It was supposed to be an easy job: a simple shipment by rail, nothing more to it than that. Nothing was ever truly easy when it came to matters of the Yakuza, however, was it? The Ingawaro family were smart enough to know this, hence why they had hired two powerful Quirked individuals to protect their shipment alongside their usual goons.
The family had no idea what, if anything, was going to threaten them, but just in case these two hired Quirkers would find themselves stationed aboard the train as it prepared to set off. The Yakuza goons present, five in total, said little to them. As far as they were concerned, the message from the family itself to these two had been enough: do a good job and you will be rewarded with pay and status within our family.

Of course, the Ingawaro family were right to suspect their shipment would be targeted, because that was exactly what the appropriately-named Railway intended to do.
That was why the Railway had sent two powerful Quirked individuals of its own to the train’s location. From a nearby overpass they would look down upon it as the Railway’s orders echoed in their heads: stow yourselves away on board without being seen, stop the train mid-transit and take the cargo. If that cannot be done, destroying the cargo is the next best thing.
Easy, right? Nothing ever was.
You get 1 round of preparation (on overpass for Railway, and on train for Ingawaro), then 5 rounds until train reaches station.
Ingawaro's cargo consists of weed and cocaine.
Cargo cars do not have windows, but have large sliding metal doors, and hatches on outside.
Hazards consist of...A bumpy ride (train is shaking and jolting), wind on the outside. Loose cargo can hit people. Cargo is flammable, and burning weed gets people high.
As always with my threads of these kind, post in any order for the first round and then I will establish a posting order based on who posted first for the next rounds.
