Appearance:
Itsuki's idea of dressing Casual, is his Casual hero gear. Black Cargo pants that he uses to store anything that might be useful for that day (held up by two belts because those pants get thicc), a thick sleeveless shirt with a turtle neck adorned with bits or armor across his abdomen and shoulders. his boots are usually heavy, military grade boots meant to keep him standing firm.
He has jet black hair which only adds contrast to the odd blue color of his eyes. An X shaped scar on his upper right temple and various smaller scars across his body. he's got fair skin which is rather light for a Japanese man.

Personality:
The best way to describe Itsuki is "Glory Hog" This man has a serious need for the spotlight! He loves to be the center of attention, loves to be the hero. He will be in front of every camera, stop and pose for every picture! While Itsuki is extremely full of himself, he's also aware of that fact and uses it to his advantage to try and gain popularity as a Pro Hero.
He is kind and inspiring to those that want to become heroes, but to vigilantes and villains he turns into a complete asshole. He will threaten vigilantes into getting their hero licenses or arrest them, and villains he shows no mercy. He does however abide by the law and refuses to kill unless there is absolutely no other option.
Itsuki loves children, and cares deeply for all the students at U.A Academy, even if he doesn’t know them. He’s got an incredible respect for someone so young who already knows they want to go out there and save the world. That respect is what drives him as a teacher and what ultimately made him accept the position at U.A. He is the type of teacher willing to take every kid on one on one to ensure that they develop into the best Heroes they can be.

HISTORY
The very first year that U.A Academy was opened, Itsuki was offered a teaching position at the Academy early on in his career. This was before the man becare a pro hero himself, and so he initially refused the job. After-all, how could be teach Heroes without being one?
Itsuki has put himself through years of rigorous training to prove not only to himself, but to his family that he would make for an excellent warrior. Of course, his family had hoped he would be a weapon for the Kobayashi Family, but Itsuki was such a gentle soul that there was no way he could ever allow himself to work for someone such as Thundershock.
It was only recently that Itsuki finally obtained his hero license through the governments program, proving himself to be worthy of the title of a Pro Hero. As soon as he did receive that license, he had attempted to have both his own parent's arrested for working with the Kobayashi clan... however, there hadn't been enough evidence to keep the couple arrested, and so the CEO of the Sphene Enix company had been let free, and the whole incident swept under the rug. It had never even been reported in the news...
That might have been the moment that triggered Itsuki into becoming such a glory hog? He wanted everything he did to be recognized by the media and by society. he wanted to give evil no place to hide and force them out into the light...
What was the best way to do that? The best way to dig evil out of their hole? Train the first Generation of Hero's of course! Sure there were plenty of pro heroes out there now, but none of them had taken up the mantle as early on as these kids. These would be the first true heroes, and Itsuki planned to see this through until his kids became the best damn heroes Japan had ever seen.
