U.A Disciplinary Committee
"To uphold the law is the utmost rule of heroism."
In light of the increasingly concerning conduct of some of the student body, a new policy came underway in 2073 that would introduce a new council whose role would involve the enforcement of school rules and expected standards upon students as a whole. Shortly after the first Sports Festival, a committee of exemplary pupils with outstanding conduct were hand-selected to become the first generation of members.
Unlike many other school functions, the Disciplinary Committee face compulsory meetings and are expected to consistently perform to the high standard expected of them; both academically and in their everyday lives, even while outside of U.A itself.
That being said, they are to uphold a certain Code of Conduct, which they are made to swear upon before being officiated:
1) If a rule is broken, about to be broken or is conspired to be broken, I shall intervene.
2) In the face of prejudice and discrimination, I shall persevere and shield the vulnerable.
3) I shall not fall victim to temptation or greed, bribery and corruption shall be met with my full force.
4) I represent the Student Heroes of Japan and shoulder this responsibility in its entirety.
5) To uphold the law is the utmost rule of heroism and is both my duty and responsibility.
As one might see, U.A has taken a very serious approach to this new behavioral policy, and thus only the most steadfast students have been hand-selected to join this committee. Upon being selected students are divided into one of the two potential branches depending on their personality and skillset.
Enforcers - Students that are both strong of body and mind and know the importance of upholding the rules, they often can be found patrolling the campus ensuring all the rules are obeyed. Got nagged on by someone with a badge on their arm because you were wearing your school uniform like a bikini, or running around shoeless? It's likely an Enforcer
Peacekeepers - Students who primarily specialize in supportive talents, they usually are at the Committee building monitoring the U.A chat and providing support for Enforcers. In some cases, Peacekeepers will be asked to enter the field alongside an Enforcer, or in rare cases with the right skill set will be given the chance to investigate leads without making contact/espionage.
The below include pupils that have shown outstanding fortitude and a no-nonsense perspective on the rules of U.A.
The Current Student Disciplinary Committee:
Overseer: Spymaster
- The de-facto leader of the Disciplinary Committee, his word is law among all the students, only second to the authority of the Principal himself. Due to his immense workload, most of the Committee will only rarely see him, and tend to report to the President of the committee who is directly in contact with the Spymaster.
President: Shadow
- A mysterious addition to the crew at U.A, Shadow is quite literally the Spymaster's shadow and serves as his second in command and liaison when it comes to the duties of the committee. While the President oversees the everyday activities of the committee and compiles proper reports for the Spymaster, the activities of each branch is usually regulated by the head of each branch. Still, major rule breaches from students or personal issues among the committee require the collective presence of Shadow and the head of each branch. Some rumors say this might be a pro-hero and her identity is sometimes debated among students since during active duty she always wears her suit.
Vice-President of the Enforcers: Tetsuko Shindou
- The Steel Heart of U.A and one of the strongest combatants of the school, Tetsuko leads the enforcers with a dedication often linked to the samurai of yore. Chosen for her admirable attitude and skillful display as a warrior during the Sports Festival tournament, she is certain to become a symbol of order and peace among the students of the school.

Vice-President of the Peacekeepers: Haruuhi Hajimari
- The Command Center of the Peacekeepers and the RadioTower of the Committee, after some shaky misadventures Haruuhi has established herself as a splendid expert when it comes to communication and monitoring not just of the U.A chat, but also the networking of establishing contact between the Enforcers and the Peacekeepers. Remember students, when you're being a jerk to others in the chat, keep in mind that Haruuhi might be peeking over your shoulder.

What Does The Committee Do?
The simple answer is: They act as the enforcers of U.A's many strict rules, doling out punishments to those who dare overstep the boundaries.
They have the responsibility to step in when they perceive a breach of the school's rules, to judge the breakage in terms of severity, taking in outside knowledge such as the track record of the offending student(s) before meting out a fair punishment proportional to the offence.
A reminder to students about the regulations at U.A:
Anything besides Minor Offences are considered Major Offences, and are to be reported to the committee President, or if they are unavailable, the Vice-Presidents, who will then decide on an appropriate punishment. The President & Vice-Presidents are well within their rights to impose suspensions and exclusions onto students who have proven to be unworthy of the extraordinary privilege that is attending the world's #1 Hero School after a final verdict is given by the Principal.
It is within the right of any and all member of the committee to use physical force and/or their quirks in the sole circumstance of preventing the assault, injury of students, staff and valuable school property.
How to join (current concept):
Unlike traditional clubs, the U.A Disciplinary Committee is not one you can just join, but rather it is one that students are recruited for. Due to the power and responsibility that each member has, it is incredibly difficult to join the committee, and just as difficult to keep the role. Those interested can submit an application for the committee and be invited for an interview by Shadow and/or the Spymaster himself, [Message Staff] and after said event the two of them will deliberate on whether to let that student join or not, keeping in mind their overall attitude, past records, and the conversation during the interview.

Although this is as much an announcement, we also want this to serve as a topic where members can provide feedback like voicing suggestions or concerns and such. Consider this topic to be open for several days before we will make a proper announcement which will likely also have something happen icly.
