A new VR headset was being released to the public the very next day and what better way to acquire such devices than from the warehouse in which was going to ship it late night. It was already close to being night time with the evening slowly ending in its day cycle. Aegon was given a tip from his friend that was a former employee of the warehouse, that the hot new VR headsets were there and were going to be released tomorrow. His friend had told him to grab him a pair for himself and Aegon on the other hand was going to steal all of the VR headset devices. What better way to do such deeds than to pose as a former employee of that same establishment. The only issue was that he didn't have his own identification card to access the building and the identification card that his friend had was useless due to it being deactivated.
Aegon found himself just around the corner to the entrance of the parking lot of the warehouse. Probably the only good thing about this type of set up, was that the parking lot staff were a separate staff than the main employees of the warehouse. So Aegon heading over to one of the parking lot employees and the employee immediately recognizing the uniform that the main employees wear.
"Hey how's it going? Its a bummer that one of the employees called out sick for an important shipment of the VR headsets."
The parking lot employee replying back with a smile.
"Hehe, yea those new VR headsets look incredible, I can't wait to get myself a pair."
"Yea yea, well i'm going to be heading over there now and help out with the loading."
The parking lot employee nodded and allowed him to enter the parking lot, where the easiest of task only became much harder at the grander scale of things. He deeply inhaled so much air into his chest, as one of the employee spotting him walking over to the truck.
"Hello?"
"Hey how's it going? I was told by management to come here to help you guys out."
"Management? We are the last truck leaving right now to deliver the items. You probably have the wrong warehouse."
"That's impossible, they told me to come over here. Here, I will show you the phone number."
As Aegon stood beside the man and showed him his phone, he immediately used his other claw to impact the back of the man's head. Causing him to drop to the ground and knock out. Meanwhile Aegon headed inside the warehouse with the man's identification card and started to pile on the last bits of shipment of the VR headset into the truck. After closing the back of the truck and entering the vehicle, he started to driver the truck right outside, with the parking employee letting him out and giving him a wave. It wouldn't be five minutes in, where the employee waking up and getting in contact with the police.
Now time was of the essence as the police was now looking for the truck and he wondered if he would get away with the deed.
