Miku. Not that it matters now."G and Miku?! So these guys really were spying on them! With how much Kenshin was leaning on the trash can, the boy was worried about putting too much force on it and causing the can to tip over and reveal himself to those two. "Alright then, we should probably head out. Don't want to be late, now." Kenshin smirked. Excellent! Time to follow these small fish and see where they would go! Then he could notify G of the location so they could plan on what to do next. Unfortunately, the guy's partner spoke up. "You go ahead. I'll take care of the runt hiding over there." The other guy looked surprised. "Wait, what?!" Fucking damn it! Kenshin sighed. So much for stealth. But how did that guy know? Looking around, Kenshin noticed a cockroach on the nearby wall, seemingly looking right at him. The boy began to wonder. Was this the quirk of that guy? Kenshin tried to punch the roach, but it scuttled away. Sure enough, it made its way to the two men. What surprised the boy, however, was when the cockroach suddenly began to speak in a high-pitched squeak. "I saw it! This kid was following you ever since you got on the train! And I saw him text somebody! I couldn't really see because it was a bad angle, but he's on to you!" Well shit. Looks like a fight was incoming. How unfortunate... for them! "Fine, you found me. I was hoping you dumbasses would just lead me to wherever it was you were heading to. But I suppose beating the answers out of you will work just as well." The boy was serious. He did not care about what cockroach guy or the other guy could do. He was determined to stop them from escaping. More importantly, he was determined to get some answers one way or another. | Word count: 727

With a quick and stealthy flip and shuffle of her body Haruuhi pushed herself off the ledge of the hospitals roof, soaring down two floors and landing on the ledge of one of the patient windows. She stayed crouched down low so as to not be seen by the two men she was watching, though she was still pretty far away that they'd really have to be looking for her to see her. She obviously couldn't hear them from this distance, and so now that the two men were a bit more within Haruuhi's range, she managed to hack into their phones.
Their screens would blink on within their pockets, though would remain silent as Haruuhi placed a phone call to them, listening to the muffled sounds of their conversation. It was a bit hard to hear them, but there were a few key words that she was able to make out, Kobayashi, G, Miku. Alarms started going off in the young girls head as she once more leapt off of the balcony she was standing on, parkouring her way down from balcony to balcony until she had gotten down to the ground below. she stayed close to the ground, trying hard not to be seen or heard.
As she started to approach the two men, she would reach into her backpack and place a facemask around her nose and mouth to further hide her identity from anyone around that might recognize her. At this point, only her red hair was an indication as to whom she might be, even though she wore it in a very different style.
Closer and closer Haruuhi got, but she stopped in her tracks when one of the thugs mentioned a brat following him.
'Crap... how did they see me!?'
She thought to herself, her heart rate rising exponentially as she just got lower to the ground, hoping that might just make it look like she'd never been there. However, they weren't approaching her at all. She saw a young boy, someone around her age, step out from behind a garbage bin. Seemed like they were after him and not her... well, anyone opposing two Kobayashi thugs after her family, was a friend of hers! She smirked behind her mask as the two mens cellphones would suddenly start to ring as if they were receiving phone calls. Long before they could answer them however, both cellular devices would detonate in their pockets.
All the while, Haruuhi remained lying low on the ground, tucked away now between two cars. She could confuse the fuck out of these two with her quirk at a distance, while red boy could take them on up close.

Before anyone could do or say anything, there were suddenly ringing sounds coming from both men's pockets. They stared at each other with a look of confusion. "What the hell?!" "The fuck? I thought I kept my phone on vibrate!" Before either man could do anything else, there were suddenly two small explosions, one in each man's pocket. "FUCK!" "SHIT!" The two men began to panic. Just what had happened? Meanwhile, Kenshin was staring at the two men in surprise. Unless the other guy whose quirk was not yet revealed had done something incredibly stupid, it seemed as though there was someone else here. But who? Well from the looks of it, whoever had the power to control and detonate phones was on his side, seeing as only the men were affected. Immediately, Kenshin changed his expression so that he would not look confused. The reason was simple. If he could make these two clowns believe that he was the one who did that, then his mysterious ally could stay hidden and continue his or her shenanigans. It was a brilliant plan! Hopefully his new ally would catch on to this plan and help out some more. "Damn it, and I just bought this phone too! I wish I didn't throw out the receipt!" As one of the men sighed in frustration, the other snapped at him. "Quit your complaining! There are far more important matters at hand! You!" He suddenly addressed Kenshin. "This was your doing, wasn't it?" Kenshin grinned. "What's the matter? Butthurt that you can't go call your mother to pick you up once I beat your asses? But look at the bright side. The hospital's right there, so you won't have to go very far when I do stomp you two idiots!"Alright, so that was the plan for now. Hold off on using his quirk to continue deceiving these two into thinking that cellphone manipulation was his quirk. Meanwhile, his hidden partner could hopefully continue to troll these two with their quirk. Fighting without his quirk was not a problem for Kenshin, as he no longer needed to rely on his quirk thanks to G's training. "Alright, you little shit. Let's see how you like my cockroaches!" Pointing towards Kenshin, the man had seemingly instructed the cockroaches to attack the boy. Kenshin smiled. It was going to take more than a couple of insects to slow him down! Running towards the two men, Kenshin jumped over the cockroaches and aimed a kick at the cockroach manipulator. However, the roaches closest to the man suddenly came together and formed some kind of insect wall, intercepting the kick. Okay, maybe these roaches aren't so weak after all. This wall was actually quite durable. But then Kenshin noticed something that made him worry. Currently, there were three groups of cockroaches. The first was the one that was currently formed into the roach wall. The second group was the one that the boy had jumped over and were now coming in to attack from behind. The third group, and the ones that were the real reason to worry? They were completely ignoring Kenshin. Instead, they were beginning to spread out throughout the area, seemingly looking around and searching for something. Shit! This had basically confirmed Kenshin's fear. The cockroach guy either suspected that Kenshin was in fact not the one who had blown up the two men's phones, or he wanted to make sure that Kenshin did not have any partners hiding nearby in case things went south for him. In any case, this was bad. If the roaches found the hidden person, then these guys might start to run away. And there was no way Kenshin could let either of these two escape! "Don't just stand there like an idiot! Do something!" The other guy was startled. "Uh, right. Sorry." The guy then stretched out his fingers and transformed them into drills. As the cockroaches began to attack Kenshin, the drill guy began to run up to the boy to try to impale him. "Nothing personnel, kid! But you're in our way!" The cockroach guy sighed. "It's personal, you dumbass. Not personnel."At first, things were looking bad for Kenshin. He was being attacked by both a group of cockroaches and the drill guy. Plus, there was nothing to suggest that cockroach guy could not fight too while controlling those insects. However, the two thugs made a big mistake. Despite being broken, the two still had their phones on them. That meant that a certain hidden girl could continue to troll the two men using their own barely functional phones. That was of course, assuming that she did not get herself caught. With the small swarm of roaches continuing their search for anyone else nearby, she needed to be very careful with what she did next. Would the roaches find Haruuhi? Or could she remain concealed? | Word count: 818

'Boom'
Haruuhi thought to herself with a wide smirk spreading across her face. Flawless execution of her explosions that would not only fry their phones, but leave gaping holes in the mans pants. How's THAT for a distraction. Could anyone fight seriously when their pants kept falling off? Talk about embarrassing!
It looked like the boy who was facing off against these two guys took the hint and began acting like Haruuhi's quirk was his own, gloating and threatening the two older men with a power not his own. She didn't mind, the longer she got to stay hidden the better. If she didn't have to reveal herself at all? bonus! Well that was the idea at least...
When one of the men started pouring out a massive amount of cockroaches, Haruuhi's face promptly turned to blue. She would have covered her mouth if it wasn't for the mask already on her face.
'fucking ew ew ew ew....'
Haruuhi mentally shrieked to herself as she began to crawl backwards, away from the oncoming roaches. What was she going to do against the most resilient bug on the planet?? Crushing them wasn't really going to work, and would just reveal her location! The inside of her visor would spring to life with a separate HUD display, doing a quick search on cockroaches and radio waves. It looked like radiowaves at a certain frequency could confuse the little bastards... So that's exactly what she did. She began to emit radiowaves at the precise frequency the website told her would confuse and 'blind' the bugs, hopefully pushing them away from her or just plainly not seeing her.
As her body continued to emit her own radiowaves, this wasn't something that was very hard to do and so it wasn't too difficult to focus once more on Kenshin. He had already tried kicking the cockroach man but was blocked by a buggy shield, foiling his attempt rather quickly. She silently cursed herself as she could have launched a wave of energy at them to maybe break through as part of his kick but was entirely too late for that. Instead Kenshin now had to deal with bug guy, drill guy, and the army of nasty cockroaches. She shuddered as she could hear their creepy, tiny little legs crawling by.
'snap out of it... that guy needs my help'
She had to mentally goad herself, lying flat on her belly and lifting her hands up towards the cockroach guy, as drill guy was hidden by Kenshin's body. She fired off a shock wave of radio waves that aimed to slam into him while totally bypassing his shield as she was positioned next to him in the grass.
After the blast, Haruuhi got up on all fours and began to crawl away from the location she had just fired from as if she was some kins of sniper. As she crawled away, she did run into a few cockroaches and really amped up her radio wave output, walking right through the swarm of bugs while trying not to wretch into her mask.

As the two thugs focused on both Kenshin and keeping their pants on, Kenshin was doing his best to keep the charade going for as long as he could. Unfortunately, things were becoming more tricky with each passing second. First was roach guy. He and his cockroaches were proving to be a nuisance. Not only did the roaches form a formidable wall, but they hit decently hard as well. The roaches behind Kenshin joined together to form a fist-shaped cluster of roaches, which would then ram into the boy. Although blocking at the last second saved him from the worst of the impact, a horrifying thought occured to him. Where have all these roaches been? Just the thought of that was enough to almost make him want to gag. He would definitely need to change clothes and take multiple showers once he got home. More importantly, there were the roaches that were not fighting the boy nor defending their master. These were the ones that worried Kenshin as they could possibly discover his hidden ally if they were thorough enough in their search. And even if Kenshin was not occupied by both the swarm of roaches and the other thug, he was not sure if going to try to stop the roaches from searching was a good idea. It could give away the fact that there was indeed someone else hiding there. As much as he didn't like it, Kenshin had no choice but to ignore those roaches, having to trust the mysterious quirk user to keep him or herself hidden. Thankfully, it seemed that their quirk was doing the trick. Roach guy seemed concerned when looking at the swarm. "Hey! Is everything alright? Did you find anything?" The roaches' responses were... random to say the least. "I can't see!" "MY EYES!" "Everything is fading to black!" "I AM ERROR." "Darkness imprisoning me!"Roach guy was concerned. What the hell was happening? How are my roaches suddenly blind? Was it the work of that kid? But why? But then a thought came to him. If it was him, why would he blind these roaches rather than the ones fighting him? A wicked grin appeared on the man's face. Are you trying to hide something, boy?"You!" The man roared at his partner. "Keep the kid busy. I need to go check something. My roaches lost their vision, and I need to figure out why."Shit! It was just as Kenshin feared. Even if the guy didn't exactly figure it out, he was beginning to suspect that there's someone else hiding. Sadly, the drill guy was not going to let Kenshin try to stop the roach guy. "Aye! I'll deal with this one, then. You, boy!" He grinned as he looked down at Kenshin. "You think you can handle my drills on top of all the roaches?" Kenshin gritted his teeth. It seemed as though there was no choice. "Bring it on! I'll take you all on!"As the drill guy tried to attack, the other roaches tried to grab Kenshin in order to restrain him and let their partner's attack land without fail. However, they would soon learn that the boy would not remain restrained for long. As soon as they tried to grab hold of his hand, Kenshin used his strength to punch his way free. He then grabbed the thug's outstretched arm (while avoiding the drills) and threw the guy onto the insect cluster. "EEK!" Kenshin grimaced in disgust upon seeing a few of the roaches get drilled and blended to death. How disgusting! As the battle continued, the roach guy began to look around. "Alright, so it was around here where my cockroaches lost their vision and became confused. So is there something or someone here?" If Haruuhi was lucky, she would be able to keep herself hidden. But if not, then it was only a matter of time before she was discovered. Would she be lucky? And if so, how long would her luck last? | Word count: 669

Haruuhi's thoughts mirrored Kenshin's own as she spotted the cockroach man leave the fight to come towards her. At least if she kept him distracted, then he couldn't use his cockroaches against Kenshin right? Right... so even if she was discovered it wasn't the end of the world. She just had to think smart. She needed to remain stealthy, but that wasn't going to be possible for long...
'What would Spymaster do...'
She thought to herself curiously as she shrunk back behind one of the decorative bushes. She waited with baited breath as the man approached where she had been moments ago. Unfortunately he wasn't about to stay still, moving this way and that searching for her, looking under parked cars as he walked with his bugs in tow. Haruuhi hastily reached into one of her pouches and retrieved a makeshift taser that she had made for just such occasions (okay so she made it in case she got kidnapped again).
She would crawl, much like his own bugs, back towards the cockroach man, crouching down behind a car and using it's wheel to mask her legs. She peered over her shoulder, waiting for him to come around the back of the trunk and...
**ZZZZZZZZZZZAP*
With one swift movement Haruuhi leapt out from behind the wheel like some kind of predatory cat, jumping on his chest and digging the taser into his collarbone. If she hit, then she would no doubt feel some of the shock as well as she had literally jumped on him, but she had aimed for a quick take down, hoping to pin him down to the ground where she would then promptly run off to hide behind another vehicle once more.
If she failed however, well that would be an entirely different story. she would find herself face to face with a strong enemy that had an army of disgusting bugs! At that point she would have put herself into a vulnerable position and would have to find a way to defend herself.

"Oh god, why?!" The drill guy looked at the roach guts that were now all over his hands, upper body, and face. This was just disgusting! He so needed to get a shower or ten once he got home! He then glared at Kenshin. "You are so dead, kid!" Getting up, he stretched out his hand, pointing his drill fingers at Kenshin as he began to run towards the boy with the intent to give him the same fate as the blended and impaled roaches. Kenshin could not help but grimace. If not for the fact that this guy was a thug who was involved with the Kobayashi, the boy would have felt bad for him. But now was no time for pity. It was time to kick ass! Sidestepping away from drill guy, Kenshin then aimed a kick at the man's back. However, the roaches once again formed a sturdy wall to block the kick. It seemed that cockroach guy's quirk had quite the range! And this was very troublesome! As long as these roaches were in the way, what was supposed to be a simple and straightforward one-on-one fight was instead becoming quite the ordeal. The boy kept a bit of distance from both the roaches and drill guy. If one managed to ensnare him, the other would be able to attack without issue. Hopefully, his mystery partner had some way of dealing with roach guy, assuming that they did not get caught. Meanwhile, roach guy was beginning to sweat a bit. Maintaining his quirk to assist his partner with fighting that kid while also trying to find whatever it was that interfered with his roaches was proving to be quite taxing. Still, he could not take chances. If there really was someone else here, he wanted to deal with them and get them out of the way. He then came around the back of the car, and... *ZZZZZZZZZZZAP*It was so sudden. From out of nowhere, someone leapt onto his chest and hit him with a taser. "Gyaughsdcgwigwg" Roach guy began spazzing out from the shock, falling to the ground without ever having time to process just what the hell happened. With a thud, he hit the ground hard, knocked out cold. Back to the battle, Kenshin was very surprised when the roach wall suddenly collapsed. The cockroaches then began to scatter, running away in random directions. The boy was confused at first, but then realized something that made him smile. Roach guy must have lost control of his quirk somehow! Which means that his ally found a way to stop him! Awesome job, whoever you are! Naturally, drill guy was not so pleased. With a look on his face that had worry written all over it, he began running off towards where he last saw his partner head off to. "Shit! What happened?"Of course, Kenshin was not going to let drill guy head over to where Haruuhi was. "Going somewhere?" The boy ran as fast as he could, then tackled drill guy into the ground. "Oof!" However, drill guy was not about to let himself get pinned down without a fight. After making Kenshin back off to avoid the drills, drill guy began to smirk. "I was beginning to suspect something was up. Something must have happened to my partner, since he would never just let the roaches run off the way they did. You have a partner hidden away somewhere, don't you? The exploding phone earlier. That's not your quirk, is it kid? You've been playing us!"Well shit! Looks like the jig is up. Before Kenshin had a chance to respond, however, drill guy suddenly began to run. "Seeing as they needed to hide and use you as a distraction, I'd say that they're not very good at combat! I'm guessing that they only caught my partner by surprise, rather than actually defeating him. So I'll find the prick and tear em to shreds! Then I'll deal with you!" Kenshin gritted his teeth. Like hell you will!Following the thug close behind, the two would keep running. Pretty soon, drill guy made it to his knocked-out partner, with Kenshin following close behind. Shit, I hope you're still hidden somewhere. Upon seeing the unconscious man, the thug did the most sensible and respectful thing anyone could do for their coworker by... kicking and spitting at him. "Hey! This is no time for a nap, fucker! Get up, you worthless sack of crap!" Kenshin shook his head. Wow, no respect for his comrade.The thug then smiled. "Hey! I know you're hidden around here somewhere! Come on out, coward! What's the matter, can't face me without this boy covering for your sorry ass?" Kenshin glared at the thug. "How disgusting, treating your partner like trash just because he got his ass handed to him. Well guess what? I'll be sending your ass to the pavement too. Then once roach guy wakes up, I'll be asking you two a bunch of questions. Then you can both enjoy prison." The man chuckled. "Oh really? Well try to make me talk, you prick!"There was no way Kenshin would lose to some mere thug. He could take this one out himself. Haruuhi would not need to interfere here, though the boy would not mind if she did. If she did want to act, then Kenshin was being a good distraction to drill guy, keeping him occupied long enough for her to do whatever she needed or wanted to do. | Word count: 921

The two of them went crashing onto the ground, Haruuhi landing on top of cockroach guy and gasping lightly as a course of the electricity coursed through her. To her it was more like an unpleasant shock, having been at the ass end of Thundershock's lightning bolts... but this guy got the ass end of her taser and was feeling the full effects of just how unpleasant that could be. He collapsed to the ground like a sack of potatoes, and Haruuhi quickly stood back up, pocketing the taser and taking off her mask. She intended to use the straps of her mask as makeshift cuffs so that the guy couldn't get away when he woke up, but there was absolutely no time.
She heard the other guy yelling about coming to find her, and Haruuhi immediately backed off and hid behind the nearest car much in the same way she did when she surprised and tazed cockroach guy. She stayed put as she listened to the exchange between him and the boy, slipping her mask back on her face and looking to either side of her for a way out. Hey... she could fight him just fine if she wanted too... but getting caught meant she was going to get in big big trouble with U.A. As he approached she felt her heart start beating faster and faster until an idea hit her.
It wasnt a secret anymore that she was here somewhere, so she had lost that element, but he still didn't know WHERE. He was obviously more focused on finding her than keeping up his fight with Kenshin... so why not have some fun with him.
Guess what all cars had? Computers. She gently placed her hand on the body of the car she was hiding behind and the radio suddenly sprang to life, it's volume on full blast as various radio announcers began to speak. The voices were all different, but mashed together they spoke flawlessly.
"This is the end for you"
And then just as suddenly all the radio's of the cars in the parking lot went off. Each started to play the exact same song, making things very loud and very distracting for the man, and probably alerting those inside the hospital of something going on.
"WE'RE ON A HIGHWAY TO HELL"
The music would start to blare out, giving the duo of kids a bit of a theme song to work with. Haruuhi would then jump out from behind the car once more, aiming for the same tactic that she had used on the first guy. Taser in hand again she aimed to plunge it hard against his neck if she could.

Alright, the time for battle drew near! As drill guy looked down on the boy and glared menacingly at him, Kenshin was trying to decide if it was worth using his quirk on this scumbag. It would make the fight a lot faster, making it last from ten seconds to two. But perhaps that was just a waste of energy. After all, this guy really wasn't all too threatening on his own, as Kenshin had no problem holding his own even with that guy using his drill fingers. But before the fight could start, there was a sudden blast of sound coming from the cars. Drill guy became confused at the fact that the cars were seemingly sending him a message. And then just as suddenly, an old classic began to play. "What the fuck is going on?" Kenshin smiled. Awesome! Not only was his hidden ally using their quirk creatively, but they also had excellent musical taste. The boy had to resist the temptation to start banging his head and pumping his fist in the air. "I don't know what the fuck this is, but if you think you can catch me by surprise, then you got another thing com-" But then that's when he got the same treatment as roach guy. Although he did turn around and saw Haruuhi coming at him, he also noticed Kenshin on the move, running straight at him. Drill guy hesitated for a fraction of a second, not being sure who to attack. It was that hesitation that gave Haruuhi the opening she needed to successfully hit her mark. "Gyahiwgbifuishz" And just like his comrade, drill guy was knocked out and fell to the floor, with his drills transforming back into regular fingers. Kenshin stared at the fallen thug for a moment before approaching cautiously. Not wanting to take any chances, Kenshin checked the unconscious drill guy to make sure that he wasn't faking it. "Okay, good. He's out." He then looked at the masked girl and smiled. "Okay, first of all, that was awesome! Second, I love the song choice. And third, thanks. I appreciate the help. It's always a pleasure kicking criminal ass with a fellow badass."Suddenly, Kenshin turned his head towards the fallen thug's comrade. Roach guy was beginning to stir. Was he regaining consciousness? Quickly running over to the thug, Kenshin used his foot to roll the man so his back was facing up. Then before roach guy could pull himself up, Kenshin grabbed the thug's arms and pinned them down behind his back. This scumbag wasn't going anywhere. "Oh goodie, you're awake now! I got some questions for you, and believe me when I say it's better for you if you cooperate."The guy began to struggle. "The hell? Get the fuck off of me, kid!" Kenshin then shoved the guy's face down on the ground. Not hard enough to do any serious damage, but hard enough to show that he was not messing around. "Unless it's to answer my questions, I don't want to hear another damn word! Now answer me! What the hell were you doing at G's house, spying on the place?" Roach guy scoffed. "Who the hell is G?" Kenshin glared at him. "I know you're stupid, but don't play dumb! I heard your partner mention the Kobayashi. Just what the hell did they send you for? What are you clowns after?" Roach guy began to laugh. "I ain't telling you nothing, kid. My boss would literally kill me. Compared to him, you ain't shit." As tempting as it was to kick this idiot's face in, Kenshin could not pry any answers from an unconscious man. Kenshin then turned to Haruuhi, his expression becoming far less intense. "Yo, you got anything I can use to bind this dumbass? Or at least his partner?" Kenshin looked over to drill guy. He was still unconscious for now, but for how much longer remained to be seen. Damn it, of all the times I forgot to bring rope, why now? | Word count: 674

As Haruuhi leaped up onto the drill guy, the same scenario repeated itself. The taser went off, the man crumpled to the ground and Haruuhi landed on top of him, breathing heavily into her mask as her heart raced with both the adrenaline and the slight shock she received as she touched him. It wasn't pleasant by any means... she felt like her heart was going to burst at any second! Honestly she hadn't felt this fight or flight feeling since she had been kidnapped by Bucket so it was actually pretty scary for her. It was also gratifying, as Haruuhi was never the one to get into a proper fight or... win.
'A fellow badass hunh?'
Haruuhi thought to herself with a smile appearing on her face (even if it was hidden by a thick mask). She would just nod Kenshin's way, refusing to speak for the time being as she wanted to keep her identity secret as long as possible. Though, she did have to take the mask off sooner than she had hoped. She unhooked the straps from the mask and then went over to drill guy. Turns out the straps were actually a form of zip tie, and Haruuhi made short work of tying the mans hands behind his back. Better than nothing she supposed.
Meanwhile, the other boy was interrogating the bug guy who was started to stirr back to consciousness. She was hopeful he'd stay knocked out until the police arrived, but that unfortunately wasn't the case. She was thankful however that kenshin was able to pin him down as he interrogated him.
Behind her visor, her eyes grew wide as Kenshin mentioned the fact that these two goons had been stalking her dad, from his house to the hospital! That meant they knew about Hana, and they knew about Kai. The shocked expression quickly left her features, turning to a dangerous glare as Haruuhi brandished her taser once more and walked up to the pinned man. She'd raise his head by pushing up against his chin and placing the taser only inches away from his throat. The energy would easily be felt through the man's flesh, though it wouldn't be painful until it actually connected.
"Answer him, or you won't have to worry about Thundershock."
She threatened, a dangerous look to her eyes if you were able to see them. These two dared to fuck with her family! Why the hell were they stalking G! Was this because of her again? Damn it she needed this guy to talk!! Though it wasn't exactly very heroic to be threatening people with death now was it...

That stupid smug expression on roach guy was pissing Kenshin off. How dare this scumbag try to spy on G and his family! The boy did not appreciate these thugs trying to cause trouble for his friends. G, Hanako, Miku... okay, maybe he never actually met Haruuhi in person (oh, the irony), but that didn't matter at all. She was important to G, Hanako, and Miku. So Haruuhi was important to Kenshin too. And there was no way that Kenshin would ever forgive this thug or let his actions slide. Nobody messed with his friends and gets away with it! "Maybe I didn't make myself clear enough. Or maybe you just hit your head too hard and lost the last three brain cells you had. But regardless, I'm going to make this very simple. Tell me everything you know, or I'll drop you and your partner over to the cops, and then your sorry asses can have fun in prison. So unless you actually want to drop the soap, start talking!"The glare the boy gave the man was enough to scare most people shitless. And if this guy worked for anyone else, maybe he would have started to talk right then and there. But if there was one thing about this guy that even Kenshin had to begrudgingly give him credit for, it was that he was exceptionally loyal to his comrades. "So what? Even if I do go to prison, that's still hell of a lot better than going back to my employers after having screwed up. Look kid, failure's not an option for me. If I can't complete my mission, I'll be discarded and disposed of, never to be seen again. Hell, I'll gladly take prison if it means I'll be safe from them. But either way, I'm not about to betray my-" Kenshin did not need to hear the rest. A swift punch to the face to shut the guy up. If he wasn't going to talk, then Kenshin did not want to hear him. But then Haruuhi came over with the taser, placing it inches from roach guy's throat. Oh damn! Nice! Hearing her threaten the guy was pretty badass. It also made Kenshin realize that his partner was female, though with her mask still on, that did not really give away anything about who she actually was. Not that it really mattered to Kenshin. The fact that she helped him out was more than enough for him. If she did not want to reveal herself to him, he would not pry. Of course, roach guy did not really look very comfortable with the taser being so close. One shock was enough for him. He really did not want another. "Okay look, I really don't want a shock from anyone, so eh, I'll give you the bare basics. That way, I don't betray anyone, and you still get something. Look, I'm just a lowly grunt, so I have no idea what the big man knows or wants. I just follow orders. All I know is that this G guy is apparently a thorn on the boss's side, so I was sent to gather info. I can't say exactly what info though, or I'll be killed! Or are you suggesting you'd kill me too?"Kenshin did not know what to think. Was this guy telling the truth? He did look nervous enough to want to cooperate in fear of getting tasered. But what if he was lying? The boy did not trust this thug at all, so he would not put it past him to make shit up. Perhaps he would try to control his cockroaches to try to attack? It would be a pretty ballsy move considering the taser that was so close to the guy. Roach guy then quickly spoke up. "Hey, I have an idea. Let me go, and if you do, you can silently follow me to where I meet with my employers. Like I said, I'm just a lowly grunt. But if you let me go, I can lead you to the big fish, and you can-" Another punch to the face. "Hey, I have an idea too. Shut it with the idiotic talk." There was no way that Kenshin would fall for this. Let the guy go? As if he would ever do that! This was clearly a trap of some kind, or a pathetic attempt at an escape! ...Still, it was an interesting idea. Not one that Kenshin was personally comfortable with or even wanted to consider actually doing. But if this guy really could lead him to the rest of the Kobayashi, whether directly or indirectly, there was the possibility of getting even more valuable information. There was also the possibility of getting into great danger, but that was obvious. "What do you think?" Kenshin was curious to see what the masked girl thought of this. "Should we try to get something useful out of him, or should we just leave him and his partner to the cops and call it a night?" Kenshin quickly glanced over to drill guy. Although it was good that the thug was still unconscious and would not be going anywhere any time soon, perhaps he would have been more willing to betray his employers to try to save his own skin. Oh well. As long as the two goons got punished in some way, Kenshin was satisfied. | Word count: 905

Haruuhi stayed crouched down in front of the thug, taser still dangerously close to his throat with no intention of budging. Kenshin seemed to have a handle on this interrogation so she just let him handle it and remained the silent and deadly threat during the whole conversation. She was glad she did stay quiet because Kenshin had this interrogation in the bag. She was sure she wasn’t going to have to do anything at all with the way this guy was going. Sure he was cautious about HOW he said things, but he had spoken up…
And Haruuhi was none too pleased with the answer. Her trigger hand started to shake as she struggled not to electrocute him for admitting that he was after G for some reason he wasn’t admitting too. She grit her teeth, wanting to take this into her own hands and interrogate him further… but damn it she’d fucked up so much already, she couldn’t add straight up vigilantism to that as well… she was already walking a fine line…
Thankfully Kenshin then decided to take his fist to the mans head, knocking him off to the side and away from her taser. Thank god before she would of tortured the asshole until she spoke. Instead this gave Haruuhi the opportunity to simply knock him out and leave him for the cops. She’d let her dad know what was going on… as much as she wanted all the information.
“Best start focusing on a different career.”
Haruuhi growled at him as she would drive the taser into his back once more, shocking him to hell once more and waiting until he was out cold before she stood up. She brought one hand up to her ear as if she was about ready to speak into an ear piece. There was a low beep from her headset and Haruuhi would speak low, and very briefly.
“Tokyo General Hospital, we’ve apprehended two stalkers who work for Thundershock outside the building, both using their quirks without permits to spy on one of the patients families. Please send someone to pick up two adult males bound unconscious by the front entrance.”
Another click and the call was cut. The screen behind her visor would shine a bright blue for a brief moment as Haruuhi used her quirk to scramble her location and signal so that the call couldn’t get traced back to her. Only then would she finally look back over towards Kenshin, hesitating as she wanted to reveal herself, but knew nothing about this kid… the last thing she needed was to get kicked out of UA.
“Thank you for everything you did with these two. I don’t think I would of realized they were spying if it weren’t for you.”
She thanked him as she would then turn back to the unconscious man who remained unbound. How the hell were they going to tie him up and get the hell out of there before the cops showed up??

Seeing as roach guy was not going to cooperate, Kenshin had no issue with the masked girl tasering the asshole into unconsciousness. It was a shame that Kenshin could not get more out of roach guy. He really did want to get something useful out of him. Oh well. Still, at least the thug could not get anything on G or his family. Speaking of G, Kenshin took out his phone and quickly texted him. Stopped the creep and his pal with some help. Turns out the two were Kobayashi goons. Sadly couldn't get much info on why they were trying to spy on your place. At least their asses will rot in prison.After hitting send and putting his phone back in his pocket, Kenshin noticed that the masked girl was quietly talking with her hand raised to her ear. Was she contacting someone? Probably the police if he had to take a guess. After she was done with that, she thanked the boy for his help. "Anytime! And I must thank you as well. Those idiots were really thrown for a loop." Kenshin was curious on just what exactly this girl's quirk was, but he figured that it was best to not ask about it. "I really hate the fact that my friends were being spied on, so I really appreciate your help."Unbeknownst to Kenshin, drill guy was slowly beginning to regain consciousness. Everything felt like a blur. Just what happened? He remembered fighting that brat, then another brat came in, then pain, and then... well he could not remember much else. He then realized that he was all tied up. Wait, what? When did this happen? Well it didn't matter. He could not tell if the other one could see him or not, but the boy was currently chatting with them, unaware that the thug was waking up. The thug grinned as he began to focus, activating his quirk. His hands may be tied up, but no one said that he needed to rely on only his fingers... "I'm not sure if we'll ever meet again, but I'd be more than happy to kick some criminal ass with you again sometime." It was unlikely that someone who came here in a mask would be willing to give out their name. Perhaps she would give him an alias? Even if Kenshin did not mind not seeing what was under the mask, he still wanted to know what to call this masked badass. "Well I should probably get going soon if the police are on their way to pick up these-"But then the boy noticed something from the corner of his eye. One of the previously unconscious thugs was no longer out cold. The man was up, he was looking in Haruuhi's direction with a crazy grin on his face, and his nose had turned into a drill. Kenshin did not like where this was going. The boy had initially thought that the guy could only transform his fingers, not just any part of his body. And if drill guy was keeping that a secret, who knew what else he could do? "DIE!"Kenshin's body felt like it was moving on its own as he sprung into action and began to run forward, knowing that something bad would happen if he didn't move NOW. Everything seemed to slow down. The boy watched in horror as drill guy's transformed nose was ejected. The drill was flying out very quickly, quick enough that most people would have trouble getting out of the way in time. And the drill's target? Haruuhi. HENSHIN!In seconds, the boy's red armor covered his body. With a boost in speed, the boy rushed in and aimed to guard the masked girl before that drill could get to her. "GET DOWN!" Even if Haruuhi could not duck in time, Kenshin had already moved in front of her, blocking the drill with his armored upper body, and making sure that it could not hit its intended target. The drill was tough and certainly made a small dent in Kenshin's armor, just barely missing the emblem on his chest. And it did hurt quite a bit. Still, one blade swing from his now-transformed left hand was enough to slice the drill clean in two. "What the hell?!" Drill guy's face (whose missing nose was slowly beginning to regrow in the form of a drill) had shock written all over it. One moment, it looked like he could take the helmeted person down in one surprise shot. But then the other brat put on some kind of armor and somehow moved fast enough to protect the other one. And now the armored guy was coming straight at him! But before drill guy could even so much as think of trying to free himself, Kenshin was already there. And the boy was pissed. "You despicable piece of trash!" Kenshin held the guy up with his non-bladed hand. "Trying to sneak attack someone like a damn coward! Disgusting!" It would have been very easy to just beat the shit out of this guy, and Kenshin looked like he was about to do just that (though his armor's visor and mouth cover hid his furious expression). But then one glance at Haruuhi was enough to calm the boy down a little bit. Only a little bit, though. "Enjoy prison, bitch!" One hard smack with the blunt side of his hand blade, and drill guy fell to the ground, returning to unconsciousness once again. Not wanting to take any chances, Kenshin looked over to roach guy. Still out. Good. Resisting the urge to kick the thug, Kenshin went over to Haruuhi to make sure that she was okay. "Sorry. I should have kept a better eye on that one. You alright?" | Word count: 969
