And then of all things to happen, her phone got snagged
"MOTHER FUCKER!!!" she yelled out loud, when then she saw him run away.
Miku started to chase him, but as she ran, she decided to put her Quirk to good use, so she grew a vine that was meant to trip Recoil and make him fall. If that move succeeded, she would've ran over to Recoil who was down. Kicked him in the groin as hard as possible, take her phone and then leave.
But, if she missed and if he somehow by miracle dodged the vine that was meant to trip him and make him fall, she'd continue chasing him, while continuing to use her Quirk in a similar fashion. She'd sprout something from the ground so he'd hit his foot and fall. Because the park was filled with plants and grass, and thus this was her domain.
Of course, there was one thing that was known, the longer he resisted, the more painful his punishment would be. Because so far Miku was holding back and making her Quirk use limited, but if she has to go to the extreme, she was gonna make Recoil regret his actions

"Fast... Faster... FASTER!" Recoil's leg moved without any consent from him as he was in a delicate balancing act between running at the peak speeds his body could muster, trying to balance the box that had garbage in it and not trip over something innocuous like a rock or something. "Yea there's no way she'll doubt my villainy anymore... Muahahha, this was a genius ploy." As he was amidst his self congratulations his eyes turned to panic as he was near imminent impact with a tree as he attempted to... Leap to the side instead of perhaps turning to the side like a normal person.
In the high-speed nature of this movement he managed to trip on the rock beneath the tree in a climactic fall, as he careened toward the ground the contents of his box spilled in the grass beneath him with one of them being Miku's phone, which was in the unfortunate position of... Recoil's collapse. As he made impact with the ground he instinctively moved his hands in front of him to protect his face which... Also happened to be EXACTLY where Miku's phone was and would you look at that, Recoil also happened to accidentally being using his quirk in a panic causing his fall's force to be amplified. You can see where this was going, while perhaps Miku couldn't hear it, dots of small glass now lined Recoil's mask as he held a tarnished machine of social use. Oh dear. Now he HAD to steal it or else she'd kill him for breaking her phone as well, Recoil was so invested in this phone he didn't manage to notice how he narrowly avoided a vine that hit the tree just above him, or well I guess he did notice after the fact.
With Miku's relentless assault Recoil grabbed the bundle of broken metal, glass, wires and took off once again abandoning his treasure trove of bent cans, torn wrappers, bread crumbs and other garbage. He nearly lost his balance with the speed in which he picked himself up and continued his mad get-away, hoping to find safety once he got out of the park limits. If he got out of the park limits...
He got close, at least in his mind, before he noticed his right foot stopped moving as he once again collided with the ground with his hands now clutched around the broken phone and his chin first impact with mother Earth. "What's this sorcery! What's going on her- AHHHHH" He screamed in villainous panic as he noticed his leg was wrapped in roots and grass as a small blonde girl seemed to be bridging the gap between them, looking as if they were on a warpath ready to do to him what Genghis Khan did to the population of the Khwarazmian empire circa 1231. That was a terrible thought and one he couldn't let come to pass, so what did he do? Simple, the only thing he COULD do.
He screamed violently while attempting to pull his leg out of the vice-like grip of the roots and started throwing dirt at the oncoming hero hoping for an out. Sadly there was probably no chance for the young villain as the prodigy seemed to get closer, in his panic he started to try and claw his way out of the snare by gripping at the ground and trying to use his amplified energy to rip his leg out from it but for some reason this piece of grass was excessively sturdy for reasons he couldn't understand why, it was like it was made out of iron or something. "SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE! HELP! I'M BEING ASSAULTED BY A YOUNG AND UPCOMING HERO!" Sadly no villains were there or actually one to answer his pleas for rescue. He was all by himself about to face the wrath of Genghis Kh- Miku Hotjabroni. "No no no come on.. Uh..."
It was no use there was nothing he could do. Soon enough the enraged goldilocks had caught up and was in close proximity, he kept the metal device in his hands close to him as he tried to cover it up. "Heh... I uh... Guess you know I'm a real villain now? One that isn't to be taken LIGHTLY, indeed.. Y- I broke your phone on my fall please don't kill me." He said going from confident to a whimper on the turn of a dime. "P-please? With maybe like... Uhh... What do Japanese people like fuck... S-Sprinkles on top?" It was nice knowing you Recoil.

There's being a douche, and then there's being dead. And thats what Recoil was now. He was dead. Dead meat, because breaking a phone delivers one a fate far worse than death. Miku wanted to strangle him, but that was being too gentle. There was also quartering him, dismembering him with vines by pulling him apart, but there was no satisfaction in that.
Thus Miku approached Recoil. As she did, she took a plant seed from her pocket. When he came up to Recoil, she grabbed him by the throat with her left hand, while her right hand that held the seed grew with the use of her Quirk. Vines sprouted from that seed and covered Miku's right hand, which made it appear that her arm 'grew drastically' and giving her arm a larger and more muscular like appearance as those vines acted like extra muscle. Miku, wanting to beat this bozo to a pulp, decided to go all out on her Quirk strength. So of course, she punched him.
Although, Miku didnt have the pleasure of beating him up to an inch of his life as she soon heard the ambulance. She then used her Quirk to make the vines shrivel and wilt away. And quickly left the guy to the ambulance
